LG Electronics — Still not available of parts

I have purchased a TV LG LED 32LB530A on 13th July 2014, but after one months later 19th September Suddenly drops the images and showing bar code vertical lines continuously. I informed to service center in Pune. So they visit my place and check the TV. They told we have to change the panel, so currently we don`t have the parts, so please bear 3-4 days. After available of the parts we will do. Current status : they are still waiting for parts and told me to wait until next weekend.
