    I had purchased LG LED TV Model no 42LB6200 in September 2014. The TV has been giving me headaches since the first day as almost twice in this one and half years, the TV had to be repaired by LG technicians for some problem or other.

    Recently, I noticed some white spot on TV and on reporting the matter to customer care, I was told that Back panel is damaged and it would cost me almost around 35, 000 to get it replaced as my TV has already crossed warranty period.

    Today I feel cheated and would definitely advise every Indian to stay away from LG products in future. I would really appreciate if LG india shows some ethical conduct on their part and replace the back panel as back panel getting damaged within 2 years of purchase speaks volumes about the poor production quality of thsTVs.

    It would always be better to avoid LG products if they really remain stubborn about replacement of back panel.

      I guess i have made the biggest mistake by buying your companies microwave that too the best model available in your company, i was advices by ny relatives that it is a very good company and the service is good no problem at all, but if you ask me it is the worst experience ever .
      First of all i bought it from a LG authorised dealer in pritampura, New delhi .
      the person was given blunders about the product as i made the payment and after the bill was generated he told me that the kit that was to be free with it was out of stock right now, i hesitated but later agreed, the dealer told me that the microwave was in godown so u need to come and collect it tomorrow otherwise you will have to pay 250-300 rs for delivery, then i said i ll come and collect it myself, but the next day he sent it by a Rickshaw wala, i called him and said i was just about to come and collect it, he said " EK TO MAINEY JALDI BHEJ DIYA AAP UPER SAY ASA KR RAY HO AAP 250 RS NI DAY SKTAY " and was very rude .
      i took the peice and paid 250 rs for the rickshaw and after that i opened the piece there were scratches on it so i called and told him " BHAIYA APKO BOLA THA ACHAY SAY CHECK KR KAY BHEJNA BUT ISPAY TO SCRATCHES H " he said main complaint krdets hu engineer ajayeyga, that person came and and saw it clicked pictures and went told me that it will take 2 days to replace it i diagreed and went to the dealer and pressurised him and got it replaced .
      then he told me your kit will come in 2 days, but very same day i got a call from a person saying " BHAIYA MEREYKO DEMO DAYNAY DO EK BAAR UPER SAY PRESSURE H JAB APKI KIT AJAYEYGI TO M APKO SATURDAY KO DUBARA DEMO DAY DUNGA "
      but on saturday when i called for demo i was told " HANJI BHEJ DAYNGAY "
      after that when i called the dealer for the demo he said it would be chargble i said i will not pay anything, then later i saw a video online and made a pizza myself in the evening but later when i tried to warm the pizza for my dad the timer was working but there was no sound and no machine was working, i made a complaint on LG contact no. the call was picked by somebody name SAGAR he said how may i help you i said i have complaint to make he disconnected the call, then i called again the call was picked by somebody named AAKASH and that person was polite and assured ne that he would arrange somebody good to help me i agreed i was told that a technician would visit your house in the morning by 11-11:50 but nobody came or no call until i called back the customer care that time that person called ne 12:10 to be exact and told me that he would come by 5-6 in the evening i said no i wont wait till then i want you to please visit on time he said ok i ll come by 2-2:30 i said you dont come it better . ( UPSET ME !!! WRONG COMMITTMENT) then i called his senior SANJAY PANDEY !
      i explained him my problem he was like " TO KYA HUA LOGO KA TO 2.5 LAKH KA BHI KHARAB HOTA H ( VERY RUDE )

      then i called again the call was picked by somebody name SADAM i said please transfer my call to the MANAGER. i am really pissed off by your company, i was explaining the wuery to the MANAGER the call dropped i waited for a call back
      (USELESS AS ALWAYS) then i called back and was on que for 13 min i guess my no. was blocked .
      i was really really mad at the company i called the technician and requested him to visit my place .
      At 4 PM (2 HOURS AFTER THE CALL DROPPED) i recieved a call from SADAM. though he apolozised and promised that he will call me back at 6:30 after the technician has visited .
      the technician visited and said yes there is a fault in the supply of the microwave i will have to open it i said no i will not allow you to open my new microwave please talk to your senior them the senior pressuried me i said i am not going to allow you to open it i want a replacement . the technician made a video of the microwave and told me it will take 2 days for a report .
      And i havenot recived any call from SADAM yet ! this is how LG treats its customer ??
      I AM GOING TO TAKE LG TO CONSUMER COURT IF I DONT GET A REPLACEMENT FOR MY MICROWAVE WITH A PROPER DEMO AND WILL ALSO MENTION A HARRESSMENT CASE AGAINT THE COMPANY AND WRONG COMMITTMENT AS I ONLY GET A WEEKLY HOLIDAY AND YOU SPOILT MY SUNDAY WITH A LOT OF TENSION, IT WAS A GIFT TO MY MOTHER BUT YOU ALL SPOILT EVERYTHING !
      WORST COMPANY IN THE WORLD I WISH I WOULD HAVE TAKEN A SECOND HAND MICROWAVE FROM A JUNK DEALER, EVEN THEY KNOW HOW TO TALK PROPERLY TO THE CUSTOMER AND GIVE A PRODUCT THAT WORKS FOR A LOT IF TIME .
      WORST SERVICE BY THE COMPANY, I WAS PLANNING TO BUY A REFRIGERATOR AND A WASHING MACHINE BUT I WILL NEVER EVEN BUY YOUR PRODUCT IF YOU EVEN GIVE IT FOR FREE AND MAKE SURE TO INFORM THE WORLD AND PUBLIC AND ALL MY RELATIVES TO BEVER BUY YOUR PRODUCT IF I DONT GET A REPLACEMENT .

        I purchased dish washer 4 days back but till now no one came for giving demo. I have called customer care but they were saying that they will send a person but no one came till date. We can't able to use the product without basic knowledge on that. Kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible.

        Demo person came at last. They have mistaken that we have cancelled the order. Now problem was resolved. We called lg ccare executive so they sent the demo person.

          I write this out of an absolute desperation. I had bought an LG G4 back in August 2015 for around $650 in India. I have moved to the US a couple of months back and one evening I experience the bootloop issue that LG has since acknowledged - here is the link to the petition that has almost 2200 signatures (I was 92nd to sign that):

          As you can make out from the updates to the petition, this problem is on a massive scale and almost all of the LG G4 handsets are/would be impacted by that. When I tried to contact LG US for a resolution, they had quoted their inability to service a phone bought in other geography (and a non-US international version) and directed me to LG India. When I contacted LG India, they quoted their inability to service my request as it spans across geographies - conversations on twitter, emails & petition updates are in the attached screenshots.

          I had got the same response through their email support, funny thing being I had bought 2 years warranty from LG for a phone that I had considered to be the best in its class back then. It was my first flagship phone ever!

          To me, it doesn't seem fair that I have to incur the loss of manufacturing defects for a device that's covered for the next 1.5 years under the warranty because of semantics. It also doesn't seem fair to me that for no fault of mine I have to use a ZTE ZMAX 2 phone from ATT which has brought my productivity down to the lowest levels in recent times, where I had paid for LG's flagship phone through my savings. At this point I cannot afford to get a decent phone in the market other than what I have, plus it breaks my heart to see the best device that I had used lying in a drawer because LG refuses to stand by their own products.

          I really think I have tried my best to give you a better context of the problem I personally am facing being an LG customer, and I really hope you might be able to help me (and others too), to be treated fairly by LG's mature senior management and leadership.

          Thanks for taking the time to read through this slightly long email. I really do hope to trust in the LG brand again soon.

            Recently, on 20th January 2016, I purchased Front Load Washing Machine from LG by keeping good hope on LG based on our past experience.

            But now i am facing problem with LG Customer Service

            on 21.01.2016, First time when we are using washing machine with “Ariel Matic”, which is recommended by LG. by putting one scoop of detergent as per given directions. But while washing water and foam coming out from the washing machine from top and door.

            immediately i made my complaint to LG.

            I made a complaint, with reference number given below:
            21.01.2016 - RNA[protected] Got Message, my query closed, don't know how come.
            01.02.2016 - RNA[protected] Got Message, in process, Customer Re-appointment, don't know, how come again and finally got message on 05.02.2016, Customer cannot be contacted. How funny is this?

            LG taking complaint and closing from their end with out solving the query by showing so many reasons as explained above.

            what my query is :
            Putting detergent full scoop or half scoop or quarter scoop, the water and foam shouldn’t come out from the machine. Right? No leakage should be allowed. If such leakage is there it should be prevented or arrested.

            Finally on 14th February at around 1.30Pm Mr.Shan, Mob. No.[protected] from LG Care visited Our House. Neither he checked the machine nor showing interest to understand the problem. when we are trying to explain the problem, simply he told us to put quarter amount of detergent instead of full scoop. (LG only can explain how cloths will be washed in their washing machine with quarter scoop of detergent)

            Couldn't understand, he came to attend our complaint?. Either he don't know to rectify the problem or name sake he was attended our complaint. Right?

            Still the problem is there. I am sure it's a manufacture defect. it should be rectify as early as possible.

            We got a call from Mr.IZAK, [protected] on 22nd February 2016 and he trying to solve the problem over phone by saying that the spilling of water and foam is common for every front load washing machine. If the problem is common in every machine, I demanded him to give written statement or report against my complaint. He is not ready to give any written statement.

            it is 100% correct that this machine have problem. If not, water and foam shouldn’t come out from the machine. Right? No leakage should be allowed. If such leakage is there it should be prevented or arrested. till then my query can not be closed. If you closed forcefully from your end, i will keep on making the same complaint and in no other way i have to knock the doors of CONSUMER COUNCIL COURT.

              LG Microven stopped working within 18 months of purchase. As per LG technician, there is a circuit which is damaged which can neither be repaired nor replaced. So, i will have to buy a new microven. They agreed to take the faulty microven back and reimbursement 80% of its value. I can buy a new microven from them and pay the rest in the form of DD.
              I agreed to it. Since then i have been following up with them for last almost 4 months. They either dont pick up call or keep on postponing and keep giving false promises.
              I am very disappointed.
              I have escalated the matter to Mr. Manoj Chauhan but still no solution provided.

                I have made a complaint in 17th Jan 2015 complaint no: RNA[protected] on the non functionality of the oven the service mam came and said that the parts need t be ordered and charged around 250 rs for checkup and later called and mentioned that the part is not available and to check us with the local spares person, whenever i tried reaching they wont pickup the call, and i got a message that part pending re allotted and again i registered the complain on 19th Dec 2015 complain no: RNA[protected], the service man again checked and said that the parts need to ordered and would take time as it is a high end product, they closed the complaint saying the customer cannot be contacted by giving a missed call on my mobile on 27th Dec 2015, i immediately called and complained on the same they registered a new complaint RNA[protected] is given to koteshwar rao he neither called or contacted and i got a message stating the complaint is closed stating discontinued part on 1st Jan 2016, i dont understand if LG high end products are to be trusted or not or they dont have spares for high end products. and to mention the make of the oven is 2012 if they cant have a spare part of a 3 year old high end model is it worth buying LG products.

                  I had procured 47LN5400 from GIRIAS, Coimbatore on 31/Mar 2014.
                  I had raised the complaint (RNA[protected] that My TV is not switching "on".LG service people visited on 20/1/2016 & inspected it.Their Feedback is Back Light LED panel is gone & to replace that I have to pay INR 36000 (approx).

                  LG people say that TV covered under warranty for only one year, now it is void.

                  I have taken the TV in installment, I had paid 14 months due, how can I pay 36000 now.I have connected TV with stabilizer.

                  What is my fault here?I believed LG is world class product, but it failed with in 22 months from the date of purchase.I don't know what to do.

                  I have contacted Customer care for free replacement of panel.
                  .
                  Customer care executive asked me to write a mail in LG Site, as well as they given me their floor supervisors contact number.

                  I HAVE WRITTEN MAIL NO REPLY FROM LG.

                  Reply from him is atrocious, he says it is my duty to have TV under AMC.

                  I asked him whom Should I escalate further, Customer care person given me another contact number.

                  Contact No is [protected] (I think his name is Mr. Senthil). I explained him full scenario & written a mail also but he kept quiet without taking any action.He was yelling at me & cut down my cal, when I called for follow up.

                  Again I have contacted customer care (Beggars have no Choice).

                  They have given me another No - [protected] ( Mr. Muthukrishnan). He told he will revert in 2 days, but not all picking my call now.

                  Deeply frustrated by the way LG treated me.

                  I have asked them for further explanation, but LG customer care executive says it is maximum.

                  It is a huge money (36000) for me repair or procure new one .

                  Kindly advice me what should I do further.

                  Will I get justice

                    This time it seems some issue in the sensors in LG top loading machine with load capacity of 8 Kg.

                    From the day when I purchased this machine on every 2-3 day I am facing the problem.

                    this is kind of product was not expected fro LG.

                    On every 2-3rd day we face balancing problem.
                    Earlier one engineer came he recommend us to purchase a stand, we buy it from him in 1350/- still the same issue then another engineer came then he said that all problems just because of this stand but still we are facing the problems.

                    Request you to kindly send any experienced and expert engineer.

                    It is totally a shocking experience we are having from LG so unprofessional Engineer and unreliable product.

                    your immediate response would be highly appreciated.

                      I called lg to talk about the same 1st I spoke to advisor rohit who kept me on hold for near about 5 mins came back saying he arranged a call back from hemant pawar floor manager who shall be calling back in 2 hrs since I denied for waiting he then connected me to floor manager called nitish who didn't know English atall when I asked him to get me connected to a manger who should be senior to hemant he kept me on gold for very long time and then without me asking for and without informing me transfered me to hemant directly and when I asked hemant to transfer me to his manager he kept me on hold for 10 mins then came back from hold stating will be transferring me to his manager and her name is kinjel and then kept me on hold till the time I disconnected my call of frustration. Please allow me to attach all call recordings I have right from start u will understand what I am going through. Please tell me how can I attached my audio recordings for these calls.
                      2. 10/02/2016 I was suppose to receive a call back on 08/02/2016 as was promised by the manager I had spoken to on 07/02/2016 who had called on my number after I had called them about my dispute on 07/02/2016, However I have not received any revert on my query till date. This clearly mean that they aren't professionals neither they are bothered about customer service or their customers. I can also prove the facts as I do have the conversation recording with me. : I had purchased an LG 42"inch 3D plasma TV 4 yrs back. Now within 4 years TV display is been damaged internally. We had an LG technicians visit at our place and he checked and stated as it's not our fault due to which this has happened. He said it's all fault of the parts in TV also said as box TV has more life then plasma or LED TV. When spoke to customer care they said it will cost us 18 to 20 thousand approximately which we have to pay from our end. While talking to them we came to know that they have an option for their customers for extended warranty which I was not informed at the time when we bought TV. Also the TV we bought at that time they did not inform us anything about product life and terms and policy of the company in regards to repair or replacement. Hence we shall not be responsible to pay such a huge amount for repair after paying 50000 for a TV which did not even last for 3 years. I would request you to please look into the details at the earliest and oblige as LG is trying ways to rip off their customers for no fault. I also would want to complaint about miscommunication since we were not informed about extended warrantyat the time of purchase. Product model : 42PM4700- TA.ATRLLBL. someone from LG called me today and did not introduce himself and made me very irate purposely so I should disconnect the call. he had no customer service ethic no customer service skills and kept interrupting till the time I do not get angry and disconnect the call by myself. He stated that the give information in diwali that they are giving extended warranty.
                      I being a new TV customer to lg did not know about extended warranty and when I said that he stated it's my mistake and it's customers responsibility to check with company or when they advertise this.

                      PLEASE HELP THEY ARE TORCHING ME TO COMMIT SUICIDE. I am very much depressed due to this ongoing issue as in they don't even care of who I am and taught me as once we took LG product we are on fire because company can cheat us anytime. HELP HELP HELP HELP.

                      I Also want to know how can I attach a call recording to prove this.

                        I recently installed an LG Split AC (model BSU24IMA) at my residence. I was shocked and distressed at the unprofessional and negligent manner in which the AC was installed, causing me to believe that LG quality standards have fallen drastically. The initial testing of the AC was done in a highly hazardous manner, which could have resulted in short circuit or even a major fire at my residence. Testing was done at a 5 AMP power point, even though instructions clearly specified that testing was to be done at 15 AMP point. The technicians were highly untrained and unskilled: they have not placed the drainage pipe at the correct slant angle, causing leakage from the pipe and damaging the walls of my residence. The technicians refused to cooperate when these issues were highlighted, they were rude and vulgar in their behavior. This has been a horrifying and stressful experience for my family. This is the second LG AC i have installed at my home. However, after my recent experience, it might be the last.

                          I had purchased a LG Google Nexus 5 phone in December 2013. It cost me around INR 34, 000/-. My decision to buy such a expensive phone was because of the name brand name Google associated with it and the trust i had in LG and Korean products. I also encouraged my friend to buy the same too. I could have gone for any cheap Chinese phones that are available in the market but I desisted from the same.
                          I just would like to bring to your observation that even after spending so much on the phone, it has worked like a Chinese phone and currently it has stopped working. On getting it examined at a nearby LG authorized centre, they say that the motherboard needs to be replace and it will cost me around INR 8, 000/- for the same. If in 2 years the motherboard gives a problem, where is the quality maintained? I have not gone for the change and have taken my phone back.
                          It may not matter to your company, but I have decided that I will not be purchasing any such LG products in future because the workmanship of the product is not justified for the cost we are paying towards the same.

                            I just call to lg customer care services asked for my device was damaged what to do they said the product even its not existing actr argument he asked me where do u purchased i said i purchased then he is telling go ask to amazon for warrenty claims i didnt understand one thing that the products warrenty issued by lg not amazon u r responsible for warrwnty issues

                            I have a nexus 5x which is having charging issues. I contacted google support and they confirmed there is definitely some hardware issue. I went to LG service center in Marathalli - Bangalore. They checked the device and gave a new charger to try it out there only. however, the new charger also was not improving the charging state. they asked me to visit back and try with a new charging cable which is not in stock. I asked them for a receipt or complaint number or job sheet number, BUT THEY DENIED. I saw 3 other same cases when I was in queue and nobody got a reference number. Is this LG's regular practice of not giving reference number ??

                              I have been a regular customer of LG products with almost all of electronic items at my home of LG brand. the association is more than 10 years old.
                              I brought LG microwave on 07 Dec 15 and same day the welcome kit container provided with microwave left its colour on the dish i made and its surface got damaged. Even after making calls at customer care numbers, reporting queries at your website and one visit of Company's rep, the problem has not solve. i have been replied every time of my mails or calls and have been assured of service but still nothing had moved in reality other than talks. i have been given number of LG area manager Panchkula [protected] too and have called them many times at different days and time but no reply. this has really hurt my feelings as a customer and changed my view about LG as a brand.

                              The day I wrote this compaint, i also made a call to customer care call centre from my number. It was assured to me that by next day somebody will give me a call and will physically verify the defected item. but nobody had called me till now. I was also not given complaint number as they told me that the complaint needs to be verified first.

                                On 05th Feb. I received one SMS on my mobile No.[protected] that RNA[protected] is given to CUSTOMER CARE [protected].
                                Again today I received another SMS, stating (Your service request RNA[protected] is closed (Reason : customer Self Repair) & charge collected Rs 0/-) Where as no one visited for any repair. Customer care people are so smart that they have given the report from their Office without visiting the customer for any repair/help. Very Smart.

                                  Date of purchase LG refrigerator 31/05/15 at bharuch - 392001(Guj.) From Ravi corporation .
                                  From 2-3 days we has noticed that cooling isn't working .totally zero cooling... What is the problem I can't understand .already I registered request on LG refrigerator customers is RNA[protected] after attending by LG engineer he said that it's ice cooling ( uper box - Ever cool ) found in crack and must be replaced for cooling to by you give charges as per company rule.. But I want to ask why is right ?? Becoz its the warranty period... Ple help

                                    Hi, I have a 7 kg LG washing machine(F1256QDP) and I have raised multiple complaints in the last 4 years about the extreme vibration. Every time the customer service team takes the complaint as service request. The engineer has given multiple excuses asking us to buy a new stand which we did, then to replace the stand saying it is not correct, buy a different stand, then remove the stand all together, then say it is an floor level issue, so on and so forth. The issue still continues and ye cannot on the machine in peace for the fear of it falling or hurting our children due to the heavy vibration and movement more than few feet. As I do not see any proper steps being taken by LG till date I am escalating on the same. The LG india website for Greviance Redressal is not working which i have tried multiple times(Snapshot of the same is attached).
                                    We have been following up in vain without any solution in sight, just excuses after excuses which is FRUSTRATING. The machine itself poses a risk, that it could fall on my kids due to the ratling, and i have to safeguard them.

                                      I had given my microwave for repair at jammu branch(650-A gandhi nagar) 2 days back & today as i was not in town, my wife went to collect the oven with the job sheet's copy on her phone but the incharge there refused to deliver the oven without the printed copy of the job sheet.On her repeated persuation that the copy of job sheet was equally valid on phone & moreover the incharge had duplicate copy of the same, but he refused to give the oven & in fact was very rude to talk to. In today's era, what is the importance of carrying hard copy of the job sheet? kindly look into this

                                        I have recently purchased a new handset (LG Nexus 5X) I am facing severe yellow tint issue in my mobile. On visiting the LG store for reviewing my mobile they are not responding to my problem. I have talked with the Head Office personnel from Delhi and haven't got any reply from 24 hours where they assured a call back in only 2 hours. I'm very much disappointed with the service. I prepared to lodge a complaint against LG Mobiles
