Sir, i made an online policy payment of LIC from my RuPay debit card on 21-December-2018 but the transaction failed midway, and my bank account's balance was deducted for this failed transaction.
Hoping for a nice solution to the problem.

Hi,
After the new portal migration of lic, it's showing mismatch in gender. Instead of female it's showing male.
I have tried contacting lic, but it's of no use
Please help me correct the gender as female in my policy[protected].

I have surrendered my policy at divisional office to mr. Srinivasan (crm manager). Policy no.[protected]. There is no reply or confirmation or any other proceedings for the same even after 15 days. So i request you to send the confirmation order for the above policy surrender as early as possible.
