They informed me in the month of January 2016 that the stem cell sample is contaminated and if we wish to preserve or discard. We have informed to discard as there is no guarantee of the contaminated sample to be recovered in future. We have paid 17990/- while booking, and when asked for refund due to contamination and discard, they said only 3500/- will be refunded. Its been more than 2 months since they said 3500/- will be refunded in my bank account and even after following up in several mails/calls, they sometimes say it is refunded w/ ref[protected]KE5. When I said there is no refund they asked for the bank statement, which I supplied but again silence. After few follow up, they again repeated the same question and reply. Now they say they are checking with the concern department ref CRM NO:[protected] on 6th April and still have not reverted back.
This company is a cheating company and if they can't process a simple request in 3 months, no one should expect to have the cord/stem given when needed. I believe they are just minting money on the same of cell preservation and this company should be sued for harassing customer.

    My agreement copy which clearly states that the total amount to be paid is 48749 for 21 years out of which the following payments have been already made.

    5749 was paid via cheque on 15th jan 2014.
    18000 were paid via ECS in 2014 from March 2014 to Aug 2014 in 6 installments of 3000 rs each.
    3500 was paid 24th April 2015.

    So, 27249 have been already paid to you.

    The balance is 21, 500.

    Your associates have been calling me to either make 3500 for single year storage or 25000 for one time storage. I dont understand why you have been calling again and again for the same reason. This is poor customer service.Its very very frustrating and inconsistent payment arrangement.
    I have clearly told your associates that i am not going to pay 25000. If you want you can have 21500.

      I took lifecell last year in Jan'15. I had paid the intial amount thorugh cheque & opted for EMI facility. My Feb'15 money they have not deducted saying that there was a problem in my ECS but once I shouted it automatically happened and from amrch'15 ECS automatically happened. I paid the Feb month money through online to LIFECELL for which I got recipts.

      I gave rs. 25000/. PDC also for 5 Jan'16 in Dec 2014 (at the time of enrollment) which they have not yet deposited.

      Last week I got a call from Lifecell saying that my enrollment is inactive & I have to deposit Rs. 5000/. as reenrollment charge.
      I am asking for my statement of account from Lifecell team from last one month but they are not providing & always saying that we will provide in next 48 hrs but their next 48 hrs never come.

      Today again I got call from them; rather providing me statement of account the representative was asking my last year bank statement to prove that I had really made payments or not? any way I provided the payment details. What I understood that they don't have any clue about my payments made to them & just haraashing me to get Rs.5000/ extra to their company.

      I will strongly condemned this company & will never ever recommend their poor/pathetic/disgusting service to anyone on this world.

      Requesting all to plz be 100000km away from this company & their service.

          TO WHOMSOEVER IT MAY CONCERN

          There is a employee of LifeCell by the name Kuldeep in Gurgaon office. He called me up with routine follow up call. When I told him I have gone ahead with CryoBank and paid them all the money he started justifying that I should not go ahead with CryoBank thats when I told him not to please say anything because I have paid all the money which is non returnable. I did my home work and went ahead with what I found out to be the best. Why should Kuldeep have so much of problem if I have gone ahead with CryoBank? You are a sales person and your were behaving all this while very sweetly like a guy who is trying to impress his girl on his first date. And suddenly you behave like as if I am your biggest enemy and you start being rude to me. You behaved as if we have personal enmity or there is a war between India and Pakistan. If you are rude to me, believe me I can be more rude to you than what you can be.

          When he simply told me that I have wasted my money, I got in a shock. I politely told him that, Kuldeep, How old are you? Very rudely he says what you have to do with it? I again asked him, How old are you? He again said the same thing very rudely. Later he said 31 years. Thats when I told him if I tell you that you have wasted 31 years of your life how would you feel. So please do not tell me that I have wasted my money because even I would feel bad.

          Thats when our Mr. Kuldeep changed 360 degrees. He got pretty angry, pretty rude, unprofessional and whatever the words one can use. When he started shouting I had to shout because I am not here to take from like him. After heated argument I banged the phone down and I again called up because I could not believe that a guy who was trying to be sweet like Strawberry Candy to me how come he changed when I said I am going ahead with CryoBank. He again had same behavior and was again rude, shouting and totally, totally, totally unprofessional. Is this how you work in a professional world?

          I have worked in Sales throughout my life and what I have learnt is you should not start ripping apart the customer if they are not using your product and services. Kuldeep you need some serious training. Thats how not you deal with your customers or POTENTIAL customers.

          I request to Senior Management of LifeCell to please look into it and I will make sure that this message goes across to the right people in LifeCell.

            Hi, Lifecell people from PCMCM area are really pathetic and it increases as per their seniority. Lifecell cutomer care told me that if we refer any of our friend they will give 2500 Rs as referral bonus. We referred one of friends but whenever i call her either she is not responding or saying that she will update me in 2-3 days, it is going since one month and today I receieved a mail that they had deposited 1000 to my account. This is definitely a cheat to their customer and instead of 2500 referral amount they are just paying 1000 to your customer.             I know this is a cheating as I don't have much to proof the miscommunication done from your end I can't do anything but for sure..I don't feel justified as you showed more trust in your call center colleagues than your customer for this case. As I don't have nothing in documentation and from your communication was always done over the phone, I know I would never get the answer I am looking for but for sure I would never recommend any of my friends going forward to LIFECELL.

              I have register with lifecell for the preservation of stem cells of my child; at that time registration they confirmed one of the paramedic service specialist taken the stem cells within one hour we near to hospital Mogappair MMM hospital don't worry we collect the sample immediately. When i called the in-charge person (Vasanth)chennai they told at present no one near by your hospital due to heavy rain, but on 7 December no rain in chennai . So ask to doctor take the stem cells. I contact the sales executive (Sathish) he told all the all the paramedic some other place, we unable to come to hospital. Then i ask doctor (MMM hospital) chennai to help to take stem cell, she taken stem cell. Then i called the sales executive to collect the sample @ 1.30 pm they confirmed with in half on hour we collect the sample. But till 4.00 pm no agent came to hospital. I conduct the sales guy once again he told all the people in apollo hospital for collecting stem cell. I asked how many agents their in chennai they only 4 person collecting all over the chennai every one the struck ed in then in shouted . Atlast they came to 4.30 pm collect the samples.                 We tried contacting life cell Bangalore 3 times each time they said they will send someone to explain us about the process and collect the registration amount but no body turns up . We have wasted 3 days staying at home at the time given by your lifecell appointment . Are you people interested in providing service or no !                   Hi, I done stem cell banking for my daughter. After the report I decided to go for discard as it satisfies with their terms and condition. They accepted the discard, but not replying any mail or refunding the money for my discard. I am really frustrated by giving repeatedly complaints, but no positive response. No one is sending reply or calling back to my complaints. Life cell is really a bad decision who is thinking to get benefit after many years. The people can not give service now, what will be after 20 years.

                    Out of the blue after 8 years of stem cell banking for my elder son, I received an email stating that INR14000/- is due on me. I checked my records/receipts and provided detailed reply on 28th Jan: "We have done the full and final payment against our lifecell membership CRM No.[protected]. To support this statement, we are attaching scanned pdf copy of the receipt of INR 33, 966/- dated 25th March 2008 that we paid in cash as full and final settlement against our membership. As on date, there is no amount outstanding. Infact, as per the latest statement that I received from Lifecell via email dated 17th Jan 2015 (also attached herewith), following are the details: Total Value Billed - INR 66, 000/- Payments realised through cheques - INR 38, 000/- Total amount outstanding - INR 28, 000/- However, if you consider the INR 33, 966/- that we paid in cash, Payments realised through cash - INR 33, 966/- Total payment done comes out to be - INR 71, 966/- This finally means that we have overpaid to Lifecell an amount of INR 5966/- and Lifecell now owes us this amount." After this email also, I kept on receiving calls from their BPO every 14 days about paying up the pending amount. After rigorous follow-up for 3 months, finally I received their response with an updated statement where it is clearly seen that the figures have been played with, to bring the outstanding amount to Zero. I was fed up and everytime, I received a call from their Mumbai BPO, I used to tell them to check internally. Finally, I have sent them email again on 14th Oct asking for clarification and final status. But a week has gone by and I have not even received an acknowledgment of that email, let alone getting it resolved. The only words that I have for this experience with Lifecell is - PATHETIC, HOPELESS, ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE, POOR INTERNAL RECORDS, TOTAL HARASSMENT FOR END CUSTOMER. I WILL NEVER EVER EVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO LIFECELL. THERE IS NO POINT IN LOOPING IN CELEBRITIES LIKE AISHWARYA RAI FOR ADVERTISEMENT WHEN YOU HAVE COMPLETE CARELESS APPROACH TOWARDS CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS.

                      Hi, I have purchased Umbilical stem cell packaged for my daughter.Now i have made the payment of Rs 25000 for 20 year as preservation charges through lifecell executive with sharing my credit card details with them on 30th Aug'2015.On 2nd Sep'2015 deduction happened and i got message from bank.Now from 2nd Sep till now i.e 5th OCt'2015 i am mailing them and calling lifecell customer care for the payment receipt but they are giving me one or the other reason.They told that all information is provided by me and now issue is pending with them but in next call they ask the same thing again like credit card statement etc.I have called them 50-60 times but till now there is no resolution.They had asked me multiple time to wait but there is no response .I only have to call for status.They have raised the ticket on this issue after 15 days of reporting .Please find below details of my lifecell policy : Policy CRM No :[protected] Complaint no : CSMS150917OMR Below are shared documents with life cell to resolve issue.                         NAME OF MOTHER: MRS.RAKHI AGARWAL CRM No:[protected] Summary : I have registered for stem cells preservation for my expecting baby but on delivery day the paramed did not reach on time(reached 25-30 min after birth time) to collect stem cells and when arrived he entered labor room totally ignorant of all hygiene, like no hand wash, no apron etc.Please note that not only paramed but entire team was informed 6-7 hours prior to actual birth time.As a result of this stem cells collected were contaminated .More dangerous is the fact that delayed disconnection of cord from baby to womb caused serious risk to my wife and new born baby.My lost is irreversible, and no amount of compensation can compensate this.                           I got an appointment fixed with ms. Deepika from life cell to meet in the hospital itself, Bhopal.. but she didn't reach at time..& after half an hr of waiting, I got a call from any Abhishek to fix another appointment.. this is truly irresponsible behaviour.. when they can't be on time this time.. I doubt they will be available at the time of delivery also..

                            Lifecell is one of popular of branding products now. I listened from my neighbors and friends were talking about this brand. I was curious about its effect and decided to order it. I'll ordered because the effect of reducing under eye's circle was attracted me to buy this. I am expecting to wait for the results from now. . Now I fully enjoyed the results from lifecell-anti-aging.com products! After 3 weeks o[censored]sed, I was amazed for the formulation of LifeCell produced. Due to it has moisturizes and nourishes my skin and offer me a fresh appearance. LifeCell reduces my appearance of discolorations as well as appearance o[censored]nder-eye puffiness and dark circles. I'd like to recommend it to all my friends and family!

                              The Lifecell sales people sale you the product of babysheid ensuring that you will receive the reports within one week of sample collection.Firstly it took them 3 days to collect the urine sample of my kid.Than after one week when I was expecting the reports to arrive what I received was a mail from Life quoting the CRM no and confirmation that they have 'received' the sample. what is this ? The sample was arranged by me on 16th. It was collected on 19th and I receive a mail from Lifecell quoting as they have received the sample on 27th. What is the relevance of a sample generated on 16th, collected on 19th and received by you on 27th. When I call call centre people they say that the person who told you that you will receive report within one week of sample collection was a sales guy and we are the customer service people entrusted with the task of only answering your queries.

                              I just want to say whatever fees(Approximately Rs 8500) I paid for the babysheild tests for my two kids I will assume that I DONATED the money to your company. And there is no relevance of any reports which you will send me after prolonged delay and only God knows on which date or in which month or year you will dispatch the reports as I don't TRUST these reports anymore. I have my three cousins expecting a baby in this year. I will take special care to ensure that they don't enroll for Lifecell or babysheild and select any of your rival companies.

                              When you ask the customer to approach you, it clearly shows that you are not going to pick his call. That's really an awesome business technique.

                              Otherwise, i think your organisation does not have money to make a call to the customer.

                                My Complaint against LIFECELL is that they have signed a contract in paper (with EVIDENCE) that they would store the stem cells of my child for life if I paid them an amount upfront and I paid the remainder over a period of time. However they are now sending me emails and sms asking me to make the full payment upfront. This is surprising that despite me having the contract they are insisting a payment which is going against the very contract...

                                Lifecell people from PCMCM area are really pathetic and it increases as per their seniority.
                                Our contact person was Ambika Rothore ([protected]), she told us that if we refer any of our friend they will give 2500 Rs as referral bonus. We referred one of friends but whenever i call her either she is not responding or saying that she will update me in 2-3 days, it is going since 6 months.
                                Then I contacted their PCMC branch head, Suman([protected]), she asked me send email with my as well as referral details and said that she will confirm me in 7 days, i am still waiting for her reply (5 months gone as of today). She is more pathetic than Ambika.

                                I don't want their money but at least they should inform about that.

                                This is definitely a cheat to their customer and instead of 2500 referral amount they are just paying 1000 to your customer. Please don't take your customer for granted and I am going to consumer forum to complaint this with below details

                                  Sample contamination rate is very high if you are collecting samples from AKOLA, Maharashtra like place, if your town is close to well operated airport, then only you should think about it. Otherwise delay in reaching sample will surely contaminate your sample. And the guys who sell you this product are not aware of technical stuff involved in this matter, they clearly says that, they have opened the shop and liability of sample quality is with lifecell and here you enter in the loop, where you get frustrated with customer care guys and their vage explanation.

                                    One of Lifecell's marketing executive called on my mother's mobile number and told her that her daughter (i.e. Me) is pregnant. I gave my matrimonial advertisement in a national newspaper and am also registered on Shaadi.com from my Mother's mobile number and my personal email i.d. Without enquiring anything about my marital status, the very first thing she told my mother is - your daughter got a pregnancy test done and she is pregnant. RIDICULOUS. Totally disgusting. When my mother asked where she got her number from, she said you had registered voluntarily. How can I (I am unmarried and I live in India, or my mother who is 63 years old) register voluntarily???? What a cheap marketing strategy of calling random people and congratulating them that their daughters are pregnant !!! Ridiculous. Totally ridiculous.

                                      Dear Team, I enrolled for preserving Stem Cell with Lifecell in October (during Diwaali) along with Babyshield coverage. Cord blood was collected on 24-Dec-2014 and Babyshield sample was collected on 26-Dec-2014. I was asked to wait until last Thursday i.e 08-Jan for the status on Babyshield and until 21-Jan for the Cord Blood sample status. However, today I was told to sign a consent letter so that they will process Babyshield sample and I have to wait until 30-Jan for the Cord Blood sample status. I don't think that entire process is going as explained and told by Lifecell executive and I doubt now their sample collection and the reliability of the status and how they preserve sample for life long( I opted for Life Long storage).
