I ordered a yellow casual shirt order no, [protected]s1 by bluedart_premium_surface. Delivery is today. The courier person called me and i asked him to give in my hostel to my friend as i was unavailable but he never did that and i got the message as delivery failed! And again i tried to call him he kept cutting my phone calls..

I need my product soon!

Today i have received a call and from limeroad saying that you have win mahendra scorpio car of amount 1250000 for registration fee rs.8500 transfer till 4 pm.
My product is dark blue shirt but I received gree shirt

    The refund for order id [protected] has not been taken place. The amount of rs. 399.0 has to credit in my account within 7 working days but it's more than wat the days expected, and the money didn't got refunded.
    Kindly initiate my refund asap.

      I had placed my order on 4th august ordr no. #36278784. I called customer care on 9th aug to change my delivery address to vaswani mansion, 3rd floor, churchgate, opp kc college, mumbai 400020. Then on 13th aug i got a call that inspite of calling customer care the delivery has gone to me previous adress. Then again i had called to change my address and complain about it. I have still not received my order. This is not acceptable at all. Please get it delivered to my address asap:

        I ordered white top of 599 rupee but i get lr credits instead of money back this is worst... Really pls refund it in my bank account i ordered lots of stuff from limeroad but this is inconvenient i hope my issue will resolve i need fast reply pls report my issue and refund my money back as early as possible so i didn't get bad experience to shopping on limeroad

          I ordered the product ( Order #[protected]. When I placed the product they said that it would take about 7-8 days to deliver. I ordered the product on 20 July 18 and the delivery date was 26 July'18 but it was cancelled because of some technical glitch on there website, they asked to place it again so I did on 2 Aug 18 but the problem persist and there is no response from there end for my money neither for order nor they update the tracking details.

          They also said that they would track my order every hour and update the details.But when I viewed the tracking details they didn't update it for the past 2 days. They attract you by posting fake information.

          The user interface of the app is also not good. In the preview you will see a bunch of products. If you like one product so you click on it to view the product and its price you will be displayed with some other product. I got irritated of this. This happened to me for many times.

          So, don't buy products on limeRoad because they take so much time to deliver a single and wrong product perhaps they will never send you any product and GULP your money. They are the real CHEATER and CYBER CRIMINAL.

          It is the worst shopping site all over shopping website.And it's customer service is very pathetic and response is more worst. This site has been taken more time to deliver product. If you want to buy any thing in this site, I suggest better donot use this site.

But when opened, there is only 2 kurti inside..there is no option to raise complaint that i haven't received the product..i m yet to receive any response for raised requeet..also ur support number always shows as busy, though obe time it rang..no support person was there to attend the same

                I had ordered two casual shirts from limeroad having order i'd [protected] but regret i had received one shirt and the other was empty means no shirt so i had lost rs.699 so i had raised a complaint to limeroad but they are taken time of 48 hrs and then told they had properly delivered my product.
                This is completely misleading and cheating of limeroad and i will challenge you if you had delivered my product properly then provide me proof neither be prepared to see in court.

                I was placed order by mistake . What I chose was different and what added in cart was different . After placed I come to know but I couldn't cancel the product please suggest solution.

                  My wife has ordered a kurta from limeroad 2 days ago and yesterday she received a msg followed by a call and the person was like he is representing lime road and my wife won some lucky draw of car (Maruti Suzuki swift) we have two options either to collect the car or we can take the money. My wife got into his fraud and as asked by him transferred him registration amount rs 4200 and some income tax amount 16800 please solve the problem as they are using ur brand name.

                        I had initiated a return and after the product return my funds were transferred to lr credits without my knowledge and when i checked the lr credits it had never showed the total amount of 1036 rupees available in lr credits, and i have raised a complaint with lime road over the phone, as in when they were unable to answer my query over the phone and was agreed to call back, and it had been a year there is no response from limeroad, requesting to help me to have a refund 1036rupees.

                          I got this call from [protected]. The guy said he was from limeroad. He said that i have mahindra xuv worth rs 1480000 and either i can take this car or the entire amount will be credited to my account. He mentioned all the details of my current order to sound believable. He insisted to deposit amt of 8500 to an account no which he will give after l give him my aadhaar number

                          I was too doubtful. I asked to give him a call back after sometime.in a meanwhile, i checked google and found such calls are frequent with other online portals sites. And those guys use the some car's name (Not very smart). Also, there is no mention of any lucky draw on limeroad.

                          Checked true caller as well. The guy was from bihar as he said.

                          Immediately blocked him. But i was not expecting this from limeroad. There should be some stringent measures in place to avoid this. Limeroad has earned quite a good name but such calls can put anyone in doubt.

                            Yesterday, i recieved my order from limeroad and today got a call from a personal number [protected] at around 9.11 a. M. Of winning a tata safari/cash of rs 1280000 and need to pay a registration service pay of 12800 rs and give a call on same number after depositing money in following person account

                            Mr. Amit kumar. A/c no:[protected]. Ifsc =sbin0003685. Branch: bihat chandni chowk (S. B. I), me rs.12, 800 registration chargs jama karke call kijie, uske 55 mints ke under apke a/c me rs.12, 80, 000.00 transfer kar diya jaega ok.

                            I called limeroad customer care representative rightaway and he said we don't make such calls about luckydraw.

                            Then got a call again from same no. That i didn't deposited money yet at around 1:00 p. M. When i told him i don't want he started asking family background. When i said i complained about you he started gaaligaloch and wrong words.

                            My concern is, if this is fraud, then how come these persons came to know of our order (As i ordered online). How did he came to know about my address. Then does this mean that the company might be involved (Either directly or indirectly) and why action against them should also be not taken?

                              And i have returned those products due to not same like picture reason. But i got that money to LR credit account. I didn't understand why i got like this. I didn't get any refund mode option, i need to get money to my bank account.

                              I ordered for a semi stitched suit but got an unstiched suit material I returned it and again got the same material back. Kindly refund my money or please take back the suit price I don't want anything. Highly disappointed
                              Some on with phone no. is calling in behalf of your company that i have won a lucky draw of 4.2 lacs/12.4.lacs. i know it is a fraud but i am surprised how he have knowledge of my phone no. and he give the reference of LimeRoads my order and also the amount i have to pay.

                                My refund amount has been transferred to LR credit as refund mode. I had not selected this LR credit options, then why transfer my money here.

                                I have given My personal account details to lime road still they sent my money to LR credit, thats awful.

                                Kindly take my personal account details and transfer money to my personal account.

                                Other online shopping companies do offer this option then why not limeroad .

                                  I want to rerurn a top i had ordered since it is of a very bad quality which i had not expected. So i hereby request you to take it back and refund my amount as soon as possible. I had paid the money to the delivery boy in Cash and my Order number is [protected]S1.                                     I have ordered 2 pink cotton straight kurtas which i returned as the material was not shown as in the site. The boys picked both the kurtas for which i got pickup receipt dated 01/07/2018 order id [protected]_ 1 challan[protected]. The return pickup service was prompt but the refund of money has not taken place yet.

                                    I have not got the refund amount yet. Kindly refund the amount as soon as possible.

                                      You guys are real cheat. See the item i have ordered and see the item i have received today.
                                      I am fillng case in consumers and will escalating the issue on each and every social media platform.

                                      I want my complete refund along with the compensation else i will file the FIR also against you and offcourse the vendor.

                                      Such a fraud you guys are. Shame on you, pathetic

                                        I had ordered two nos of dresses and made payment for two but received only one no. limeroad is neither ready to deliver the item nor refund my money. there have been many reports of these types but limeroad has never resolved any of these.
                                        i am confused they do not let us open the parcel in front of them how to prove that we received short quantity?

                                        Kindly cancel my order number:[protected], it got placed by mistake. What poor app you guys have? I was just confirming my mobile number and order got placed. Kindly cancel it. No one will receive the order and do payment as it was placed by mistake. There are no options in Limeroad app to cancel an order.
