[Resolved] Limeroad — Refund not credited to my account | |||
Its almost 10 days following up on refund limeroad customer care is saying refund already provided and all where as same is not credited to my account order no. [protected] these people are just fooling around customers they are not refunding for the returns made this was my first online shopping thru limeroad really a bad one they have bad customer care and not at all trust worthy the ARN no. that they gave me to check with bank is not valid as well. I m still waiting on the refund to appear on my account ... not at all acceptable service from limeroad please help to get the refund credited asap to my account Was this information helpful? | |||

Verified Support Jan 13, 2017 LimeRoad Customer Care's response Hi Reshma, apologies for the inconvenience. However, we have already issued the refund for you successfully and all the necessary details have been sent to you in email. Please speak to your bank with ARN number we gave for the refund. If bank denies the same then you'll need ti file a charge back with the bank. The refund was successful from our end. Please speak to your bank about this. Anurag!

My order id is #[protected] I have return the order last 6 day and last 3 days my refund payment is process so which day my payment is returns is my account plz call me ya text msg.

I am Prachi pundir and I have ordered a combo of buy 1 get 2 free. It was transported in different segments. The first segment was including blue cotton jacket ( order no- #[protected]) but instead of that I have received a brown pullover deleiverd on 10-01-17.
I have filed for the return on the same that as of delivery[protected] but the pickup is not been fulfilled..I have mailed your support center, shadofax ( transport ) and even the pickup guy who had kept me in dark by saying I would come eventually he switched off his cell phone.
Today is the seventh day, and Mark my words, if there is no pickup today, then I will surely take action.
I even got a response from your support centre that action is taken but still no progress.
