I Call and book services request 15 to 20 days ago for my waterpurifier that not working but after so many days and so many calls that i have done. There is no singel person or a phone call come from company for my issue that i raise. KINDLY SOLVE MY WATER PURIFIER ISSUE OR TAKE IT BACK & REFUND MY MONEY BACK.

    I ordered the Water purifier on 28th March.
    The invoice number is 21-22/1290308.
    On calling the customer care multiple times they say that they won't be able to deliver anytime soon as there is shortage in stock.
    I don't know in how many days the stock will be back.

      I have purchased water purifier in March. While installing they told to check the TDS once the water tank is emptied one time.It is very less.it is showing as 4.So please help out in resolving the issue.Water is not fir for drinking.

        I have purchased new livpure Air conditioner 3 days before and it is not working properly when I complaint in customer care after that a engineer call me and asking for money and denied to visit .

          I have purchased AMC regularly since i have been using this product for 6 years. This year i have issues with my RO and they say that membrane is not under AMC. However, i'm still not convinced that this issue will be resolved as the engineer is performing trial and error. A week before he said that the motor is at fault and changed it and it didnt work and now he says that membrane is at fault. What if it doesnt work ? When trying to sell AMC, they say it covers everything. Why so much lies to sell your product ? Why cant you be honest ?

            I have installed Livpure Ro back in july 2020 and used it for 2 months and then suddenly i had to vacate the rental House due to some family emergency .so on 26th aug 2020 i called livpure team and asked them to uninstall the ro . They said they will arrange pickup within 72 hours . No one contacted me . Then again i called them . I was asked to wait for next 72 hours no one contacted me again . At the end on 31st aug 2020 i mailed them as no one from your team is responding and i have to vacate the house . If pick-up is not done with 72 hours i'll not take any responsibility for any damage .they acknowledged and again said they'll arrange pickup in 72 hours i waited till 3 sept 2020 and no one showed up no calls or mails received . eventually i had to leave the place . I asked the owner to allow pickup if someone comes from livpure. And after few days a guy reached put asked for address and i provided the details . After that i didn't got any response from him as well .if it's picked up or not or if he has visited or not no nothing and they keep on calling me every month till today (25 March 2022) and harrassing me mentally and asking me to pay 25000 rs and threatning me thay they'll see me in court whereas i Clearly mentioned i am not liable for any damage and it's their teams ignorance . And unistallation should be their responsibility .now they sent me an legal notice as well . Their executive abused me on call.and they are forcing me to pay the amount . And harrassing me by calling again and again after two years and if they have not received the machine why didn't they sent an e-mail at the same time that they've not collected the machine

            I'm facing similar issues where the machine was uninstalled almost 3 years ago and they are harassing me now with a legal notice and pending charges for the last ~2 years. I have multiple email threads where I have raised this and they haven't replied to a single email thread. This is their strategy to make money.

            Was your issue/ complaint resolved? What are the next steps?

              ORDER LSHDC7184 - Return 189619

              I have return the Water purifier but the money did not refund till now.
              It is already been more than 2 months, but the customer support persons always we have taken this as High Priority it will get resolved.

              I have mailed them numerous time but they failed to return the money.

              This is one of the most pathetic customer services i have faced till now.

                This is Siva Kumar Bellapu, from Nizampet, Hyerabad, bearing the mobile number [protected], took Livpure AC in July 2020. I don't know what kind of drama you people are playing, but i will definitely make you stand in consumer court for cheating me. Your customer care number doesn't work, none of your team responds properly and further more stating that i didn't clear monthly EMI. For your kind info, my payments are up to date and gets auto debit every month from my bank account. Don't do or play these kind of cheap tricks by making my AC not to work through your remote operation. You don't know properly how to respond to customers, but know how to stop their AC from working. Stupidity throughout your customer service is prevailing and i will recommend everybody to avoid your worst quality products.

                  I rented the livpure smart RO in the month of december 2019. I used it for a year. I was not satisfied with their service/ quality . I cancelled the subscription in the month of december 2020, by calling their customer care. However nothing happened for the next two months of continuous calls and follow ups. I had to vacate my rented house in February and as a last resort I asked them to uninstall and take the machine. They finally uninstalled it and took another 15 days to take my machine away. SO that was it. There was no communication regarding this except for asking me if the machine is picked up from my place every 2 months! Now they have sent me a legal notice stating i have defaulted the payments and have not returned their machine.

                    I order for Livpure Rental plan in Bangalore on 26th February 2022. To my surprise I got the device delivered on 27th February 2022. I was happy seeing the instant service but my happiness was short lived due to the untrained and uneducated call center agents who respond to customers calls. Only person showed up on 3rd March 2022 for installation and to my dismay the device was faulty. The person said that the device needed replacement and someone will come for the replacement and installation again. After several calls and disconnects by the call center agents, I decided to cancel the subscription as there were other options in the market. Now, the issue comes with the refund of the security deposit as these ill-mannered and uneducated people do not understand my simple request. I asked them several times that I do not need the installation and wanted a refund. But today again I got a call from another such person who wanted to deliver a new device. I AM NOT SURE IF THIS IS ONLY HAPPENING IN BANGALORE OR ACROSS INDIA. I UNDERSTAND EVERYONE HAS THE RIGHT TO EARN MONEY BUT THERE ARE ENOUGH EDUCATED FOLKS WHO ARE LOOKING FOR OPPORTUNITIES. I GUESS LIVPURE NEEDS TO EMPHASIZE ON THE IMPORTANCE OF EDUCATED EMPLOYEES AND NOT JUST HIRE PEOPLE FOR THE SAKE OF RECRUITMENT !!

                    MY POINT HERE IS - I WANT MY REFUND AMOUNT !!! THAT'S ALL !!!

                      Before Covid, we flatmates had subscribed to the livpure smart RO plan in March 2020 in our rented flat in Bangalore. We used the plan for a month or two before leaving for hometown in May. We came back once to Bangalore to clear out the house during which time, we raised a ticket to return the RO. The RO got dismantled and picked up soon afterwards and the ticket got closed. (Dear Customer, your call ID. JS-[protected] has been closed....

                      I have purchased Livpure producer Touch Plus model on 20 Jan 2022 through Military CSD Canteen. Installed and from that day TDS value of water not in the range of drinking water i.e. within the range of 50-150. Resulting it, various health issues arises in family members. In spite of lodging complaint by seven times, technician comes every time and found TDS variation (upto 340 and 2 times less than 40) which he sets last time, however inlet water TDS and pressure was same. I have lodged complaint to Zonal Manager of Pune zone and they have sent technical team (One technician) on 26 February 22 and he has also misguided us by telling false range of drinking water as 20 to 40 which is completely wrong. In view of the above you are requested to replace the product so that this issue will solved permanently. The details of my slef/ product are as under : -

                        I got an ro installed from this company in August 2020. Because the quality of water was bad enough to make me ill and and also i had to move to new place in January 2021 i asked them to cancel subscription and take their ro back. For days they didn't respond. All i use to get was 'madam we will get back to you soon' and for days no one called back. Seemed they didn't have enough people or competent people to handle the issues. Then i moved to a new place. For the next four five months there was no call nothing from this company and then sometime around june their personnel started calling me for like 10 times a day for the ro ..i somehow managed to talk to my old landlord (who was reluctant enough) and set a date to get the ro installed .. no one again responded to calls. Now again suddenly after an year later i get a legal notice like a lot of their other customers demanding 15k for the ro and 8k for the dues. To this i tried calling the customer care again n number of times and again there was no response. Only when i took the matter to Twitter these people responded and i got a call. The person i had a conversation with said that i need to either handover the ro(as if i am moving around with it) or i need to pay money. Now how can i handover the ro ..i don't even live at the place anymore ..i tried contacting the old landlord again but to no use. Their representative asked me 'madam if we didn't respond to your calls why didn't you send us email' ..like really? Send email because you didn't respond to calls? They are doing this with lotsof customers it seems. Harassed me for almost an year, provided bad service, didn't respond to calls ..all this just so that they can send a legal notice an year later? This is plain extortion. Please anyone help.

                        Also after conversing with the old landlord ..he says that someone from the company came and took the ro. Now i don't know why i have got this legal notice then

                          Post delivery my product was stayed ideal for more than 4 days. Where when I compare the service response and protocols with Kent they are excellent in Chennai location.

                          Adding brand ambassador sachin tendulkar will not increase your brand reliability in market. At end of the day you should see to that all customers should be happy from delivery-installtion-service-with transparency.

                          Post installation I will update my comment based on my QC.

                            From past 4 months I am following-up with customer care for GST Invoice but no use. Actually the GST Invoice is required for our company purpose. Without proper invoice we cannot close the book of accounts.

                            Reference Complaint No.178072 on dated : 3rd Dec 2021.

                            With subject to GST Invoice for the Hand Sanitizer purchased through Livpure site.

                            Still the problem is same.

                            I am request to close the issue asap.

                              Since two days I am trying to get the RO installed. The assigned technicians are not visiting and when called up they give reasons asking more time but didn't show up. Repeated calls to customer care for installation and they just give false assurances no resolution and follow up. This is very frustrating and my other works got effected as I was waiting for the installation, as they didn't specify any time slot and top of that in the entire day no one turned up. This is the service after taking up payment in advance and not delivering the service. Huge dissatisfaction.

                                I am looking for an AMC but their is no body to revert on my query that when i am taking the AMC of my RO then why only one time the filters would be change where in the shelf life of the filters is only 6 months.

                                  I had asked for the removal of your purifier on the 3rd of Jan 2022, after getting a mail confirmation I had to call again on around 15th Jan. Then after pursuing me for a while to continue the service, the customer service agent gave in and agreed to get it dismantle the purifier in 2-3 days.

                                  The dismantling guy came and took the purifier. They had said the deposit will be reimbursed in 2-3 days after dismantling. But to this day the money has not been returned.

                                  When are you going to return my money, livpure? Or are going to harass me like everyone here?

                                    I have take RO machine for rental. Almost one year used the machine during lockdown. Later planned to vacate Bangalore so registered for de activation in mobile app. Received call from representative and they come and collected machine without giving any acknowledgement. When contacted customer care they told profile will be updated and they will close my account.

                                    With this confirmation returned to my native. But after 2 months they started calling again for pick up and return machine.

                                    I reached again customer care and they verified with warehouse and confirmed machine already received also they told to ignore the call and message. They assured to update profile.

                                    Every month receiving call from different people.

                                    Raised so many complaints but no one actioned yet from livpure.

                                    I never seen company like this before.

                                    How to solve this issue, if anyone from livpure see this message could you action on this.

                                    Thus bad service will impact on your reputation.

                                    No action has been taken to close my account.

                                    Today recieved legal notice for not surrendering. Actual machine surrendered last year, still they not updated in system and facing trouble now.

                                    Could someone help on this on to priority.

                                      Almost everyday I am getting harasment call demanding RO machine which I returned 1.5 years back. Now they are sending people to pickup the RO. Something is wrong in their process and cosumer is suffering.
