I placed an order for livpure smart water purifier on 27th may, made full payment and also completed the kyc. Since then i have received no update from the livpure team, they are not responding to my calls to emails. I tried calling in their customer support, office phone numbers and all the available contact numbers that i could find but to no avail. It has been a week and i don't know whether they will install the unit or this is a scam

      I have taken a subscription of livpure for ro services. Inspite of having informed them more than a month in advance they are still not uninstalling their unit from my old flat so that i can get it installed in my new flat. My old owner is charging me a rent of 800/ day due to this delay from livpure. The executive allotted to this request either doesn't receive my calls or gives some lame reason, today it was that his vehicle broke down. I will soon have no option left but to uninstall your unit on my own.

        I purchased Livpure Pep Pro ++ RO AMC for Rs. 5000/- in Jan 2020, which on the first instance was due to repeated request from the service engineer whom i called when my RO adapter stopped working. They told me that my Service is due and it is good to purchase the AMC if I want to save a few bucks. I believed them and purchased the AMC vide Sr. No - CIF3AAA1035195. In Jan 2020 they replaced the pre filter and one cartridge and told me that they wont replace the memebrane and the same will be done in May 2020.
        Now, from past 3 weeks I am trying to register the service request but all in waste. The customer care number puts my call on hold for nearly 15min and then gets disconnected. I mailed theim too a lot of time but of no use. I tried to contact the service team who visited last time but they don't attend my calls.
        I live in Bangalore and here all the services have resumed from May 3rd itself.

        Please suggest what to do now because Rs.5000/- is at stake.. otherwise i would have purchased the service kit and do it myself. I am planning to forward the complaint to consumer court forum too.

        I myself taken the initiative and contacted the livpure head office and somehow managed to get the service done. You people just wasted my 10 days.

        Today I received this message to my surprise.
        Dear Customer Preventive maintenance service of your RO is cancelled as there is no confirmation from your side on the msg sent on 26th May. Plz call on [protected] when you wish to get it done. Thanks

        This is really annoying as, first thing, I never received any message from livpure. Second thing even if it was true, then why the customer care not answering calls while i try to register my request myself.

        Even till today after complaining here, i haven't any calls from livpure team. I dont know why i paid Rs.5000/- to them.. Our hard earned money is getting wasted in the hands of these companies.

        Where is the action Livpure team???? Even this site is not able to solve my issue with this company... its been 3 days i have given my contact details but till now not even a single call from livepure.. It will be really sad if i need to go to consumer court for this petty issue.. but i will surely go as i have spend 5000/- rupees on so called AMC .

          I purchased a two years smartguard amc plan for my livpure ro series pep plus in august 2019 for rs. 8399/-. As per this amc plan, my ro service is overdue since two months. I have booked service request /complaint three times. Everytime an assurance is given that service engineer will visit soon. But, no one has attended my service request. Now, their customer care also not responding and put me always in queue at number 8 or 10.

          Now, bad smell is emanating from water of this ro. It is now causing a serious health hazard. My ro needs service without any delay.

            I ordered livpure ro before lockdown but due to unwanted circumstances they could not install the livpure ro. I understood that due to lockdown the service was hampered so i request to cancel the subscription amd refund my amount. It has been more than 3 week that i have asked for my refund but till date i have received mo refund. Livepure team committed to refund my amount by last saturday but i am still waiting foe my refund. I receive no reply on my mail as well. Also i am trying to contact on their customer support but no response there as well.
            I want my refund immediately so that i can utilise that amount.

              I opted for 6 months titanium plan and made the full payment for 6 months. It's been more than 5 days now and haven't heard anything from them. Custumor care no. Doesn't work, raised a ticket #161232 and no updates on that too (I wonder if they even check that). Raised it on their twitter account but all in vain. I dont even know whom to contact now.

                I have subscribed to titanium plan (Recharge) smart water product, it's been a week no one have called me regarding installation. And no one even responding to my email and calls on this [protected] number. I raised installation request also. Still no response. I don't think still this company is working. I had paid 675 rupees.

                I request to return money immediately or install product.

                Otherwise i am going to raise it in social media not to buy any of livepure products. Cheating.

                  This is regards to the complaint and service request raised on 18th may for mob : [protected].
                  The customer support has been pathetic from your end.
                  Reasons why your customer support is pathetic:
                  1. I call you up and start telling you my problems, you guys are disconnecting the call.
                  2. One time you guys gave the number of your executive, he blatantly refused the service on the call saying that he won't come.
                  3. Nobody picks up the call on your customer support number.
                  4. No intimation for the last two weeks regarding when the service request will be acted upon

                    My machine is covered with ACMC of 2 years, A Preventive maintenance ticket was opened on 23rd March. I waited for almost for two months, because I know the lock-down situation. Even after things got normal I didn't get proper response or service.
                    I have raised a re-installation request, an engineer came and mounted the RO machine and charged Rs.500. After install there is a leakage inside purifier and he refused to do further servicing as he didn't got any job code. He also not aware of my machine is covered by ACMC. Simple mounting can be done by anyone, even i can do it with a Plumber.
                    I am repeatedly calling the customer care and Area incharge but helpless. I had to wait for several hours on call but there is no positive response and no steps taken. Area incharge is always busy or he won't pick the call.

                    Pathetic support, I never suggest Livpure for anyone. Also planning to throw away this crap if any further repair raises.Waste of money and time.

                      Ro has been delivered to my home and waiting for installation for more than 5 days.
                      I got ro on 21st may, then i got a call on 22 nd evening, for installation next day. I did wait for whole day, no one came and no other info (Like installation person number) has been given. Then on 24 th may, i got another call and they ask my availability, i said i will be in home, then the installation person has called me in evening and asked for my location detail and told me he will come next day after 2 pm. I have called him around 2 pm next day, the ring was going but he is not picking. I tried multiple times and also dropped some messages also, but no response i got from installation person. Then around 5 pm i tried calling customer care, and they tolde it's holiday that's why person has not come.
                      I told them that those guys only said that they will come today. And atleast when i am calling he should pick up and tell that he will not come. Why waste other times.
                      Today also i am waiting but, i guess in vain.
                      I don't want to compalain like this but i didn't have any other option. I request either take your machine back and refund my money. If this is your idea of service, i don't need it.

                        I have lodged the complaint at liv pure for water leakage of machine on 21st may 2020. This is reference number "js-[protected]". I have been sent many reminder emails to [protected]@livpure.in.. So far no one called me and solved the problem. Even i registered my complaint in escalation matrix n their site, no one taken any action so far.
                        Due to this, we have been suffering water criris my home since last thursday.
                        Kindly request you to solve my problem. Livpure service is really makes me on a big pressure.

                          On 15 october 2018 i have purchased livpure pep pro. Last year 2019 (Nov.) after 1 year of purchase some issue was raised regarding quantity of cleaning water. I called the engineer who took 3500 rs and changed the candle and membrane. Now from april mid same problem is there again. I just want to know the life of the livpure membrane is only 5-6 months or some other issue is there.

                            I have paid rs 4750 to livpure ro engineer name tejram mobile no-[protected] for amc
                            But he has not made any amc
                            Please find attached proof of payment.

                            And now my livpure ro is not working fine from last 45 days i am facing bad taste of water
                            Continously i am lodging complaint to customer care but till now my problem has not been solved.
                            When i asked to area manager mr rahul.
                            He is saying no money has been deposited and we will not look for your complaint.

                            Its my request you to please look into this matter as soon as possible as bad water can leads to bad health problems.
                            Now i will escalate it to consumer court and will surely tell my near and dear ones to dont buy livpure products.

                                A complaint regarding the livpure purifier not working was lodged on 14/05/2020. I was told that an engineer would come to my apartment to fix it by 16/05/2020. I was also given a number of a person who would assist me. This person is not picking up my call and no engineer has come till now neither did i receive anything over my phone for the confirmation.

                                    My ro is not working from last 4 days ie. 12may 2020. One engineer came tomm and check, but still my ro is not yet fixed. Its under warranty. I already called area manager and inform him about my problem. But my mr. Khan is not picking up my call, i tried around 25 30 times to him and mr uday singh is the distributor. He is also not picking up call from today. I want you to fix my ro within 24 hours.

                                        My livpure water purifier is not working from 7th may 2020 after registering a service complaint, i have received sms containing complaint number and engineer contact details. I have contacted engineer and there is no response and again i called cust care and informed they have given me the contact details of area dealer. I tried calling the area dealer and he is not attending the call, tried atleast 25 times and no response.
