machine is making beep sound

I purchase livpur pep pro+ machine in jan, 2019. From last 2 days it's making beep sound conitnuously. I also raise the complaint js-[protected]. Complete day passed out but didn't any message for engineer visit and no one came from livpure. When i called them, they asked to wait for 24 hour. Now even 24 hours passed, no communication got from their side. Really frustrated with their service.

Water is one main part of life...

आप इस नम्बर पर सर्विस की डिटेल चेक कर आपकी कंपनी द्ववारा मेने वार्षिक सर्विस का एक्स्ट्रा पैसा भरा है पर आपकी कंपनी द्ववारा मुजे रेगुलर समय मे मेरी मशीन का मेन्टेनेन्स नही मिला है जिसकी मेने कम्प्लेन भी दर्ज करवाई थी हर बार कुछ प्रॉब्लम हो उसकी कम्पलेन करने के बाद आपका इंजीनियर 20 से 25 दिनों में आता है और इस बार भी छोटी सी प्रॉब्लम हु थी जिसकी कम्पलेन मेने 21 मई को की थी लेकिन आपका इंजीनियर 14 जून को आता है तब और तब तक उसके बताने से मेमरन फट गया ऐसे बोल के 2800 का खर्च मांगता है पर में कंपनी को एक रुपए नही देने वाला ऐसी गटिया सर्विस कोई कंपनी की नही मिली में सोसिअल मीडिया और कंज़्यूमर कोर्ट दोनो में जाऊंगा और ये धमकी नही पर एक ग्राहक को बिना पीने के पानी के रहना पड़ रहा है आपकी कंपनी के गटिया सर्विस कर कारण उसका जवाब आपको देना पड़ेगा मेने अभी तक आपसे सहकार की अपेक्षा रखी थी लेकिन जब आपने बिना पूछे मेरी कंप्लेन रद करदी उसका जवाब देना पड़ेगा। आपको मेमरन नई नही देनी है तो लेट सर्विस और बिना पानी के रखने के लिए में कंज़्यूमर कोर्ट में आपके खिलाफ ओर सोशल मीडिया पे भी आपकी सच्चाई रखूंगा

    Hello livpure team,

    I am writing this email regarding the water filter product “livpure liv-pep-pro-plus+ 7 l ro + uv + uf” [imei/serial no: d3jw44d1055929].

    Since the product was installed every after 10 to 15 days the water stored in filter tank tds level is automatically getting low and taste of water is changing to bitter taste.

    I had raised four complains till date since the product was installed, the live pure engineer has fixed the issue.

    However it has been observed unfortunately the issue is reoccurring again and again after 10 to 15 days and the water stored in filter tank tds level is automatically getting low and taste of water is changing to bitter taste.

    Based on the feedback, quality and performance of the product bought by me “livpure liv-pep-pro-plus+ 7 l ro + uv + uf” [imei/serial no: d3jw44d1055929], there are additional 5 neighbour's in my society purchased same product however they are not facing any issues till date.

    Hence i would like to recommend some senior expert from your team for further investigations also replacement of device or parts if faulty.

    Please escalate this issue to next level asap as this is now leading to frustration.

      Hi Livpure Team...

      Livpure must give proper respect and response to their customers if you guys really want to grow.

      Installation guy came to house for installation after long time of request.

      Srinuvasan S (+91 [protected]). Not installed anything properly. Not shown any demo.. Not tested water purity before and after(dont know machine is working or not). Most importantly he is the worst installation guy i ever seen in my live.. Somehow he thinking himself as owner for livpure... and treating customers like slave. I took this matter to Livpure customer care and asked them to verify check installation by another guy but they not interested and even they not interested to respect peoples.

      Hope Livpure will investigate and take proper action against them.

        I had raised a complaint with livpure almost a month ago but i have not been able to get any response. I would have called atleast 10 times but have nto received any response. As mentioned in other complaints, the number seems to be busy all the time and they mention that they will get back to me but they never do.

        My ACMC service expired on 20 June l register complaint 22 June but not any action by company today 1st July l calling daily company .he say your solution slove today tomorrow . my ACMC 28/3/2020till bailed now.

          This is not for the first time, if the ro is having any issue then technician is not going to change the part until n unless you fight with the customer care. I took 3 years amc and paid 7500/- for that amc. Still they argued a lot to change the part. Many times technician says that u had taken amc therefore we have to answer a lot to the company therefore we are not in the condition to change the part.
          Worst experience... Still struggling after 4 complaints, technician is not ready to change the part of ro. Even he is not picking the phone of mine...
          Very worst experience...
          Don’t ever go for livpure ro.

            June 4th we gave a service request / complaint about RO purifier, till now no one is attending the complaint and give a solution. Called toll free and the complaint number is JS-[protected]...they keep on give one or the other number to contact further, either they dont pickup call or they say they will come and attend the complaint, but they dont come. We have AMC for 2 years, still we face a problem

              I have raised a complaint 5 days ago, but still now no response from any one. They promise issue will be resolved max in 48 hrs but almost 60 hrs passed. U cannot reach customer service it will be busy all the time i called them 8 times and couldn't talk to executives only option allowing to use other modes to raise a complaint. Even u raise compliant or escalate online nobody will respond. i have also sent email not even received acknowledgement.

              paid 8500 for AMC that is completely waste of money. what should i do next. i want to file a complaint now. 5 days without water what is the point of paying you.

              my humble request to others better not to choose this product No service or response at all over all poor management, only keen in selling product [censored] customer service.

                Service request raised 20 days ago. AMC purchased on 30th May 2019. Till date filter is not serviced. If you are not competent to provide quality service then please don't commit stupid claims like "Complete Peace of mind 365 days of the year. Quick service – 2 hour response and 24 hour solution".
                Forget 24 hour solution it has been 20 days since I purchased AMC. I will get it serviced from external agency. Kindly refund my AMC purchase amount of 5000 INR or I will handle this legally in a consumer forum. (service request number JS-[protected])

                  I bought a Livpur water purifier and having some water leakage outside the tank. So I raised a complaint on 8-June, 2019 but still I'm not getting any response from them and 4 days gone from the date of complaint. I'm buying water outside, even I'm having this [censored] water purifier Also if I call customer care, they are treating customers harshly and not giving enough response (that is not customer care, rowdy care). I need to file a complaint against this purifier. Can you please tell me any common govt website to file a complaint against water purifiers like bank or If it is a right place to file, please take action on them.

                  It's been 5 days there has been a water supply cut due to purifier malfunction...at the time of renewing the warranty I was told that I will get assistance but now neither the customer care responds nor the technician mr Suresh Sharma mobile number +[protected] is responding.

                    I have made payment online on livpure.com website on 01.06.2019 for Livpure Brahma Gravity Water Purifier and payment made thru credit card. order reference id is LV129085997673155937406.

                    After that i have no information of dispatch of water purifier and Livpure customer care numbers are useless and always says "our customer care executives are busy, you are important to us, please wait" and if we call land line, employess will lift and reply that we will check and call you. but there will be no return call.

                    I have not received the material and no information till date.

                      On 04.6.19, My Livpure smart purifier has stopped working and its storage tank is not filling, machine is under warranty, Next Morning on 05.06.19 I had registered service complaint Call ID . JS-[protected]. Which is allocated to Mr. Masood Khan[protected] Hyderabad & when i tried to contact him, his mobile was getting switch off. Next Morning on 06.06.19, I informed that same to service center they given me assurance it will be attended today, also given me area head mobile number of Kalvala Satyam [protected], He has also given same assurance of early attending of problem .On 07.06.19 evening when no one came for attending, i have again tried to contact Satyam Ji, he didn't lifted phone and got switch off after some time. The problem again escalated to service center on 08.06.19 morning but they again told me case is open and will forwarded it again. after that on 09.06 & 10.06 no one call me & contact me. In last 6 days i have to purchase water from market for my family My problem is still not taken care . Very pathetic response. kindly do the need full,

                        I have been requesting the the livpur team to have a mantance check on my watre purifier i have purchased with them . since the 3 weeks i have been continiously calling the customer care number which is not working in return they have made several call back and i have requested to help me resolve the compalint on my water purifier
                        When ever they make a call they start expalining about the service charges i have to pay, and i have agreed to pay them they have assuered me a call back from the rtechnical team but that has not happen
                        Due to the irresponsive team i have lost the preventive maintance during the warranty and now i have to pay excess for the repair

                          We have purchased Livpure purifier in last year April, as part of service we have requested to customer care and provided service within a year but candles replacements are not yet done. When we enquiry about the service person regarding the annual candle change they said you will get a call from Livpure and person will come and replace the candles. We have tried to reach customer care and no one has responded and no one approached us for annual service candle replacement. I have escalated to customer care then they gave service person details, we tried to reach them they said you need to purchase AMC now because one year is crossed. I had a discussion with next level people then they said we need to take approval from Livpure and will get back to you on this. Till today no one has called and there is no update till today. We are not at all satisfied with the purifier service.

The same service will be expired on 19/11/2019. Kindly find attached the files. Now there are 5 services still pending till the expirey date and according to terms and conditions livpure should provide 3 services in this year i. E in 2019 itself. So after the date of expiration we will still have 2 services pending from your end. So kindly extend the period of amc for 1 year so that we can avail pending services after the date of expiration.

                            Dear sir/ma'am,
                            I am still not satisfied with the services being provided by livpure. This is to again inform you that livpure provided only a single service in 2018 in lieu of giving 3 services under the scheme of 3 years amc. The same service will be expired on 19/11/2019. Now there are 5 services (With filters replacement) still pending till the expiry date and according to terms and conditions livpure should provide 3 services in this year i. E in 2019 itself (Already mentioned in the previous e-mail as well).in the last service filters were again not changed. I was not at my home during that service and my sister didn't have any idea about changing the filters, so happy code was also provided to the technician. So kindly get the filters changed asap and extend the period of amc for 1 year so that we can avail pending services after the date of expiration. It's painful that the query of my previous mail is still pending and i am again mailing you with the 2nd complaint. It's a request to expedite all the proceedings regarding issues mentioned in my both the mails.

                            I have never seen such a filthy class pathetic service. No service. No response. Waiting for more than a year. I will go to consumer court to lodge a severe complaint against livpure.

                            Dear sir/ma'am,
                            This is to apprise you that i bought a livpure (Details in the attached warranty card) on 20/09/2015. Last year i got an amc of rs 9, 500/= (Details in another attachment) done on 20/11/2016. But i came to know that there was no update in my account after having conversation with one of customer executives. This was really so ridiculous. No one came to my home for servicing as per scheduled durations.
                            I am really dissatisfied with the service of livpure. I will also file a severe complaint against the company soon as i also had losses and which could have only been compensated by lodging the complaint against the company in consumer forum. Company can keep above mentioned amount. No worries but i will go through the constitutional process to bring the truth before the world.

                            My Builder Eros Sampoornam order bulk LivPure order but while installing livPure guys asking for extra amount for High pressure valve which is available at 150 rs in market . they are asking for 950 rs for same .

                              Hello Team,

                              I am having worst experience with the LivPure installation.
                              Its already 15 days and the installation is still not complete.
                              The Service guy just hang the purifier, put the signature by his own, when i told i will not sign and left.
                              I have added the photo here. Please see by yourself.
                              If such kind of service you will provide tell me whom i recommend for it.
                              I work in fortune 500 company and my feedback within my colleagues can do huge damage to your reputation.
                              I don't want to do that, because i know everywhere such employee works and one employee mistake should leads to damage complete company reputation.
                              So, i request you to take action immediately and fasten my installation.

                                I have brought a pep pro purifier and registered for installation on the same day. A message received through sms for regarding a person detailed for installation and his mob also forwarded but when i call the person he told that manager will detail someone. I can't understand how they are ao irresponsible. Even expiry of 10 days nobody come for installation. The interesting thing is that i call two to three time a day to customer care, they told that upto today evening engineer will visit. So i want to say that i will not recommend anyone to buy any product of livpure and i will not buy in my life. If anybody...what a patthetic service by livpure.. worst service team

                                  Since 22nd may, customer care is being complied with, the response comes from the fact that your complaint will be cleared in the maximum 48 hours. On the 24th may, after compliant, the executive said that your reminder has been made, try to resolve the problem in 24 hours. But today 5 days have passed but no action is being taken.
                                  Livpure was bought only for drinking water, and no such service would be available for one week, then what is the use of buying it?

                                    My name is arunagiri and my number is [protected]. I bought your product like 3years ago and recently i singed up for a warranty also. It’s been 2days since your product stopped working and i have been calling customer service since then, requesting to send a tech who can fix it but every time i call, the technician attends and doesn’t respect and beside when i select an option to talk to a tamil technician why a kerala guy is speaking and he speaks in malayalam and i dont understand anything. If i ask that person to transfer the call or ask for a manager he cuts the call. The most worst customer service ever. I have called like 5-6 times and all they do is disrespect and hung up the call without finishing the conversation. We can’t buy can water too because there is a 9 months old baby here. Do i have to directly come down to your office and request to send a tech which the job you guys should’ve done without stressing the customer? The worst customer service. I have contacted “srinivasan - [protected] “ he is very much rude. They assigned some called hussein - [protected] and he says he won’t come he has to go to guindy he has other job. This is very much stressful and i’m losing my kindness after what your product customer service has done. They assigned someone to come down and look on 22nd but if we call there is no answer. You guys better do something. These two people not just two 4-5 ppl disconnected the call but they want to give the happy code alone? Worst customer service

                                      I have the more than 3 year old machice intalled at home, once after the warranty i have taken the amc by paying 8000inr, unfortunately the parts livpure use in the amc are the hopeless, defective and non reliable.in last 2 months 3 times machine has failed to work.
                                      And the service team in bangalore whitefield zone is so pathetic, they dont respond to the calls and they block the customer numbers. I have been facing this issue from last 2 months and now i am repenting why did i buy the livpure.

                                      Becuase of the wrong parts, defective parts and hopeless service, i would like to raise the cc complaint against the livpure. Js[protected] is the resent complaint raised, if you want to trace some details.

                                      Once again, mentioning very pathetic and hopeless service from livpure.
