I have a envy+ro, after first yr. They assured 2 free candle replacement service a year. For which i opted for a 3 yr amc contact, which expired on 2nd aug 18. Around 2 months back one of the visiting technician recommended that we take amc pack so that all the filters can be replaced, so i paid rs.8000/- (For 2 year amc).

After around 6 complaints and 4 visits by local technician simply replaced same inexpensive filters twice (2 of them). We stopped drinking water from the purifier since it tastes bad/impure.

Are you guys cheating customers in the name of amc? For...

I (Sheethal kumar) purchased touch 2000+ in 12/9/2016 in bangalore yelahanka new town and even it is just completed 2 years we are not getting quality of water after filtration. As your representative advice we changed the filter already 3 time and even last service 3 months back installed new filter. I think company doesn't care after service. Regarding my livpure service i tried reaching out to customer care, never could connect. I registered call back multiple times, that also didn't work.
At least have some courtesy on the customers who spent big money and bought your products.
We can't stop our job and continuously keep on reaching out to you. My initial complaint number is js[protected]....

I have brought the purifier 3 months back and it was working fine. From last week the purification process became very slow and the tank was not getting filled even if we turn it on for 10 hours continuously where in earlier it was taking 30-40 minutes to fill the 7 ltr tank.

Last two times, i told at the time of booking serivce request as well as to service engineer that taste of water has changed, tap has broken and there is leakage of water. But, they say that next time engineer will do. No engineer come forward to solve the problem.
