This is to inform you that the service from livpure
is not up to the mark and it is very frustrating to follow up with your customer care team, area service manager and service engineers. I purchased livpure
ro pep + which i received from flipkart
and got it installed last year on 13th of august, 2018 and it worked fine till last month and since july 2018 the service team and customer care had changed my experience of being a nice customer to an irate and frustrated customer who is calling customer care then to the local service engineer and when no one is listening then contacting the local service provider and when not acknowledged by them also, calling back to customer care and taking the number of the area service manager of allahabad and calling him back again for help but none was able to help and got the issue resolved, now for the last one month i have been purchasing 4 canister of packaged drinking water from a local water seller and fulfilling the needs of my family.
On 10th of july 2018, an automatic generated call from customer care came to me for preventive maintenance in which they would be changing the carbon filter and the sediment filter, i was fortunate that they gave a call because the problem generated with the ro was that it was not able to fill the tank and continuously wasting the water from the blue outlet pipe so i thought of getting it repaired (Js[protected] allocated on 10/07/2018), the service engineer came on 11th july 2018 and changed both carbon and sediment filter and took the happy code by saying that now it will work fine and closed the case immediately.
Again on 13th july 2018 i filed a complaint that the ro is not working with the complaint number js[protected] on 13/07/2018 and allocated to shanti enterprise allahabad and closed on 13/07/2018 which i don’t remember what happened on that day as i was not at home to check the ro.
The tank of ro started filling but the taste of the water was bland like a tap water so i filed a complaint again with customer care toll free number with ref. No. Js[protected] on 22/07/2018, i was out of station in new delhi, they might called me up but due to roaming or no network issue they were not able to reach me over the phone and also didn’t take the pain to visit my place which is in the heart of the city. The service engineer cancelled the complaint automatically without taking much pain on 23/07/2018 with a reason ‘refuse to pay’.
Now it is becoming frustrating for me because for the last 15 days my family is ordering water from outside, again coming back from new delhi i filed a complaint with the customer care team on 25/07/2018 with the ref. No. Js[protected] and it was allocated to shanti enterprises allahabad. Nobody reverted and on 30/07/2018 i received an sms that the case has been allocated to lallan prasad maurya phone number [protected], nobody reverted and again i received an sms on 01/08/18 with the same request number js[protected] that the case has been allocated to shanti enterprises allahabad, in between i had a word with the customer care team on toll free number and got the number of the area service manager mr. Anupam pandey and i gave him numerous of calls he conferenced the call with whosoever was concerned, with multiple people (I don’t know the name of them) but lastly mr. Yogender singh, a service engineer of livpure
visited my place on 04/08/2018 to change some parts, where carbon and sediment filter has been changed and now there are some other parts to be changed which was not in the stock of the service center, so the service engineer mr. Yogender singh visited and changed the respective part but he so much emphasized on giving happy code before service and before changing the part that my elder sister called me up when got irritated because of his rude behavior and not servicing the unit without giving happy code so i called him up and got irritated with his behavior and refused to give happy code without checking the machine myself, so somehow after long ill discussion between the service engineer and me, he repaired the unit and i promised to give him the happy code the next morning means the morning of 05/08/2018 but amazingly i received an sms regarding the closure of the case js[protected] on saturday, 04/08/2018 at 06:43 pm, just after he left my premises.
Still my family is not able to use the ro till my approval as i left to a nearby place on 05/08/2018 morning and returned back on 06/08/2018 midnight and when today on 07/08/2018 i checked the ro unit it is leaking from all the side the water is coming out from the ro and still the tank is getting filled and the ro is wasting the precious water from the blue outlet pipe, the problem is unresolved and remains the same since 10/07/2018.
For the last one month approx. My family is buying water from outside market, this lead to monetary loss, frustration, mental agony and what not!
None was able to help with my problem neither the livpure
area manager mr. Anupam pandey, multiple service engineers who visited my place including the ill-behovioured mr. Yogender singh nor the customer care team. Today i am in a great distress and facing issues with my drinking water, i called up the customer care and they said to contact livpure
by emailing my complaint.
Please take this as final written complaint from my side before legal proceedings and also inform the kind of compensation i am eligible to.
