I have made my valuable investment into livpure though reputed competitors are offering similar featured products at the same price seeing one year free maintenance service offered by them for free assuming that they are committed to the customer.

But, all the issues that i have faced from the first week of installation of the product and i have spent almost 6 months spent out of one year warranty time raising complaints following up with technical team to get them addressed which almost resulted a gross loss of six months mineral water investment (25rs per can * 30 days each month * 6months) and fully disappointed and fed up with the service on the complaint and followups i am doing even before few days of warranty closing due to lack of spares with technicians and whatever reasons i have faced during the entire fuss several times.

      Such a pathetic service livpure has never knew! I'm helpless but think of abusing the whole cs staff at livpure "inefficient & lack of empathy" my complaint hasnt been resolved yet since a month now.

      Need refund + 15 * 100rs for water = 1500 till 08th sep. Pathetic such # i hv bought

      The product was faulty since day 1 & their staff has numerous reasons to deny the same in last 6 months 7 service staff has visited.
      Our neighbour is using kent ro & haven't faced any issue since a year.

      Receiving service call & happy code since 27th Aug 2018 & no one visited my home yet.
      The product is faulty, need replacement or refund.
      Each day I'm spending rs. 100 since long have to bear by livpure. This has been also escalated to grivieance & legal

        Am a live pure customer. I had a complaint o[censored]r product regarding non function of the beep alarm which is supposed to be stop as soon as it starts filtering but it use to sound continuously. The technician came nd disconnected that indicater permanently in order to avoid the replacement. When i came to notice i registered th complaint again and he replaced the concerned equipment. My complaint nos are js[protected]and the technician is mr amit with ph. No. [protected] who have several frenchies of others purifying products who tells not to buy amc from the company but buy from me i will give u less price i have products of all companies
        So pls look into this and do the needful

          This is to inform you that the service from livpure is not up to the mark and it is very frustrating to follow up with your customer care team, area service manager and service engineers. I purchased livpure ro pep + which i received from flipkart and got it installed last year on 13th of august, 2018 and it worked fine till last month and since july 2018 the service team and customer care had changed my experience of being a nice customer to an irate and frustrated customer who is calling customer care then to the local service engineer and when no one is listening then contacting the local service provider and when not acknowledged by them also, calling back to customer care and taking the number of the area service manager of allahabad and calling him back again for help but none was able to help and got the issue resolved, now for the last one month i have been purchasing 4 canister of packaged drinking water from a local water seller and fulfilling the needs of my family.

          On 10th of july 2018, an automatic generated call from customer care came to me for preventive maintenance in which they would be changing the carbon filter and the sediment filter, i was fortunate that they gave a call because the problem generated with the ro was that it was not able to fill the tank and continuously wasting the water from the blue outlet pipe so i thought of getting it repaired (Js[protected] allocated on 10/07/2018), the service engineer came on 11th july 2018 and changed both carbon and sediment filter and took the happy code by saying that now it will work fine and closed the case immediately.

          Again on 13th july 2018 i filed a complaint that the ro is not working with the complaint number js[protected] on 13/07/2018 and allocated to shanti enterprise allahabad and closed on 13/07/2018 which i don’t remember what happened on that day as i was not at home to check the ro.

          The tank of ro started filling but the taste of the water was bland like a tap water so i filed a complaint again with customer care toll free number with ref. No. Js[protected] on 22/07/2018, i was out of station in new delhi, they might called me up but due to roaming or no network issue they were not able to reach me over the phone and also didn’t take the pain to visit my place which is in the heart of the city. The service engineer cancelled the complaint automatically without taking much pain on 23/07/2018 with a reason ‘refuse to pay’.

          Now it is becoming frustrating for me because for the last 15 days my family is ordering water from outside, again coming back from new delhi i filed a complaint with the customer care team on 25/07/2018 with the ref. No. Js[protected] and it was allocated to shanti enterprises allahabad. Nobody reverted and on 30/07/2018 i received an sms that the case has been allocated to lallan prasad maurya phone number [protected], nobody reverted and again i received an sms on 01/08/18 with the same request number js[protected] that the case has been allocated to shanti enterprises allahabad, in between i had a word with the customer care team on toll free number and got the number of the area service manager mr. Anupam pandey and i gave him numerous of calls he conferenced the call with whosoever was concerned, with multiple people (I don’t know the name of them) but lastly mr. Yogender singh, a service engineer of livpure visited my place on 04/08/2018 to change some parts, where carbon and sediment filter has been changed and now there are some other parts to be changed which was not in the stock of the service center, so the service engineer mr. Yogender singh visited and changed the respective part but he so much emphasized on giving happy code before service and before changing the part that my elder sister called me up when got irritated because of his rude behavior and not servicing the unit without giving happy code so i called him up and got irritated with his behavior and refused to give happy code without checking the machine myself, so somehow after long ill discussion between the service engineer and me, he repaired the unit and i promised to give him the happy code the next morning means the morning of 05/08/2018 but amazingly i received an sms regarding the closure of the case js[protected] on saturday, 04/08/2018 at 06:43 pm, just after he left my premises.

          Still my family is not able to use the ro till my approval as i left to a nearby place on 05/08/2018 morning and returned back on 06/08/2018 midnight and when today on 07/08/2018 i checked the ro unit it is leaking from all the side the water is coming out from the ro and still the tank is getting filled and the ro is wasting the precious water from the blue outlet pipe, the problem is unresolved and remains the same since 10/07/2018.

          For the last one month approx. My family is buying water from outside market, this lead to monetary loss, frustration, mental agony and what not!

          None was able to help with my problem neither the livpure area manager mr. Anupam pandey, multiple service engineers who visited my place including the ill-behovioured mr. Yogender singh nor the customer care team. Today i am in a great distress and facing issues with my drinking water, i called up the customer care and they said to contact livpure by emailing my complaint.

          Please take this as final written complaint from my side before legal proceedings and also inform the kind of compensation i am eligible to.

          I purchased Livpure LIV-PEP-PRO-PLUS through flipkart on 10th of July 2018,

            I bought livepure 2000+ waterpurifire one year ago... First servise they done one time but for second service i was called them from last two months.. They only saing that our service excutive will come to servise ur product within 48 hrs...               I had purchased glow touch water purifier having sl no d5iw63d1001068 through amazon on 24.06.2018. Now machine is not working. Two engineers have visited to solve the problem but no one succeeded. I want immediate replacement of defective item as warranty period is available. Purifier is in warranty but it is not working properly so i have requested for servicing water purifier 4th times in a month but no one listen the complaints.                   Aqua care india claims to be a livpure authrised service dealer. They are frauds. I took an amc from them on24 feb 18 for 3 year by paying inr 10000. After that i am never able to reach them. If i call 20 times they would pick my call once. They never turn up to service as promised.in may first service is pending but no body comes to do the same. When i placed a shifting request after going for amc they said invoice is not updated in their system so i have to reverify my amc then they will log my complain. Firstly engineer visited after 3 days of logged request more interesting he didn't provide complete service even damage main pipe line as well as ro tab of water supply during uninstalltion of my ro. When we inquire for installation and damage reparing he left our house with out discussion. Now next day i called urban clap enginner to install my ro and call plumber to reapir damaged pipe line as no body picking up my call from this service center as i need this installation on urgent basis due to my kid. Very very bad service and unprofessional behavior. Never ever buy amc from them. If you buy, rest assured your money is gone. Cheats!

                    This is the worst company i ever deal with "live pure", i did a service request on 16/7/2018 (Service request no. Js[protected]), according to company policy service person will visit within 48 hours, but today 22/7/2018, nobody visit me yet, because of them m buying mineral water from market, which cutting my wallet everyday... Authority should take strick action against this kind of fake companies...

                      I have purchases Livpure pep pro touch water purifier from Flipkart. Just after few days, one of the icon in the panel started blinking . I called the customer executives. There were not even able to understand my issues or not able to speak properly. Finally i was able to register a complaint. After few days, one person came in and did something (I was in office and my family was at home). He told he changed the PCB. When I came back from office, I noticed that Panel was not fit properly and realized that buttons are not working properly. I called customer executive again and he told me this

                      "Sir, we dont have any new PCB, we replaced it with an old one so the issues. please wait for some days for the new one"

                      Waiting period was extending to more than a week. I called him multiple times and in the last call he told me "Sir, I am not getting the new PCB, what to DO!!"

                      Great !! I purchased a product paying more than INR 11, 000 and have to suffer all these issues and no one bothered to address.

                      Is this a fake company ? Horrible experience. Either I want to get this fixed or replaced at the earliest . otherwise planning to move to consumer court i a week's time.

                        I bought the livpure waterpufier in September 2017. In April 2018 one local engineer from livpure came and changed one part(RO filter ) in Purifier with free of cost when I complained that water taste is bad after purifying. Again I have complained for the same reason water taste is bad so that now again another local engineer came and said that part(RO filter) is not working and you have to change the filter with cost of 2500rs . For that I asked them with in three months how it(RO filter) gone and also why I have to pay in with in the warrenty. They did not respond to my issue properly.

                        Hello., before you chase us for the charges, let me know if your purifier is suitable to work with water in our area. We really felt your purifier gives fault for every 2-3 months and observed that other Vendor's purifier in our nearby homes works well for more than a year. The most irritating part is that whenever we call your support persons for issues., you end up charging us for repair which doesn't withstand for 3 months.

                        Hello Livpure Team...Do you have any update on my purifier problem what i have chased from last one and half month. I did not understand what is happening in giving the solution for my issue. Since last Saturday (18th August) afternoon your technician came changed the RO membrane and taken the happy code as well My signature. Again that day evening he came back to my home and removed the newly changed RO membrane and replaced with old membrane and taken my raw water in bottle after that there is no update through email as well call. It is very horrible.. I haven't seen this type of customer support anywhere. 

                        Finally I am asking one question you guys whether I will get the solution for my issue???????????

                          I have livpure ro using from last 1 years and according to company policy they need to give two service free of cost. and when they did 2nd service they came ope the ro and again closed it. i have few issues un my RO system, even i asked the person that the water filler process is very slow can you check this.
                          he replied that i have done everything and after one hours it will be work perfectly.

                          but after one hours the problem is not short out and RO system stopped the water purifier. its done by sai water solution delhi.
                          and after one week i called in livpure and new person came and he told me there are many problems in this . he did and charged me 1560rs.

                            I raised a complaint on 27 june 18 that i can hear beep sound from my pep+ continously. (Started just today as we tried to replace tap as it was broken)
                            Team has sent a technician for that who is charging 4500 for changing an ro filter which is so irrelevant. I complained for cap replacement and they say everything is wrong with u r purifier and we need to change. This is so insane that filter which worked superb till morning can suddenly ho wrong with filter? Instead of opening and checking, with out even visiting my home they called for filter replacement.
                            I shall be glad if this is addressed soon

                              I had bought this purifier in Aug 17. while shifted to new place I requested for removal reinstallation of the purifier. waited for 5-6 days, finally removed it on my own. and now I m waiting for last one for installation of the set. customer care says, you'll get call in next 48 hrs, but no response so far. warranty service of the set is so overdue sine last march.

                              I request them to buy back the set even on reduced price. Pathetic experience so far.

                                I bought pep star plus last year, my service are pending since many months.

                                I have raised a request but no response from local engineers and live pure customer care. Really its very good experience with lp i never prefer to my and friends to buy your products.

                                No service no response.

                                Please take my product and give amount back.

                                I brought one LIV-GLITZ-PLUS from a dealer named Kitchmart, Kanhangad, Kasargod dt.Kerala on 8th of this month, till now nobody has came for Installation, I send mails even to the manufacturer, but no response, only one acknowledgement SMS.

                                  I am Md Shahnawaz. I have been using Livpure Hero Plus Water Purifier since Nov, 2017. On Dt. 5th May, 2018 i have lodged a complaint for water purifier as it was not storing water and the service engineer came and solved the issue. Just after 2 days it stop working again.

                                  I have lodged a complaint again on Dt. 13th May 2018 with service request No. JS[protected]. Service Engineer Mr. SURANJAN EKKA, [protected] was assigned and came on Dt. 15th May, 2018 and changed 2 filters and charged Rs. 450/- each, totalling Rs. 900/- falsely by the service engineer.

                                  Though, the product was in warranty and i have been told several times that the filters will be changed free of cost during the warranty period by customer care.

                                  I called the customer care they told me to talk to the Zonal Head Mr. Pratap, [protected]. I tried to call Mr. Pratap many times but he is not responding.

                                  I called customer care service several time also emailed on 16th May 2018, but unfortunately no results. Customer Care person only says be assured, we'll resolve the issue and get back to you soon. It's been 12 days, but unfortunately not solved.

                                  Customer care person says there is no replacement of any filters but the service engineer changed the filter and charges for it.

                                  Attaching the Bill / Invoice of the Product and Bill provided by the Service Engineer during service.

                                  Please look into this matter and resolved the issue A.S.A.P.

                                    Hello,

                                    I have purchased "livpure glo 7-litre ro + uv + mineralizer water purifier" on 8 october 2017 and it is still in warranty. After few months i have faced leakage problem in my water purifier, then i called livpure customer care to look into this issue but after making 2, 3 call with 10 to 15 min of hold they finally picked my call they say they will send their technical staf in maximum 24hrs to my to my doorstep, i have raised the complaint on 4th may 5pm in between i called 2, 3 times and after 24 hrs passed i called again now the executive says you please call to the technical department with the number provided, so i called to the department they say they dont have enough staff right now please raise a complaint on livpure customer care, serously?

                                    I again called customer care on 5th may 8:30 to 9:00 pm. I have told all my issues and the executive says please call again to the department. When i asked why this is not getting resolved he disconnected the call. I did not see anything like this in any customer care.

                                    I have 4 year old Livpure GLO 7 litre. Since Friday(March 5), it is leaking. I have called customer care at least 5 times and the job sheet is open but no one has bothered to rectify it. I would rate this company very low on customer care and ensure that no one in my circle ever purchases a LivPure product.

                                    Horrible experience. Their AMC is a scam. The same technicians are willing to come if we pay. Otherwise they don't respond.
                                    My livpure purifier is leaking continuously and the customer care does not pick my calls. Please do the needful.

                                      We purchased livpure water purifier pro+ in april 2018 and on 14th april installation happened. Within a week after installation, water purifier suddenly stopped working. Sometime it works and sometime it doesn't.

                                      We raised first complaints on 22nd april and on 28th apriil service guy came and that time water purifier was working. So he said wires are loose. Again a day after this, we're facing the same issue. Sometime water purifier works and sometime it doesn't.

                                      What's the solution of this?

                                      Who is responsible for this?

                                      How do you sell products without verifying so that it stopped working within a week?

                                        I bought water purifier for 11k. Now they are asking me to pay 5k for 1 year warranty. The membrane cost around 2.5k to 3k. Irrespective of it getting damaged i have to pay for it every year. And if it gets damaged twice it will be not covered under warranty. What kind of warranty is that. Actually i am buying it every year isn't it?? This is loot. My simple question is how can warranty be 40% of the product.
