Hi.
I saw the add that livpure smart heka water purifier rent water purifiers on monthly basis. Before payment the customer care representative was attending the call but now after payment being done no one is picking up the call neither i got any product delivered to my address nor installation. On saturday i got a email from one of the representative asking for some additional kyc documents which was submitted to him that day itself. No after calling him, even he's not picking the call. I have seen lot of people complaining about this product. I have tried multiple times to reach out to them via customer care number but now the thing is out of my control. I would request please take necessary action on this fradulent company as they are looting money from people in the name of water purifiers.

    Sir,
    I'm using livpure hero plus water purifier for the past 02 years. I've taken 3 years amc on 07/03/2020 by paying rs.9500/- & my purifier gave trouble on 12/03/2020.. I've placed service request no: js-[protected] on 13/03/2020. But even after 10 days of wait, no one responded & my call cancelled due to lock down on 23.03.2020. As per amc norms my request should be attempted within 24 hours. But even after 10 days also it's not resolved. Further i've once again placed new request on 01.04.2020. I've got message that my request forwarded to your service engineer. But no further communication from livpure. I've also placed escalation request dated 27.04.2020 & contacted customer care n number of times. Contacted local service hr also. But my efforts are in vain. I have to purchase water outside during this tough lockdown time though i've paid more than the cost of my purifier just for amc. Due to the negligence of livpure company i'm mentally suffered for the past 2 months & i need to frequently go out for water risking my life in danger. I want to file complaint.. Please guide sir..

    It's been 66 days since I've registered service request that too in a metro city. Do livpure think that for this kind of service I've paid Rs.9500/- just for AMC..?? Pathetic service.. perfect example of negligence..

      Hi.
      I heard about this livpure smart heka water purifier that they rent water purifiers on monthly basis.         refund not initiated from the company's end

        I paid this fraud and third class company in the month of march 2020 around 675 rs for the installation of new subscription. After that due to their pathetic they were not able collate my address and all. Around 6 to 7 seven people used send me emails everyday for the same reason that they need my documents. I have sent my documents many times but they were very care less. I asked them to refund my money it's more then 2 months now. No response...

        I had payed the subscription for installation of water purifier device by middle of march, still now no body from bangalore team contacted me.Can i know when the installation wil start from your company.

        I had paid the initial deposit amount of 575, please find the screenshot attached

        Please no body else get cheated, its a fraudulent company,

        not even a single response from there support team be aware that this is a fraud act of collecting 575 rs from everyone and not providing with any service

          Hi we have taken amc for livpure for two years. Recently there was an issue with our ro. This was assigned to an execute called sanjeev pulluri in february before the lockdown. But there was no response from him and he spoke harshly as well. This was before the lockdown. During lockdown, we faced severe water crisis. Until now, the issue is not resolved. We even called the customer care and asked the case to be assigned to some other executive but they said they cannot do that. Request you to look into the issue at the earliest.

            I have the livpure glo water purifier, taken the amc on 4/9/2019 for 1 year.
            Currently it is not working from 3rd march 2020, service request given through online as well as toll free. Js-[protected] generated. But no one coming for service. The same request escalted to multiple time, but they are not responding from last 15 days.
            Due to water bringing from outside and change in water entire family felt sick.

              I purchased annual amc package for livepure ro last year with quarterly servicing of ro. It's been more than 2 months servicing enginner hasn't come to service the ro despite of following up with him:

              Please find the below details:

              Dear customer: as promised free preventive maintenance service of livpure ro is due with call id js-[protected] call closure code xxxxx allocated for[protected] to mangesh gupta[protected] faridabad, [protected]. Plz give an appointment when engineer call. Do not share closure code till service is done. Please call [protected] for any query.

              The services are pathetic and we are stuck and can't do anything after purchasing the product!

                Its been 15 days.. Machine has not been installed and no body is ready to respond.. Very very poor customer service.. Horrible experience.. Worst ever.. They don't mind loosing a customer.. They got the money prepaid but not ready to provide me the product.. I need refund of my money.. But no option to get refund until the machine is installed.. Pathetic and fraud persons..

                  Hi i have ordered liv pure smart 1 week back. I was told machine will be installed within 48 hours. I have called their customer care who have given several false commitments saying delivery will be done tomorrow. I called to mr. Syed who is the delivery incharge of my zone (Bangalore) says my house is too far and cannot commit on delivery. This is pathetic customer service. I will not recommend this product to any one.

                    Livpure - water purifier no response for service request

                    Chasing from dec 25th for service request. Initially an auto preventive maintenance request is raised by livpure. (Js-[protected])

                    But till now no technician is visited for service. Called again on jan 10th to customer case since no technician reached us.

                    From last 5 days ro is keep noising when water is getting purified. Called multiple times to care only response from team will be we will be escalating this to next level and service engineer will be coming before eod.

                    And also earlier service engineer always keeps changing only outer filer and other inside filters never changed even though we say water taste is bad and forces us to get the happy code and always no spare parts readily available.

                    Apart from purchase we now feel that paying 12000 as amc to livpure is our blunder!

                      But the filter is working fine.

                        I am really disappointed with livpure, i had paid amc to these guys post service on 28th dec 2019 and it stopped working from next day morning. I had called them 100 times with minimum response. They had registered my complaint again on 2nd jan 2019, 3 people have visited and i was told they do not have the spare parts to fix and will come back in few hours to fix them. But none of them turned up. I have recordings of all the discussions with livpure, too many calls. Nothing helped me. They had taken amc for 8400 and given the bill, when i had called them they said i will be charged as amc is not yet updated. Based on their request i had send them the mail but no update on that. Really pathetic service, i made a biggest blunder in choosing livpure and paying 8400 rs for their amc. Its been almost two weeks i had paid for amc and if failed in less than a day. None had fixed the issue, am not sure if their technical team knew about the service? Looks like they are not experts. Please return my money back, let me happily move to good ro company. I do not want to waste my money. Customer service team had given me different numbers saying they are head of bangalore and he will help to resolve the issue in a day and so. No use as there was no development even after calling them.

                          I (Register Mobile No.[protected] and register name- V.S.Patil) purchased livepure pep plus model in August, 2018 it is now out of warranty but while purchasing this product sales person saying that after purchasing this product we get four free servicing and also we get free replacement candle in last servicing. Actual we get only two servicing and didn't get any replacement candle.

                          For that i had logged a complain at customer care number, they told the issue will be resolved within 48 hours, now it has been more than 2 days, no action has been taken yet.

                          When i am trying to call the customer care number, the calls remain on hold as all the agents are busy with other callers and i never received a call back.

                          Now I request to you please change my candle on priority basis and free of cost because now my family struggle with drinking water which is very serious issue.

                          Also i am trying to reach their distributor m/s. Arcee Electronics (Panvel) but they never replied on phone as well as on whatsapp too and when i called from alternative number then he picked up the call and said that i allocated someone to fix your call on temporary basis but still i didn't receive any person nor any communication from them.
                          I request you to kindly expedite this message to your management to resolve the service and do not cheat with anyone because it's not about me but, everybody may facing the issues for the same and you may loose your customers by providing worst service in the market.

                            I have taken amc of four years with 14000inr cost from livpure and i regret for that now.. It was purely waste of money.. I am facing issue of ro leakage last three months.. So many calls registered and no one cares about it. They close the requests without my knowledge and without sharing happy code with them. After several follow ups one technician came and he broken the pre filter without any solution to the complaint.. He closed the request as soon as he left my home (Call id. Js-[protected]) has been closed. Now they raised another call id and it doesn't have any history of the complaint. Totally frustrated with the product and their service.

                            The product is not working since pas one week and I am trying to contact their customer care but there is no response from them.

                            They taken 6500 rs in the name of amc and now not ready to service the purifier.
                            Pathetic service and I am going to change my purifier itself.

                              I am in 2 year amc for my ro. While taking i was assure candle replacement for every 6months without raising a complaint for replacement. They will mention 2hrs response and 24hrs service however you will be in trap if you believe those words. They don’t care about slas and don’t have any shame for not contacting customer though we do multiple follow ups and escalations. Js[protected] raised in first week of december but did not get any service. Multiple escalations did not work. No one willing to contact me. Sent mails for more than 6 times to address the issue

                                I have purchased Livpure LIV-PEP-PRO-PLUS+ 7 L RO + UV + UF Water Purifier (White) in may-2019, after 6 months, it's taking lot of time to fill the tank.
                                it is under warranty period.i have raised the request(JS-[protected]), they are not attending the complaint, if we call to customer care, simply they escalated, after escalation also no one calling and attending the service request. if again i call to customer care, they are repeating the process but they are not attending the service.they are providing the area in-charge mobile no, i have called no.of time and he is not answering call

                                I have been waiting for Livpure RO service since long. I have raised several requests and escalated several times but no service engineer visits my location. Really disappointing.

                                  I purchased livpure pro pep+ purifier along with 3 years amc. I paid 12000 rupees additional amount for amc.
                                  When the salesperson sold me amc told me that all the repsonsiblity of purifier will be taken care by livpure and i no need to spend single penny for servicing and any damaged parts for 3 years.
                                  That time he said that our purifier having problem with ro and replaced it. Now our purifier having issue. The technician visited and saying that ro should be replaced and i need to pay 2500 rupees again because ro will be replaced once per year. This was not told me while selling me amc not even he told me that there are terns and conditions for amc. Told me entire product care will be taken care by livpure. He not even showed me document of terms and conditions and not even i signed on anything except paying money and even told me there will some terms will exist. So i beleieved him bought amc. This is how the sales persons cheating people and selling amc.
                                  The ro was replace not even 6 months. The ro comes with actual product will last for 2 years, how come the replace original branded ro will damage in 6 months. I am having suspect with the quality of the spare parts.
                                  I can buy a new purifier for 12000 from other companies with 3 years warranty. So please help me to get it fixed.

                                      I purchased the purifier through flipkartand installation done incompletely.in one hour after installation purifier started leaking and called customer care number n the engineer who installed the same. But nobody replied back and nobody attended the issue as well. It is in not able to use and worst service too. Called multiple times to customer care n no response.
