I hv ordered ac on 30th Oct and delivery date was 4th nov due to fastival it was not delivered at this date and I got new date of delivery was 6th nov after the 6th nov to till (13 nov ) I called sales team service team delivery team and I got answer that it will delivered by morning afternoon evening that set they have no Idea where is my product and when I will I get this

I also mark mail to customer service mail id but I have received only one line that we will back to you earliest since 7 day I don't know when they will backe to me

They are making fool of customers they have no idea what to say to customer

    I have rented the water purifier around jan 2020, and in August i went to Bangalore after lockdown to empty my house. Before that i started calling them and requesting to pick the water purifier, since i wanted to vacate and there were no response from their side. On my last day i gave them simple instructions that please come and pick your device because i would be leaving the house. Finally some guy in afternoon and took the device. After 4-5 months i started getting call about returning the product. I told them multiple times that your executive has picked the device but still they keep calling me and harrassing me frequently. Now they shared a legal notice on the same asking for 25k. Can someone please help me on this

    Hello, the same thing happened to me. I returned the device but now I was served a legal notice. I see many others have gone through the same. I see you are getting together with people to go against them, the collective effort will be helpful. Could we connect and try to defend ourselves collectively?

      Ever since I have bought Livpure RO machine, the same problem is coming in my machine again and again and livpure company send me serviceman to fix the machine, the machine runs fine for 3 to 4 days then same problem again Happens livpure company executives are fooling me they got me installed defective machine

        I used to live on rent. In march month I requested for dismantle through app of livpure. Engineer came machine handed over to the company representative whose information i got from livepure on message and the code. Then lockdown imposed I didn’t get any call nothing i thought its closed now as the one who took machine submit in the company but now after 2.5 year got a legal notice saying that I didn’t handover the RO machine. I mean livpure is asking after 2.5 years to submit machine. I submit it at that time only as one of the manager name Mr. jatin call for for machine i told him all scenario then he asked me to wait, there will be technical issue . Then I didn’t get call i thoughts its over . But now this legal notice they send me. Its not good.

        I am also facing similar issue after one year. Machine returned on April 2021. Now they are asking to return and calling for pick up.

          I rented livepure RO purifier on subscription basis and used it for about 16 months. On 2020 August i had to moveout of Bangalore hence placed a dismantle and return request to them over a Mail. They created a ticket and sent someone for collecting the device.

          The device was collected and ticket got closed on 7th of August 2020. Despite returning the device they were keep calling from multiple numbers and asking to return the device though i told them every time that i have already returned the device.

          Now after one full year, they sent a legal notice through WhatsApp to return the device with the demand to pay Rs.15, 000 for the device and Rs.9975 as a arrear amount of subscription charges.

          Ticket id created for returning the device: JS-[protected]

            I have already returned the RO long back and the product was picked long back. I don't understand why are you guys mentally torturing me even after the product is returned. Im already a mentally ill patient. Please ask the guy who took the product from my home instead of calling and sending the legal statements.

                Purchased AC of LivPure recently around 2 months back but only after 15 days it started showing difficulties, have been contacting Livpure regarding the same since 2 months as one by one many issues started showing in the AC. Been contacting their customwr care and they says they raised a ticket after that their partnered service person visits and do nothing to get that fixed complained same to the Company but again happens the same seems revolving round and round in their loop, it's not even been a year I have purchased their product and they provide no proper support and services on them.

                  I initially requested to rent Livpure last year during the first lockdown was imposed. The product was delivered but it was not installed. In a few days my company allowed me to work from home and I planned to leave and move out of state to my native town and informed Livpure customer support to pick up their product. The product was not even opened from the box as no one had arrived for installation. There is a screenshot of the the conversation...

                  I purchased "Zinger Copper hot" water purifier on Sep 13th and we received the wrong product "Zinger hot" on 15th and installed it on 16th.
                  The Installation engineer also didn't check this and didn't mention this is not the right product of Zinger Copper Hot .
                  Now the sales guy "ANKIT" is telling us that both products are the same. Before buying this product we asked Ankit multiple questions and took confirmation from him that whatever functionalities of water purifier we discussed, it should be there in the product that we received.

                  But that does not happen here. while receiving this product is completely different from what we purchased.

                  Can you please take necessary action on this and I am looking for an immediate resolution. Also I am sending mail corporate office mail id to get notified this issue.

                    Product not installed within 36 hours as per the policy.livpure glo star was delivered online from Amazon and the brand was to install the product within 36 hours of product. You are advised to take up the matter on priority basis or else we should go for further action

                      I registered a complaint on Oct 4th 2021 and it's Oct 7th 2021 (JS-[protected]) phone number[protected]. Bangalore 560037, have still not received any response from the company. No use of annual maintenance policy that is 8500rs they just won't reply i[censored] have this warranty in hand. Worst customer service I have ever gone through for water filters. Even the local water filters will get quick servicing after requesting within 12 hours or max 24 hours. It's not the first time.l I'm facing this issue in livpure. I'm just waiting for my warranty to expire that is on May 2022. After that I'm going to change my water filter for sure. And the technician when he comes to know we have the annual warranty. He says that the parts are not in stock and give excuses or just fix it for time being and the problem arises within a month or 2. I personally urge the consumers to go for any brand except Livpure due to its pathetic service.

                        I raised rental RO disconnection request on 2nd September 2021 and RO was picked up from my address by Livpure technician on 3rd September 2021. I got customer care email on my registered email Id regarding confirmation of machine received in their warehouse.
                        Now since one month Livpure customer care are calling me for recharge and saying that they don't have any details on disconnection. It has been total mental harrasment from their side. I have attached device received confirmation mail I got from Livpure

                            I used their service from feb 2019 to may 2020 and i was thrir valued customer. In june i asked them to dismantle the RO as i was planning to leave delhi in 15days and they didn't respond. I tried mailing them and called them regarding this multiple times but they were very ignorant regarding this. I even asked the guy who used to service it for them to take it off and have it with him so that in worst case scenario he will be able to return...

                            I purchased livpure pep pro ++ last year and it was installed on 18/10/2020. the company promised to offer 3 preventive maintenance during the warranty period but no person has come since installation to serve the same. it is disappointing that the warranty period is going to be end next month. kindly do the needful.

                              Current My RO is not working from last 5 days, I have taken AMC date 20.05.20 // Rs 7980 for my smart touch Iivpure water purifier, While selling AMC of your service, it was not told to me that only one RO will be replaced in year and extra will be chargeable and on my query, it was understood that RO life will be 1 year, but as you mentioned that earlier RO was replaced in Oct month’20 and now again in May’21 so RO life is only 6 month...

                              I bought 1.5 ton AC one year ago, livepure gives 3 free service but i got only 2 and in free service time period i complaint that my ac not give proper cooling but service provider says thats all ok, now my free service time period over than service provider says thats my ac's gas was leakage and gas was empty, and gas fill up charges is approximate 2500 to 3000 rs, why they could not chek my ac properly in my free service period.

                                I made a huge blunder by taking their RO on rent.Highly misbehave CUSTOMER care executives are there.No response, no service.Initially when I was hesitating to take their service they will follow up you like anything but once their work is done and u took the service they hardly bother to provide service.I am feeling these ## should be sued in court and company should be shut down.Just go through social networking sites and see how people are irritated with ur after sales services.I was staying in Hyderabad where I took one of their RO on rent, but after 2nd wave I returned to my hometown and have hardly used it for a month.I started getting call anonymously to surrender the RO if not in use but as I wasn't present in Hyderabad it was not possible for me to surrender.Now when I came to Hyderabad for some work and at least requested them 4-5 times to take their RO back they are least bothered.Now I am leaving the city and again after few days they will call me to surrender.Literally pissed off with their service.WORST and THIRDGRADE product.
