Subject: No resolution of complaint

I have been taking follow-up from December 28th, 2022 on mail. I have shared the KYC and the same will be approved on December 29th, 2022.
I received a mail that RO will be picked up within 24-48 hours but the same is not picked up till January 1, 2023 and after making so many calls and follow up I have to hire a labour to arrange a pick-up of RO.
All your service executives make false promises that RO will surely be picked up by 31st december as I have to give the key to the owner even though I have mentioned the same that please arrange the pickup on or before 31st december but your service and false promises just give hopes but in reality it's too bad.
Yesterday when I ask for the status they told me ki "ho jayega sir pakka karwa denge" and when I told them to transfer the call to senior they told me that you will get a call back from senior today itself as we can not transfer the call and guess what I am still waiting for the call.

As I am tired of writing emails and taking regular follow-ups, I have picked up the RO and am waiting for a call or message for installation.

Please check your policies and do the needful as we have to buy water daily even though we have RO just because you guys haven't installed it yet and I have to myself paid for the labour for pick-up of RO.

    One of the worst RO rental company with pathetic customer service.
    They trick me to get a new rental RO with a second-month free offer and after the first month, my RO stopped working because of non-payment of the bill which should be a free month as per their sales person.
    My RO is not working for the last 2 months and I tried complaining about this issue everybody is saying that there is no coupon applied for a free month and every time they told me that they will arrange a callback for the last 2 months I never received any call from LIVPURE SMART Team.
    I am canceling the subscription right now and i will never recommend anyone else to take rental RO from LIVPURE SMART.
    THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY WITH PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE.
    JUST SENDING BILLS BUT NO RESOLUTION TO PROBLEM😡😡😡😡😡

      Very poor Customer SERVICE

      The SERVICE maintenance is very bad. While selling your sales team will give false information to customers. They collect AMC charges from us. But do not provide timely service. If you want to complain then the customer SERVICE are even PATHETIC.

      I have called multiple times to customer support but never come back with any response and they simply waste our time and money....

      Leakage problem in water purifier

      I have been facing a water leakage issue for the past month but it is still not resolved. Lipure technicians have visited 3-4 times to fix the problem and every time they changed some parts and said the issue is resolved but it is not. They don't have the patience to stay for 30 mins and check whether the issue is finally resolved or not. They are just in hurry to get the happy code and close the issue asap. I am frustrated with their customer...

      I have taken acmc in nov 2020 till nov 2022, but due to covid pendamic service was not provided for 1 year from livpure and the same was communicated to livpure customer care and also spoke with rajkamal area sales team hyderabad. But i received a mail saying we are not committed to give service for the lost year. In the name of acmc hard earned money of consumers are collected and they are skipping the promise which they made at the time of taking money, which is pathetic and very unethical way of treating the customer as they know that water is very important and people will not fight in this case and they can do what ever they want. Livpure has not kept there promise of acmc

        Service is to much bad ... the main problem is i cancel my LivPure last month ..then i called to customer care they told me sir this weak we will take it back..then no one came ..last moth to till now ..everday they are saying sir ..today anyhow we will take it...no one came ..i called that gay he fited ro livepure in my home .they told me sir that not my work ..mera kaam srif lgana ka h...so i decide if i m not getting any responce to colled my ro ...i will breake it..then i can thing ...i paid 1500 to bagger

            Hi team,

            I was using livpure smart ro earlier and returned the machine on 9th June. Despite being the refund processing I am seeing the balance amount increasing per month. I have already deactivated the machine in the month of June and returned the machine from my current address. Not sure why the machine is still showing under my account. Need this to be close immediately, I am already disturbed due to this. I have contacted customer care multiple times but issue not resolved. Please help me to close this case .                 I am using LivPure RO water purifier and it is not working from last 2 weeks after filter change by LivePure technician. We reached customer care and it has been 5 days but no response from any where. It is very very bad service and i have been calling everyday and they have the same response that it will be fixed today. They gave number of area manager and senior technician but they are not picking up call

                    Due to service delay...our water utilization is impacted...Still we have 7000 liters of water in our account...so I requested for extension of subscription at leaat upto December 2022...because of their service delay in my whole year..subscription. They are treating us like beggers and they are saying 10 day or 15 days of extension only possible.

                    See I paid the money and having 7000 liters of water in my account...Still they are not accepting our request...if they provided best...service...then every one will use at least minimum require water na.

                    Cheapest tricks they are playing to loot peoples money.

                    Request you please take compliant as serious issue...even I'm ready to file a case against them.Other they will.loot money form lot many people in this way.

                      I bought Livpure 1 year back. From day 1 water taste is like bore water. I raised complaint and service engineer replaced filters and he said “according to government norms there are some pH that has to be maintained so that’s why water tastes like this. Going forward all RO brand’s water will taste like this only”. He was not ready to accept my complaint and he simply replaced filters. Then after a week I again raised complaint and this time he was very arrogant saying “I have already explained you about water taste then why you are raising complaint again”. He was very rude. Only Livpure water taste is like this. I tried other ROs aswell everything gives great water taste. Then how come Livpure water alone will be like bore water. Does government norms applies only to Livpure then? Livpure cheated me by giving somr defect product. I paid 12, 500rs for this useless product. Trust me the tap water tastes same like Livpure water. I want immediate replacement for my RO or take your product and give my money back. Don’t cheat us. One more thing please don’t send this service engineer in Erode again. He has no manners on how to speak to a customer. Send someone from other region and not from my region.

                        Hi,
                        I am using livpure water purifier since last three years. I have taken AMC plan last year. Since this servicing there is continuous leakage in water purifier. Sai enterprises was the third party company which has done servicing. After leakage they have worked twice on water purifier but problem of leakage was not solved yet. There is no response from customer care. Problem is not solved.

                          Even after claiming for concessions to my earlier AMC, my father who is around 75 years paid an amount of Rs. 12000 to the Livpure person Jogendra (mobile number[protected] for new ACMC.
                          While the original complaint was regarding water tasting bad, the same has still not been resolved and every time I raise a ticket, the technician tells my father that there is a motor issue and he will resolve it soon but takes the code to close the issue. Same has happened yesterday also (28th Sep 2022). Its been 2 months but still the issue persists and each time I call them to escalate, they ask me to go and complain to Area manager who doesn't answer my call. And he had also taken up the issue to extend my AMC which was impacted due to lockdown.
                          Really pathetic customer service after sales

                              I have paid monthly installment of Rs 500 on 13th September. It's been 3 days since there is no water coming in RO. I have raised multiple tickets, called customer care 6 times, but there is response from your service team. Each time I call they say it will take 24hrs to 48hrs to resolve issue. I have also requested to speak to supervisor to escalate the issue but no response. After giving a negative feedback in Google playstore for your app, I got a message from Ms.Kashmira that she is looking into the issue, but it's been more than 8hours and no resolution. I do not know whom else to contact. I have spend more than Rs.1000 on packaged drinking water till now which I need livpure to refund.
                              Requesting for a quick response and complete refund of Rs.1000 that I have spend on packaged water because of your pathetic response.

                                I’ve taken subscription of livpure ro 7days ago
                                Everyday i talk to the customer care they say your kyc has not been approved it will take 24 to 48hrs only and in my app it shows your kyc has been successful.
                                On the day when i got a call from sales team he told me you will get your ro within 48hrs but till now it’s been 7days that is 168hrs still I didn’t get any call from service team.
                                Everyday i tried to call customer i got different reply
                                One of them told me you’ve not submitted your documents on mail so it is taking time to approve but sales team told me to submit my documents on livepure app so I submitted there, how will i know i’ve to mail it ?
                                Another customer care told me i’ve highlighted your case your ro will be delivered within 48hrs but i haven’t received yet, So today again i called customer care i was so frustrated i told him all the scenarios and he said i’ll resolve your problem now only and he talked to kyc team and said your kyc has been approved now you will receive your ro within 48hrs, i hope this time it’s just 48hrs😡

                                  I had made payment of Rs.2024/- (One Month Subscription Rs.525/- plus Refundable Deposit of Rs.1499/-) on 09.09.2022 on the assurance that the RO would be delivered the next day and installation would be completed in next 48hrs thereof.
                                  However, the RO has not yet been delivered till date.
                                  I have sent an email in the morning of 13.09.2022 to cancel the Order and refund the amount and in response to the same I was again given an assurance that the RO would be delivered by evening on 13.09.2022.
                                  RO was not delivered as promised again and once again I had sent another reminder email on 13.09.2022 evening for processing refund and booked another RO.
                                  The LivPure company is running a scam and they are not picking up the call and when we connect to their Customer Care then they tell us to wait till they check my details and disconnects the call.
                                  I humbly request to intervene to process my refund as I have booked another RO and no more interested in Livpure.

                                    My RO membership was disconnected in the month of July.

                                    I've received a legal notice regarding returning the unit. Before getting the notice I've mentioned few of the agents who called me before to call me at around 5 to 6 pm since I do night shift and I will not be able to entertain calls in the morning.

                                    Since September 7th I've been trying to schedule a pick up and receive a call back. However the legal department who called me back, confirm a pick up on Sep 7th, which guess what, never happened. Then again after repeated tried and calling livpure, I received another callback on Sep 9th that the pick up will be done the next day, Sep 10th and again no pick up nor any call back from the representative.

                                    Also on the legal notice, the mentioned email address is not attended too. I've sent a lot of emails but no response to them.

                                    This is absolutely an HARRASMENT. I do night shift. I have to stay up during the day time awaiting a callback and working in the night. My sleep cycle has messed up which soon may affect my health.
