Hello, I am Suraj Shinde.
Currently using Livpure platino+ Copper (LIV-PLATINO-PLUS-COPPER).
I am very unhappy with the product as well as the customer service of the company. My unit needs repair every week and the local livpure team has very bad service. My service request- JS-[protected] was generated on 29th June 2022 and as of today no one has visited and the service request is still open. I just extended my warranty in thoughts of good service and after taking money company executives didn't even bothered to look in my complaint seriously.
And to mention this all started from the day when a techniciain visited to repair the pump and then somehow the UV system broke. He said he will bring the part tomorrow and he never came.
The technicians are not receiving my calls, Now livpure looks like it just a money taking scam literally.
And especially the local area manager of Aurangabad, 431007 by the name of Deepak is not taking this seriously and the behavior is rude.
I am genuinely very unhappy with overall service of the company and the product.
I request you to look in this matter and arrange a return/replacement of the product as I am no longer interested in your product and service.
This is very serious.

    I have requested (JS JS-[protected]) for service of my Water Purifier on 17.06.2022. There is no response/service on this request inspite of many reminders. RO System stopped working. It seems Livpure service team don't bother about the services after customer buy thier products. Kindly look into the matter. Don't buy AMC, as they dont care about the maintenance, money is already with them.

      We have raised an issue 10days before regarding water purifier is not working. Still I didn't get a proper response. If they assigned the service person even he didn't pick up the call. I chased them daily but no use. Number which I contacted to complaint about the service - [protected].

        I discontinued usage in June, 2022.

        I'm asking for uninstallation now in July, 2022. But they want me to pay for one month in order to uninstall. The water stopped in June itself.

        Their customer service is really ill-mannered. They talk as if they own us.

        Absolutely unprofessional!!! Never ever buy Livepure purifiers only reason is their coustomer service it is pittclass and pathetic!!! all service agents have tremendous attitude problem, and they just don’t care about their customers… Livepure is truly gonna face major backlash because of their customer service!

          I had registered a service request due to slow water from the RO then livpure has assigned the complaint to the technician and technician had serviced the RO on chargeable basis. After the service, the RO had another issues like not getting off after getting full of water, continuous flow from the drain pipe, beep sound continuously etc. which identified just only after the service of the RO carried out by the technician sent by the livpure. I had again complained regarding the same but they are asking for visit and other maintenance charges even though the problems were created by the technician of livpure.

            Issue with quality of service and response// 2f20-37086chscde[protected]

            It been month time after raising the request with livpure, it took more than a week just to send engineer to location after many so many followup.

            Registered mobile number [protected]
            Issue: As was not cooling.

            June 13th engineer visited the location and not able to find exact root cause of the issue then he took parts along with him to test.

            As per him, he will send parts to livpure to test and identify the.

            this ticket outsourced to jeeves, they are not giving proper inputs and technician also not having good skills and he asked me to pay 650 rs charges prior to visit.

            Now as per livpure customer care ticket is closed, not sure now where is the spare and engineer who visited also not giving proper response. As per engineer he sent spares to livepure but in livepure end call is closed.

            I have not such kind of worst customer care services from any other company.

              Not Refunding the Security after Too many calls and emails

              I opt for the Livpure rental RO Service in Zirakpur. The service of RO for water was good but my happiness was short lived due to the untrained and uneducated call center agents who respond to customers calls. I shifted my office so i inform them in advance to take back the machine and refund the security deposit. They took more than 25 days to come and collect the machine and also from their App you cannot cancel the subscription. After...

                Our newly purchased RO water purifier (Platino plus copper) is regularly not working properly. Spent 18k odd on purchase but it's malfunctioning just after a week. Technician is too head strong to resolve the issue I assume. Problem persists even after changing the circuit board. It is taking longer than usual to fill the tank too...

                Looks like I am starting to regret the purchase.

                  I have been using Livpure RO on Rental since Feb 2022. The product stopped working on 10th June and the technician checked it on 13th July. After checking the RO, the technician told me some part has to be replaced and the same will be rectified by EOD. However, till now, it is not yet rectified. I have reached out many times by phone, email & chat to get a solution for the issue but till now it is not rectified. Please check and rectify or cancel the subscription and refund my deposit.

                    I purchased AMC for my livpure RO and executive told me that during AMC of 2 year filter will be exchanged every 6 month.

                    But now it's over 1 year when filter changed and service person said that now filter will not be changed. Anti Scalextric uv uf filter never changed

                    Why customer buy AMC If you are not maintaining RO during AMC as per schedule. It doesn't suits to company like livpure providing such kind of pathetic services.

                    Please do the needful and arrange carbon sediment filter replacement for my RO.

                      I have been raising service request on 19th, 21st, 25th June through app. I have mailed to your customer services as well as tried connecting them through phone. Its been more than a week but still there is no service raised. This is totally pathetic from the company if the customer has to really beg for a service request to be raised. When ever a request is raised I get a mail the request is closed without even checking with me.

                        In the month of march I book an aquaguard rental subscription to accquire clean and no iron content water from the company Livpuresmart. Before buying the monthlt rental subscription, we mentioned our problem of high iron content in the water, on which the employees of the Livpuresmart company assure and promised me that I will get clean drinkable water. But at the time of installation, when we checked the water, it was same. The water had iron content as it was earlier with the same smell. On spot, after I checked infront of the installer, I asked him to uninstall the machine and cancel our subscription. He uninstalled the machine and I raised a request of refund for the cancellation of subscription before the machine pickup. They did not agreed to refund before pickup but they agreef for the cancellation. Hence, I complained here for the refund before pickup for the cancellation of subscription and later after somedays, they refunded back the money but they did not provide me any camcellation mail or pickup update. I tried to call them several time. No one responded. I had to leave the residence due to my mother's health detoriation. She is 74. I mailed them twice and told them about my address change. I eveb told them to inform me 1 day before the pickup, so that I can come down to my registered address for the handover of the machine. One employee promised me to arrange a pickup. I waited the entire day but no one came and later no one received the call.
                        Today they have sent me a legal notice of plan payment failure of 15, 000/- and disagreement of machine pickup which totally baseless. I have the mails screenshots. Even 2 of the mail addresses were also invalid. I mailed them on 3 E-mail Ids. Please look on to this fraud. They are harrasing a women on baseless ground.

                          Bought a livpure water purifier from army canteen in Tirunelveli...booked for installation immediately...spoke with the falling number ...

                          But no one gave proper response...instead they are arguing with the customer...
                          When I called the toll free customer care executive selected the language tamil the person who handled my call is really very bad...I know calls are getting recorded I wish the senior officer please listen to the recorded call u will know how he argued and disconnected my call...he was very rude ...not fit to be an cc executive...

                          The officer from tenkasi called and said it is not our limits...we will not come...an other officer from Nagercoil called and said the same reason...my house is in between both the cities ( kalakkad) ...

                          If livpure cannot send a person for fitting then why give fake promise...why deliver it Tirunelveli...

                          After getting the address and pincode on the time of booking...after 3 days they are saying all stupid things...
                          Is this ur service...is this your brand..

                              Pathetic service. No body checks the water quality after installation. Your services agents takes tha call only if machine stops filtering otherwise It doesn't matter to your company what quality of water customer is drinking. However, you don't forget to charge premium rates.
                              Please disconnect the services immediately and return security deposit and show some respect to customer.

                                The security deposit amount has been paid there team promised that the product will be delivered with in 48 to 72 hrs but its passed 10 days still the product has not been delivered and installed so i contacted the Customer care there is no proper response form there team so i had decided to cancel the subscription and requested for the refund so please the consumer complaint team kindly help me on this

                                  I ordered a RO water purifier and payment is also done but it's more than 10 days and the product is not arrived yet. There is no response from your company as well. We tried a lot to contact to your company but it was of no use.Therefore, I wànt to file a complain against your company's service and I want my product to be delivered as soon as possible.

                                    The Technician Chittaranjan Swarnakar working in Ramkanali, Purulia zone does not know how to fix the problem rather he damaged the water quality. After that repeated request from us he is just making excuses to come and solve the issue. We are facing difficulty in getting drinking water. Kindly send some other technician as soon as possible.
                                    Further it is a kind request to remove such inefficient technician so that people do not suffer.

                                      They are not providing services to RO, after Installing they won't even look at it . They don't care what about Water quality. They don't change filters. I have tried every medium to raise service request From App, Email, Costumer care, Instagram. It couldn't get any worse than this.
