dear sir,
1. my father had puchased one 1.5 ton split AC from ASHIRWAD ELECT. Tilak maidan road, muzaffarpur.
2. after pur chase no company rep turned up for a week for installation, purforce we got it installed by local vendor.
3. AC in not functioning correctly till date. even complaint lodge to local service centre and also to customer care mumbai. cus care mumbai assured guarnteed service, but still no rep has turned up till date.
4. we spoke to LG service center area manager Mr RK Shukla and also given reference and complaint number but he refused to carry out any service and inturn misbehaved also.
5. My father is a old aged person(69yrs) and he went to the service centre lot many times but no action has been taken so far.
6. even it has been told by the area maneger" do what ever u want to do, I won't provide service. no one can do to me".
7. May I once again request you to kindly look into the matter and resolve it. It is to inform you that The LG dealer is just defaming the brand name and reputation o[censored]r company. and i can assure u we will never recommend any one to buy ur product since service o[censored]r company is pathetic.
8. My old aged father is being mentally, financially and physically harassed by the LG company and its dealer & service centre staffs.

LG SPLIT UNIT — CLOSE UR SERVICE CENTER

yes,
this is very bad to complaint you for little little problem's.acctualy b4 yesterday my office unit not giving proper cooling.so i file complaint.today a person came and fill some Gas and i pay them.after half en hour the AC not give's such a proper cooling.then i again ask to costumer care(GWALIOR) on this number 2430919.there are some Muslim name guy pic the phone>>> NO GAURANTEE OF COOLING AFTER FILLING THE GAS.I MEAN TO SAY HE ANSWER SO ROUDLY.>>>NOW U TOLD ME WHAT I DO.I DONT KNOW HOW UR COMPANY GIVE'S SERVICE CENTRE'S TO THESE TYPE OF ILLITRATED PEOPLE'S.SHAME O[censored]R SERVICE CENTRE'S.

LG Split AC — Unnecessary harassement-

The service men from LG Company came twice to our place and on the first visit said the stabalizer is not working properly. we got it fixed up and he took Rs 450/- just to touch the AC. On the second visit the Service men did cleaning and said it will work now. irritated of the situation we called a local person to fix the AC. he checked and said the compresser is not working properly. we called the service men and told him to fix the problem. And he started using abusive language and said he will not be fixxing the AC as it is tampered.the Ac was not tampered but was checked. we use a lot of products of LG but have never faced such an issue. I personally believe being loyal to LG is costing me unnecessary harrasement. I will not recomend LG to anyone.
i comletely agree. after sales service is poor because it is taken care by franchisees. even registering complaints in their web sites did not receive any attention.

LG company — lg promotion

i received the sms stated that i have won R98000.00. Ticket No 0377l i must call MRS ANN to [protected] and must buy Telkom vouncher of R 400.00 and send to them for registration before i receive the money

    My name is Pramod Gubbi. I have purchased LG 55 inch 3D television from "My electronics" shop in Mysore on 25/01/2013. I was promised that the gift (LG home theatre system 806) would be delivered to me within 20-25 days as a part of the Republic Day offer. To this day I have not received it. I have made numerous calls to the My Electronics shop manager in kuvempunagar in Mysore. He keeps on promising a new date, blaming on non- availability of the gift.

    I have called the LG toll free number on[protected] and I have been assured that the marketing department would be looking into it. I have followed it up with two more emails and the response is given below

    Home theatre system — Non availability of parts

    I have bought one home theatre 2 years back .but after six months it got no sound .So, I approached customer support.They do not have spare parts for the same

      Bought a 1 ton split AC from LG showroom, CityCenter 1, SaltLake, kolkata on Mar 29th. They delivered the package the next day. Then service men came the next day and were not able to install. They mentioned to replace it with Window AC. Contacted the shop and they said since financial year end, cant do anything till Apr 3rd. so, I visited the shop on Apr 4th and asked, they said they don't have that model. They will contact me when they get it in-stock. Later, I decided to install that split AC and asked the shop to send the Servicemen.
      The shop did not do anything.. I waited 2 days and then made a call to LG customercare. They gave me a RNA number and later a different Servicemen came, They opened the package and then said they have to get some bamboo support . They did not come again. After 10 days I contacted a local Technician and paid Rs. 5500/- and getting it installed.

      Can I file a claim for negligence and not providing service for a brandnew product ?

      LG Split AC — Not Providing Service

      I have purchased LG Split AC 2 weeks back. Installation was done on 23 April 2010. Now I have called 5 times LG cutome Care for free Demo. They are promising everytime for 24 hours but service is not yet provided.
      I dont have any option now. My communication Id with LG is C[protected].
      If I ask customer care executive to transfer my call to Manager or any other high level officer they refuse everytime.

      I dn't know what do do now. I want to register a complain against LG.

      LG — Service not done

      I have got a LG Microwave which was not working, then I contacted the distributor and got a service person number. When I called the service person for attending the call itself and coming to my home he took one week's time. When he came he didnt even had proper tools to open the microwave. After inspecting the microwave he told me that the Magnetron need to be replaced and it will cost more than Rs.2300. So I told him I have to discuss this with family and will let him know about this. He just left the microwave even without closing it with the nuts he removed. I called him again and informed him to replace the old Magnetron with new one. For the past 4 months I am calling him again and again and always his reply will be Magnetron stock is not there or he is busy today so he will come tomorrow and fix it. But the tomorrow never came. Since I am a working women me and my children depend lot on microwave for cooking. I have explained it so many times to him, but he doesnt bother. I could not get any other contact for LG services also. I need this to be fixed immediately. The service person name is : Chidanand and his contact no. is: [protected].

      LG — Installation of ac

      I brought an LG ac from E zone NOIDA. Even after five days no one came to install the AC.
      I am fed up with calling LG customer care number.

      Now it has been 5 days, calling the customer care of LG and no results. Now every day
      I am calling them at least 2 times. I have tried all means , writing mails , registering online
      on their so called "online complain system" and of course calling their zonal office at Ghaziabad.

      I purchased LG, as friends told that their service is good. The complain no is : rna[protected]

      God knows when will these companies stop harassing customers !!

      LG Electronics — AC Service Not Being Done

      I had Purchased a 1.5 Ton Split AC of from LG Electronics and on 29th April 11 i had request for a service issue where my AC was not cooling and also there was water dripping from the AC Unit the complaint number was Service Request No RNA[protected]. With the constant follow up with the LG Customer Care and through mails i have following them up for past 8 days and i just keep getting assurance after assurance that i would be taken care of within 24 hrs and yet my problem remains unsolved.This is quality of after sales service that we as customers have to recieve once the product has been sold to us. If required i have all the mails in regard to issue that i have marked to LG, if required i can furnish all that also.
      Thanks a lot for writing such apologizes. I have heard it 5-6 times from your customer care and
      at least 3 mails which I got from LG service department.

      After so much of frustration, On the 7th day, I called a local guy, gave him 600 bucks and
      got the AC installed. The time between calling the guy and installation was less than 1 hour.

      It would be great if instead of putting so many people in customer care for writing such apologizes,
      LG would put some more people in service department and STOP harassing its customers.

      I will definitely think twice before buying LG products.

      I am not interested in the apologizes i heard a lot of it from your customer care and also they are very rude. Also who will compensate for the 8 days of harassment i had to face while dealing with u people. and finally i had not choice left but to get a local mechanic to repair the AC and he also overcharged me seeing my plight, and all thanks to your inability to do an after sales service. Just to inform u that we are your corporate clients also and i will make sure that i pass on the words to our head office in the regards to the pathetic quality of after sales service that u deliver. And also going forward i will also will not be recommend LG products to anyone in the future.

        My refrigerator fan was making sound in month of february 2013 so i lodged first compliant against LG on 3 march & the company engineer visited & replaced the timer. but the problem didinot solve hence i again lodged complaint & the next time another engineer visited & replaced another part on the back side of freezer..again the problem of defrost persists. then the engineer visited again & said that the timer which they have changed on 3 march 2013 was defected piece so he gain changed the timer ...the problem still is unsolved..and now my wellcooling refrigerator has completely stopped cooling & after the third complaint the engineer visited & said that the compressor needs to be replaced and gas need to be filled,now it is ten days that the service engineer has disconnected the compressor form the fridge & it is completely shut. Today on 8 april i have filled compalint no RNA[protected] for immediate replacement of compressor(which comes under warranty period) I want my refrigerator compressor to be replaced immediately since it is over & above my patience....I am very much disappointed with the LG repairs service....

        LG Refrigerator — Clarification

        IN your model no368ymqg4, it is mentioned in the spec that "No stabiliser working" not applicable.Pl.clarfy the need of a stab.

        LG Refrigerator — no cooling, gas and compressor replaced still no effect

        My refrigritor was not cooling, complaint was launched, first gas was replaced, later on there was no effect hence compressor as changed .

        Still the same problem continues, my complaint no is [protected].

        When enver i call up customer care . i have been told to wait and call is put on hold by upen and meena three times today.

        This complaint is pending since 18th april and is still usolved, we cannot get it repared as compressor warrenty will go off.

          I lodge a complain against non functioning of my LG Split air conditioner, my complain number is RNA[protected], but last one month no one has the courtesy to attend the complain even after several telephonic request

            I bought a mobile from Gizmo E Bazaar Pvt Ltd.(www.bazaar24x7.com) LG QUANTUM C900 MOBILE on 27th Dec-2012, But Received original Mobile after 1 month in Jan-13 Mid and in that also they have given me a Duplicate batter, and mobile without accessories.
            After that lot of 15-20 complaint made to them then after they have despatched another new battery, Handsfree but Battery in not compatible with this mobile and Handsfree was not working.

            Then after lot of complaint made around 20-25 but they are not hearing me. So, Please suggest what to do now.

            Mobile is in non working condition now without battery and this mobile cost is Rs. 7000/-

                We had purchased a LG 32 " LCD tv on 14th August 2012 on consumer loan with an initial down payment of Rs.6099 made on the same day. It was agreed between two parties that we would close the deal by paying eight monthly instalments rated at Rs.2600. We had almost finished the loan when there was a cheque bounce in the sixth instalment. The customer care had given a call reminding about the payment and I could nt make the payment immediately due to my busy schedule at work. On 1st April 2013 the customer care officer was extremely rude and behaved in an unprofessional and curt manner. He started threatening stating that they would come home and seize the tv and that they knew the whereabouts of our house and office. Therefore I did not want to deal with bajaj finance anymore and have made a full and final settlement today.

Its not my mistake.                 LG Plasma TV 32" — Refusal to do service

                i had purchased an LG plasma TV 32" from a shop called SuperElectronics World near saraswati hospital gurgaon Model no 32PC5RA in Feb 09. The TV is now in warranty period. Now i have to transport it to Mumbai as i m shifting residence from gurgaon to mumbai. However when i called up the shop to send someone to pack my TV they said they would do so but no one came. When i called them again they refused to take my calls and promptly disconnected them as soon as my number flashed on their mobile.

                When we go to buy products, these shopkeepers promise us the world but when it comes to service even if it is in warranty period, we r treated like dirt. i wish that their agency be cancelled.

                My led tv after one and a half year ( immediately after warranty) has got a major complaint.The repair cost is almost equal to buy a new one, which i cannot afford . I want to get it replaced.

                  I purchased a LG double Sim Touch Mobile phone from Phottys Trivandrum on 24/11/2012 for Rs.4,499/=. On 28/03/13, the mobile phone's display was not working. I went to the LG Service centre on 29/03/13 for a complaint because my mobile phone is under 1 year warranty period. The service centre personnel told me that they will charge Rs.750/= for the repairs if I want to repair with them. I told them that the mobile phone is under warranty. But they told me that the repair is due to my fault which I denied. I todl them that I didn't drop or damage the phone and the fault may be due to manufacturing defect. The Service centre people didn't accept my statement.

                  I enquired several private shops for the repair but they told me that since the phone model was introduced recently, they are not able to get the spare parts. So I decided to give it to the LG service centre at Karamana, Trivandrum for a payment of Rs.750/=. I was forced to pay for the repairs even though the phone is only 4 months old and under warranty.

                  Your kind help/advise is highly appreciated.

                  I PURCHASED A LG MOBILE LAST MONTH FROM SRI RAM MARKET LUCKNOW. IT IS GIVING PROBLEM SINCE THE DATE OF PURCHASE. WHEN I CONTACT TO YOUR SERVICE CENTRE AT SRI RAM MARKET, LUCKNOW, THEY ASKED TO UPDATE THE SOFT WARE.
                  THE RECEIPTINIST IN CUSTOMER CARE OF LG ASKED TO PAY RS 84.00 FOR REPAIR WITHIN 10 MIN. WHEN I PRODUCED THE BILL AND ASK THAT IT IS UNDER WARANTY, SHE ASKED ME TO COLLECT IT AFTER ONE WEEK.
                  SIR, PL LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND INSTRUCT YOUR CUSTOMER OFFICE TO DAEL THE CUSTOMERS PROPERLY, OTHERWISE IT IS VERY DIFFICULT TO SUSTAIN IN THIS COMPETIVE MARKET. I WOULD ALSO LIKE TO MENTION THAT I AM A PERMANENT USER OF LG PRODUCTS LIKE AC, FRIDGE,MOBILE AND OTHER PRODUCTS.

                  i receive 11 months before one mobile of lg GD 510cookies pep .but mostly touchscreen, battery, mobile switch off automatically, and other multiple problems attended .but your service centre persons are attented but not satisfy so iam not satisfied i send in ur service centre arround 20 kms .TILL NOW BATTERY PROBLEM NOT CORRECTED PAST 2 TIMES .i go and attern two times and every time take 2 hrs minimum so i am not satisfied if lg mobile i and my collicues are change as soon as possible.sorry for an ur mobile NOT USING.please is it possible one person come and collect o[censored]r mobile not an money i need .thanks for ur mobile .contact no [protected]

                    I, Francis Eapen, had bought an AC from LG on 10/9/2011. Product name - LG AC 5KR3A. Invoice no - KTP/ca11/1775. After the gas was refilled in Sept-2012, the AC didn't work for more than 2 days due to gas leak. Till date, the AC was repaired several times by the authorized service providers of LG and still the AC isn't working. We spent more than Rs 10000/- When we consulted another Mechanic, he pointed out that the company instead of replacing the parts had simply repaired it but we had paid the price of new parts. I request the authorities to look into this matter really soon.

                      I took a lg refrigerator on 2011. Suddenly on 24.3.2013 it stops cooling. After lodging the complain (comp. no. RNA[protected] the service man said it is the product failure and they will refund the money back. After further clarification they said they will refund the money but they can't say the month when it will be refunded. They said they are helpless they can't do anything about this. Is this the way of customer satisfation from a company like LG. In this summer season I am facing lot of problem and the way they are responding is not at all admirable from the compaany like LG.

                        It is to be your kind attention and necessary action please,that I have lodged a complaint against my double door LG refrigerator on 18/02/2013 under the complaint no-RNA[protected]. Next day company representative(Technician/Engineer) visited my homeand informed me the product is
                        not repairable it will be replaced by a new one or if the same product is not available in this case full money refund will be expected within 25 days.I was informed to submit all the necessary doccuments for processing the arrangement of replacement or money refund whatever may be.The representative from the Service Centre,Hooghly came and I handed over all the doccuments required for processing.But no replacement or money refund yet to be received since 38 days.I have tried to contact with them several times but no fruitful answer yet to be received to solve my problem.
                        Without any refrigerator, everyday I have been facing lot of problem in such a summer.Please treat my appeal sympathitically as a most urgent issue, so that I may get my product back either by replacement or money back.

                        LG Refrigerator — Replacement of Refrigerator

                        I have purchased one refrigerator on 26th oct 2008 from KOHINOOR Vashi against b.n. 405508. the same has been gien some problem and I have been complaines about it to Kohinoor. Complain No W8CB1405807 has been given by them, also one person hase visited to my house to attand the complain. I have asked for replacement of my Refregerater and was assuerd that the refrigerator will be replaced in a week. Now it is now more than 20 days gone but no responce has been recieved from the service center. I was taken one refrigerator on rent for temperorary use. In present situation I feel that I have to pay more amount for the rent than the cost of Refrigerator if I wait for replacement.
                        I think if their is delay in replacement than it should be retuned so that I can purchase a new one.

                        This is to inform to inform you that i have purchased a fridge of LG GL235 Intellocool in the month of October 2008. Since last Six months i am facing some problem with the unit. i have purchased a LG product as i have heared that the after sales service of LG is best in comparison to other manufaturers in india. But i am sorry to say that my experience is very bad with LG. in the last Six months co's engineers visited & checked my fridge 4-5 times & changed a spare part three times. Last time when he is changing the parts i asked him that what is the problem with the fridge he told every things is ok i have changed the parts & now your fridge is ok. i asked him that you have changed this part 3 times why it is not working properly he said me that last two times i have replaced the parts with duplicate one now i have given the original one now your fridge will work properly, sir i am not expecting this from LG that after purchasing a products from the company like LG, i will get a duplicate parts in service. again i asked him will you take the guarantee that my fridge will work properly he said no i have repaired this i don't know how many days it will work properly. then i called up co's customer care again & they sent an engineer again that man told me that every thing is ok i have not to do anything. sir i told many times your enginer & customer care that this particular unit has some problem please replace my unit but they are not taking the matter seriously.

                        at every visit co's engineer is saying to use me stablizer which will safe for my fridge, sir when i bought this from Cams Corner City Centre Mall Saltlake Kolkata the salesman told me that the fridge does not require stabilizer then why co's enginer is saying this. Sir in my area there is no power fluctuation and all the persons in my building using fridge & other electronic without stabiliser.

                        When i have purchased the fridge i have been informed that my fridge is under 7 years warantty which please confirm as co's engineer is saying that my fridge is in warantty for one year only.

                        Sir, I request you to please look into the matter seriuosly & arrange to replace my unit immedietely as this unit must have some problem. I have purchased two units on the same day the other one is working properly & there is no complaint in this.

                        L G REFRIGERATOR — REPLACEMENT OF THE REFRIGERATOR

                        i have purchased a double door refrigerator of the L.G company from White Planet Ernakulam Kochi,
                        but its having problem of cooling of bottom compartment which have been repaired 3 to 4 months before, but the same problem arises the second time, when i complained to the White Planet they have asked me to bring the refrigerator to their godown, also now the LG service personnel are telling that again they will repair and give it to me but not giving me the assurence that it the problem will not be incured again when i asked them to give me the replacement they are now refusing for the same,

                        LG — PRODUCT REPLACEMENT

                        I brought new LG PLASMA TV 42' on 31st october frm delhi paschim vihar. But plasma tv is not working. One LG executive told me ur Product has been replaced by with in 10 days. But my product is not repalce & LG compant told me sir I dnt have any plasma tv in stock. Very poor service.

                          Hello, this is Satyanarayana Gadde from Chilakaluripet, Guntur (Dist...), A.P.
                          I purchase LG FRONT LOAD WASHING MACHINE (MODEL NO: F8068NDP) on the date of 07/10/2011.
                          Recently 3 months back I had a problem with my front load washing machine (model no: F8068NDP). I made a request for repairing my washing machine. Request ID is: RNA[protected]. Your Engineer came and checks the machine and telle me - as machine outer drum broken at the corners just send it to the servicing centre. One day I sent to the nearest servicing centre in Guntur.
                          From two months onwards every week i make a call to servicing centre in Guntur. But they are not responding well. Every time I make a call they are telling the same reason that the corresponding spares would not arrived. To day also as usual i made a call to the service centre. They spoke me like this – “in your machine the outer drum was broken, this repair is chargeable so you pay 2800/- rupees to arrange new drum. This will not under cover of warranty”.
                          I am just fedup and stopped asking the service centre personal.
                          This is the way the branded company’s will work or the problem with the people.
                          I think my choice was wrong going with LG with such a poor after sale customer support and I never recommend LG product to any body
                          Really it is very bad to think about LG Now.

                          Respected sir these are my concerns:-
                          1) Why the service centre personals won’t interact with me about the problem with in two months of time. Almost twice every week I am in touch with the service centre.
                          2) They never called me about the problem which the outerdrum was broken, and which would not come under warranty.
                          3) After two months of time they are telling about the drum, waranty and charge for the service.

                            I lodged a request because my LG AC (1.5 Ton) which is 1.5 years old is not colling. The reason was probably because the cooling gas needed to be refilled. I have been running from pillar to post for the last 16 days but to no avail. The LG Service engineers in Kolkata ( specially the ones who service Salt Lake area) are the most ill-mannered and rude in the whole of India.
                            I feel it is bloody mistake to buy LG products and it is the worst appliance company in India. I really don't know where to move forward from here

                                So, I mailed the listed proper scanned documents to "Wiaservices India <[protected]@yahoo.com>".
                                1) United India Insurance Company Ltd (Extended warranty Certificate) 2) Receipt from LG service centre 3) Warranty Certificate to "Wiaservices India <[protected]@yahoo.com>"

                                But still the expenditure amount is not refunded to me.

                                LG — Extended Warranty Certificate not received

                                I Nishikant Mhatre, bought LG 18.5" W1941S on Feb 03, 2009. It was having offer 2 years extended warranty.

                                I was staying at below said address:

                                But I have shifted to the address:
                                301, Subhadra Apt.,
                                'B' Wing, Behind Dhanraj Nagar,

                                When I registered for warranty I gave Kalwa address & when I sent required warranty docs to LG's Delhi address I gave my Diva address. I checked on companies web site, it shows certificate has been sent through Blue dart courier AWB number [protected] on 27/04/2009 but I have not received any certificate from them. I contacted Blue dart they said it was returned to Solution Integrated at Delhi address but they do not have contact details Solution integrated.

                                I want certificate to be issued to me at my new address. I tried to contact on contact number provided on co's web site but it says no not in used. I called on co's cust care, they are guiding me to call brnach but when I call to branch they dont have any info abt the extended warranty certificate.

                                    I had brought one refrigerator on 20/06/2012 from greater noida and after a few time o[censored]sage it stated to create problems, i complaited it and on 20/02/2013 engineer came and took the freeze, they were saying that there is a gas leakage problem in it, and when they returned it back its ice chamber door frame was broken. Initially i refuse to took that broken freeze but they promised to get it repair as soon as possible( Mr Magvender mob no [protected]), i also mention it in receipt slip. After lodging the complaint in customer helpdesk i received complaint id RNA[protected] then one engineer come to check the refrigerator and took some snaps of it. But it has been more than 14-15 days no news were hear from your side.
                                    Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible.

                                    We bought LG REF 405YVQG4-390LTRS on 03/11/2010, from Kohinoor Electronics, while delivery time it has dent on body, delivery men informed us that they will inform to the customer care dept. and change the door, since long we wait for them they are not visit, We paid all EMI regularly but there is no response from the Kohinoor Electronics as well as LG Co. while we bought a new LG Washing Machine FU1021PFRV 9Kg from Kohinoor Electronics on 14/08/2011 a same problem repeat with us, Its body has dent we lodge complaint on 61160400 for that in Kohinoor Electronics and they give us Complaint No.AUG 1515, after that no response so we called them 17/08/2011 but no action from Kohinoor Electronics but Ms.Pooja inform us LG.C.C No.30910901 a complaint attend by Mr.Tarun and C.No. is RNA[protected], again no response again call and get number of area sales manager Mr.Sachin [protected] on 18/08/2011 waiting for them but no action so we called on 24/08/2011 so we finally called to Ms.Pooja and informed that we are going to return and bare lots of phone calls as well as going to make stop payment they immediate send new machine and take back the damage machine soon, when a Technician ([protected]) visited our home we saw him a LG Fridge he inform and make a not for exchange a Door but no result till date meanwhile we called on C.C. and here all complaint ref number for short to understand how LG not listen customer attn.by Mr.Akhil Dt:19/09/11 RNA[protected], again Mr.Akhil Dt.22/09/2011 RNA[protected] again Mr.Prashant Dt.03/10/11 RNA[protected] RNA[protected] again Ms.Sashi 12/10/2011 RNA [protected] again Mr.Tahir RNA[protected] a last Mr.Anand 22/10/2011 RNA[protected] Mr.Anand informed us that our complain attend by M/s.Sigma Services on 21/10/2011 and they made report that we are not interest to pay the changing door's amount, so we get the Sigma Services No. from Mr.Anand, we called on[protected] and talked with a lady, informed her our complain number she told us same that we are not interested to pay, we asked her when a service men visited our home? we want to see/ require a visit report card, so she put a line on hold and Mt.Tafuiq came on line and promise us that their person will visit our home. Mr.Rakesh [protected] service boy visited our home and inform that we have to pay some rupee for change the fridge's door due to more then 6 months passed, now we want to know why the LGCC not send them men on time for that? why we bare for all when we lodge complaint again and again? is there any chance to get some result? or any responsible person name/number to talked with them and may they listen our problems.. because we complaint and the service men never contact us and directly made a fake report. as we saw your programme in CNBC news there you provide a service and healthy work and give justice to all dear customers.

                                    Refrigerator GL-245FEDG5 — RNA 130228001880 STILL NOT HEAR

                                    I had brought one refrigerator on 20/06/2012 from greater noida and after a few time o[censored]sage it stated to create problems, i complaited it and on 20/02/2013 engineer came and took the freeze, they were saying that there is a gas leakage problem in it, and when they returned it back its ice chamber door frame was broken. Initially i refuse to took that broken freeze but they promised to get it repair as soon as possible( Mr Magvender mob no [protected]), i also mention it in receipt slip. After lodging the complaint in customer helpdesk i received complaint id RNA[protected] then one engineer come to check the refrigerator and took some snaps of it. But it has been more than 14-15 days no news were hear from your side.
                                    Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible.

                                      Dear Sir/Madam,
                                      We bought a LG Refrigerator. Its compressor got non-functional in about 1 year. We approached Northern Service, LG Authorized Service Centre (Address: 73, G. T. Road, Srerampore, Hooghly, PIN - 712203). They (particularly the service representative, Mr. Tipu Sultan) said that they will take away the fridge in return they will provide the purchasing amount of the fridge which is Rs. 16000/-. My father Mr. Jaydev Pal told him his full name for the preparation of cheque. Even later on I messaged Tipu Sultan my father name's spelling. When they came to take away the fridge, they handed over the cheque (Cheque No. - 038690) bearing my father's name with wrong spelling (Joydeb Pal)! However, they took away the fridge in their custody. Again we informed it to service centre about the matter. Tipu Sultan said that we have provided the wrong spelling!! 1 month passed; still we haven't got the corrected cheque yet. They are neglecting the issue from the beginning.

                                        MY LG 32 INCHES JAZZ MODEL STARTED GIVING PROBLEM EARLY IN ITS LIFE.IT WAS BOUGHT FROM SPENCERS HYPER RETAIL ,SOUTH CITY MALL KOLKATA.IN 2009.
                                        WITHIN A YEAR ITS POWER CIRCUIT WAS DAMAGED.THE COMPANY REPAIRED IT AS IT WAS WITHIN WARRANTY PERIOD.
                                        NEXT YEAR SAME PROBLEM OCCURED AND I HAD TO PAY AROUND 2600/- RUPEES TO GET IT RIGHT.
                                        NEXT YEAR AGAIN SAME PROBLEMAGAIN I PAID 2600 FOR REPAIRING...AND I ASKED WHY SAME PROBLEM IS COMING...THEY CAN NOT ANSWER CLEARLY.
                                        COME 2012 OCTOBER AGAIN TV IS NOT GETING POWER...I LODGED A COMPLAINT (RNA[protected].
                                        TECHNICIAN CAME TO MY HOUSE SAID IT WAS SAME PROBLEM...THIS TIME I WAS VERY ANGRY AND SAID WHY SHOULD THEY SOLD ME A FAULTY TV AND EVERY YEAR EXTORTING MONEY FROM ME IN THE NAME OF REPAIR...THEY SAID NOTHING AND SAID SPARE IS NOT AVAILABLE I HAVE TO WAIT 7 DAYS FOR SPARE.
                                        AFTER 12 DAYS THEY CAME WITH SPARE AND SAID THAT THEY WRONG DIAGNOSED THE PROBLEM AND THIS TIME IT WAS NOT POWER CIRCUIT BOARD PROBLEM...IT IS MOTHER BOARD PROBLEM...AND MOTHERBOARD IS NOT AVAILABLE.
                                        I SAID THEN WHAT IS YOUR SUGGESTION...THEY SAID THEY CAN REFUND 30 PERCENT OF THE VALUE.
                                        I SUGGESTED THAT IT WAS THE FAULT OF THE COMPANY TO SELL ME A FAULTY TV ...EITHER THEY REPLACE THE TV OR GIVE ME FULL REFUND.
                                        SINCE THEN 5 MONTHS HAVE PASSED AND STILL EVERYBODY ON THE COMPANY FRONT IS SILENT.THEY TRIED TO MAKE ISSUE WITH BILL NOT LEGIBLE AND BRING OTHER BILL FROM THE RETAILER...KIND OF NONSENSE...BUT LASTLY THEY STOPPED CONTACTING AND ANSWERING MY CALL.

                                        I HAVE 3 POINT DEMAND
                                        1) EITHER REPLACE THE TV WITH SAME CONFIGURATION AND SPECIFICATION....IF NOT AVAILABLE WITH NEW HIGHER MODEL..I[censored]NWILLING THEN TO REFUND WHOLE BILLING AMOUNT ALONG WITH THE REPAIR CHARGES I PAID.
                                        2) I WILL NOT PAY A SINGLE PAISA ON ANY CHARGE THEY MIGHT INCUR FOR REPLACING THE TV (EXAMPLE--FREIGHT CHARGES,LEVIES,TAXES,SERVICE CHARGES BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE STATED ABOVE)
                                        3) REASONABLE COMPENSATION FOR WASTING MY PRECIOUS TIME AND MENTAL HASSLES I HAVE UNDERGONE DUE TO THEIR CALLOUSNESS.........

                                        LG 32 inches LCD TV — not working

                                        I had purchased one LG LCD TV from you on 27.05.2009. With in a month of purchase it developed some fault and I logged in with LG customer care and the Service Engineer who inspected the TV told us some components have bursted and offered to service the TV.

                                        But I did not agree for servicing. Only replacement of the TV is acceptable to me as the fault occurred due to manufacturing defect. 2 months back i lodged the complaint, But so far no response from LG.
