Lodha amara financial advisor mislead to book flat by showing wrong loan eligibility calculations.
After checking with my personal ca, showed them my income vs personal commitments & showing that my loan eligibility is not there & i informed immediately next day to cancel my flat booking. Since last 2 days after every half an hour i am receiving many incoming calls from lodha palava group. As i am not in india so i wont be able to receive call and i am fed up of disconnecting so many calls. I am at client side and these calls are disturbing me a lot.
It is personal harassment. I complained many times by calling on same number but still i am getting multiple calls.

I am complaining to pcma since last year that there is seepage through terrace because the water gets accumulated at terrace at some points, i had shared photos, they only have to do is make a hole in wall so that the water drains out however they are not doing this. I am owning a flat in lodha amara in w11 flat no 202. Even before completion of 1 year from procession there are serious leakages in the flat. There are heavy leakage happening from above flat and has damaged ceiling. Water from ceiling is also reaching bedroom and there is water seepage on bed.
