Another scam by lodha, they are selling mhada flats to other people with price increased of triple. I mean from government they took flat in 10 lac and same flat they sell us in price 30lac. Taloja golden dream is on of example of that scam. Quality of that project is below bad. No basic facilities available. No bus facility available. Hpm people are total useless. Regrating being buying home at lodha. They should return innocent people money. And stopped such a scam.

    No bus facility towards xperia mall available from lodha codename golden dream. Hpm office saying that bus to xperia was running on trial basis and now it has been stopped for permanent basis. Dombivali station
    Bus charges are 30rs. Without any initimation they started to charge us. At the time of booking sales people says that bus service is available for free for five years and now its been 2 months they started to charge us. Household water looks yellow all the time. If they don't have clean and pure water to provide why they had started to sell the flats. Security is no more available at project. Anyone are welcome to enter in project premises and do whatever they want. They are just playing with people's life. Hpm office is nothing but a bunch o[censored]seless people sitting around, picking calls and have no control even to gardener. Useless people and flopped project equal to lodha codename golden dream. And now they are coming with another flopped that is lodha crown. Another useless project of lodha. They already lost trust among existing customers. I hope they will going to get directly on their face by someone.

      refund for lodha booking amount

      Hi.
      It's humble request to lodha group.
      Please refund my pre-booking amount 27000 on 4th may 2019 and 1, 18, 742 on 6th may 2019

      We had a meeting with lodha groups head of the closing department and at lodha (Golden dream) project, orchid cluster, gate no-4 dombivali (E).
      We booked a flat in lodha (Golden dream) project but due to loan not happening and was going to buy the new property against selling...

      I have booked flat in majiwada (Thane) - quality home project in nov 2020.
      Their possession date is march 2022 and as per their payment schedule, they are taking 50% amount in 1st 5 months and total 70% payment in 11-12 months and purchaser will get his home after 2.5 years. I cant pay such a big amount in short period so i was not agreed on these terms but during booking sales team assured me that they will help me in to get deviation in payments as and when required.

      Deviation for which i have asked and sales team were agreed is as follows:
      1. Ba2 and excavation o[censored]nit 302 — due date 14 jan — will pay by 15 march
      2. Plinth of both unit (302 & 303) — due date feb approx — will pay in april month (60 days)
      3. Rcc work on level 1 of both unit (302 & 303) — due date march approx — will pay in may month (60 days)

      Only after that i did registration and paid approx 14 lakh payment but now after i did payment approx 20 lakh total, the customer care team is saying they will give me deviation only till 15 march and i have to pay all payments which will raised till date with 1 condition that they will waive off only 50000 rs. Interest till date not fully.

      This is the cheating done by lodha, they assured every time that i will get deviation as per my requirement and now they are not giving. I have all the call recordings where they are committing about deviation.

      So requesting you to please help me in this.

        I booked a 2 bhk flat in lodha crown taloja on 8 december 2019 by paying 45000/- booking amount. Due to some reasons, i cancelled this booking within 4 days a drop a mail to lodha on 12 december.
        At the time of booking sales executive, pooja choudhary assured if i cancel, will get a refund in 30 days. But now more than 45 days are over nothing any feedback or update.
        Also siddhanta sharma and pooja choudhary not receiving the call of mine. And customer care did not know how much time it takes.
        It is very worst treatment and mental harassment from lodha group.
        So, i want my refund back asap.

        Very bad experience from Lodha, .Employees not receiving the call to answer.
        They passed the day in the name pf processes which is delayed by themselves.
        They delayed the overall process and teach me to wait for some more time in the name of regular processes.

        I got refund cheque, but due to lockdown iand due to some reasons, it went to home branch and never returned by bank or deposited. Now cheque date is over.
        i call lodha customer care for that, they again demanding 60-90 days to process.
        what a pathetic service ? Already all documentation done, then why you reuired these days to isuue a new cheque.
        Not co-operating with customers and also not replying to any mail. Such a worst behaviour with customers.
        I want my cheque ASAP.

          Lodha amara financial advisor mislead to book flat by showing wrong loan eligibility calculations.
          After checking with my personal ca, showed them my income vs personal commitments & showing that my loan eligibility is not there & i informed immediately next day to cancel my flat booking. But they refused & told that advance booking amount of rs.108000 was not refundable. This is totally a fraud with the customers.
          Inspite of taking follow up with sales representative, they are not ready to talk or revert on mail. Crm team is saying that their sales team didn't to flat booking in system & need to talk to sales team.
          It is not expected from group like lodha. Their employees approach, attitude & misleading to customer already ruin lodha image for all other projects also other than lodha amara.
          Majority of the customers have already lost trust with lodha projects.
          Need owner should look into it before the lodha image get eroded.

          Now it is again serious issue. I logged complaint today 18th jan@ 3:00 p.m.& immediately from Lodha it is showing that complaint marked as resolved as an auto format reply in next minute without doing any action towards resolving a complaint. This is ridiculous.

            Hello -
            1. Back in December 2016/January 2017 timeframe, I was planning to purchase a 2 BHK Lodha Unit I had paid the booking amount of Rs 45, 000 based on the allotment of a unit, but that unit was changed once I left for the US. There were a series of back and forth communication which was tiring on my end especially since I was not in Bombay. It was very unprofessional of Lodha to allot a unit and then make changes to it. While paying the booking amount, I was explicitly informed that the booking amount is completely refundable.

            2. Coming to 2019, I trusted Lodha again and decided to make a booking of a 1 BHK unit by paying the booking amount of INR 1 Lakh 8 Thousand.

            3. While my intention was to close the transaction when I visited Lodha on 22nd December, however the Lodha team member opened the conversation by stating that the unit that I had booked will need to be changed and instead a unit in a different tower was offered to me.

            4. On confronting this change, I was informed that units in Tower 39 is not available for sale.

            However, while I was in US, I was pressurized in paying the booking amount by informing me that the units are being sold out and I need to make the payment as soon as possible. To my disbelief, the Lodha team member said that I was the first one to book a unit in Tower 39. There was a lot of information that was communicated which did not turn out to be true.

            5. When I asked for the cost sheet for the unit that I had booked, initially I was informed that the cost sheet is not available, on further confrontation, the cost sheet was produced in a span of 10 minutes which makes me question the authenticity and genuineness of the cost sheet that was produced.

            Given my experiences in transacting with Lodha, I do not wish to continue transacting with Lodha anymore and would like you to refund the booking amounts (INR 1 Lakh 8 Thousand paid in December 2019 and INR 45 Thousand paid in December 2016/January 2017 i.e. a sum total of INR 1 Lakh 53 Thousand) within a week by 6th Jan 2020.

            Can you please look into this?

              Hello -
              I am an NRI and I had visited India in December[protected] timeframe.
              I visited the Lodha Amara sites and I had a booked a Lodha Amara Flat - Wing28-2505.
              I paid an EOI (Expression of Interest) amount of India Rupees 45, 000. I was informed that the EOI Amount is completely refundable in case I dont buy the flat.
              However, when I returned to the US, I was informed that the flat Wing 28-2505 is a 2 BHK Jodi flat and I will have to select a different flat.
              Upon confrontation with the Lodha, I was offered multiple different units which I did not like.

              After series of discussions with Lodha, I did not find the Lodha Team to be trustworthy and hence I decided not to go ahead with the purchase of the flat.
              But I have not received my EOI amount of Rs 45, 000 back.
              Can you please help me getting back my EOI amount of Rs 45, 000.

                I had booked property of rs. 44, 69, 126/- in lodha palava (Dombivli) and paid registration amount of rs. 90, 000/- on 15th august 2018 followed by payment of first booking amount of 1, 26, 589/- on 19th august 2018 (Total rs. 2, 16, 589/-).
                Due to loan disbursement issue, i cancelled the above mentioned property on 5th november 2018. All the documents (Agreement for sale, pavti, index 2 and challan) were returned at their main lodha office (Mahalakshmi, mumbai) on 2nd january 2019.

                Now, after 8-9 months customer care from lodha mentioned that whatever amount we have paid cannot be refunded.
                At the time of booking sales person gave us assurance that even if we cancel the booking in between we will get the refund. Also, everytime customer care person guaranteed us that amount will be refunded.

                This is clear case of cheating. Firstly, they made us to wait for more than 6 months and now they have changed their words (Both customer care and sales person). Nobody is taking the responsibility or giving us proper answer.

                Please help us how to get my refund back.

                  Palava city management pcma at lodha lakeshore greens is not taking any responsibility to resolve tickets and close without any confirmation from the house owner.

                  From past few 7 months we are facing problem with the utility area leakage but no body are bothered to take responsibility to fix till now. They attend and take photo selfie and go after few days the ticket is closed with out any resolution. This is happening since few 6 months.

                    My brother is planning to buy house in thane. Lodhas amara projects a sales person call and invite him. So me, my brother and my friend visit lodhas amara project at there we meet to a lady sales person at there she ask my brother to his details this is fine but she ask to me and my friend for our details and fill the form. This is looks like she is just showing to company as she handle 3 customers seperately. She give us seperate token.. This all ok we don't have problem with this, this is company's weak supervision.
                    Actual problem is that they were told us that they are providing pickup and drop facility for us as lodha provide to all customers or visitors. Accordingly they arrange a ola for pickup. We reach there and we see flats and we finish all procedures at 7:00 to 7:30 pm at that time they told us to wait. And at 8:30 pm they told us that company's time to drop facility is till 8:00 pm. So that they can't arrange cab. Is this our fault!!? And at that time who committed us, the sales person who invites us not recieves call.
                    And second thing i noticed that they not treat people equally. I thing this is the reason to deny our request for drop. The lodhas group should take this seriously and track the problem because we are thinking to buy a house at there but above all senario shows lodha group not full fill their commitment we are very disappointed.

                    I purchase property at codename golden dream Taloja bypass road. And as expected no amenities are there. We people had paid maintenance of five years in advance to lodha. But in return you will find not amenities. Rude HPM office staff add more on top of that. They know nothing about anything.

                      I had paid a booking amount of rs.49000 on date - 30 november 2019, due to reasons of loan discrepancy, my home loan got rejected. So o requested the team to not move forward with the booking and cancel the booking asap. I requested the refund but they have declined. I need help for this.
                      This is hard earned money, i need the money back

                        I have booked 1bhk Flat in Lodha Amara but later found my loan got rejected.
                        I informed them the scenario and canceled my booking but they refused to return my booking amount, no reason whatsoever just stating it as a policy they cant deny anyone's hard earned money. and it may be a small amount for them Rs. 25000, but not for me.
                        Everyone said not to go for lodha, I should have listen to them. after facing this I will never ever consider lodha in future. Its just this was my first time, I got trapped cause they never tell you at the time of booking that amount is non refundable.
                        I just want my money back.

                          During sales time your lodha representative (Yash and hari om mishra) shown us the show flat with french window detail and promises us that same shall be given to us except the area as it was 3 bhk and our's was 2bhk. We believe if this is the design issue than at the time of sales design details should have been shared with them and then only they would have promise us since purchased unit was not ready. So since unit was not ready it means whatever unit and details they shows to customer at the time of sales that will be expected in future. However, as per conversation if nothing can be done, we feel completely cheated and compensation has to be provided to customer

                          Please note: it's our hard earned money that we spend to purchase properties and we believe that promises and commitments made during sales time should be kept. Also, being human being i can also reply in the same manner your representative "charmi sorap" has talked to me but i believe we are enough educated to talk in a proper way to another person. Let us know if we can come down to proper solution for the queries so that i can start with the formalities of possession.

                            Dear sir / mam,

                            Please review this complaint carefully before making the final resolution as this is my last and final complaint to your team.

                            Every human being has a dream to live in a comfortable and good society for having a healthy breath. Since i have taken over flat no. C-004, lakeside, lsg at phase-2 in palava city, i and my family have been embarrassing with your pcma team being totally reluctant on the complaints due to which we are fade up. Now, lastly, my family has decided to leave the flat and relocate somewhere else. Or, if, feasible, please help me having another flat in the same phase. For this please advise to whom should i approach.

                            Since, apr 2019, my master bedroom has water seepage from the upper flat toilet, which is a very unhygienic and embarrassing situation.

                            If you have some humanity and judicious mind, please get it resolved on top priority. For this, i am giving you a week and i shall go ahead with another option, if not yet done.

                            Please think that we have paid a major amount sacrificing our other comforts.

                              We have cancellation process of booking the flat no 902 casa woodland because my loan was not approved. So that we can't continue with this deal. Lodha fincrop team was already informed me that we have been not able to get loan.

                              I have requested to so many times for cancellation the deal and refund my money booking amount of rs 253000/-

                              Mr ankit vijay (Rm-[protected]) has informed me at the time of booking anything problem regarding your loan we can cancel the booking and refund the booking amount. Last 2 month he is not picking up the phone calls and also not revert to massage. I have request you to please do the action against this.

                              Request you to kindly resolve this matter on priority basis.

                                2BHK booked with Lodha, Palava Lakeshore Greens. Booking Amount 1 and Booking Amount 2 was paid an year back. Since I cannot get a Homeloan now, want to cancel the unit. Lodha had told me that the entire amount would be forfeited. Six lakh and ninteen thousand are stuck with Lodha as of now. I had told the sales/marketing people from Lodha about my poor CIBIL, and yet they assured that their fincorp team can make the homeload possible for me. Now, after paying Six lakh and ninteen thousand, and no possibility of homeloan, I am left with nothing in hand. I have been following since last six months for the cancellation and refund to no avail.

                                  Lodha amara wing 26 promise in agreement for possession feb 2019 but still not got the possession, 95% payment done jan 2018,

                                  If we delayed payment they charge us by daily rate and i have paid aprox 50 thousand as extra intersest for delay possession.

                                  Now they are delaying so they have to pay with same interest rate to us as they taken.

                                  Please clarify the possession date and give us interest amount for your delay.

                                    Since last 2 days after every half an hour i am receiving many incoming calls from lodha palava group. As i am not in india so i wont be able to receive call and i am fed up of disconnecting so many calls. I am at client side and these calls are disturbing me a lot.
                                    It is personal harassment. I complained many times by calling on same number but still i am getting multiple calls.
                                    Please take necessary actions against it.

                                    I have not registered anywhere and i dont want any flat is Lodha Palava... But still i am getting multiple call from Lodha Representative.

                                      I am complaining to pcma since last year that there is seepage through terrace because the water gets accumulated at terrace at some points, i had shared photos, they only have to do is make a hole in wall so that the water drains out however they are not doing this. This year i lodged fresh complaint in july 2019 but no response from them since then. I am owner of river scape c1902 casa rio of palava project, dombivali. My number is [protected]. I am tired of seeing my furniture, wooden floor, walls and celling getting damaged. I could have done the work myself but the society says that builder has dlp of 5 years and i am not allowed to touch the terrace. The escalations email id is also not responding since 2 months. Where to go and where to complaint now?
