In march 2017, i have booked flat in lodha palava on the basis of information provided by sales team, but surprised to see that many wrong information provided including possession date, relaxation in interest on delay possession, restriction on resale, inclusion and exclusion from price, floor and many more.

Many reminders, notice and calls from my side, but they were not ready to t listen after advance payment. They always...

I have booked flat at lodha as of april 2014 with agreed date of possession dec 2016, but still after 3 years 8 months i have not received possession of flat.

Moreover as per agreement of sale there is grace period of 1 year which is also about to to cross on 31st dec 2017.

As per last communication now possession date is shifted to july 2018, without any compensation.

We have cancelled our booking from lodha mira road project 10 days back, but the staff is misbehaving and not considering the cancellation. Also they have called and informed no refund will be made, which is not in the policy as well.

I booked 2 bhk flat in lodha palava city and same cancelled due to non proper response from the customer relationship manager and wrong information given by sales team.
After cancellation customer relationship manager agreed to refund 50% of token amount and got signed for the same. Now i am getting letter from lodha indicating that full 90000 rs. Got forfeited.

I have booked a flat on 15th august, 2017 in lodha casa epic fontana - c-1106 and paid rs 45, 000/- as a booking amount.
Next day i came to know that directions were not provided to me properly when asked at the time of booking, so i wanted to cancel the booking because of misguided information.

Hi i paid lodha group for booking of flat in palava via swipe machine sum of amount rs 90000/- on 12 aug 2017 for casa fontana but due to my financial situation i am unable to continue for funding the project so i decided to cancel the booking and ask for refund but they refuse to pay. Lodha builders and sales are cheaters and soon we will post the matter in media and we have all relevant videos and papers as somone has to take action as these builders are just fooling and cheating people.
Shame on builder he is worst then a road side builders.
Specially they applied a interst even after paying on time and since 3 months fooling us.

I have done booking in lodha casa rio in 2016 with initial booking amount of 63000 rs. Unfortunately flat shown on layout and actual flat was not same.
After fixing meeting lodha team atleast for 3 times team was not available to show the flat and ask us to go and see it from outside. Now we are asking for refund of initial amount and lodha team refused though the mistake is from their end.
