I have never been shown the exact location of my flat till now. I have paid upto rs.180000/- as my due amount. I had booked a flat in lodha splendora platino b with the initial amount of inr 3.06 lacs on 22nd dec 18 and had swiped my card. The digital application with the details filled in came on the next working day where i observed some of the promises including the documentation of the allotment letter for garden space were not mentioned, further a series of items promised during the visits on the readiness of the flat were listed up for confirmation...

Absolutely shocking to see that my flats at lodha is made out of soft and fragile material, water soluble plaster of paris?. A cup of tea falls, and my wall can melt down! A tiny pencil-sharpening blade is all it takes to cut the walls. Burglars can noiselessly and effortlessly break into your house through such soft and thin walls. Is this what i have paid crores of rupees for!

Very unprofessional and degraded attitude. I booked a flat 3 years ago... The possession was supposed to be given in feb'18 then they postponed it to sep'18 and now making another commitment for feb'19. I am repenting heavily after booking a flat with lodha... They give false promises and commitments... They don't keep upto their words... Moreover at the time of booking the flat they give you such a royal treatment but once you get trapped...

I spoke with your sales team spoke with a sup who was rude and they kept on calling me 3-4 times for a property. Maybe you all allow me your personal nos let me call you all the time. Bad sales and customer service i wont buy a property if your selling it after this experience. Supervisor shared his emp id as 107080 iam sure its incorrect. Get genuine people to market!...
