This in context to ROC pending from your end.
I Mr. Abhishek Ghanshani have booked a flat at Tierra A-2104 on 1st September 2016, for which I had asked for possession on 25th of October, being an auspicious day for our family.
This is to bring to your notice that I have rushed with all the formalities/procedures/arranging my own contribution funds on time without any delays.
Today I am highly disappointed and my excitement level has been taken for granted by a reputed builder like Lodha from where I was expecting maximum professionalism and peace of mind.
After doing the entire circus I stand still and forced to be awaited because of your too highly driven processes by your on boarding back end team.
I am very much surprised that the reason for me to stand still and be awaited and taking my sentiments for granted is a document called ROC which is still pending for which my bankers are unable to disburse the balance loan.
(Kindly find the trailing mail from the banker )
After my rigorous follow up with your team I am totally disappointed with the fact that I cannot get possession on the expected day. I can only get an answer from them saying that you all are dependent on third party.
Further I fail to understand that the builder like Lodha cannot arrange the said documents and customer satisfaction can be destroyed and taken for granted.
@ Siddhesh as I was waiting for your revert call, as a courtesy you could call back if you have given a commitment.
I feel I'm lost with no hope around me.
I hope the senior management of Lodha believes in customer satisfaction and further get involved in getting the required documents latest by tomorrow noon so that I could get disbursement by eod.
