Unable to send MMS since settings not available

Sub: MMS settings for mobile sets: SAMSUNG SGH F480 and for SGH X650 not available from MTNL-TRUMP

I have above said 2 mobile phones and MTNL is not providing proper settings to be able able to send MMS. I have sent mails to even the level of edd, mtnl; gmgsmo, mtnl. gme, mtnl and other officials but non of them have cared to take any action or revret back to my mails.

It is major deficiency...

Low speed and contant disconnection

Hello...

I have been using Mtnl for the last 2 and a half years... I'm using the plan night [protected]@599. I used to get good speed of about 200 - 210kbps. But two days before I'm getting very low speed of 20 - 25kbps.
I did gave a complain but no response, not even proper guidance. I have been getting a very good speed for a long time now. And now when its almost 10 times lower speed its really very irritating....

MMS setting not available for SAMSUNG SGH F480 & X650

I am not able to send MMS from my mobile no: [protected] mobile model no. SAMSUNG SGH F480 and model no: SGH X650.
I have approached to variois officials in MTNL from 'edd', gmgsmo, gme, amkb and many others but to no avail. The settings for different models of different makes are different and MTNL is not in a position to provide the same.
I am a senior citizen and advise rest by doctor.br...

Poor Service Quality

I am a prepaid MTNL mobile customer reside in Powai (IIT Bombay).

There is a huge network problem for the last 30 days for the MTNL prepaid mobile customers in Mumbai. It is a night-mare to connect MTNL phones and to call from MTNL phones. It hardly works. Most of the time it gives "call disconnected". Call dropping is enormous. SMSs take more than days to reach (even from MTNL to MTNL). br...

STD not activated

Sir, I, am a MTNL Mumbai landline owner since 25/03/09, bearing no.[protected]. I paid STD charges at the time of booking.I have been assured by MTNL, Nerul(Navi Mumbai) staff that I will get my STD facility also with the installation of the phone. But after my verbal complaint to the said staff no action has taken so far....

Line outgoing barred even after paying bills

Hi,

My telephone outgoings were barred even after paying the bills online on 18th March 09 for which I had even received a receipt from mtnl on my e-mail id. On visiting the nearest MTNL office on 21st Mar 09 and showing the receipts, I was assured that my phone connection would be restored the same day. However even today i.e 22nd Mar 09, my tel outgoings remains barred.

I have been facing such unprofessional...

Broadband Speed Complaint

Sir,

Mera Tel.no.25265256 hai sir meri broadband ki speed kafi kam hai. Mera 599 unlimited plan hai jo meine January mein liya tha . is plan ke acc hame 2 Mb/sec ki speed batai gayi thi. Aur hame 256kb/sec . ke hisab se hame mil rahi hai.Maine kai bar mntl bbroadband service par ohone bhi nmilay par koi jawab nahi mila . lekin hame Hamare plan ke according spped milni chaiye .
kirpa karke hamre broadband ki speed badhaiye...

Ingenuine warrantty...

Hi,

I am a troubled user of the MTNL Garuda Fixed WLL phones. The troubles are multi fold...
- The Charger does not work;
- If the charger works the phone refuses...
- If both work, then the network is a problem... (all this is hardware issue)
- U go to the local MTNL exchange they openly tell you that the replacing is not a sensible choice cause what we have to offer is even worse then existing....

Broadband Complaint

Dear Sir/Madam,

My Landline No. is 27186647. I booked an Broadband Internet connection: 56900001. My Internet Broadband connection was activated on 30/01/09 when i made several remainder to SDO and other officials (including S.S. Jain ([protected]), V.K. Sagar ([protected]) and at GM Office too.). Get the List of Number dailed by me from 27186647.

Internet worked for few days then after wards problem was prominent...

slow download/upload speed issues

I have taken the MTNL BB connection almost 2 months ago and every this was going on perfectly fine, since Friday the 13th of March 09' the speed for dowloading and uploading data drop to 3 to 5 kbps from 227 to 235 kbps, I spoke to every possible people from all BB department. Sir,

I have had MTNL broadband for over 2 years. Initially it functioned very well. However for the last 3 months, the ADSL light is always flickering. I have complained three times - even currently a complaint is registered under my name. Once a complaint is registered, some one calls and ask - teek hai - the broadband functions well for max 2 hrs and then it is back to its flickering ways. Even yesterday, the same problem...

DEAF AND DUMB EMPLOYEES

I have broadband connection with unlimited download plan. but this is not working since last two months. I HAVE CALLED 1504 WITH COMPLAINT NO. -6001 & 6211. Then called at GM OFFICE also, but nothing has happened till date. It seems that either concerned officials are deaf and dumb or they are operating from PAKISTAN becausethey are also not responding. I am paying for this connection as INDIANS do....

I have tried to lodge the complaints against the unexpected behaviour and bad language used by MTNL Customer care executive and try to send it on mtnl email id feedback.[protected]@bol.net.in. MTNL Pathetic service

I am Attaching history of Mail send to MTNL Dolphin helpdesk ID. Its useless customer care as well as useless email ID .


Its Been now almost a month . nothing has been done with regards to network problem . why should i pay bill to MTNL ??? you can see i have mailed on this ID in 10 feb . but till today no body is bothered to reply .
