Our landline[protected] and[protected] have been deactivated because of non-payment of bills. I have been calling consumer redressal, but it is of no use. Because of the pandemic and other reasons what might have been, we did not receive any invoices for the same. Also, while checking it out, I saw the pending bills and paid the same as soon as possible. Kindly help me re-activate the above two landline numbers as soon as possible since I have been a regular paying customer since more than 29 years and don't want to have a bad experience with a very honored organisation of our country.
Mahanagar Telephone Nigam [MTNL] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
