My name is sanjeev gaonkar from bangalore

My car ka 02 mc 3138 bangalore passing. I took used car loan rs. 95000 on 16/09/2015 - for 24 months. From mahindra finance branch, shop no:1693/a/32, 1st floor, dr rajkumar road, lakshminarayanapuram, rajajinagar, bengaluru, karnataka 560021

I agreed for the roi 9.5% mahindra executive told me. But after i received the loan i surprised to see the roi charged is more than double around 21%
I informed their executive also.
Again, without my consent they had deducted my money rs. 1700 for the health insurance from royal sundaram.
After that i called mahindra finance many times and asked to cancel the health insurance and reverse the money and credit to my bank account. There was no response from mahindra finance.
Then i personally followed up royal sundaram and managed to cancel the health insurance
On 6th dec 2015 i received the e-mail from royal sundaram mr. Venkatakrishnan that rs. 1458 is returned to mahindra finance - i uploaded the copy of his e-mail for your reference in this complaint.
I requested mahindra finance to credit that amount to my personal account
But they have not credited.
But my emi 4790 was deducting every month.
I paid full emi amount and interest finally on 30/12/2017 i visited mahindra finance and discussed and paid additional amount and closed the loan they instructed me to apply for the noc.

But at that time, i was busy in other works and i was out of bangalore so i was not able to apply for noc.
On 19 jan 2019 again i visited mahindra office asked for the noc but they are asking me to pay some more money this is absolutely wrong to ask money like that
Ms, yeshaswini from mahindra finance that branch is not ready to give noc
There is hypothecation in my car rc book required to be removed for this i required noc from mahindra finance
Mahindra finance is just misusing others money and demanding money unnecessarily
Kindly help me to get the noc. Or please suggest can i file the case in the court against mahindra finance for not issuing the noc?

I have taken finance from mahindra for my car.my 2 emi are pending.i am living in delhi.yesterday i went to vrindavan .some person stopped our car and they said they are from banks .they don't have any id caard They said ur emi are pending .. u have received notice.. i want to know how these person can stop our car in vrindavan .. how these data is hacked..

DL1YE 2120 ki NOC Last month 21.12.2018 ko Apply ki thi jo uske baad me 3 baar aapke office wazirpur delhi me cash counter par mr. gaurav se mila jinhone mujhe har bar ye kaha ki aapki NOC under process hai or 21.01.2019 ke baad pata karna agar uske pahle aa jati hai to aapko inform kar diya jayega lekin me jab 15.01.2019 ko unse mila tab bhi unhone mujhe yahi bat kahi phir mere kaphi kahne par mr. jagdish chandra jo finance me hai unhe bulakar pata kiya to pata chala ki mere NOC ke form return aa chuke hai or mujhe ye bataya ki aapki gadi par JV paas h jiski wajah se aapki NOC ke form wapas aa gaye or jab maine unse puchha ki mujhe inform kyon nahi kiya gya tab unhone kha ki hamare head dekhte h or unka naam mr. Akhilesh bataya agar mere form kisi karan se wapas aaye to mujhe inform kyon nanhi kiya gya or mere baar baar aapke office me jaane par mujhe ek baat bolkar wanha se bhej diya jata tha ki aapki NOC under Process h or Office ke staff ke dwara check karane par pata chala ki JV nangloi Branch se paas h jabki me wanha kabhi gya hi nanhi maine ye gadi kisi karan sell kar di hai or mere paise ruke huye h jo mujhe NOC dene ke bad milenge to aapse anurodh h ki aap meri gadi ka NOC mujhe jaldi se jaldi di jaye kyonki isme meri koi galti nahi h mere record ko dekha jaye or meri help ki jaye

I am surender kumar sep code 23194381 the company is not giving me reliving letter due to approval of one day of my attandance in system. I have served complete notice period 3 months. The attandance register photocopy is attached for your reference. Company had satteled my account & issue me full & final settlement but stop my relieving letter. On contacting hr they denies kindly stop this mental harrassment and help issue my relieving letter.

Have two bank details of two people who took money for me as login charges and asking for more money. Have 3 letterheads in the name of company. When i called the company with the address, they said they donot provide personal loans as frauds are happening. Who can get my money back. The fraudsters are still answering calls as i didnt let them know that i spoke to mahindra finance in bengaluru.

महिन्द्रा फाइनेन्स द्वारा मेरे पैन न० में दर्ज किए गए दूसरे व्यक्ति के लोन को हटवाने के सम्बन्ध में I

महोदय आयकर विभाग की गलती से वर्ष 2016 में मेरा पैन कार्ड नम्बर जहानाबाद बिहार के किसी दूसरे व्यक्ति को भी जारी कर दिया गया था जिसके बाद मैंने कई माह परेशान होने के बाद माननीय प्रधानमंत्री जी के कार्यालय में शिकायत भेजी थी जिससे आयकर विभाग ने दूसरे व्यक्ति का पैन नम्बर रद्द कर मेरी समस्या का समाधान कर दिया था I

परन्तु उस व्यक्ति ने पैन नम्बर रद्द होने से पहले बिहार में महिन्द्रा फाइनेन्स से पैन कार्ड जमा कर ऑटो लोन प्राप्त कर लिया जोकि आज भी मेरे पैन कार्ड के सिबिल में दर्ज है और वह व्यक्ति लोन की क़िस्त भी समय पर जमा नहीं करा रहा है जिससे मेरा पैन कार्ड सिबिल रिकॉर्ड खराब हो रहा है I

महोदय आयकर विभाग कि इस गलती को मै आज तक भुगत रहा हूँ जिस कारण से मेरा बैंकिंग रिकार्ड इतना खराब हो गया है की सरकारी कर्मचारी होने के बावजूद मुझे कोई भी बैंक लोन देने के लिए तैयार नहीं है I

महोदय मै महिन्द्रा फाइनेन्स से बात कर करके थक चूका हूँ उनके द्वारा कोई सन्तोष जनक जवाब नही दिया जा रहा है मै बहुत अधिक परेशान हूँ और मानसिक तनाव से जूझ रहा हूँ कृपया आप मेरे पैन कार्ड रिकार्ड से दूसरे व्यक्ति के लोन को हटवाने की कृपा करे I

I have financed a mahindra bolero pick up from mahindira finance services on 28/12/2015 my loan account no is 4026133. I have pre-closed the loan by depositing cash of total due amount rs. 36310/- on 01/10/2018 in his hdfc bank account no. [protected] as given by your dumka branch staff but still i have not receivef my noc. I am taking follow up from local dumka, jharkhand, branch but not getting solution for the same kindly forward me the noc with in 3 to 4 days that's my humble request to you.

I am here to put a complaint against that I have taken a car loan on July 2013 and closed it on proper time without any delay in payment. After that when I went to your branch office located in jammu for NOC collection and security cheques, the person in your accounts section give me the NOC but not giving me all the security cheques. There is one cheque missing and when I asked him for that, he starts misbehaving with me and try to hit me. After that I went to your branch manager namely Mr Naved khan. He tells me that nothing is in his hands and suggests me to complain through e mail. My vehicle number is JK02BD 9596.Through this number you can track my loan account. Kindly solve this and give me my missed cheque otherwise I have to go through court for this.

I have already been running 4 accounts of my family with mhindra and mahindra finance at rudrapur branch. I am willing to purchase new car of isuzu make.. The model is v cross. I have been refused to get finance.. Reason being the unavailibility of the isuzu dealership in local vicinity. I am going to purchase the vehicle from lucknow.

The applicant has applied for loan with various banks and in the process generated his cibil report vide control no.[protected] and was surprised to notice the above said loan a/c no.3686230 auto loan (Pesonal of rs.5, 00,, 000/- is reflecting in my cibil report. However, i have never taken or even applied for the above said loan. I am complaining about the fake information given by your office agent manish kumar mohanta of rairangpur mayurbhanj odisha to the seniors. He doesn't know how to behave with customers, kindly request you to take necessary step for concerning that matter. My name is bhabesh chandra behera contract no-4374938. First thing is that one person near my home was applying for car lone and the m&m lone executive ask my documents and signature of my on application as informed by the m&m executive it is just for reference that i know him and later he got lone now the m&m says they i am the garenter for that lone, i want to know the name and details of the executive so that i can send him notice for the same and take legal action against him.

Second thing is that the car has been collected by m&m team from court and that are sending me notice for payment, any how i have book a compline again m&m and executive for the same in police station near my house.

No higher authority available for giving approval. And company is running without any senior person. My approval is waiting since 3 days. How such negligence is been accepted.
Such hospitality has never been expected.
If something happen to the borrower, company has his option to get the lended money then why there is no superior person available to handle such situations. Company has kept the customers in such delima where there are no choices except to wait and watch.
