Sir, branch bhilai and branch raipur is careless they are not providing me my noc of four wheeler car for which a closed my loan of 8lakh last month, they say noc comes from raipur branch and its been 1month i have not received my noc for which i am facing personal problems. Raipur n bhilai both branch are not attending me properly now. Please grant my noc as soon as possble.

    Dear team,
    At first i am completely disappointed with your customer care contact number-[protected].
    Even after 10 call on this response is awaited till now.
    Surprised badly for this response from a reputed company.
    Secondly-
    I received a call from your authority regarding my loan installment and he asked me to pay installment at branch in cash/cheque mode.
    Then i went there and deposit the required amount whereas my account was having also the sufficient amount.
    Auto debit system is opted to pay the installment but i follow the instructions and paid the installment in cash mode.
    Now today again my account is also debited and one installment is debited in same schedule in a month.
    Finally i have paid 27000 in stead of 13000.
    Hence excess amount reversal is required.
    Kindly do the needful to get payment of excess amount paid in my linked amount.

      Being a financial advisor i advised my client to invest in mahindra finance fd scheme as rather than providing good interest rates i advised that mahindra is among the top corporate house and would not have any issue with it. Based on my suggestion my client invested in fd scheme. My client's cheque of rs 100, 000 was lying idle for a week and when inquired to the worli branch about the same they mentioned that the docs and cheque is misplaced by the courier (Anjani). Upon following up with the courier i got the response that the cheque was delivered on time. When questioned the branch members they were not ready to accept their mistake and after following up to 10 days and emailing them the zerox copy and other docs they didn't shown the interest to even respond to a single name. After further follow up they kept providing excuses and even did't bother to respond to a single email. After few days i wrote an email to sunita pawar (Head) regarding the issue and they called back to me in half an hour and they accepted their mistake. Even now its been a month they have not send the receipt to my client address and after certain follow they are not responding. Such a careless work from the top corporates house was not expected and would not recommend any of my client to invest in m&m fd in the life.

              Till date i am not received my car key. Several time visit barasat branch for my car key. They are harassing me that they are saying shree automotive khilkapur not given them car key.                 Dear sir/mam
                I took a car loan which was cleared on july 2017. Thereafter every month i have been visiting mahindra finance biharsharif branch for my noc letter, but they kept me waiting in the office and told it has to come from mumbai which has not come.
                On 9th of august when i went to mahindra finance biharsharif office, they gave me the noc letter which is having issuance date 12th oct 2017, form 35 issuance date being 30 aug 2017. Both the letters are valid for 180 days from issuance. Noc letter no. 2696953 in the name of harikant sharma.
                Now these letters are useless for me.
                It has been more than one year for a noc letter. How can staffs in biharsharif branch be so careless? Is this the way your organisation work? Who will pay for my rs 5000 expenses for just to visit ur office for a letter which is your duty to hand over to us after the loan is cleared.
                Hope related autorities to take action and hand over me a correct noc letter.

                  I Face a cheat by so called Mahindra Finance Company Person Mr.Ashish Cell Number [protected] & Whatsapp number [protected], They call me to offer a loan in the month of feb 2018 .The procedure said by them is -first i have to buy a policy from HDFC Ergo Aur Bharti Axa Life Insurence, than suggest me to buy bharti axa to get more loan, even i have phone recordings for the same.Due to my new business setup i needed some fund, so i believe them and buy a policy of 50000/-.They tell me that after receive policy inform them, they will send their executive to verify, than he will match your details & we mortgage policy than your loan of 625000 will credit in your account with in 7 to 10 days.But nothing happened even call them many times, they do not entertain me, even way of talking also changed .Finally i realize that i trapped in the group of fraud peoples who is working for a Life insurance company BHARTI AXA LIFE, I made this payment Through Cheque by Indusind Bank.                       Today I came at Mahindra finance office at Kalyani branch Nadia district, west Bengal, the manager misbehave with me, from last 7 days I communicate with this branch how I close the loan, they told me for provide last transaction bank statement, today when I come to this office, the cashier settled the final amount and I prepared the DD, after that the manager told me one year statement to be submitted with blue book and tell me that it will be take more time and I sit for long time .

                        Am magesh loan account no 4105410 bought auto car in the year of feb 2016. I am paying my emi's regularly i requested mahendra finance to do ecs two times but no one is take responsible for that as of now they didn't active the ecs even though am making payment through online for the past 3 years but on one day i received a call from mahendra finance chrompet branch - chennai told me that i have to pay 21000 rupees including interest for some months late payment. It's gets surprised to me so i went to make a payment in mahendra finance chromepet along with cash of 21000 rupees before paying emi in order to get clarity i asked my loan account statement to mr. Pushparaj who worked there as a collection manager. When i asked him my loan account statement he behaved me rudely and explained in very worst manner he didn't explain my statement properly after that i asked him this the way your are taking to customers then he pushed me back and hit and beat me 7 times in my neck after that i fall down.                             Myself Rathinakumar, I have took vehicle loan on 2015. I am not able to pay the loan so they ceased my vehicle. So, we lost the initial amount of 2.5L . But they book a case against me for loss of vehicle cost. Please release from the case. I am not rich. We are daily workers. This is big loss for us but still we are not asking anything from ur side.we need a calm life pls don't torture me again

                              Respected Sir I didn't pay my car emi for four months because of my health issues. I was on the bed for upto 2 months. So I approached Mr. Madhialagan Collection executive told me that if there is outstanding dues the loan will not be extended/ refinance. And also he is harassing me to surrender the car. So I kindly request you to give some more time to pay the pending dues one by one. Because I have asked the previous collection agents from mahindra finance to change ecs date but they didn't help me. Mr. Madhialagan told me to surrender the car tomorrow or else he will come to my house along with the ceasing agents. So please help me in this case.

                                Respected Sir/Madam, This is to inform you that in Aurangabad office ur customer executive told me that you need to pay two emi in our bank n similarly I paid the two emi in Aurangabad bank as per ur executive but right now ur ACH/ECH had bounced due to insufficient balance in my account.This is my humble request sir ..plz make it clear my emi with no CIBIL punishment..My contract no.is -5435894..With warm regards...!!!

                                  I am Sreenath .I had a complaint about the agent's bad behaviour in Mahindra Finance company.His name was Nikson his mobile no: is [protected].The complaint was that I & my sister contact him for a car loan.We will submit all documents and for the presentation of guarantor he told that he come to my sister's house on 13/07/2018 at 6.30 pm. We are waiting for along time and we contact him to ask about that why he was late? then he answer that he will come at 8.45 pm. but he won't come.Again I call him to know about his late coming.For that he answered me in very bad words.This was against the customer service.So we want to take immediate action against him.

                                    I, Victor Chakraborty, Vill- Chora, P.O.- Bahula, Dist- paschim Burdwan, West Bengal would like to ventilate my voice against the corruption at the Loan Divisionof Mahindra and Mahindra Finance, Asansol Branch.
                                    On the year 2016 one of my relative purchased a Mahindra Jeeto Vehicle which was financed from Mahindra and Mahindra Finance, Asansol Branch with loan a/c no.-4282415 and I was not even any of the party in the above mentioned loan.
                                    On the year 2018 while applying for a loan I came to know that my credit score dropped due to some auto loan from Mahindra and Mahindra Finance.
                                    While intervening into the matter I came to know that I have been made a co applicant in the above mentioned loan.
                                    Further this is to bring to the notice that I have neither signed in any of the loan documents nor I have given my consent for the same.
                                    Asansol Branch of Mahindra and Mahindra Finance is neither showing me the loan documents nor they are co operating with me.
                                    As I am a central government(u/t) employee they have used some fake signatures in my name foe processing the loan.
                                    As a result I am facing a huge problem in processing my personal loan and at the same time it is adversely affecting my cibil score without my fault.
                                    Therefore I request to enquiry into the matter and delete my name from the above mentioned loan a/c.

                                      Uska mileage 16+ h. Lekin jan2018 ke bad hi mileage 9-10 km/Letter ho gya. Mene rajsamand service centre pr bataya to unhone kuchh nhi kiya.or reply m answer diya iska mileage set nhi ho sakta. Please request h meri is problem ka solution de.mene bolero customer care m bhi call kiya. Lekin koi jawab nahi Mila.

                                        Dear sir,
                                        I sharad modi having car loan with your company with contract number 3523670, contract date 20/01/2015, branch Jaipur, vehicle number RJ14UD8594, Mahindra xuv 500. I am not receiving MY EMI IN MY BANK ACCOUNT since from the time sbbj bank merged into sbi bank, sir my records is getting spoiled, so please look into the matter and do arrangements as soon as possible for making my EMI GET DIRECTlY HIT IN MY BANK ACCOUNT, as I am getting harass for not getting proper response even after being repeatedly reporting at jaipur branch.
                                        Waiting for your reply and clear my matter as soon as posibble.
