Your some lady employees do not have courtesy about how to talk with customers . Its not that all customers are same . One emi pending is not a big miatake . They behave as if we have done a big cime . They talk rubbish on ph .all customers are not same . They should understand .there are some genuine customers who sometimes get in some trouble that does not mean that we dont want to give your emi . But atleast talk properly . I wont ever take loan from mahindra finance, the worst nbfc

I took refinance for my xylo vehicle in kumbakonam branch before 6 months my vehicle number tn85b0686 its a commercial vehicle still my rc book is not issued by the branch i had called them many times before 2 months they started to tell ur book will issued on tomorrow but still the same answer is comming from them how many tomorrows i can wait for my book please tell the correct tomorrow when they r going to give my rc book?? Suppose the book comes on tomorrow they are trlling me to collect the book in kumbakonam.. Mahindra finance is also in chidhmbaram which is near to me i asked them to give in chidhambaram but they are not ready to give are you trying to make ur customers uncomfort with ur finance??? Im sure that from next i will never visit ur company for any finance and also will never let my friends to approach ur company worst response

Noc not receive till date as final payment has done (34000/-) dated 14 aug 18, through settlement as discussed with field executive mr rajesh yadav from mughalsarai branch.
Now mr rajesh is not proper responding for my noc... As well as same has inform in mughalsarai branch but noc not issue to me.

Request pls look into the matter and provide noc...

Dear Sir,
I have purchased a Tata Indigo and financed by the mahindra in 2014. Due to some personal problem I got late in paying some of the installmemts on time and received letter from the branch for payments. After discussing with the executive I have paid a lumsump amount in the loan account and executive comitted to give me waiver on the penalty. After that again your executive called me to pay 3 more installment in the account, that also today I have paid, but still the waiver is not been done and the amount remains the same.
You are hereby requested to full fill the committment done by your executive as soon as possible or else no option is remaining to me for going in consumer forum. And when I contacted to the executive he is denying to do the same and abusing me very badly. Kindly take strict action as soon as possible.

Mehraj ali and deduct pre emi this is not the way its a scam plz i request to top level management to take a action against him he is a thief, i[censored] don't take action rather than i complaint fir aginst mahindra home finance

Sir/mam im a doctor already a customer of mahendra for past 5 years completed my loan one of the executive called for availing topup loan i intimated him not interested in availing any loan and i'm not eligible too he forced me to give my details to verify then he said i'm not eligible and spoke in very abusive word this issue i contact a representative working in mahendra but no response it's very pathetic service and staff are irresponsible irrespective kindly plz take some action if you want to give a better service

It's gets surprised to me so i went to make a payment in mahendra finance chromepet along with cash of 21000 rupees before paying emi in order to get clarity i asked my loan account statement to mr. Pushparaj who worked there as a collection manager. When i asked him my loan account statement he behaved me rudely and explained in very worst manner he didn't explain my statement properly after that i asked him this the way your are taking to customers then he pushed me back and hit and beat me 7 times in my neck after that i fall down. I asked my statement clarification. How does you people will beat customer's who giv

I made an online deposit via neft transfer of rs, 50000 on oct 1st for a fixed deposit and tried to follow it up with uploading my kyc documents on line but the website would not work. I immediately sent an email informing them that their website was not allowing me to upload documents and that they should deposit the amount in the account whose details i provided and attached a cancelled check with the email.
On oct 2nd i received an email from mahindra financed a reference no. Fq18g00606 and saying that someone tried to contact me on my cell no. But were unable to and i was asked to call[protected] and speak to a representative. At the same time i got an email informing me that my kyc was in progress!
I called the number and was told that the website is not working so documents cannot be uploaded but someone would visit me and take the documents from me. I mentioned that i am currently travelling abroad and hence my cell is switched off and i am not at home to have someone come collect so it is best that for the moment the money be refunded and i can reinvest when i return. The person asked me to send an email and i informed them i have done so they checked and said yes you have and you have given details so it will be done. This was on oct 3rd 2018. Subsequently i have sent several emails and made calls and i am always told the money will be refunded soon. Once i was told it would be done after oct 8th. It is now oct 11th and nothing has come. I even emailed ms. Sujata pawar whose name appears on the mahindra finance website. No response. I fail to see why it takes mahindra finance 10 days to make a refund when everything is provided. It certainly does not inspire me to invest with the company based on this experience!
Can you please ensure i get my money back! I am sorry i tried to invest with mahindra finance!!

We have bought electroc dg from odisha with client no-l65921mh1991plc059642. We bought the dg on 31st dec 2016. We have applied for ecs on the same day. The ecs amount is rs12940/. Just imagine your staffs are not being able to make it an ecs payment till date. We have given application to make ecs with all documents for three times. This is unfortunate that an organisation like mahindra finace is repeatedlyharassing customers like this. We have already talked to your senior persons regarding the same. Some of the names are given below
1. Mr. Khirod kumar, area manager, cuttack
2. Mr. Ghanashyam
3. Mr. Susanta mohanty
4. Mr. Abhinash mohanty
5. Mr. Prasant (Today)
As we have applied for ecs we were assured that the payment must have been deducted. They have never informed us about non-deduction of the ecs. You can verify in website about the credibility of the school"utkal karate school" and the founder dr. Hariprasad pattanayak. Getting calls for npa from your staff is harassing and the tone and communication is pathetic. We have several ecs for different things which is regularly deducted without fail. I hope you will find it serious as not only it is harassing us but also you are keeping your business at stake.

The above mention said loan was taken by piyush jain from tonk & i never gave his guarantee to any one for his loan.

I konw him as financial dsa (Car loan dsa) & i was submitted my documents for car loan on 2015 to him. But he miss used them
I was surprised when i was saw his loan showing in my cibil as a guarantor

Request you to please investigate the issue & resolve as soon as possible

I m one of our costumer of car loan, we purchased new ciaz facelift delta on 15 september 2018 . Our finance adviser name is Ashish mishra, he will not give us any statement of our loan, we dont know any detail about the loan . Our loan is 745000, as he told us at 10% but after tgat we calculate ourself it almost 12.5% interest . But he always deny that no no mam interest is 10 % only . We always asked him to plz send us statement but he does not answer our call niether reply our sms . He cheated us about interest . Now i will go higher if not answered our problem and i want your team to plz suspenf this type of your finance advisers who did wrong with helpless customers . Its all about your company repetition .
Will be waiting for strict action against my complaint .thnkx.

I got a call from mahendra finance and her name anitha, she ask for mr loan and am request for the loan and she connected the call to priya one who think senior for her, she collected all my details and told me she processing my loan and ask my account number and she hold 15000 from my account. She commited me with hour mahendra finance will return back this money.

Then next day she cheated me 60000 from my account. Totally i lost 75000rs from my account. The only criminal i saw litraly mahendra finance here

Am having my loan id but still no executive contact me for documents. Through phone call and 4 various mobile numbers all mobile number hvaing spam name off mahendra finance, u guys only cheated and thefted my money

I have receiving calls from mahindra finance from past 6 months asking about some guy name as dabhade. I every time informed them that this number is from gujarat and number is not of dabhade. And asked them to get their data updated. From past 2-3 months i am receiving messages for loan has been sanctioned, loan amount is pending or this much loan amount has been paid.

Today morning also i have received a call from[protected] and i asked about the branch details, so that i can connect to the branch and can ask them to rectify their data, she disconnected the call. I called again on the same number one guy has picked up the call and refused to tell his name and instead of listening to my concern, he said whatever you (Me) want to do it you do it and was not ready to listen to me and not ready to provide me with the solution.

I need resolution to the harassment i am suffering from and strict action against company so that these people take care while updating personal details from now onwards. Technology is so much advance now a days cant these people use otp option to verify mobile number!

There are three people involved - avinash (Agent), janhvi, & vipin kumar (Manager). I got a call from agent stating that mahindra finance will provide loan in 24-48hrs. Considering it true, as i was in bad need of money i provided all the documents immediately. I did everything according to avinash and janvhi, as they asked for processing fees 5000, then re-fundable amount of 19500 & then gst subsidy which was also refundable 28800. I provided all the money, now they have 53, 300 with them. Its been more than 3days i have not got any money. Not the loan amount nor my 53000. Please help me.
