Dear sir,
I sharad modi having car loan with your company with contract number 3523670, contract date 20/01/2015, branch Jaipur, vehicle number RJ14UD8594, Mahindra xuv 500. I am not receiving MY EMI IN MY BANK ACCOUNT since from the time sbbj bank merged into sbi bank, sir my records is getting spoiled, so please look into the matter and do arrangements as soon as possible for making my EMI GET DIRECTlY HIT IN MY BANK ACCOUNT, as I am getting harass for not getting proper response even after being repeatedly reporting at jaipur branch.

I have taken loan for buying the JCB and bought it. The EMI was fixed Rs. 56, 100 PM. I was missed to pay the EMI on time because of
some medical issue.

I got call from Relationship executive name : 23145078_Sameer Kumar and forced to pay the OD. The total OD was 4, 20, 000 only.
As discussed with executive, I have Paid the amount 1, 40, 000 on 13th and he was given me some time to pay rest amount till 25th June 2018
but on 15th June the JCB was seize by financier.

Earlier, i was asked to pay the minimum amount of Rs 2, 00, 000 to get the JCb back to my hand.
They told that they will handover the JCB to me.
I have paid Amount 2, 50, 000 Paid on 16th June 2018 and when i asked to release the JCB then they told me to clear the OD of 90, 000.
On 17th June, i am ready with all OD amount and i have paid the Amount 30, 000 via on-line.
When i asked to take the cash of 60, 000 they have refused to take the money.

After multiple back and forth they are telling to clear all the amount.

My EMI will complete on October 2018.

I have Paid the OD in the following Dates.

- Amount 1, 40, 000 Paid on 13th June 2018.
- Amount 2, 50, 000 Paid on 16th June 2018.
- Amount 30, 000 paid on 17th June 2018. I told to pay the Rest OD of 60, 000 but the executive have refused to take the Money.

I feel like harassment and feeling hopeless, Could you please help me how i can get my JCB back. How much money need to pay.

This is very disappointing that i am not able to contact to Mahindra Finance Customer care. I have twitted more than 20 times to get a call or providing the customer care number . The number was provided is :[protected] It is ringing but no one is picking the call.

The main cause to call is in the below mail chain is mentioned below.
For My JCB i have paid All my OD Rs 3, 40, 000 and late fine. The total late fine was approximately 2, 37, 000.

I have paid REPO charge 29000 (inclusive all charges) to Mahindra Finance.
The reliving letter i got from the Mahindra finance to get my JCB, when i went to get my JCB from the parking area then the person is asking for following:

1. Parking charge of Rs 250 per day, i have paid that and i didn't got any bill. I have no problem to pay the parking charge if My JCB will be safe.
2. He asked Rs 4000, for the repairing of my JCB but it was temporarily repaired and i have I Paid Rs. 4, 000 for repairing but didn't got any bill.
3. From my JCB tool box all tool kits are taken off and was locked. When i reached home and checked the tool box was empty.
4. From My JCB the hydraulic oil was taken off approx 25 Litter. I thought of the oil is full in my JCB but the oil was taken off and my JCB was breakdown without hydraulic oil and also When my JCB was seize by financier the diesel tank contains around 60 Liter but when i got the diesel tank contains only 2 Liter.
5. The financier have not given me any documents after seized the JCB.

For informing all this I have called to My Relation ship executive and Sunil Chaudhry but didn't get any help. Sunil Chaudhry told me to call Vikash Jha but i am unable to contatct him.

Could you please look into this issue as soon as possible or le me know is this the policy from mahindra finance.

I got a call from mahendra finance and their executive was in contact with me from april and they told me that they will provide me loan and in return i have to purchase a policy from bharti axa for premium of rs. 60000 p. A for 12 years and thru that policy mahendra finance will disburse me loan of rs.7 lacs.

The executive was continuous in touch with me and i have purchased the policy according to them and provided them policy details, according to mahendra finance loan will get disbursed after 22 days from the date of policy. I have taken policy on 10th may 2018 and now i am continuously calling to mahendra finance about my loan status they are telling that their is some noc issue arise in ur case and for that u have to purchase same policy once again which will be refundable.

I am very much tensed what to do as i have given my savings to them. Pls suggest.

I took loan for my eon sports car from mahindra finance and i had submitted my car keys and 3 security cheques for it to guwahati branch assam on 9th april 2014. I had collected noc from mahindra finance on 27th jan 2018. But the employee name sh. Sandeep said that there office had been shifted so i will get my keys and cheque after few days. Now when i asked for it they said they have not had my keys only cheques they can give. I want my keys back or else i will take some other steps. My vehicle no. I had purchase swift dezire in 21november 2016 through mahindra finance. From november 16 to febuary18 i continously paid my installment through my bank account to mahindra finance, but from march instalment amount is not debeited from my bank account, in that case i have to paid my instalment with fine, my area mahindra finance office said that it is bank fault and bank says that it is financer fault. Please resolve this problem otherwise...

Subject : complain against sh. Manash baruah, an employee under mahendra finance at tezpur.

Dear sir,
I would like to inform you that i am a bonfied customer of mahendra finance. I drawn a car laon from mahendra finance against agreement no.4912039. I have already remitted 27th installment against my loan on 08.06.2018 last vide receipt no.36632416 dtd. 08.06.18 at biswanath chariali branch (Distt : biswanath - assam - 784176).

One employee, namely shri manash baruah of mahendra finance at tezpur branch under the district of sonitpur (Assam) generally comes to me to collect the monthly installment of loan recovery, is misbehaving me over mobile since few days back in the plea that i am missing 3 installments. He often used slang languages who does not know human ethics and behaviour. Even then, after deposit of last installment on 08.06.18, he along with 2 others (Stated to be his seniors) came to me on 09.06.18 in a white swift car (Regn. No. As126520) at my working place, orient flower jr. College, biswanath chariali at about 3-00pm. He started abusing me with slang language and tried to physically hurt me and threatened me to life.in the mean time my office staff as well as principal, proprietor of the college came out of the office and asked them not make nuisance in the public. There after they cooled down. Had there any fault on my part on lapse of regular monthly premium, the finance company is supposed to serve notice etc. To me but cannot physically attack me and defame me in the public at any cost.

I am lodging a complain against sri manash baruah here with to your good self to take a suitable action against the miscreant so that such an immature individual can not bring bad names to the mahindra finance and harass bonafide customers in future. I may kindly be communicated about your firm decision within 15 days failing which i shall be compelled to file a suit against the miscreant.

i have invested a amount of rs. 300000 as fixed deposits in mahindra finance but i have not received a proper fd from company. I am being trying to contact on the toll free no. [protected] it's says its not working. All helpline nos are not working. Please tell where a customer should approach for any queries. I tried to contact in delhi office they picked the phone and said i am transferring the call but they disconnected it.
We have trust on mahindra group. . That's why we have invested the amount. Kindly please tell to whom should i contact in senior level from where i can get my problem solved.

My documents was a misused for auto Loan no:4815686 put in guarantor. I was checked in CIBIL SCORE less that time i found.After I was find Mr.Anish chakravathy used my documents without my knowledge.Actually he is in loan arranger broker.I was given documents photo copy that documents misused for guarantor.But
If your mahindra finance not given single phone call to me .How ur company to do without my knowledge.

Dear mahindra finance, i have an issue of a car loan taken by me on 25th september 2017, car price is ₹4, 17, 350 and mahindra financer have sanctioned my loan of ₹3, 75, 000 and i gave down-payment of only ₹70, 650 and my loan tenure is 52 months and my emi per month is ₹10, 100 at the interest rate of 8% and here is my issue that recently i have gone through the official website of mahindra finance and there i checked the car loan calculator and there i found that my loan is at 10% interest. And i don't think that calculator would be wrong after all its an official website calculator. And i'm paying ₹10100 for 7 months please help me how to solve this i think i have been fooled. My self aakash yadav son of manju bala a customer of mahindra finance and loan account no./contract no. Is 1854047, the motive of this mail is to share my worst service experience by mahindra finance.in 2011 we purchase chevrolet beat car (Hr26 bp 6711) on finance from you guys after that we pay all emi's on time and we have no idea that given cheques are over till now no one from mahindra side contact me for any kind of service... And after 1, 2 week cheques over someone called me that i m coming for cheque collection kindly give to me, and my due date is 15th in every month but mahindra deposited my cheque on any date after and before due date of emi kindly look into my bank statement... Now on 28th may 2018 i used to go for noc collection that time i get to know they charged me alot rs 7113 for late payment charges and rs 1250 for cheque bouncing charges, kindly look my loan account statement and my bank statement due date was 15th in every month but u deposited my cheque any day any time without my knowledge. After that i met mr. Virender yadav (The sick and uneducated guy) who is the area collection manager for further communication he is so rude and mannerless person i ever seen in my life the way of speaking is the worst and they told me that deposite my cheques to mahindra office is our duty not the mahindra employees duty they have other work to do, all the time he is rude and try to make me fool to deposite irrevent charges from me,... Till now my dear not a single call is given by these people for noc collection or related to irrelevant charges... And after that he say that pay your charges and after 20 days u got your noc from here only, is this the way to talk customer like this... I have a vedio along with me the whole conversation with the virender yadav (Area collection manager), i[censored] want it i ll send u.

I want strict action on employee and i want my noc im not gonna pay a single penny to you guys.
Revert me asap, other wise i ll go to next level... Along with social media help.

Kinldy look into attached my bank statement and your loan statement and revert me back...

Highlight:

1. Emi due date is 15th every month cheque deposited on any date. Before (13/05/2015) or after due date max on 17th 18th of every month, refer bank statement.
2. No one called me before they got cheque over in there hand.
3. Mr. Virender yadav have no rights to talk like this with customer. I have full vedio.
4. Hand over cheque to mahindra office is customer duty as per virender yadav.
5. Process of noc tooks 20 to 30 days.
6. Raised cheque before my due date.
7. No customer service since 2011 till now
8. No manners of employees i have full vedio of that guy who told me the lie related to mahindra policy and make me fool.

As a reputed company i suppose this u guys take a strict and quick action on my given concern.

Hello sir,

I am jayalakshmi living in chennai, i bought a xylo d2 commercial vehicle in the year 2013 using your finance help, the duration of the finance was 3 yrs. After the completion of the finance, we got the noc form, but we did not get the second key from your finance.

When asked in the showroom they advised us to check with the place who issued the noc form, but they said they did not have the car key. I have been shuttled from one place to another for the car key. Its almost three years now we did not get any response from the mahindra finance regarding my car key. The response from the mahindra finance employees is very hurtful.

I am frustrated and also scared if someone will steal my car using the second key. Finally, i have searched your email address from the internet and emailing you. Please kindly look into this issue and do the needful. Hoping a positive response from your end.

Writing this complaint on behalf of my mother, due to failure of installment of car loan the company representative come visit our house, threatens our family members and use abusive words at times. In absence of my mother, they ask for contact number of my father who has nothing to do with this purpose. Even when no one is there at house during their visit, they contact me in my phone and ask my personal details which is really bothering at times.

Hello sir, i have applied for noc of car loan a/c on 12th april 2018, it was an emergency i requested with your kadugodi team, but they didnt support and they said its required minimum 20days, now its almost 1 month, when i visit to the kadugodi branch they very neglect answer still not come if you want, u can go rise a compliant. Many complaints are pending nothing can do, this is the branch manager statement which i never expect. Please some help me to get my noc since i have some emergency to sell my car. Did you appoint any dealer in Ahmedabad to approve loan from your company. Because your executive told me that i have to pay 2% of loan amount to your dealers in advance. Can you please explain me this. And your executive told me that didn't tell thi to any one. Please keep this between us. Can you really charge 2% charges again your finance. Tell me as soon as possible. Thanks
