I have applied for car loan in mahindra finance jalgoan branch. My loan was sanctioned by completing all precedures. But at the end moment due to some problems i have canceled my car booking. Now i am requesting mahindra finance person to cancel my loan. But for that he used bad words to me and my family members and also now he is demanding for money to cancel the agreement. Does mahindra finance takes any cancellation charge.

And if no then can you please help me to get my documents back from mahindra finance jalgaon.

Branch manager pawar is calling me everyday and requesting for money and using bad words. Can you please help me in that to get my documents back.

Dear sir,

I am availing vehicle loan facility from your company since 10.07.2016. Due to some family problems i fail to deposit last 3 installment on time. The same reason i pass on to your jalandhar office. But instead of my problem, your jalandhar office manager mr. Sukhwinder send 3/4 people at my residence to pick the vehicle with them on 02.02.2018 in the evening by 5.30 p. M.

When i request them i am ready to pay all the 3 installments immediately.

They said we are from legal cell, chandigarh and you have to surrender vehicle immediately otherwise we will call the police.

They also show me a police information letter of police station div. No.3, jalandhar of dated 02.02.2018. But i sure that it was only a self made (False letter) letter to threat me.

After my many request they agree to receive payment with a panalty of rs.10000/- with the 3 installments. Then i arrange the funds and paid them rs.32620/- (22620/- for 3 installments + 10000 threat charges) and no receipt was issued against this amount.

Next day on 03.02.2018 in the morning they call me somewhere in jalandhar and give me a receipt only for rs.22620/- vide receipt no.29994351 dated 03.02.2018.

When i ask for rs.10000/- receipt they write on receipt with his hand and give it me telling me there is no receipt for it.

It is for your information that your jalandhar office staff is doing such type of activities without your information and make their own income source by collecting money from your customers. It is not good massage for your company.

At the end, sir i want to know where my money rs.10000/- goes.

I think it is rutine process of these people to collect money by threat from your other customers, which are paying late.

Pls look into the matter and take action to stop such type (Hera pheri), which effect the reputation of your company.

Respected sir, your home loan branch from dist. Washim tah. Risod mr rathod rejected my refinance home loan file after completing all documents requirements. I spend a lot of money also my three month time at last moment he tell me your file is canceled but this is not a correct procedure of rejection. Plz take some action on that otherwise reputation of your company is damage. Thank you.

We have closed finance for xylo no. Kl29c3499 on 03.01.18, but we have not received noc. The person purchased our vehicle have filed complaint against me for not giving registered rc to him. Your kayamkulam office not given proper information. They told me that i have to give a cheque for getting some amount from mahindra, but they not inform that noc will get only after this amount. Now we are in trouble. Kindly necessary arrangement otherwise i have to go to higher level

Please note that my agreement no. is as serial no. 1528216, 2293112 and i m suffered since 3 year to get my vehicle NOC from company side but they want to much money from loan whenever i have paid all my EMI according time.so please help me & my for NOC.

Please give me saluation as soon as possible.

Research academy for rural enrichment (Rare), sonepur representatives by ashutosh hota, general secretary has availed a vehicle loan from your firm i. E. Mahindra and mahindra finance service limited. On date 30.11.2017 rare has given a cheque for rupees 97976/- towards the down payment for the vehicle loan. On the same day one representatives from mahindra finance and on from minerva automobiles, dealer of mahindra and mahindra has delivered and handed over the vehicle to us at our office premises at sonepur. The cheque for rupees 97976/- has been encased on dated 30/11/2017 bearing cheque no 796517.
Towards the instalment payment of the vehicle 9 post dated cheques were handed over to you duly signed by the same signatories of the cheque for rupees 97976/- which was encased by you.
On 16.01.2018 your office sent a mail to us with an attachment of scan copy of dishonoured cheque and letter given by the bank. The reason for not honouring the cheque by the bank is “drawer’s signature differs”.
After getting the mail we contacted our bank at sonepur where our all transaction are being routed with the same signature.in term, the chief manager, sbi, sonepur contacted the chief manager, sbi, bolangir and apprised the entire matter and advice us to present the cheque again in the bank.
Accordingly we requested your representatives to present the cheque again in the bank because it is within the stipulated time and within the legal framework to draw the provision of section 138 of n. I act. The bank could have been persuaded by your firm for payment against the previous instance on 30th november 2017 without doing that your office bluntly refuses stating that it is not the policy of the firm. This act of yours is totally a unfair trade practice and for that why legal action will not be taken against you.
We have paid rs. 13350/- on date 18.01.2018 towards the instalment against the bounced cheque no 448086 dated 5.1.2018 through online payment via the link provided by your office i. E. https://vehicleloan.mahindrafinance.com/UI/QuickPay.aspx.
Please take notice that return the dishonoured cheque along with the bank letter and eight post dated cheque given by us within 3 days after receipt of the mail. Hence fourth all the instalment will be made through online on due date, if failed, we are legally responsible for prosecution.

This is to inform that I Mohammed Raju Mondal went to Mahindra Finance Company ltd. at Barasat, Kolkata, west Bengal on 15th January 2018. I wanted to car loan from your Mahindra finance company at Barasat Branch through by representative Mister KAMAL CHANDRA DAS. However, when I went to submit a file to office on 15th January 2018, then Mister Kamal Chandra Das was not present at the office. I contacted Mister Mister Kamal Chandra Das and he told me, give it to any office staff. And I gave that file to a staff of that office. And another representative saw the file and took it.
Unfortunately, I called Mister Kamal Chandra Das on 18th January 2018. And I asked to him for getting the file, in this statement, he used very disrespectful language to me. After than same day I went to your Mahindra finance company at Barasat Branch for take my file. But this time Mister Kamal Chandra Das was present at office, and he Strictly speaking in the words of threatening me, I will not give you a loan. And get out of here. Mister Kamal Chandra Das was left to raise my hand on me. It may be noted that I never faced any misbehavior from any member of the staff of Mahindra finance company ltd. It is a matter of disgrace to us as we come of notable families of Rajarhat Newtown. His misbehavior and language hampered my prestige and dignity, I were badly hurt.
Under such circumstances, I would request you to take stringent action against the staff, named Mister Kamal Chandra Das, please take measures at the earliest.

Contract number 3648232. Contract date 22/04/2015. Loan repayment last date is 10/03/2020. Loan amount taken 5, 32, 000. Till last date i need to pay amount of 765000 rs. I already paid 345000 rs and i need to forceclosed this loan i can pay maximum 300000 rs more, so total amount will be paid to mahindra will be 650000 after 2 and half years. I am taking follow up from month of july for the same. Also there is mail communication with wada branch and boiser personnel. They have given me full closure amount of 750000. I am not agree with that. As i am paying at half tenture of loan. The closure amount given bby me is consist of full principal amount and 3 years interest. Still issue pending. Also my checque also bounces and late deposited at your boiser branch. Check lost by your accountat mr dubey.
Mr praksh ambavane your collection person misbehaved with me called me bhikmagya, tuzi layaki nahi this type of langauge over the phone though i am talking politely. He is putting me mail there is no higher authority in cc in mail communication. I will take very strict action against him.

My loan is approved in oct 2016 amount 1120000/-. By vt from grah finance first installment is given to grah finance for no dues. And 2nd installment is given to me for 1 floor. My first floor is complited in dec 2016

I completed 2 and third floor itself till now but company not giving me last installment of 145000

I am ankush teshwar financed hyundai eon on oct 2017 loan acc number as 5048377. Mr. Vishal your employee at gonda office who was dealing my case provide me wrong details and debit my linked account by cheque mode as well mannually that means i paid 6750 rs for two times in a single month, problem arise when my bank account got insufficient balance and i have to fine penalty over that. It is a serious matter and i request you to return my money and take required action against mr. Vishal for misguidance.

Dear sir iam chatipally dinesh, from hyderabad, i have clear all the emi of my vechile. But i have an amount of the interest to pay.

The letter was approved but the branch of attapur staff sudherr reddy saying that, it will take one month to come? And his behaviour with customer is completely bad.
Please solve my problem and approve immediately
