I have a loan account in your company 5045345 name Mamta Rani car loan i10 last year in November month finance from your company on rate of interest 5.53% but now i am precolsed this loan in April. But now my outstanding amount of loan 242000/- approximately in statement. And now your company staff tell me that your outstanding amount 262000 something amount. Kindly clear the outstanding loan amount of till date on 5.53% rate of interest per year calculation. Your company rate of interest amount in one year 38000 something that is not actual amount of rate of interest.
Kindly clear information of this loan.

Kindely i informed you that in your service provider member of mahindra finance in distt. Mau (U. P) named mr. Anil panday (Contact no.[protected]) are overloaded of miss bihave attitude which is very weekest point to sevice of mahindra...
I have financed of scorpio s2 of 36 month... And have paid already 32 months installment till march. Due to some reasion i have not paid installment of april till days.. And i hope, iwill soon paid.
But mr panday call to me and talk roughly to stand your vehicle in mahindra due to remaining of april installment.
Is that manner to serve a service?
Please take action on mr anil panday other wise i will complain forword to head office mumbai...

It is being 15 days of payment i didn't received my noc and no one is answering properly. I am going to consumer forum as i am in process of foreclosure since 4 months. My name is antony johnson perriara. I own 2 mahindra xuv 500 which is financed by mahindra finance. Vehicle 1 kl 07 ca 9528 and vehicle 2 is kl 01 cc 1859. The first vehicle kl 07 ca 9528 loan is closed 8 months back. Presently i live in trivandrum now. You will not believe i have been to your office in cochin and trivandrum several times. On th of december was my last visit to your trivandrum office and they gave me a gentleman number of mr vineeth of finance at cochin. I contacted that gentleman on december 8th 2017 and he said he will sent me the same. He is a very good gentleman since he never picks up phone and responds to messages. Last week i was soo lucky enough to get him on the phone and he gave me a surprise saying that the noc is ready long time back and now its been expired and i need to send him an re issue request letter which was sent on the next day itself. Now its the same story.. His highness mr vineeth is not picking up calls neither responding to msgs. Can someone take up this issue and do the needful please. I will surely copy a email to mr anand on the mahindra. [protected]@mahindra.com. This is very pathetic situation, buying luxury vehicles from you and you treat your customers like scraps.

I mr. Arvind p chopade had applied for refinance on my existing vehicle maruti wagon r no. Mh 14 ep 8665 in june 2015, however the loan got cancelled due to some lac of documentation. But by the time mahindra finance had done the hp of my vehicle on their name.
I haven't taken any loan from mahindra still theyarenit giving me noc for the same inspite of regular follow-up.
Request you to please take immediate action on this.

Bunch of ### working with Mahindtra Finance, I have sent you guys numereous mails and reminders. Yet no response.
I have availed Vehicle LOAN from Mahindra in June 2015 and has promptly paid my EMI dues as on date.
LOAN number: 3737806

However the data updated by you guys in CIBIL seems to be incorrect. Please note due to your error of showing high outstanding balance in my cibil report, I have been denied/declined LOAN from other financial institutions when I was in very much need of it. My cibil scores have also decreased because of this.
This has created lot of personnel problems and I have been under deep depression and mental stress.

1. The status of LOAN in Cibil shows as closed, whereas the LOAN is still active and will be closed on May 2018.
2. The ownership mentioned in the report states as ‘Joint’. Whereas I am the single owner of the LOAN.
3. The current balance reflects as INR 195160, don’t understand where the hell u guys have got this amount and on what calculation basis. My current outstanding balance is less than INR 40000.

I expect Mahindra finance to Immediately rectify the Cibil data and send me a clear clarification as to why the cibil data was incorrectly updated.
Also I would not make my further EMI payments until the issue is resolved and I am been compensated for the harassment.

And i have loan in mahindra finance in hyderabad seccunderabad mareddpaly branch last month i paid my loan to wrong account payment to 4765567 but my loan number contract no 3765567 please correct it and transfer to my account and i took loan 530000 from date of 2015 july. Mahindra finance executive call me and said that i a m eligible for topup loan. I am interested and give all documents to executive. After a day executive told me that they don't give the loan. I have two loans with mahindra and the track is also clear. My loan is with aluva branch in kerala state. Veh no kl63 4077. Kindly give me the reason for rejection and also take necessary action. I am mentally upset with this type of behaviour from a reputed bank like mahindra for a good customer.

As loan has been sanctioned bering no-5272241 for refinance of four wheeler bolero vehicle and do order has been sent from 28-2-18. But the branch office tell some technical problem or server problem due to which the amont was not credited.
There was no loan amount credit till now. We contact with the nearest branch office but there was no right information.
Please credit the same soon.

Dear Sir,

I had submitted one ACH request to Mahindra Home Finance on February 09, 2018 with your cherthala branch from HDFC bank a/c# [protected] to [protected]. After submitting the ACH form along with the blank cancelled cheque I made so many calls to Mahindra finance executives and they all are failed to give me the requested information for past 3 weeks. I request them so many times, I just want to know whether the ACH account has changed or not, but your executives failed to update the information and also the EMI for the month of March is debited from existing bank account([protected]) itself. Kindly request you to change the ACH updation asap and request you to update me the same at the earliest time. I have attached one of ny payment receipt to pull out Mahindra loan account details.

Delayed to receive the loan amount. But they have presented cheque for repayment (Emi) on time. This type of activity is not good and it is cheating the customers.
I have availed a loan from mahindra finance. While taking the loan they have intimated me that the amount will transfer to bank account with 3 or 4 working days. But i have received the said loan amount into my bank account 7 days after as a result of continues followup. Unfortunately this month my emi amount was bounced for 1 day. This is cheating the customers. This is very now their recovery people calling me and i feel their style of approach is too bad.
I am ready to pay the amount in cash to any of their authorized collection executive but nobody is available. Then what can i do?

I Purchased a mahindra bollero zlx(wb74ag8826) in 2015 by loan(mahindra finance).but in 2016 i sold the vehicle to mr. Fajlur rahaman and also transferred the loan by the permission of mahindra finance jalpaiguri local branch. The name of owner of vehicle had been changed to fajlur rahaman. But from last one year i have been regularly getting due instalment notice from mahindra finance. Befor 5days I have reiceved a legel notice of due instalment from mahindra finance. As I have already transferred the loan to mr. Faljlul rahaman so I am not responsible for any type of die installments.Please notice this matter and I am really tensed and afraid.
