I have entered in a yearly scheme by paying rs1200/- towards 6 washing, teflon coating, rust coating etc. My scheme book no. 1599 has been misplaced somewhere but i am having a copy of same. Today when i went to the w/s, they refused for washing without the book. Is it fair on part of mahindra first choice s/c, near argora chowk, ranchi, to return customer for this only reason?

    I got my hudai i20 serviced at mfc shree krishna automobile, neemraana, behror on 18th april. It took them 17 day (3 times they have taken for service). They recommended to change for ac coil, because ac is not working properly
    Though ac had no issues i still got them changed as they insisted. They made me wait for parts for at least 4hrs where as in morning they had confirmed that all parts were available in stock. But they had passed 2days. There after they brought an old ac coil. After 3 days they handed over the car some how.in test drive i noticed now my car ac is not operated through ac switch inspite of blower switch, there was no cooling and they had connect ac with battery n asked the mechanic. He said more will be changed where as before service there was not a big issue in ac. I was left wondering after paying 4500k. Now had put dent on driver side, broken handle, head lights, central locking system and all swiches became damage. Whether it was worth it to go to a mahindra first choice service depot if the standards are at par with street mechanics. Such service center are tarnishing mahindra's brand name. Please do me a favour get my car serviced and repairing properly and get my money refunded.

      Hi team,

      Pro carz, mahindra first choice, you have mention/advertise 118 quality checks and accident free cars. I choose you as safer side to buy used car hyundai grant i10 magna ka05 mn7927at procarz, amrutahalli, bangalore.

      1) i asked and verified with your sales person madhu 3-4 times before giving token do you check car service history for any accidental damage?

      Ans from procarz : we must check service history of every certified cars and we do not buy/sell cars if any accidental damage, but we ignore if any minor small paints/dent issues. This was the statement before i give token of rs.20000.

      2) when i reverified in hyundai service station about this car’s service history before making full payment. They told two accidental damage happened one is in may 2014 and another is in june 2018. We saw in 2014 from front side everything has replaced till engine e. G. Bumper, all lights, inside coolant, radiators, air conditioner related parts etc. They confirmed this was replaced all parts due to accident.in 2018 as well in history there is accidental replacement, where they changed parts from front end.

      Ans from procarz :- this is very minor accidents same like cat/dog hit the car, we do not consider such things as accident damage. This is statement for not giving refund of token of rs.20000.

      Note: when i personally visited for cancelation that time windshield/any paint touch-up was not done. I am informing this because procarz can claim we already spend money on refurbishment like windshield/any paint touch-up before cancellation.

      I asked your sales person 2-3 times especially about any accidental history before booking this car and he said we do not buy/sell cars if any accidental damage. They consider/ignore only small common/minor small paints/dent issues.

      When i show them service history about two accidents bigger one is in may 2014, they said we do not consider this as accidental damage. Then why it is showing in service history with all parts from front side replaced in same day with huge expenses.

      This is cheating with me. I demand full refund of my booking amount rs.20000/-

          Hi i am deepak kumar from bahadurgarh. I wanted to buy ford figo car from koshambi branch but due to some mis-happening. I rejected and ask them to transfer my booking fee. They said its only 3 days process till now it's around 2 months but no resolution is provided. What should i do. I am totally frustrated from mahindra first choice. Any suggestions where should i go.

            Its is very sad to give complaint on a big brand like mahindra first choice wheels ltd but inevitable

            We started a franchise of mahindra first choice service on 2017 in tiptur after six months this mahindra first choice wheels ltd people came to us and told that you have got a pre approved used car dealership and told to pay 100000 for applaction which is refundable we had a expense of 9 lakh for infra and stock and other expense we did all necessary by taking loan from a bank
            We expected a lot and trusted them alot but there was no support and no information too how to start and when to start they given a assurance of stock from another dealer and will provide a stock loan in a bank to buy stock they did not fulfill any one of there promises even though we waited them for one year after that we called them and told that we want to withdraw and requested them to return to amount deposited amount on oct 9, 2018, 3:24 pm after sending email they told to remove all branding which was fulfilled by us of rs 35000 after removing the brand they told us to send the images of removed brand since from 6 months they are dragging us by saying us today and tomorrow we got a huge loss till today we are paying interest to loan now the they are saying that we are talking negative about mfcw and without my sattlement of my amount they have given a applaction to some other party in same region

            I came to know some one has got the franchise which is appointed by mr. Nagaraj but till today he has not visited us.
            Please ask them who has given the negative information even i came to know two days back by nagaraj and sangamesh

              I bought i20 from mahindra first choice sector 8 noida on march 1, 2019. After 10 days, i feel that ac flow & cooling is not working properly. When i raised that problem, executive told me, sir, we did not cover ac parts within warranty we will let you confirm once we got the confirmation from management. I have took so many follow up till date but they did not give me any solution. Today i have checked my car at hyundai showroom & i found the entire ac parts has been changed by mahindra, there is total local parts within it & also one tyre they fitted of i10 car. There was totally fraud done by mahindra. I never expect that kind of things from a trusted brand. Now i am going for cousumer court for the same & now will see what mahindra will do with this condition.
              Till time pls share as much you guys can do. Please socialize this issue.

                हमने जनवरी 2019 में रायबरेली में महिन्द्रा फर्स्ट च्वॉइस से 2015 मॉडल स्विफ्ट डिजायर कार पाँच लाख में खरीदी थी, मैनेजर ने लिख कर दिया कि 54000 किमी चली है, बाद में हमें केटीएल से पता चला कि वह कार लगभग डेढ़ लाख किमी चली हुई थी, उसका मीटर पीछे करवाया गया था, वाहन के माईलेज के हिसाब से हमसे धोखाधड़ी कर के अधिक कीमत ली गयी है, इन पर सख्त कार्रवाही किया जाय

                  Very worst service company.
                  Seventh time i am complaining about mahindra first choice car service centre there is no response. My honda city car tn50ad1933 was got accident so i taken it to mahindra first choice tiruvarur branch. I told them to change front bumper and repair rear bumper but branch manager promised me to change both bumper as new and will recover the insurance amount nearly above 80%. But now i got only 50% claim and car bumper work was not completed. Insurance amount i got very low that amount is rs14000 but i paid rs 27732. Iam so disappointed car work not yet completed he is the responsibility for my car so he will take care the balance incompleted work in his own money or have to pay me loss amount.

                      Sixth time i am complaining about mahindra first choice car service centre there is no response. My honda city car tn50ad1933 was got accident so i taken it to mahindra first choice tiruvarur branch.                         The above invoice was not available with your concerned service centre decent automobiles, purnea and i have spent alot time to make them understand that i have paid online and received mail receipts

                        I have given my car TN38BP3039 Alto, for service on 21 Mar 2019 and still I have not got back the car and no commitment and punctual when it comes to service team. Really disappointed and will be the last time that I am giving my car for service also the referred friends of mine will be also not approach anymore

                                I got my wagon r serviced at mfc a-110, taj highway noida extn on 20th mar. It took them whole day (8hrs). They recommended to change shocker kit n right wheel drive shaft to solve axel noise issue. Though suspension had no issues i still got them changed as they insisted. They made me wait for parts for at least 4hrs where as in morning they had confirmed that all parts were available in stock. There after they brought an old drive shaft n a local shocker kit. After a long day they handed over the car some how.in test drive i noticed now my suspensions are creating noise n asked the medhnic. He said more will be changed where as before service there was no noise from suspension area. I was left wondering after paying 10k whether it was worth it to go to a mahindra first choice service depot if the standards are at par with street mechanics. Such service center are tarnishing mahindra's brand name. Please do me a favour get my car serviced properly or get my money refunded. Thanks!

                                  मैंने महिंद्रा फ़र्स्ट चॉस भागलपुर (बिहार)में कैश ऐक्सिडेंटल कार बनवाया।पहले तो उन्होंने twenty days में कार बना दूँगा ऐसा बोल के कार अपने गरॉज़ में ले आये।उसके बाद दौड़ाना स्टार्ट किया।हर रोज़ मैं जाता था।उसके बाद वहाँ का स्टाफ़ कोलकाता से सेकंड हैंड पार्ट्स लाके उसको पैंट करके लगाने की तैयारी में थे उसी बीच मैं पहुँच गया जब मैंने देखा तो वहाँ के ओनर से कम्प्लेन की तब जाके दुबारा पार्ट्स का ऑर्डर दिया गया।पूरे थ्री मन्थ्स बाद मेरी कार आधा अधूरा बनाया गया।ना ही आज तक हॉर्न बजा ना ही वाइपर आन हुआ हेड्लायट भी डिफ़्रेंट ब्राण्ड लगाया गया।जब भी मैं वहाँ जाता हु बार बार यही बोला जाता है की नहीं मिल रहा है।आज 19/03/19 को मेरी कार सर्विस सेंटर से 27 किलोमेटर की दूरी पे ख़राब हो गयी है मैंने 11 बजे दिन में कॉल किया था तो उनलोगो ने कहा की मैं मकैनिक भेज रहा हूँ मैं वेट करता रहा लेकिन कोई नहीं आया।जब मैंने दुबारा कॉल किया तो उन्होंने कहा की मकैनिक नहीं है मैं रोड के किनारे अपनी कार लेके खड़ा हूँ अब आप बताइए मैं क्या करूँ

                                    Hi. My car honda city tn50ad1933 was got accident so i taken it to mahindra first choice tiruvarur branch. I told them to change front bumper and repair rear bumper but branch manager promised me to change both bumper as new and will recover the insurance amount nearly above 80%. But now i got only 50% claim and car bumper work was not completed. Insurance amount i got very low that amount is rs14000 but i paid rs 27732. Iam so disappointed car work not yet completed he is the responsibility for my car so he will take care the balance incompleted work in his own money or have to pay me loss amount.

                                      This is my biggest mistake to purchase car from aarav mahindra first choice. It has been approx. 9 month i haven't received the rc ko car. I went to rto authorities two times from gurgaon to delhi as well because dealer is not able to provide rc. Area managers also know this but not take any action. I have visited so many time.
