Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing this mail to expose the worst service experienced from Mahindra first choice, Bhavani nagar, Marol, Andheri East.

On 9th October 2018, I gave my Mahindra Quanto, MH-04 GE 3289 (which I took on 2013) to above service center for arresting a minor cooling leakage. They said it will be resolved in just one day. But after that they said, it’s the problem with the water pump. Second day they said they were not getting the packing (gasket) and took 2 more days to get it. Then they told tensioner bearing also got damaged and same should be replaced. So totally they took 5 days to return my car, costing 11000/- for all these replacement.

Now the coolant leakage doubles after this great service of Rs. 11, 000/- expenditure. Again I took my vehicle for rectification. Now only the actual reason is been found out. As shown in the attached pictures there was a hole in the timing cover. I am wondering how come a hole is been formed in an alloy body (car is only 5 years old)! It clearly shows the poor material quality of mahindra. Now the replacement cost of this is again Rs. 20, 000/- or welding jugad of Rs. 5000/-

They themselves saying that spares of Mahindra not readily available and these complaints are common for Mahindra vehicles. Is this hole really happened due to heat as informed by them.

What really happening there is some unskilled labors doing some R&D and I am sponsoring them with my money and offering them my car for taking PHD. And I lost 11, 000/- due to this. I want my money back which is been spent unnecessarily due to poor workmanship.

My car is still in the same workshop. So I expect your revert at the earliest.

Dear MFC Team,

Please revert on the trailing mail.

Mentioning one more example of fraud behavior & poor workmanship of MFC service center to open your eyes.

Two hours back I found 7 number of nut bolts beneath my driving seat. I called Mr. Ali and he revert me that it may be the old one of timing cover and we replaced it with new ones.

After half an hour he called me back and asked me to bring the vehicle for checking. Actually what happened was they forgot to place the engine bottom cover. Attached before & after photos for your reference.

Interesting twist is together with placing the bottom cover they kept a denim jeans also at free of cost for avoiding further complaints about oil leakage.

I will never go back to that service center and please refund my money for get this issue rectified from any authorized Mahindra service center.

I got repair of my ritz vdi car with mahindra first choice since april -2018 company charged the gst from me but not deposited as on date work done by workshop has been not found satisfactory .

    I got my ford figo 90, 000 km service done by rahul auto services pvt. Ltd., which is mahindra first choice services, somatane phata centre. I met one mr. Mayuresh who was dealing with me and got all my concern regarding the vehicles noted down. But alas, even after delivering my car after full 3 days that too in the night at the 11th hour so that i cannot check anything, the bill was sent by mr. Mayuresh and payment was done by imps transfer. Most of the jobs done on my cars like brake drum and brake shoe chances were completely irrelevant to the problem and mfcs charged me hefty money of rs. 31, 000/- on the services after changing many parts which were completely unnecessary.
    However 3 of my major complaints remained untouched and unresolved even after more than 72 hours of my cars custody by mr. Mayuresh. One is the noise coming out from suspension, 2nd is speed sensor issue which was never changed simply because they do not have the expertise to change the same and kept on falsely blaming and claiming on wrong spare part being supplied, and thirdly the left front mirror rolling down issue which is still making noise. I have very clearly understood the modus operandi of mfcs centres, they proved to be bigger cheats and fraudsters compared to ford service centres. Mr. Mayuresh has been consistently lying about calling back in 10 mins and avoiding my questions ever since i gave my car at the service centre. I’m going to pull mfcs to the consumer court and demand hefty compensation for 3 days losses and monetary compensation for the fraudulent claims by them. Moreover who has given mr. Mayuresh the right to take my vehicle and not issue any receipt for the same. This in itself amounts to theft of the vehicle. This is the kind of work culture mhcs have. Absolutely disheartening, absolutely customer unfriendly, cheats and fraudsters!!! Either they apologise in writing and compensate by fitting all the old parts and taking their new parts away, i’ll get my car serviced elsewhere!!!
    In competent b*st*ds. Mfcs it is shame on you that you do not have a system in place!!! Shame on rahul auto services pvt. Ltd. Specially mr. Mayuresh @ [protected], shame on the owners of this service centre!!!
    Cheats!! Nincompoops!!! Do not ever trust them, if you give your vehicle for basic service, that is fine, they will start emptying your pockets by claiming that this is wrong and that requires replacement while it is fraudulent racket. Never ever trust them. Technical expertise is pathetic, problem will continue to show up!! Plus you will robbed of hefty sums for parts which were never replaced plus the labour charges for something which was never done!!!

      Respected sir,

      After a 3 years of wait since the time i sold my last car. I started looking for 7 seater car for last 3 months, after researching taking test drive with all your competitive manufacturers. I finally saw a piece of information about an upcoming mpv from mahindra marazzo. Even before the car was launched or any information about technical specification was available or as a geek i usually go through revies and suggestions and only then buy anything. But, with mahindra marazzo i blindly made an advance booking of 25, 000 on the 27th of august. I then also visited for the launch of the vehicle at the same mahindra first choice showroom in marathalli. I was the first person to be seated from 4:00 pm till around 6:00pm to watch the unveiling of the car. I was the first customer to make the booking for mahindra marazzo on this showroom and i was repeatedly acknowledged and assured even by the sales manager that they will be completely transparent and allot the first vehicle to me when the vehicle comes in stock to that showroom. 2 weeks back they informed to start the loan process and the vehicle was in sock on 27th september. A week before that loan was initiated, for no apparent reason the bank kept asking unnecessary documents, the bank manager said i can add co applicant as my friend or colleague, they collected documents of my fiance. Then the real drama started that i cannot add friends, i cannot add my fiance, whom i am getting married this month 28th and 29th.

      Though my profile alone was clearly eligible to get a loan amount of at least 12 lakhs. They gave all incorrect info purposely. And behind the scenes the vehicle was registered and given to somebody else. They were not transparent, they kept saying vehicle is ready but i need to give some more documents, which was completely irrelevant and the only intention was they had to lie again and again.
      After complete headache of last 3 weeks, i applied loan with my icici bank and the same got approved for 12lakhs in 2 days and the amount is ready for disbursal. When i contacted my relationship sales executive abhishek rao. He was continuing to lie that the car is ready but he needs to time to dicuss with others to give a delivery date. Abhishek has been lying to me with false promise for last 2 weeks, all i got to know is that to complete his sales target for the month of september he couldn't wait for my loan to disburse he gave the vehicle to somebody else so he can achieve his target.
      I am seriously disturbed with this cheap business tactics from the sales executive. I have been waiting for this vehicle to gift myself and my wife. On our wedding on the 28th and 29th of october. I have been genuinely nice and not a sober, but the events which happened for last 3 weeks has certainly made me fall ill with all my dreams shattered.
      Today when i visited the marathalli branch i was made to sit 2 hours for mr. Abhishek to come, he was hiding somewhere and didn't have the guts to face me, i was made to sit from 4 till 5:45 and one of the team leader m ravichandran met me and apologized. I shall share the complete audio recording of him accepting there failed to keep up the promise and accepted the fact that they were lying to me. I shall share those recording if required. All he had to say they will offer me white color and the aqua marine is not available. I did not agree and insisted to give the agreed color initially, he had to discuss on phone with someone else and asked time till tomorrow he said cannot promise or give the aqua marine m8 and was asked to leave in a professional manner. I am so disappointed and this shattered all my expectations and dreams that i had planned.
      Sir, i have been a gentle person, this is not taken from dowry, this is my own money and the loan which i am taking liability on myself to repay, and to be very plain and simple. I did not even plan for my honeymoon, thinking i can instead invest that money on the car and use it to go on long journey whenever i had the chance post my wedding.
      This car was a complete surprise to my family including my spouse, nobody knows that i was trying all this, even my spouse just signed and gave documents assuming it was personal loans. But this experience has left me with a surprise and i really have no words to describe this awful experience.

      I was so excited when mahindra company gifted marazzo to one of the person in kerala who helped in saving many flood affected survivors. Though i don't need such luck to strike in my life, i was truly expecting the vehicle which i booked will be fulfilled to me.

      I seriously hope some kind of action and help from any of you. And i thank you for being patient and read through my experience.

        During 2016 october, i bought a new tuv 300 (T6) kl07 - ch 6032 after exchanging with my old santro, kl-01 aq 3270 from ktc mahindra cochin, after three months we noticed that ownership was not changed for santro. When i tried to complain about this matter, officials were not available in phone. At last we directly gone to showroom and happened to know that ktc was closed and no services offered for their customer. We searched many offices of mahindra last two years and we didn't get any response or information about our sold vehicle, where it was sold and whom it sold. We sold our vehicle to x mart of mahindra and person who received our vehicle was mr philp manager of x - mart ktc. We urgently need to transfer the ownership of our vehicle to actual current owner immediately

          I bought mahindra first choice booklet to avail service facility and my validity no is 0255. Firstly mahindra first choice sold their booklets to us informing that it will be valid 2 years from the date of issue and we have been provided 3 wheel alignment, 3 wheel balacing, 4 general checkup, 4 car washing free and 1 car service with no labour charges within 2 years time period and now all of sudden they have changed the rule and suddenly closing their plan. I bought this booklet in jan 2018 and now they are ending their plan in oct 2018 which is supposed to be ended in jan 2020.. I paid 1000 rs for the booklet which was wasted..

            I just want to say something, if your mind set a second hand car so please don't buy any car at mahindra first choice, i bought alto 800 before 5 month, but at this time it's full engine reworks and 20k given to solve this problem, car sirf bahar se ok thi or andr se bhi thik thi pr us car ki acche se aisi tesi kar rakhi thi, or jab hum car lene gaye tab humse bola gaya ki car apko finance me 3 din ke andar mil jaygi, or mujhe car ko buy karte karte 3 hafte ho gaye the, last me jab humne bola ke car deni ha to do nahi to hamare paise wapas do, tab ja kar wo car laye, or utne time me un logo ne car ki acche se band baja di.

            So please friend never buy this any car at mahindra first choice

              Hi,
              I purchase a pre owned car (Scoda - fabia bearing registration no hr 26 bl 5610) from noida car point less than 2 months back. Booking was done on 27.07.2018. Car was delivered only after two weeks but wiper was not working. It was told during delivery that parts was ordered and would be attended within a week. But no urgency was shown to attend the same, only after visiting branch and doing lot of hue and cries it was addressed. We were not able to use car due to rainy season.
              Since attending the wiper issue, a issue of central lock problem came to surface. Now they are telling that it not covered under warranty. They smartly have written in the document that warranty is only for engine and gear.
              Even the name transfer has not been happened so far. During initial interaction they used to promise tall words but after getting money the service provided is very poor.
              Basically they are fraud. I will advise each and every individual of india not to visit any show room of mahindra first choice.
              I will think i have lost money by playing satta.
              Its warning from my side.
              I will certainly not leave the case. I will upload video in the u tube to aware people not to come under the grip of mahindra first choice.

                  I had an accidental claim in which me rear passenger side door and quarter panel has to be repaired/painted.
                  But these guys spilled/sprayed paint all over my dashboard and panel and on realising this finally they used some chemical to clean it and all my control switches coating is peeled of by that.
                  All my interior are damaged and with much argument finally they gave fake assurance to replace but now saying we don’t have this part in stock.
                  They now want to take revenge and got my insurance claim unapproved and now harassing me to pay money and giving me threats if i don’t pay
                  I don’t even expected this in dreams to get such experience from someone associated with mahindra

                  We had paid Rs 210000/- security deposit for Solapur city franchisee fees but due to personal issue we could not start the franchisee. now we need the refund of the deposit paid to the company

                    My name is manoj maurya. I had purchase a car from mahindra first choice thane mh02cp5554 in may 2017 of rs 2.5 lacs

                    Till date i have spend approx rs 50, 000/- for repair.
                    After purchasing the vehicle
                    Found clutch worn out
                    Rain water entering in to car.
                    Cab light not working.
                    Tyre puncture
                    All tyre worn out condition.

                    After 1 year vehicle is having steering hard issue eps light is glowing on dash board and engine overheating.

                    I would recommend every one to not purchase any car from mahindra first choice.
                    I tried to contact mahindra company person (Reference from. My friend) but was also not responding even after sending sms.
                    Fraud people. Never ever buy any car from mahindra first choice.

                    I want my money to be refunded.

Agar mahindra company tak ye review ja rha hai to unse request hai ki kisi k paise ka khel mat banao...Pagal mat banao insaan ka... Srif 3 din phele li gadi ka aisa haal hai...Pata nhi baad mei kya hoga... Kuch mahine hote to baat maan bhi lete...3 din phele hi new gadi li hai usmei gadi ka paint chhut raha hai...Agar aise complaint karne ka koi fayeda hai to is post ko read karke koi action lo..Tabhi log mangenge ki aise post karke hume help milegi...

                      On 29/08/2018 I have purchased a valuepass bearing no-MFCSSA 53492 and on 30/08/2018 i was gone to take servicing vide Job card no-1138 at Sixmile, Guwahati, Assam. But they have charged about Rs 5000/- against free servicing coupon and when I asked, they informed me some parts are changed which was not informed me .

                          I purchased a second hand ford figo from Mahindra First Choice on MG Road, Gurgaon about 2 months back ie in June 2018. The car was UP registration. The car was driven 12000 kms from 2008 till 2018. Though this is quite unbelievable, but I went ahead and purchased the car as it looked fine and drove fine. After driving for 2 months, I noticed that the car's boot started collecting water. Then i opened up the lid where the spare tire is and I noticed, a very badly done body patchwork. Its almost like someone used a scotch tape and some foam to seal the rusted underbody of the car. Now, the car is collecting water in the boot because of this damaged body. What I do not understand is that I was given a bad product that was decked up from outside and I bought as you guys say you do 21 point inspection and do not buy an accidental car, but I am very sure this car that I have bought I was fooled into buying. I would like to replace this car or at the least the body work has to be done to repair the under body of the car.

                            Dear sir/madam,
                            I am prem. I am residing at palani tamilnadu. I left my car (Tn 01 1824 tata indigo 2013 model) in mahindra first choice, revathi motors, palani, tamilnadu before 5 days for oil packing. But after 2 days they said that the injector has a complaint so the car has starting trouble. But i left my car with clear starting condition, till now i dont even know what is the thing troubling my car, the worker in mahindra first choice are not telling the actual reason for this problem.
                            For last 1 week i am travelling by bus, if they cant solve the problem in my car they can return my car without service. Till now they didnt say the actual reason i am heartbroken due to this problem this is my lucky car, if my car not returned to me with clear starting condition i will appeal to the court tomorrow by sending a notice to you. I am waiting for you reply till today evening. If there this no action towards this problem tomorrow by this time i will be appealing in court about this problem and never leave your mahindra first choice to run in any state.

                                  Dear sir/mam,

                                  Good morning.

                                  I deeply regret to inform you that your executives in authorised service center are doing wrongfull activities.

                                  In my case.. I have visited your neemrana (, alwar, rajsthan) authorised service center in the month of may'18 for repairing work of my accidental car. At that time your executives told me that allow one day time as surveyor of insurance company will check your car for the cost to be borne by them.
                                  So after 1 day i have visited your service center and they told me that for all the work you have to pay approx.8000 rs. And rest cost will be borne by insurance company as per insurer. I replied.. Ok, please get the work done and after that they completed all the work and handed over car to me after paying my dues.

                                  But now after 3 months i visited the same service center again for some other work but instead of doing the same they have snatched my car from me in a very rudely manner and told me to pay inr 30, 000 to get the car back. When i asked the reason for the same they told me that your previous work amount has not been cleared by insurance company so you have to pay that amount.

                                  They did all this drama/kios full day and than finally when i aproached to nearest police station after that they handedover my car with a sorry feeling for mistake.

                                  As per plan i had to go to a customer to finalized a deal with them but due to all this i couldn't reach on time and i lost the opportunity to earn inr 50, 000 yesterday.

                                  So please help me in this case and pay me inr 50, 000 to compensate my loss.

                                    I had purchased a used maruti swift 2011 model from there franchise "car bazzar" surat on[protected] with their warranty first the total running kilometers of the car at that time was: 58231

                                    On 10th of july my car broke down and i called road side assistance of the company and after nearly 3 hrs the provide me toe vehicle to carry car to authorized service center (Autohub multicar) at that time total car running km was 59339.
                                    After 2-3 days i received call from their service center that total cost to repair car is approx 16000/- and said that various parts was get damaged (Copy of bill attached)
                                    Sir i what to know that what are your 118 quality checks are?
                                    That with little more that 1000 km running this much of cars parts are get damaged.

                                    I brought this cars as i have faith in brand name mahindra
                                    Now i felt cheated and wants to return the cars

                                      Hi,

                                      I have purchased maruti suzuki wagon r from one of your franchise "automaxx, thane" on 30th july 2016.

                                      The transfer documents of the car is still not processed. I followed up with the franchise owner numerous time since last two years but every time they give some different reason for the delay.

                                      It has been 24 months now and there is still no legal documents of the car with me. This is causing me a serious issues.

                                      I also had several email follow up at help. [protected]@mahindra.com but i have not received a single response.

                                      This is a very unprofessional behavior from mahindra first choice and their franchise.

                                      Details of the vehicle is below.

                                      Dealer: automaxx, thana (W)
                                      Vehicle registration number: mh 02 br 8724
                                      Date of purchase: 30-jul-2016
                                      Receipt number: 3622

                                      Could you please advice what action needs to be taken here? Do i need to log a police complaint for the same?
