Dear sir,
I faced the service problem with mahindra first choice car service centre location at parbhani district.
At that centre no any trained mechanic who can sloved the my ford feista car
Only they told me daily your cars that part goes, that part goes and make the bill 11500 without any part changing. It take approximately 01 monthe for that work
Afterthat my car problem not solved
When i asked them for problem no any one give me right answer..
I want my money back.

    They are exactly big frods, please dont visit mahindra first choice outlet anywhere because the give me example through sector 16 noida branch... They are big frods. They give me accidental & kabaadi car... After they neglect that they dont sell that car to me. They are big fraud guys dont visit mahindra first choice outlet anywhere. Thay give me a 2011 model skoda superb as hire rates from anywhere and after 2 days of puchasing this car i gound gear box totally damaged with all parts like multy clutch, megatronik etc & also there is a problem of heating in car.ac not working properly. They give all documents when i purchase but after 2 days i told him that you have a done a bigfraudd with me then he say that this car not sell by us... Guys you told me what can i do after this # done by mahindra first choice outlet sector 16 noida with me... Please suggest otherwise i can do whatever i have capability... Thanks

      Please note that maruti alto k10 no. Dl9cac 0453 was dropped at your behror service center... Kind to inform you about the services that was totally worst experience with your service center... Engine was opened due to gas kit the car was with gas, petrol your staff end both things even gas cylinder was closed and not opened at the time of delivery, no cleaning from inside done which was dirty by test drive, no air pressure of tires checked... Two times they test drive the car but up to delhi its not started 3 times what work done by your staff??? Pappu name mechanic test drive the car dont know how he drive all my file, cd, documents was throne in car when i ask him what you done he said why you left these things in car even guard not advice me to do so.. Customer lobby was also full of your staff they was playing the cards and no water or tea asked to customers. I am enclosing that paper in that i told to service manager that door glass of left side is not working, also check the ac they dont done so when i requested again they done that then what is meaning of vehicle diagnosis report. I ask for customer feedback book to write all in that your service manager who received cash (Another manager said you can pay the bill by card, paytm also but this manager ask only for cash) said sir my duty is upto 6pm and iam alone i cant help you out.

      Kindly do needful as iam totally fed up by your center and gives you zero number for all above.

        When we went to (Baripada mahindra first car choice) to repair our car they told that they would fit original parts of our new volkswagen vento tdi highline model but (Baripada mahindra first car choice) fitted duplicate disk pad and duplicate brake show pad of our vento highline tdi new model and these brake pad and disk pad now creating problem in our car while we drive it

          Respected sir i went for service in it mfc krishna automative manewada road nagpur. They have broken my wheel cap that time. Then they replace it with new which they have brought from nearby market. But after some days i saw that the silver paint is removing from it and it's going to be white in colour. When i go to them for this issue they told me that "aisa to hogahi sir". My original wheel cap is better than this. Ye kaisa service station hai aapka jo aapne customer me gaadi ke parts tut te hai aur use replacement me duplicate aur local market me se laayi huyi cap dete hai. Wah re mahindra first choice aur wah re aapne service center. Pls do any action against my complaint because i really hurts with this issue.

            Dear Sir
            My self Virender Singh, purchased VOLLKSWAGAN VENTO (GJ6EQ7717) from NEW SAPPHIRE MOTOR (Mahindra First Choice Authorised Dealer) Akota Vadodara.
            After purchasing the vehicle, I serviced the car very next day & after two days your sales manager Mr. Dipak Lohar made me understand to take an AMC policy for free future maintenance for one year of the car.
            At that time I made it clear that the service was done, but Mr. Dipakk told me that this policy would work in future if any problem faced.
            Following are the policy details:
            Policy No. Wf2016 – 37494 (Mahindra First Choice)
            Date: 31/8/2017 (Policy taken, Car’s KM 64436)
            First Check-up Date: 2712/2017 (Car’s KM 65396)
            Second Check-up: 18/4/2018 (Car’s KM 66310)
            During 2nd check-up, some problem found in AC blower, but work shop manager informed me that it will be chargeable as fist service was done outside.
            But it was cleared with Mr. Dipak Lohar regarding this mater prior taking this policy, so the AC work should be done with free of cost.
            In-between 18th april2018 to 24th april2018 I spoke many times with Mr. dipak & he assured me that the problem will be solved with in one or two days but nothing is happening, that’s why I am very much mentally disturbed.
            Now in these circumstances, if my problem not solved with in next two days, I would complain in consumer court by informing them that Mahindra First Choice Company cheated with me & mentally harassed me, as they assured me in the time of taking policy that my car maintenance will be free of cost if any problem faced.

              On 20/10/ 2015 I Kumar Ahuja bought the aforesaid car from first choice thane branch at INR 4.5 lakhs which was sold to us saying that it's first owner car, however post enquiring at the RTO we were informed that it's a second owner car, papers are still not transferred in our name despite of repeated follow ups with the company and after getting a written authorization from the owner of the First Choice Vijay Obhan on the company letter head assuring that the papers will be transferred on 20.03.2018. When we enquire asking for the update there are different reasons everytime ..owner is out of station ..owner is unwell..etc etc..its been months and we are exhausted..now the only step remaining is to go ahead with the legal action if it does not get resolve ASAP.                 I gave my car 4 coolant leakage problem at your service centre on 30th march 2018 at 4mohabatsar, nawalgarh jhunjhunu at raj motors. My problem was not looks after also i sent mail on which they didn't responded.. There carelessness gave me a huge trouble yesterday when i was travelling from dundlod to udaipur. They are neglecting my problem. I hope my problem will be given attention and i ll receive relief to this problem at earliest.

                  मैंने 20.03.2018 को 29.03.2018 के लिए महिंद्रा फर्स्ट महमूरगंज, वाराणसी में कार ए.सी. चेक ऑफर सुबह के 10.30 के बुक किया था और मैं वहा सुबह 10.20 पर पहुच कर मेनेजर को बतया की मेरी बुकिंग पहले से ही थी इसीलिए मुझे फर्स्ट कम के अधर पर सर्विस दिया जाये परन्तु मेनेजर ने कई गाडियों पहले से खडी है इसीलिए मैं आपको पहले सर्विस नही दे सकता |
                  मेरे कई बार बुकिंग दिखने के बाद भी वह नही माना |

                  मेरा प्रशन यह है की जब वहा पर अपने से ही सर्विस देना है तो कस्टमर का समय ख़राब करने से क्या फायदा की हमलोग ऑनलाइन बुकिंग भी करे और महिंद्रा फर्स्ट में जाकर समय भी ख़राब करे |

                  मैं अपने पूरे करियर में इतनी ख़राब सर्विस एजेंसी नही देखि की जहा ग्राहक के साथ इस तरह का व्यव्हार किया जाये |
                  मैं किसी को भी यह सुझाव नहीं दूंगा की कोई भी व्यक्ति महिंद्रा फर्स्ट में जाकर अपनी गाड़ी को सर्विस कराये |

                    Mahindra first choice i have left the car for servicing 1st time initially on 07th feb but to my unfortunate the service is not being done properly and audit auto company is the receiver cin no. U50300tn2004ptc053721 and service person coordination was pathetic and again in the month of march there is another dealer who was doing (Rs motors) the service in the same premises guindy - chennai

                    Similar problem arose while driving back to my home on delivery of the car... On the same day.. This is unacceptable and atrocious service and if the same level of service continuous the prevailing customers would go for task and no sooner they should realize not to leave for any service at mahindra first choice

                    Would expect an immediate action on the same and resolve the issue at the earliest.

                    Over heating and h" indication shows and last time all valuve, filter every thing got changed and you may check in your system and now the same is done with change in battery amco again am receiving same problem..

                    Incase if your engineers are not capable enough to handle this simple cases you may refund the amount for services done let me take it to other garage for good / satisfied service.

And dealer saying again and again tomorrow after then tomorrow and delay day by day.. I m not satisfied for this service and i am thinking for going consumer court against mahindra first choice center for my problems.

                            Few months ago.. Your service manager mr. Ashis roychowdhury misguided us that our vehicle is completely ok and ready for use.. I have invested rs 60, 000 for my vehicle and i am complaining because i was totally dissatisfied with the service. I was travelling two weeks ago to kolaghat and you can check in your system that after coming out from the workshop hardly the car covered a distance of 500-1000 kms only.. Now they are saying there is a problem in the engine and they gave me an estimated cost of rs 1.5 lakhs and above

                            When i first learned of this problem, i contacted your service manager at your company, was told that nothing could be done and i have to again invest to make my vehicle ok..

                            I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible to resolve this problem. Now the responsibility is from your side how would you like to deal with one of your oldest customer

                              Very very worst experience from mahindra first choice 
                              Two months before, i bought a i20 vehicle for 3.6lacs after some bargaining from 3.7lacs as quoted by dealer. And also i paid 4500rs for rc name transfer.
                              Problem now is dealer now demanding for extra 10000rs as committed earlier as 3.7lacs.
                              They are literally denying to provide my rc book.
                              On demand am ready to show all the legal documents bills.

                              Am requesting the concerned team to take it up with the dealer to get my rc book asap.
                              Am expecting a positive reply from mahindra first choice.

                                The mfc service center in my hometown with name durga motors at daltonganj in jharkhand is looting the customer and spoiling your brand name and trust among customer. We customer trusting your brand name of mahindra visit this service center dealer but instead of giving us a satisfied and trust worthy service they are only behind robbing us or cheating us, til today i went to this mfc center 2 time but i never had an best experience or service with them, within 1 week i have to again go and visit them for the same problem and this time they again charge us with some different issue and trouble us.
                                Kindly help your stalwart customer from this type of greedy dealer who are spoiling your good will in the market.

                                  Through gobumpr, i have given my car for service at your service centre at thiru v. K industrial estate, guindy, chennai on 10.03.18.
                                  Ref : invoice details - [protected]; job card no: 1084212
                                  I have handed over the car by detailing about the service requirement, particularly about interior cleaning.
                                  Unfortunately, i was disappointed with the service being done. While your team have clearly understood my requirements and charged for the services too, it was not up to the mark. Particularly, the interior detailing they have done (Said to be done) was no way acceptable. Even the basic cleaning of the interior was not done, and every nook & corner i could see the dust & dirt.
                                  When contacted, i was cooly told to send the vehicle again for service...
                                  I don't understand what is the need for it when it was failed at the first instance itself. Moreover, already i have spared the vehicle on a holiday.

                                  I request you to kindly arrange to refund of the cost paid for 'interior detailing' rs.999 + gst.

                                    They don't have a car washer in ambala city and owner is a 22 years boy who is running this. He don't know about services. Ruining mahindra's name as well. I am an old customer with mahindra in delhi and chandigarh as well but in ambala city mahindra first choice is a fun only. They are cheating with customer for 200 300 bucks. I went to the company and showed him my car wash offer text message. He didn't wash my car and get my offer code. Now they say they don't have car washer lol. And they are running mahindra first choice 😆😆😁. Mahindra is giving franchise to kids

                                    Few days before, i visited a car service place (Kalra Automobiles near court road) and they serviced my car . After that i found some issues in my car. Car was heating again and again, i asked them to solve this issue . They called me again and keep my car . Same day they miss placed my Car key 🤣(Responsibly level zero) after 5 days i got my car and they resolved the my car heating issue and made a new car key. By doing this they left my car steering open ( Service level zero) still my car steering is open.After visiting this place my car showed some dashboard sign of glowing plug . I asked the mechanic to check it, he said this sign only belongs to wire issue (Knowledge level zero🎌) i have chat and recording of my every complain and issue. Now they are not in touch with me for this issue. Their mechanic said sir please don't visit the company again otherwise my Boss will fired me from the Job and please visit the Car company to service your car only. Kalra automobiles has not proper equipment to check the car. I have also recording for this talk.

                                    Now please tell me what should i do to resolve my issue? Have Mahindra First choice has any solution for this or they are just stealing people's money by doing frouds?

                                      Dear MFC autherity this is the third time i am writing complain to help.
                                      many times i visited in mfc in patna and purnia there i was totally satisfied but in araraia BHAGAT AND BHAGAT CAR SERVICE, more than two months passed but he is not returing my car after service.if this condition will occur with custumer then you should closed such type of MFC center like BHAGAT AND NHAGAT CAR SEVICE, ARARIA, BIHAR.
                                      This service certer is such damaging the name and brand of MFC. who will responsible for this you should close this service center.
                                      i am requesting senior autherity to help in getting my car back if BHAGAT AND BHAGAT CAR SERVICE is not able to service my car then not is returning my car.i am in too lose because i am payimg my driver salary and EMI of my car, also i am taking car on rent since two month.who will fulfill my lose.
                                      otherwise i will have to go cunsumer court, will claim on MFC and BHAGAT AND BHAGAT CAR SERVICE both.

                                        This complaint is for the accidental repair of my i20 at your pochanpur, delhi center. Its almost 2 months now that i have not received my car back. They have been dilly-dallying since the last 20 days now. Last the they had given me the delivery date as[protected], 21 days have passed from the last given time.
                                        Its getting very frustrated now pls help me on this.
