My self Virender Singh, purchased VOLLKSWAGAN VENTO (GJ6EQ7717) from NEW SAPPHIRE MOTOR (Mahindra First Choice Authorised Dealer) Akota Vadodara.
After purchasing the vehicle, I serviced the car very next day & after two days your sales manager Mr. Dipak Lohar made me understand to take an AMC policy for free future maintenance for one year of the car.
At that time I made it clear that the service was done, but Mr. Dipakk told me that this policy would work in future if any problem faced.
Following are the policy details:
Policy No. Wf2016 – 37494 (Mahindra First Choice)
Date: 31/8/2017 (Policy taken, Car’s KM 64436)
First Check-up Date: 2712/2017 (Car’s KM 65396)
Second Check-up: 18/4/2018 (Car’s KM 66310)
During 2nd check-up, some problem found in AC blower, but work shop manager informed me that it will be chargeable as fist service was done outside.
But it was cleared with Mr. Dipak Lohar regarding this mater prior taking this policy, so the AC work should be done with free of cost.
In-between 18th april2018 to 24th april2018 I spoke many times with Mr. dipak & he assured me that the problem will be solved with in one or two days but nothing is happening, that’s why I am very much mentally disturbed.
Now in these circumstances, if my problem not solved with in next two days, I would complain in consumer court by informing them that Mahindra First Choice Company cheated with me & mentally harassed me, as they assured me in the time of taking policy that my car maintenance will be free of cost if any problem faced.
