Date of the incident: June 29
Service centre: vahan care, ambattur, chennai.
Based on the regular promotional sms, I allowed to pick up my car for regular checkup and water wash. I have also registered that AC is not fully working in the form.
1. Mr. sabari, service engineer called and as a list of items to be changed, he told that the engine oil has to be changed.
I replied by mentioning that the engine oil was changed recently in the same mahindra first choice 3 months before (neither 6 months nor 6000 kms run)
Mr.Sabari then casually brushed by saying that it is ok, if we are not changing engine oil.
2. On the delivery date, I received a call mentioning that the driver was halfway and found that the engine was over heated and wants to take it back to the service station.
After confirming with Mr.Sabari, Service engineer, I accepted to take it back and check the fault. Mr.Sabari called me after a while and told me that the circulation to the radiator was not checked while filling the coolant for AC due to which the radiator has gone bad and has to be repaired through a local lathe.
I asked Mr.Sabari that, why the same is not checked and also mentioned categorically that i will not pay for the lathe repairing charges. Mr.Sabari accepted that he will bear the cost ( ACCEPTING THAT THE MISTAKE OF NOT CHECKING THE RADIATOR CIRCULATION IS THE SERVICE TEAM FAULT).
The vehicle was delivered in the night 9.30 pm after 3-4 days fully assuring that it is completely checked and no issues will be continuing.
The radiator started getting heated up to abnormal levels on the next day of my driving and I immedieatly callled the service station. They have no explanation and not able to understand the issue. After much coercing by escalating the complaint to mahindra first choice, mumbai, they sent a Technician, Mr.Mohan who (was completely irresponsible, as when I asked about the engine oil issue he told that the viscosity of the oil is diluted and that is why Mr.sabari has advised to change it. I asked, that if the viscosity is diulted within 3 months, was the previous engine oil change was not done properly, for which he did not answer) and told that the radiator has to be replaced.
i have already paid service expenses of Rs.8500/- for which they have not provided any service and only tampered my vehicle. Now they are saying that they will charge for the radiator replacement also.
While Mr.Sabari has accepted that it is their mistake of not checking the radiator and didn't charge for radiator repair ( which is not repaired properly), they are not willing bear the cost of radiator now.
I want my service payment of Rs. 8500/- + new radiator replacement + Rs. 2000 i paid in cash for petrol expenses. All the above happened in the last 12 days for which if there is any compensation paid, i will be really satisfied with the service resolution

But still car ownership is not transferred to me.
Transfer of ownership is promised by AU MOTORS. And now they are not fulfilling it.
So kindly do the needful or else please return my money.
