Dear team, i do lots of complaint no reply from your site.

On your noida sector 63 h block h-155

They add my husband personal number i. E. [protected]
Remove this number from your site. Lots of call in a day i received. Otherwise i file case against your firm. You pay for it.
Lots of time i call on customer care no response. Chat with your customer team no response. Mail to you no response.

You tell me why we close our 10 year old number. It's registered all my needed services.
Mistake from your site. Please solve my problem as soon as possible.

Hi sir on 15 may I send my vehicle for service but after one month and near about 500km my vehicle wheels are jammed. Custom care executive didn't attend my calls. I have to again invest 5000rs on wheels which is a huge loss for me. But the most distrubing things is that the customer care executive didn't respond me . My number is [protected]

I have purchased a car in April month Honda city DL 7CF 6667 from AU MOTORS GAZIYABAD.
But still car ownership is not transferred to me.
Transfer of ownership is promised by AU MOTORS. And now they are not fulfilling it.

So kindly do the needful or else please return my money.

    The whole incident that happened with me.
    Yesterday on 23rd july i had discussion with mahindra's executive mr. Tamrez tyagi and i had finalised the deal for rs. 3, 40, 000/- on selling my swift vdi (2013) and as per his word the token money of rs. 5000/- had to be transferred to me. But after some time the dealer mr. Pulkit gilhotra from noida called and negotiated the amount again even after deal finalizing, we still agreed to him on rs. 3, 38, 500/- as he was very polite to us and said he is transferring the token amount.
    Now on 24th when we still didn't recieve the amount we tried calling mr. Pulkit, but now this starts person starts ignoring calls and when i called up from different number he answers it says that the deal still on and he is sending the amount. Now, the mahindra executive mr. Tamrez tyagi calls and says that they will pay 18, 500/- less for the amount discussed i. E. 3, 20, 000/- and if you want to agree thats fine we will buy. I was shocked with this kind of behavior. Mr. Pulkit is just not answering the calls the attitude changed,
    It is like i'm requesting to them buy my car and they are just giving attitude. I have the recording and the screen shots for the whole incident.
    Now i have complained about this to mahindra first choice office also, but i think they will favor their dealer only.
    Please don't trust and go to this mahindra first choice dealer, as mr. Pulkit gilhotra is not a man on his words and he will not answer your phones if he has got your number!
    Now the bigger problem is that as i had given them a word i did not sell the car to other person which was providing a extra 7500/- for the same.

    I am uploading the screenshots of the messages i have received today and also there is recording of call for the same and their words.

      I received the message today from Mfcs for servicing of vehicle @rs 1414/-. 🙄
      But on calling at service center they denied saying that offer is not valid at there workshop.
      I don't know why are they doing this but this is wrong and I want result
      Very Poor service by mahindra first choice looting people and looting people in the name of value pack. Even the toll free number doesn't get connected to raise the complaint. Hell with mahindra first choice I need a call back with proper justification.

        I approach to your service station at shirur, Nagar Pune highway, Pune Maharashtra. I met there Mr Rohit Kale. I ask him about quotation for my accidental car. I was told him that I require only quotation to submit to my insurance company. You take your fees for that. He agreed to give quotation to me in the consideration of Rs 1500. Next day he came to my place with another employee of service station. He list down the items and given to me. Again I told them I require quotation which I acceptable in insurance company. Because for that purpose only I m taking this. Then they told me that they will give me complete quotation on next . I follow up with them for next week then they gave me handwritten items and their prices. I ask them for valid quotation but they refused. Now I m asking for my money back but they are saying that they have spent their time to make this handwritten quotation. Please help me to get my money back. Somnath Nehe -[protected]

            I purchased WagonR (WB74M - 7973) car on May 2017. I have paid the entire amount including Rs. 18000 for Name Transfer which is clearly mentioned in the Cost Sheet duly signed and stamped by their Executive. When I visited them on 11.07.18 to enquire about the status of my RC Book, they said the Name Transfer is done by I need to pay Rs. 8000/- more towards Name Transfer else they will not handover me my RC Book. I tried to reason out that I have already paid the entire amount but they refuse to budge. I was not even informed even once during the entire process of Name Transfer that i need to pay extra for the same. Moreover the additional amount being demanded violates the agreed amount as mentioned in the Cost Sheet.
            I request you to kindly resolve the issue at the earliest

              Dear sir,

              Date of the incident: June 29
              Service centre: vahan care, ambattur, chennai.

              Based on the regular promotional sms, I allowed to pick up my car for regular checkup and water wash. I have also registered that AC is not fully working in the form.

              1. Mr. sabari, service engineer called and as a list of items to be changed, he told that the engine oil has to be changed.
              I replied by mentioning that the engine oil was changed recently in the same mahindra first choice 3 months before (neither 6 months nor 6000 kms run)

              Mr.Sabari then casually brushed by saying that it is ok, if we are not changing engine oil.

              2. On the delivery date, I received a call mentioning that the driver was halfway and found that the engine was over heated and wants to take it back to the service station.
              After confirming with Mr.Sabari, Service engineer, I accepted to take it back and check the fault. Mr.Sabari called me after a while and told me that the circulation to the radiator was not checked while filling the coolant for AC due to which the radiator has gone bad and has to be repaired through a local lathe.

              I asked Mr.Sabari that, why the same is not checked and also mentioned categorically that i will not pay for the lathe repairing charges. Mr.Sabari accepted that he will bear the cost ( ACCEPTING THAT THE MISTAKE OF NOT CHECKING THE RADIATOR CIRCULATION IS THE SERVICE TEAM FAULT).

              The vehicle was delivered in the night 9.30 pm after 3-4 days fully assuring that it is completely checked and no issues will be continuing.

              The radiator started getting heated up to abnormal levels on the next day of my driving and I immedieatly callled the service station. They have no explanation and not able to understand the issue. After much coercing by escalating the complaint to mahindra first choice, mumbai, they sent a Technician, Mr.Mohan who (was completely irresponsible, as when I asked about the engine oil issue he told that the viscosity of the oil is diluted and that is why Mr.sabari has advised to change it. I asked, that if the viscosity is diulted within 3 months, was the previous engine oil change was not done properly, for which he did not answer) and told that the radiator has to be replaced.

              i have already paid service expenses of Rs.8500/- for which they have not provided any service and only tampered my vehicle. Now they are saying that they will charge for the radiator replacement also.

              While Mr.Sabari has accepted that it is their mistake of not checking the radiator and didn't charge for radiator repair ( which is not repaired properly), they are not willing bear the cost of radiator now.

              I want my service payment of Rs. 8500/- + new radiator replacement + Rs. 2000 i paid in cash for petrol expenses. All the above happened in the last 12 days for which if there is any compensation paid, i will be really satisfied with the service resolution

              I have purchased honda city 2014 model, UP 16 AS 8357 from mahindra first choice, sector 63 noida on 19/04/2018. After purchase continuously facing problem of self start as battery end soon. Please it is my request replace this battery or give me solution soon.
              I have purchased a Car from Mahindra First Choice, Sector-16, Noida before 3 Months with Scratched. He promised to me for clear this after some days. But still now Scratch not clear by him and my RC recd. without Father's Name instead provided all related documents.

              Still now, not support by any customer care, Area Manager & State Head etc instead of many mails and reminder on call & whatsapp.

              Note: After payment done, Sector-16, Noida Staff and Manager's behavior is very rude and threat.

              So not satisfied for Car purchase from Mahindra First Choice or Sector-16, Noida Branch.

                Dear Sir/ Madam

                I have given my car Hyundai i-10 2009 model with reg no . KL39B 2725 for display and sale to Mahindra First Choice dealer Retona Motors, Maradu on April 2018. On 14th May 2018, they confirmed sale for Rs 1, 75000/- by WhatsApp and I asked the for for payment which was promised in 10 days time.

                Since 14th May your sales executive confirmed, that my car sold to buyer, I haven't get the full payment yet. I have many times called Mr.Anand of Retona Motors and send messages by WhatsApp, but only promises about payment. Many times I call or send messages, they wont take phone or reply and give some false promise of dates. Getting frustrated, I went to their office on 14th June 2018 and they promised again to send cheque to my home that evening. Later next day again I went to their office and collect the cheque and deposited to my Axis bank account. On 19th the bank informed me the check bounced as no enough balance in issuers account. When I complained this, they transferred Rs 70, 000/- to my account and rest ask me to wait till next Monday. Again they did not keep promise and last time on 30th saturday June 2018, promised payment will be done for sure, but yet not done. Including this time it is 6th time he fails on their promise

                I also complained Mahindra First Choice, the brand I believe your on doing a prompt business and payments by email dated May 30th 2018, but have no resolution was made. I have made enough presentation of my issues by email but yet Retona Motors replied to my mail.

                So it is requested to send notice to the defaulters to recover the financial losses and compensate for the suffering of me.

                    Hello i puchased used scorpio vlx from mahindra first choice, however the car after a running of 600 km developed a clutch problem & consequently became stationary.
                    When we reported the matter to the dealer they very politely refused to bear the expense
                    What really surprises is the fact the claim made by the dealer that car was rigourusly tested before pdi check & not to mention the various checks done as by mahindra first choice.

                      I had purchased a car last year from mahindra, kolkata outlet at kalikapur. I think it a franchise taken by royal motors.

                      They have taken money for name transfer but it has been 1 year and still they have not done and my cars road tax is about to expire in the next month.

                      All employees are fraud and dont take calls and answer.

                      I am sick and tired and regret this decision of buying a car from mahindra first choice.

                        I purchased vehicle mahindra kuv 1oo mh14fg-6504 in 25 march 2018 month at km 38773 now after 3 months vehicle is 43500 in maintainance i bough vehicle from nashik mahindra first choice mumbain naka nashik auto world (Authorised dealer).
                        Now my vehicle is in garage in mahindra auto world cwi authorised workshop
                        But the problem is at time of purchase dealer says vehicle is in approved & prechecked vehicle but now aftee 4700 km i got issues in vehicle like following
                        1) ac not working.
                        2) clutch plate pressure plate damaged.
                        3) flywheel damaged.
                        I need to spend for all cost for vehicle now aroung 100000 ruppes i want to ask u simply now what kind prescheck & approved vehicle is this

                          As per your mail as per your mail you are giving 2750 like coupon as your service center is cheater and mahindra first choice service center also part of them. As i am customer your are not seeing my side that i paid around 15000/rs. For this mashup. I know you are the owner of the krishna automobile so you are taking side as yours.

                          I want to know the email id head of the rajasthan of mahindra services.

                          As per your mail you are giving me services for 2750 so that mean i will drive around 130 kilometer from delhi to behror for this and came back delhi to expense more around 1000 rupees petrol/cng or toll.

                          I dont know why you are not understand as per my side. I think you are not serious regarding this issue.

                          If you are not serious on this matter i will see in you in delhi consumer court.

                            This is to inform you that i have purchased a ford figo 1.19 zxi duratec. From sec 8, noida mahindra first choice.. But they have done fraud with me and done many commitment at time of purchased but they have no full filled all the commitment...

                            They have told me that your vehicle when ever gives problem under 1 year then ur not able to pay single money for that.. I have paid of services and parts amount

                            And they have told me that your vehicle is certified and also checked with our engineer.. So you dont have face any problem.

                              It's been more than 3 months since i have provided original documents for transfer purpose.
                              The transfer is of 4 sleeper coach buses and 2 seating buses.
                              I was continuously asking for doing the work on time as i was in need of original papers.
                              Still they didn't do it.
                              Because of this delay i had a big loss as i was not having any original documents.

                                I was facing Over heating problem in my SX4 Diesel car and got to know there was need of change of Radiator & A.C. Fan Assy.
                                I enquired about price and time to repair for same on 20th May evening form Mahindra first choice, Loni Roda, Mohan Nagar, Ghaziabad (( Near Krishna Engineering College).

                                Mr. Ajit was available who attend my call and he confirmed the prices for same and agreed to bring my car for repair next day morning at 9.30 AM. On 21st May'18, i made to call to Ajit and asked him to check the availability of stock of above items and only then I will plan to come . He confirmed that Stock is avaibale . As per his commitment I booked my appointment for 22nd May.'18 and accordingly, I took a day leave from my office and reached at Mahindra Service station ( B-9, Industrial area, Mohan nagar, Loni road, Ghaziabad) at 10.30 AM .

                                First of all it was utmost suprise while preparing the estimate they confirmed that radiator is costing @ 8500 / - while as per earlier conversation on 20th May'18, it was of Rs. 5500 /- . Any ways considering human error, I ignored and given them go ahead to arrange the parts ... As per them ( Manish, working at service station ) parts will be arranged in 2 hrs. and I opted to wait at service station itself.

                                After ~ 5 hrs, of wait @ 3.00 PM Manish informed that Fan assy. is not in stock, which was really frustrating . Any way, then Also after little fight, I agreed to change the Radiator & Hoses .For Fan assy. it was decided that it will be changed on 23rd May.'18 at 6.30 PM for which again I agreed.

                                but @ 4.00 PM when their ( Ajit) person arrived after carrying the parts, it was really more frustrating that he bought only Radiator and not hoses .

                                For hoses they asked for some more time / a day to arrange.

                                Now imagine the situation for customer waiting for a long day and at the end answer is " Sir Sorry parts are not available "

                                Now decide weather this Service should be continued in working or shut down at immediate.

                                Mahindra First Choice Multi band concept is good one but surely will be failure with such fools and foolish stations. If they have to sustain in such competitive market . they should do some thing differently.

                                At the end Manish was more interested some how to kick out my car at any cost and do not wanted me to come again.
                                The matter was escalated who claimed him the owner, Mr. Ashish, was seems be helpless in solving above matter .

                                I just wanted to have strict action above service station & their employee who are making fools of customer.

                                  As I purchased a Car Ford figo model 2014 RJ-06-CC-1840, from BM Car Bazaar Ajmer a franchise of Mahindra First Choice on dated 9-dec-2016, and Mr. Santosh from BM car Bazaar committed that he will provide first insurance & converted RC to our name, first insurance he did but he didn't provide RC & transferred RC of our name, it's too long we continuesly following him, so many times we called him, so many times we gone to showroom he told always that" will provide tommorow and given different dates & days due to it we are facing so many problems, resolve this problem as soon as possible.

                                    I went to Mahindra first choice for getting my ac fixed. First day they told me that the cooling coil needs to be changed and your ac will be fixed. Then the next day they told me the ac is still not working even after changing the cooling coil and now requires a change of valve. Then the next day they changed the valve and the ac was still not working. They told me there is an issue with the ac compressor and it needs to be changed. I paid...

                                    2 secand day in front of me.. Any have to come and drive my car badly, dant it from other car.
                                    3. Not explained what type work has been done by them..

                                      I faced the service problem with mahindra first choice car service centre location at parbhani district.
                                      At that centre no any trained mechanic who can sloved the my ford feista car
                                      Only they told me daily your cars that part goes, that part goes and make the bill 11500 without any part changing. It take approximately 01 monthe for that work
                                      Afterthat my car problem not solved
