Dear Mahindra team,

The company promises that they always take care of their consumer but when it comes to delivering, their is hardly any help or assistance .

The franchisee owner is misbehaving .

We have booked a used car for purchase, we have given advance of Rs. 25, 000/-, due to some misshaping in family we are unable to purchase it .
We spoke to the Dealer, they are not refunding advance given .

The Salesman never briefed that advance wont be refunded . He himself has committed that he missed telling the same while briefing about terms and conditions .

Mahindra and Mahindra First Choice was referred to us by a relative of ours.
We went for the brand, but very disappointed by the way we are being mentally harassed, when asked for advance refund .

I believe the company believes in building long terms relations with consumer . I hope my issue will be adressed and resolved asap.

i have attached Advance paid slip given by the dealer for reference .

    re complaint car noc problem

    Maine one month before noc ki complain ki thi. But abhi tak mery problem solve nahi hui hai. Maine mahindra first choice pitmpura new delhi se 01 oct 2018 ko dl08cl7373 honda city car buy ki thi. Deelar ne noc ke liye 15 days ko bola tha. But noc abhi tak nahi mili hai. Phone receive nahi karte hai. Massage karo to reply nahi karte hai. Dusre number se phone karo to kabhi bolte hai 2 day's me mil jayegi kabhi bolte hai one...

      My car honda city was got accident so i taken it to mahindra first choice tiruvarur branch. I told them to change front bumper and repair rear bumper but branch manager promised me to change both bumper as new and will recover the insurance amount nearly above 80%. But now i got only 50% claim and car bumper work was not completed. Insurance amount i got very low that amount is rs14000 but i paid rs 27732. Iam so disappointed car work not yet completed he is the responsibility for my car so he will take care the balance incompleted work in his own money or have to pay me loss amount

        I am paying rs 750/- on rahul motors (A franchise of mahindra 1st choice) on dated[protected] with a validity up to[protected], but i never visit again to that work shop due to i am not in siddipet recently, i went to that work shop but it closed last 2 months back, so how can i get my amount back.
        As per their agreed period is two years they removed their service center without informed / paying the amount, so kindly take the action on the rahul motar management and returned my amount as early as possible.

          I saw the skoda rapid car on ur authorized dealer of mahindra 1st choice in lajpat nagar, they didnt give me any exact information, i submit the amount of rs.10000 on 31/1/2018 at 7 pm, i searech about that car, but i got very negative comments and revviews about skoda rapid, regarding thier maintenace and everything, so i changed my mind, i call to ashpreet singh on 1/2/2018 morning around 10 am & i told him everything i heared about skoda rapid, try to convience him regading my refund, but they denied, they said we didnt give u back any refund amount, but they didn't told me this about before, i reqst you to pls refund my amount as i am veryneedy for that, rs.10000 is very big amount for me, i reqsted him a lott but they didnt give me any respond regarding this, i reqst you to same pls solve my problem

            I have given my maruti swift car for service at your mahindra first choice service centre at kadubeesanahalli-panathur main road bangalore. Almost 2 weeks ago. My car service is not yet done. Very disgusting thing is they even not called me in there’s 14 days. And their mobile number and land line is not working so far. So i hereby want to know to whome i have to contact in this regard. I want escalate my complaint to top officials. I just want to know whether my car still there or they sold it. I don’t know.

              I have booked this offer online on MAHINDRA FIRST CHOICE SERVICE by paying rs 412. However the dealer AT NIZAMABAD VINAYAKA MOTORS doesn't have any information and not aware of the offer. Also I haven't received any message over my mobile for confirmation.
              Also the customer service is pathetic long queue and doesn't get connected.
              Also the dealer and company doesn't have communication about the ongoing offers
              I need my service to be done

                  Today i am visited in mahindra first choices services (Murali automobile pvt ltd) in nahur. Customer attend response is very poor, they talk with the customer with vulgar language..
                  If the vehicle in amc package they ask additional money for washing and cleaning. And they said take your vehicle and go out.

                  I requesting you please take a strict action against on supervisor prasad...

                    Your lakhimpur kheri branch owner is not able to provide proper service. As i am a customer of mahindra first choice and taken a member ship also but the owner of the firm talks in a rude and abusive way so that your company reputation spoil. I want to get service of my car and repairing cost estimate then he talked in a very rude way and said we don't give estimate. ""kam karana ho to kara verna bhag...".

                    Raj Car service centre in pipariya, wrong information me He change my 1-Water body, 2 pipes, 3 radiator extra Bill amount paid 6375₹, and also give him 1000/- rupes 1year service and many more offer cupen, I'm checking my car another service centre he telling me only one pipe damage. He damage my car break .

                      I submit my car for accidental re paring of my alto k10 car on date 17/12/2018 but till date i never get committed reply from authority.. Worst service...                         It's been a month that i have sent back value coupons for refund to mumbai office, i haven't received my refund yet despite continuous follow-up with customer care since then.

                        No clue to customer care guys also that why this is not moving ahead. As instructed by customer care, i have sent already the requested documents along with value coupons to said goregaon head office. A month back abhishek from mumbai office called and told me that refund will be done in a week however no response from him or anyone after that on the refund yet. Still am following up with everyone but they least bothered about my request.

                          Mery noc problem abhi tak solve nahi hui hai. Mai is samay out of country hu. Jab kabhi baat hoti hai every time bahane banate hai . Kabhi bolte hai rto me kam nahi ho raha hai. Kabhi bolte hai sign karne vale ka transfer ho gaya hai .kabhi bolte hai check karke batata hu.ek bar bolte hai noc a gai hai le jao Maine bhai ko bheja to bolte hai baitho deta hu.after one hour bolte hai mil nahi rahi hai. Phir bolte hai owner ke sign galat ho gaya hai one week me pakka mil jayegi after 10 days bolte hai 4 din mil jayegi. Always jhoot bolte hai. Sir4 month ho gaye hai car ka insurance kkhatm hone vala hai. Ab mera phone nahi uthate hai massage ka reply bhi nahi karte hai. Please sir solve my problem Mai bahut tension me hu.

                            Bought used car ts 15ef 9532 from rvs motors uppal under brand mahendra first choice in 2017. At the time of buying dealer told me they won't sell or buy any accidental vehicle. But i went cars24 yesterday and showed and proved car met with accident and structural damage happened to this car. I bought 11 moths old alto 800 from rvs for 2.45 lakh, i have all bills of payments via online and receipts. So, delaer cheated me by selling accidental vehicle, with out disclosing those details and hiding most sesnsitive information. I am trying to reach many ways to mfc by calling, email. But response yet. Please look in to this do the needful.

                                I have given my car for wheel alignment, but after alignment power steering of my car is not working. Also no one is responding even after trial there are refusing. Service quality also not good. I have done service of my car two times with first choice but not satisfied. They were not given the solutions of the problem. Worst experience. Staff is also not cooperate with customer.

                                  Greetings!
                                  This is to inform you that on 6th November, 2018 I have received my Scorpio s11, which was booked three days before by depositing some amount of money. On the date of delivery I was been promised by the sales executive named Ms. Arundhuti to receive at 2pm. Unfortunately could not get ready to be deliveref and promised again to deliver at 4:30 pm. Then also at 4:30 pm it was not ready to deliver. Then one of the senior personnel promised again to deliver at 5:33pm, though at last it's been delivered at 6:40pm. We spend whole day to get a car. Service personnel are not promising, same time they are spoiling the reputation of Mahindra as well as Star India, Kharagpur.
                                  When I reached to receive the car I was been told to submit around Rs. 23, 500/- as because the sales executive has done wrong calculation of the total amount of the car, which is going to effect on my Income Tax File. Definitely I would not recommend any body to buy from Star India, Kharagpur.
                                  Another thing when I was speaking to the sales executives about my rights, though I was exhosted after waiting of long hours, one of the sales executive names Ms. Munmun is saying that I should not get angry on a lady employee. I don't know I went there to do business or to make relationship with any body. Even all the employees are speaking themselves which is audible same like that they are quarling. No carelessness has been shown to us. I have observed that not only me, even yo other as well.
                                  Time of delivery on the checklist there were written that there would be 10 liters of petrol would be provided but we have received only 5 liters of petrol. When I asked that time the delivery personnel was saying that the form is wrong they are wright.
                                  They are saying that my complain would not acceptable.
                                  My Appel to look into and correct the wrong things by providing train and checking time to time.

                                      Electrical wiring service fault work done due to this all remote function like window not able to close/open, ac not working, wiper not working and other function etc. Customer has been called unnecessary by giving free water service and oil service and finally landed in trouble.

                                      Required immediately to correct without additional charge by the agency.
                                      My deepavali program spoiled. And mentally upset by your unwanted free offer.
                                      I need my car in original useful condition immediately.

                                      Earlier complaint attended and delivery done today(10/11/2018)
                                      once again verified and found CAR Dickey is still not opening but other repair responded and found ok so service satisfactory report signed and given today.
                                      Unfortunately the car taken out for Driving and within 2 minutes we found that Electrical fault reappeared as per earlier complaint including Head light not functioning but only working in DIM and DIP condition.
                                      I guess minor Electrical loose contact is present which is not able to rectify by your service center, so i request you to provide with a good technician well experienced in dealing with Ford Figo Titanium car or else this car will to be taken to FORD SERVICE Center.
                                      Driving this car with this condition is very risky.
                                      I request your immediate attention to resolve this issue.
                                      Sir i bought mahindra scorpio from universal mahindra . my car has brake problem before sometime . today when i reached in universal mahindra service center for resolve my problem then i waited 3 hours but nobody resolve my problem . after that i left it and came back home . it was my very bad expirence .
