    Hi i purchased ford fiesta in 2015, but since i bought many problems started coming like in rains water is filled in car if standing in rains for sometime. When told mahindra first choice denied that you must done some accident or any dash so problem is coming. Gear box also became non functional after 2 years how's that possible and their warranty expired in 1 year so again i had to spent from my pocket. Guys please don't buy cars from this co. Lot of problems start coming within some time. I think are we are sold accident or problematic cars after refurbishing. Beware or buy new car

      Hi,
      I had booked hyundai i10 grand sports 2015 model from mahindra first choice indira nagar bangalore dealer superior motors by paying 20000. But due to some financial problems i had to delay the purchase of the vehicle.in the meantime they sold of the vehicle without notifying me and even at higher price and when i came to know about this, they said that they would find me a car that meets my expectations. But they were unable to find another car and when i asked for the refund they denied to pay it. I understand there is some operational cost incurred buy them for holding back the car for me but that in no way can amount up to 20000 rupees, they are fooling there customers.
      It would be very helpful to get a resolution on this.

        Hi, i've given my fiat linea ka05 mk 3386 at first choice service centre in kadubeesanahalli-560087. Car was handed over to krishna reddy at the service. It met with an accidental hit by another vehicle behind (Boot space part). Some part of the dikki went inside slightly. I took it to there and they coated me 5500+taxes for dent removal and full paint of my car dikki part. They committed for delivery on sunday evening. They failed it to do that. I've seen the car at 5pm today. Dent was removed and paint was not done yet for the dikki part. Initially - when i've asked krishna reddy to do patch work, they said it is not possible. They've to do painting for the entire car dikki portion. This is ridiculous, i don't understand why you cheat customers like this. Mahindra being such a big company is this how you commit customer and cheat them. Why are you charging 200% high than other local garage people. This is a big trap you're doing and playing with earnings of a customer.

          Hi, i sanjay kacharia from surat. I have purchased mahindra first choice service booklet of rs 999 from real advertising agent (Booklet number 15472) purchase date 08/10/2017, vehicle no : gj05jc3306. But at the time of purchase agent told me that this service voucher is valid all over india and also written in booklet but when i service my car in apex motor surat this voucher not accepting in apex motor so who is fraud?
          Mahindra first choice or real advertising people?

          Pls do not buy any service booklet of mahindra first choice. Big fraud company it is. They making people fool.
          Shut down your mahindra first choice.

            Machines are nt working, and they are selling service coupon book, came for car washing, vaccum clear nt working, car allingnment and balancing machines nt working.
            Even car compound machine don't have extention of wire we have to rotate vehicle to reach out near electricity grip.
            Mob no [protected] owner of honda city diesel had worst experience at mahindra 1st choice service here in batala punjab. And moreover no one attend u properly.

              This is in reference to the vehicle (Chevarlet beat dl 10cb 4175) which i purchased from you on 05/06/17, since the day i had purchased this car i have been facing mechanical problems in it. Same has been discussed

              With you & your team several times but nothing has been improved till now. You guys have given 6 months warranty but in these months i have handed over the car at your service station for more than 15 times. As i

              Stay in uttam nagar & my job is in gurgaon its been hell lot of trouble for me to reach office daily which had badly effecting me on my official work & i am mentally very much disturbed due to it.in case if below

              Mentioned issues are not resolved permanently i am going to file a legal & will also take things through social media for mahindra first choice.

              I am surprised to know that such faulty vehicles are being sold by you & would not recommend anybody in future, below mentioned are the issues

              1. Ac not working - since starting
              2. Noise in fuel pump - since starting
              3. Engine mounting - since starting
              4. Gears gets stuck - since starting
              5. Car vibrates above 60kms-70kms - since starting

              Need a concrete revert & resolution in next 48 hours for it else ill going to file a legal against you & mahindra first choice

                Issue : ac vent pipe was damaged
                Solution : had to be replaced with a new pipe. Fill in the ac gas. Change the ac filter

                Complaint : no communication from the staff on expected time of delivery
                Took 2 days before i called up to check on the status
                There was nothing done till then. It was only after repeated calls that i was told that the part is still not available.
                Finally on the 5th day, i called up to check on status again (No communication from mahindra yet). I am made to believe that the part has arrived but it is faulty. Takes another couple of days to make the changes.

                Finally, after repeated calls (No calls yet from mahindra), i am made to understand that the ac is functional. I take the delivery.

                After a kilometer of running, ac stops functioning. I revisit the service center. I am made to understand, that the problem is with other parts because of which gas is leaking (Which was not the case ; i had to convince them that the replaced part is the one creating issues ; however, i have my doubts if the part was replaced at all or was just mended; there was a rubber tube connecting the pipes which was not there earlier). However, finally, i requested them to deliver the vehicle to my home as i could not have waited any longer.

                I receive the call smelling of cigarettes. I have never allowed any one to take the liberty of smoking in my car. Now, i get the car back with such a strong smell of cigarette smoke. This is completely unacceptable.

                Horrible experience overall. Would never recommend the place to any one else. I have been visiting this place for the last year and a half. But, i can see the decline in the service levels/customer management.

                Staff may be polite but they are inexperienced. They should never assume that customers are fools who know nothing about car functionalities.

                  I had given my logan vehicle for accidental repair on september 2017 at mahindra first choice coimbatore selva puram branch. Last week they called me your vehicle was ready. Yesterday i went there to pickup my vehicle. They gave me bill details. I checked replaced spares as per bill. I get shock because all the spares they had replaced are duplicate {fake} spares which were available in local markets but they gave me bills rates original one. What a worst job they had done cheeting fellows

After we complain to the automobile. Company tell to us return to a car for good and better work on this car. But company not completed better work. Company took 45 days to car repair but they do not work properly. We have cheated by this company. Bcz sir after we take delivery first time, after this day car continue goes to workshop.

                      I given my alto car to your service provider at erode on 9th oct 2017. And i received sms from you that car will be ready on 13th oct (Jc no : [protected]).

                      I have received sms from you on 23rd oct mentioning with bill amount of rs 17900.74 + taxes, but vehicle is not ready as per your service center. Again they sent sms like vehicle will be ready on 28th oct 2017.

                      Again i have received sms on 25th oct 2017 mentioning that total inv vale is rs 3498.38 + tax.

                      If so, total inv value should be 17900.74 + tax & 3498.38 + tax,
                      But now they are asking total value of rs 48, 549.00.

                      How it comes to rs 48, 549.00 instead of your inv value as per your sms alert?

                      You know well that so many service providers are every where, but faith on your brand name only we come to you...

                      When i gave my car to your service provider, they told maximum service value will be up to rs 30, 000/-...

                      Now i am not having that much amount to take delivery...

                      I want the cost below rs 30, 000/- as committed...

                      Please revert back asap, what i want to do?...

                        I recently bought a Mahindra vehicle from one of your authorised showrooms. It is the Mahindra concept showroom at Kollam. It had your logo and certifications. I understand that you sell both new and second-hand vehicles.

                        The manager told me that all the vehicles sold here have been checked and in good condition. He said it had a one-year warranty. It is only later that I found out that it doesn’t have any warranty. I bought the vehicle believing that it is a certified dealer of Mahindra choice vehicles.

                        A number of complaints was found out at the service centre. Problems with AC pump, shock absorber, steering rod, and switches that did not work. I was assured by the showroom people that they would repair and fix all the complaints within a week but they have completely deceived me. It was when the Volkswagen service centre people told me that the vehicle did not have any coolant that I began to understand the lack of honesty and sincerity from your showroom people. I have already spent about Rupees 24000 to repair the vehicle.

                        I contacted the office many times, but they don’t seem to have any response at all. I went on to contact the showroom owner a few times, on each occasion he said that he was very busy and to call back after a few days.

                        Four months have passed and still the spare parts haven’t been bought and repair work hasn’t been done. I contacted the Trivandrum manager who said it was a second-hand car and that you should expect these kinds of repairs. He went on to say that he is the representative of a lot of people and that I have to respect him and even call him ‘Sir’. This is the kind of people I have to deal with.

                        All these things demonstrate to me that the customer means nothing to the company. I bought your second-hand car and now I am being made to pay for it. I haven’t been able to use my vehicle, and it is languishing in the workshop. I trusted the Mahindra brand more than anything or anyone, and now I am being made to pay for it. If this is the kind of treatment I get from Mahindra’s agents, will I ever want to buy a Mahindra vehicle or recommend the brand to anyone? My experiences are that bad.

                        I sincerely and kindly request you to help repair the car, give me a proper warranty, and enable me to become a proud, albeit a second-hand owner of the Mahindra car.

                        I hope you understand my considerable frustration and hope you would take account of my grievances and do whatever is possible in your authority to remedy the situation. I look forward to hearing from you.

                            I booked my car vento on dusherra but unfortunately due to some health issues with one of my family member we cant proceed further. After that for the same we informed to your sales member. Now the thing we want our booked amount as an refund we completely agree on that terms i[censored] dedeuct some of amount from that but please refund it.

                            We are cancel the car because of our own reasons its an emergency in our family and we cancelled it. This is no the way to deal up with your customers and your concerned sales member staff services are also bad they not updated for any querries, please refund our amount.

                              Today i have got my car serviced from mahindra first choice service center in pinjore i was shocked to know that such a good brand of car service center is charging 2 percentage extra on card payments be it a debit card or a credit card.
                              I have taken the same in written after payment from one of your service manager and if didn't hear from you guys will take this matter to consumer court for unfair trade practice.
                              As per rbi guidelines it's illegal to do the same

                                This is to bring to your notice my grievance and complaint against mr. Imtiaz from mahindra first choice, new sapphire motors, 7, ujval complex, near akota stadium bpc road, akota, vadodara. Gujarat

                                The incident dates back to 10th oct ’17 and today 19th oct’17, i had enquired about selling my hyundai creta on 10th oct with one of the sales guy of mahindra choice based in vadodara, named deepak, further to it deepak forwarded the request to one, mr. Imtiaz, (Cell no :[protected]). Upon he visiting and seeing my vehicle he quoted a price of inr 6.5 lac for a hyundai creta, 2015, crdi s model, to which i was awestruck and shocked at the low price and i responded that i wouldn’t be able to sell it at that price.

                                However he kept insisting and told me this is best price, to which i replied, i can’t decide anything right now and will let you know in a week. To which he insisted this is the best price and argued that he will offer a price of inr 7 lacs and said you have take this offer and token. To which i resisted and said i’m not interested in any token, the price is too low and i can’t decide now.

                                Later on he started sending messages and coercing that we have made a deal and i can’t back out from that and send me your bank details for rtgs. To which i denied and didn’t responded.

                                Furthermore he (Mr. Imtiaz) started calling me and intimading me that deal can’t be cancelled and we are coming to pick the car and send me your bank details thru sms / whats app

                                Later he derived some info from vahaan helpline sms service and started sending smss to me about my suv.

                                Today morning, a diwali day, i’m in receipt of a sms (Screenshots of sms messages attached) from mr. Imtiaz that he will falsely implicate me by claiming that i’ve taken a token of rs. 25000 and will register a police complaint. To which i didn’t responded and forwarded it to my legal team.

                                Furthermore i haven’t reacted, as there had been no wrong doing of any thing from myside and this action coercive tactics have annoyed me.

                                Herein, i’m highly aggrieved and felt why i even approached a mahindra dealer and due to this acts i have to write this mail on a diwali day, i’ve to take out time from my diwali celebrations and write this mail of grievance!!!

                                Does mahindra being such a reputed brand do not have standard sop which define how a sales or customer service personnel should behave or close a deal with proper documentation.

                                Adding without any proper documentation of any sort he threatens me on a diwali day, which is awful conduct of a sales personnel of mahindra first choice.
                                Adding mr. Imtiaz intimidates me thru smses and provokes me, eventually i shall be forced to invoke my rights of privacy and register a fir against him for coercive acts, the said misdemeanours and criminal intimidation.

                                  I have given my car at first choice in nandyal, kurnool (Dist)
                                  Subject ; i have given my car for changing wheel barrings and wheel rim, and what they have done is they made me to wait abort one week and telling that some parts are not available. Ok they got wheel barrings and they fixed to car and they took my car for test drive i can see smoke is coming from front tier (I. E where they have changed barrings) for this they are not responding properly so please respond to message
                                  Main issue is they have tighten the barrings very badly that is the reason new barrings are damaged and some other also damaged

                                    Very bad service and worst employee of mahindra
                                    First choice at shivpur branch.
                                    I visited here for five time and did not got car wash for once.
                                    And the behavior of employee is very bad.
                                    I wasted 800rs on card so that i can get good service but here when i visited the service centre then i realised it is only card selling method but on the time of service the attention given to customers is zero.
                                    Never go for mahindra first choice shivpur centre.
                                    Thanks mahindra first choice for worst choice.

                                      I have purchased nano jk210333 from mahindra first choice, asima moters near malik market jammu 2 years ago.
                                      Still i didn't received r c book yet even after making the full payment.

                                      I inquired many time from dealer but every time they gave me new dates.
                                      They told me that they had misplaced my doc's some where. Again i am much worried that my doc's might be missed used by some one in future.
                                      See now i am in an impression that might this car is the stolen one. Thats why i have to make a police complain before u... I have photo copies of documents attested by dealer with invoice of payment.
