This is to bring to your notice my grievance and complaint against mr. Imtiaz from mahindra first choice, new sapphire motors, 7, ujval complex, near akota stadium bpc road, akota, vadodara. Gujarat
The incident dates back to 10th oct ’17 and today 19th oct’17, i had enquired about selling my hyundai creta on 10th oct with one of the sales guy of mahindra choice based in vadodara, named deepak, further to it deepak forwarded the request to one, mr. Imtiaz, (Cell no :[protected]). Upon he visiting and seeing my vehicle he quoted a price of inr 6.5 lac for a hyundai creta, 2015, crdi s model, to which i was awestruck and shocked at the low price and i responded that i wouldn’t be able to sell it at that price.
However he kept insisting and told me this is best price, to which i replied, i can’t decide anything right now and will let you know in a week. To which he insisted this is the best price and argued that he will offer a price of inr 7 lacs and said you have take this offer and token. To which i resisted and said i’m not interested in any token, the price is too low and i can’t decide now.
Later on he started sending messages and coercing that we have made a deal and i can’t back out from that and send me your bank details for rtgs. To which i denied and didn’t responded.
Furthermore he (Mr. Imtiaz) started calling me and intimading me that deal can’t be cancelled and we are coming to pick the car and send me your bank details thru sms / whats app
Later he derived some info from vahaan helpline sms service and started sending smss to me about my suv.
Today morning, a diwali day, i’m in receipt of a sms (Screenshots of sms messages attached) from mr. Imtiaz that he will falsely implicate me by claiming that i’ve taken a token of rs. 25000 and will register a police complaint. To which i didn’t responded and forwarded it to my legal team.
Furthermore i haven’t reacted, as there had been no wrong doing of any thing from myside and this action coercive tactics have annoyed me.
Herein, i’m highly aggrieved and felt why i even approached a mahindra dealer and due to this acts i have to write this mail on a diwali day, i’ve to take out time from my diwali celebrations and write this mail of grievance!!!
Does mahindra being such a reputed brand do not have standard sop which define how a sales or customer service personnel should behave or close a deal with proper documentation.
Adding without any proper documentation of any sort he threatens me on a diwali day, which is awful conduct of a sales personnel of mahindra first choice.
Adding mr. Imtiaz intimidates me thru smses and provokes me, eventually i shall be forced to invoke my rights of privacy and register a fir against him for coercive acts, the said misdemeanours and criminal intimidation.
Mahindra First Choice [MFCWL] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
