I m giving my swift car for servicing at kaveri motors at borivali from ghatkopar in the name of mahindra first choice

Giving car on 29 may under rs.999 pakage

After examine my car they call me and said that your car lights should be change and also the engine oils and many more

I m ready for the change they tel me

After that i m receiving my car delivery on 4th june

On 6 june on my wedding anniversary 1st time after i m getting delivery of my car i m going to juhu
Where some one stop my car and told me that your car was sparking
I m quickly rush from june to ghatkopar in between all the lights damage also the ac was not working

Taking the car to my local area garage and they told me that they are fitted high power lights in your car without cut-off that damage my car ac to

After i m paying 3704 to kaveri motors after discount and their sales person name kiran rs.500 for asking me to pay for he is done good work for my car

On 6th of june i m paying rs.2200 for lights and labour to local garage
The cost is not stop to 2200 the ac was damge for sparking that cost me rs 6600 + labour and also the fuel pump that aslo damage which i bought 2nd hand for rs 2300 fron local auto parts market

Feual moter is also damage that cost me rs. 1750 and also the battery

More over all the necessary parts are damage after i m servicing my car at kaveri motors under mahindra first choice

I m writting this mail 4th time over 2 month
Getting rpl from kaveri motor talk to them discussed about my problem
What i m geeting response from that our executive will call you and fix the problem

From that day i m waiting for the call from their executive

Mahindra first choice service cost me rs.3704+500 given kiran
Ac damage cost me 6600 + labour
Fuel pump + fuel motor 1750+2300+labour
Lighting + labour 2200

Total around rs 17 to 18k

    I have purchased i20 dl4caq2469 from mahindra first choice, garg motors mahavir enclave 110045 on 22nd march 2017.
    Sorry to tell you that still i didn't received r c book yet even after making the full payment.

    I inquired many time from your dealer but every time they gave me new dates.
    They told me that they had misplaced my doc's some where. Again i am much worried that my doc's might be missed used by some one in future.
    See now i am in an impression that might this car is the stolen one. Should i have to make a police complaint about it.
    Sir, it is very difficult and not affordable for me to get leave often for this from my job.
    What should i do? Please, guide me.

      I bought a wagoner hr 26 be 1991 two months back from atul kataria chowk sales agent deepak but till now i have not received my rc & when i call customer care they do not respond properly i am completely unsatisfied with the services i will post this to social media & make people aware about you. This is what mahindra first choice people promise worst company & service ever i experience.

        I want video clips at the time of change my car gear oil
        From kirti automobile for further process
        One more fact is that i have change the gear oil before 2 month and again this kirti auto was saying that your car gear oil is drain hows that possible within 2 month the gear oil will drain if drain then how my car is running n perfectly.

I own a car fiat punto active petrol uk04l 8194. 5 days ago i went ur service station (Mahindra first choice) for some problems in my cars suspension. They said front suspension kit will be changed. I said ok. After 5 days l got a call from ur station that ur car is ready. I went their and i found front part of my car is lower then back part....

          I am complaining about the worst technician you have in mfscwl, as a part of bush replacement in front suspension, they have broken shocker spring and tyre torn due to broken spring costing extra 4000 and total charge of 7000 including alignment, if which was so misaligned the vehicle was vibrating. I am going to register a case of forgery against mfscwl, if all money is not refunded. The servicing in mfscwl, has damaged my vehicle so that, i have to check all the suspension and they are asking for spring charge from me. The very worst service center.in my place there are almost 100 vechicle, i will strongly tell all of them, never go to mfscwl.

          Very poor service provided by service center, as socker spring broken due to not proper setting, causing Tyre torn by spring, the alignment was very out causing disbalance of wheel, costing 7000 plus 4000 plus 500. Just going to consumer forum if not return all my amount and register a case of forgery against your company.

            With high regret and a wish full heart i would like to bring to your notice that two months ago i bought a car (Polo - mh02br9023) from the kandivali mahindra first choice outlet for 3.6 lacs.

            I was given an assurance from them that the car is in perfect condition and has no problem what so ever.

            After 2 months the car started giving trouble so with the guidance of mr. Avish powar (Sales person at the out let) l showed the car to the mahindra first choice workshop at mira road. The supervisor told me that exclusive of the warranty claim the cost of repairs would be 1.12 lacs.

            On confronting the workshop supervisor, he told us that they couldn't do much and we should go back to the showroom to solve the matter.

            Mr. Powar was not available for 5 days and the 6th day when i could get through him he told me he couldn't do much either.

            I want to know why were l thuged. Inspite of paying 3.6 lacs for a 2008 model.

            If the car was damaged, why was it sold to us with the assurance. Who is responsible for the 1.12 lacs of expense?

            I request you to kindly provide me with a solution to this. Hope i will not have to follow up and expect a revert for the same.

              Part installed on figo petrol varient that is ignition coil is not genuine. Confirmed with the ford agency. Mahindra first choice (Mohan nahar branch) is not ready to take the responsibility about that part and clearly denying any cooperation. It is affecting my usgae as it is not working as it should. Hope mahinda first choice looks into this as it promises through their salogan "drive-in with problem... Drive out with peace of mind"

                  I m writting this msg once again because my problem was not sloved till date
                  First of all very bad service i m recived from your borivali branch i. E. Kaveri motors
                  They fix my car light high power without cutoff to be fixed 1st also the third class product use in my car
                  Which damage my car ac that cost me rs. 6000 and also the light they fit in my car also fail to oprate and i have to buy new lights that cost me nearly about 1000 + 450 labour
                  And the sales person name kiran also take from me rs 500 extra for service and give me discount of rs 300
                  My total bill is for 4004 they give me discount of rs 300 and collect 500 as his charges of being good for me as he tells wrong statements that i m doing work which not included in your pakage

                  low quality work mahindra fist choice
                  Offer given to change engine oil without Labour charge. Regarding this 3 to 4 calls came in 2 days. But when I visit there with my vehicle BR03P 7545 ( quanto) there was no mobil to change. I am not satisfied with labour charge and behaviour of staffs. Kindly check the invoice and job card dated 24/08/17.

                    Hi i want to discuss about your # company that i purchased a polo from bharat motors - pandav nagar area on 24th july 2017 and from the very first day it has problems like - (Showing engine light, fuel pump problem and coolent) and your area manager mr pankaj - [protected] no information where he is. And then when i said the owner mr naveen bansal that it has some problems in it after that he approached a local machenic instead of mahindra and it happened 3 times first time i got the car and went back to their showroom and after 2 days i got my car and then again same problem and again he approached local machenic and den again same problem. I took that car for my job purpose and due to my mom bcoz she is not well and in that one month i didnt even got the chance to drive it for 10 days. I want to know if the car was certified then how come i got problem the very first day. Want the solution otherwise i will go to consumer court. And i invested 10000 in petrol and lots of other expenses.
                    Mr pankaj the manager of your company the most unprofessional man misbehaved with my father and said go and register a complaint. This is the way you make fool of people after taking money give defaulted cars. I am going too consumer court and registering a case a against you and that bluddy manager. I want my money and all the expenses i did in that one month. After buying a car i am roaming in buses and it hampered my job as well. Now you guys will see

                      Yesterday i visited to solve the coolant leakage problem. They solve it by replacing the leaked part but with this solution they gave me two new problems...ac has stopped working and temperature sensor has stopped the working. Next day i again visited there i asked the issue but they completely denied to solve the problems.

                      It's just like bogo offer. Buy one solution and get two problems free..

                          I jst bought car week ago i asked them to take car back bcoz of my financial issues they told me we can't take car back after that i spoke to their head he told me i will provide u local vendor but he told me the loss will be around 1 to 1.25 lacs plz plz plz dont take any car from mahindra first choice i can bear 20 to 25 thousand i jst want plz take any action as soon as possible i will be very thankful i[censored] resolve my problem

I am not at all satisfied with the servicing and the billing. Apart from this the floormats of the front seats were missing brand new. I called up the service personal he said that it is available he will take and intimate me more than five times i called him and i received the same response.

                              On 14 jan 2017 the sold me @ of 5lac paid through net beanking.

                              I got to know this car is tempred odometer km's are highy tempred

                              When they sold me odometer is showing 88000 km now i got to know they have tempred the meter on 25 march 2016 the same car went to skoda service center and they have capture the data as prosidure that time total running of car was 121034 and the on 26 nov 2016 again this car went for repairning and that time total running of car was 125124

                              Please help me its my hardearn money

                                My car was given for changing rt rear wheel bearin noise.. These experts wat they did was changed my front wheel bearing to the rear wheel.                                   I took my car for servicing at a j motorworks 4/1 chuna bhatti kolar road bhopal on 29th july. The cost of parts they replaced was rs 3332, labor charge was rs 1146 they charged 28% gst on rs 3332 and18% on rs 1146. This is totaly wrong. The shop from whwere the parts were purchased, already paid gst. The a j motors can charge gst only on their prophit not on whole amount. I was inflicted on with double taxation. If the problem is not solved i will complain to national consumer forum too.

                                    I personally advise you all don’t give your car for service in "mahindra first choice" based on my experience.

                                    I gave my car for service to fix the "brake issue" in feb'2016 however it still persists with same issue for more than 1.5 years. I spend close to 50, 000/= (Refer below email) to resolve this problem but there is no result so far. Please refer my chain emails to get the better idea.

                                    They don’t know how to diagnose this issue instead proposed to change other parts which lead for unnecessary expense occurred for me.

                                    Hope it could be one of the techniques for them to make us to come back again and again.

                                    They don’t have expert in their service center hence they are struggling to fix the problems correctly. Due to this, they are asking us to change spare parts without clear picture.

                                    Kindly forward this instant to your friends and try to ignore "mahindra first choice" in future.

                                    Also, looking forward to share this in other social media as well this might reach this information for maximum people in india.

                                    Note - i have reached out the mahindra first choice customer care service and explained my issue with them. However, there was no proper response so far. They are least bother about customer satisfaction.

                                      Hi sir/ madam,
                                      On friday july 21st i wrote an complaint mail in mahindra first choice portal. Till today i didn’t receive any response from mahindra. I would like to bring the issues to your notice.
                                      My name is antony and i am from chennai, tamil nadu. 4 months ago, i brought a pre owned car (Volkswagen polo 1.2 petrol high line - 2013 model) from mahindra first choice dealer (Sm cars, valluvar kottam, chennai). Dealer said the price of the car is 4lks and i agreed to pay through hdfc bank loan. I enquired about the car. They said it is very less used car and the mileage was around 19000 kms. Several time i asked about the car condition they said it is in perfect condition. They also said that a woman used this car and it is not flood affected.

                                      Here comes the problem last week i went to volkswagen service center (Abra motors, ambattur, chennai) for general service. I got a shocking news from the service engineer. He said this car was completely flood affected and he showed me the complete history of the car. That car was towed to nandanam volkswagen service center, chennai. They have certified it as fully submerged vehicle. Service engineer (Balaji from abra motors) says that the dealer (Sm cars, sub dealer of mahindra first choice) has cheated me. He also that the dealer has made the car by keeping the disabling the control module, air bag module. He conveyed me that we need to change complete wire harness as it has full fungus growth and in very bad condition. The overall service cost will be close to 3lks.
                                      Based up on this feedback from abra motors i wrote a mail enquiry in mahindra first choice portal. Since i did not hear back anything from the team.
                                      On july 25th around 3:00 pm ist i called the dealer (Sm cars) and spoke to her. She said she will give a call back but i did not receive any on that day, so i again called her on july 26th her mobile was not reachable and she blocked my number. Later i called the dealer by other number she took the call and said her owner is busy.

                                      I am badly in need of advice. Please help me
