Hi sir/ madam,
On friday july 21st i wrote an complaint mail in mahindra first choice portal. Till today i didn’t receive any response from mahindra. I would like to bring the issues to your notice.
My name is antony and i am from chennai, tamil nadu. 4 months ago, i brought a pre owned car (Volkswagen polo 1.2 petrol high line - 2013 model) from mahindra first choice dealer (Sm cars, valluvar kottam, chennai). Dealer said the price of the car is 4lks and i agreed to pay through hdfc bank loan. I enquired about the car. They said it is very less used car and the mileage was around 19000 kms. Several time i asked about the car condition they said it is in perfect condition. They also said that a woman used this car and it is not flood affected.
Here comes the problem last week i went to volkswagen service center (Abra motors, ambattur, chennai) for general service. I got a shocking news from the service engineer. He said this car was completely flood affected and he showed me the complete history of the car. That car was towed to nandanam volkswagen service center, chennai. They have certified it as fully submerged vehicle. Service engineer (Balaji from abra motors) says that the dealer (Sm cars, sub dealer of mahindra first choice) has cheated me. He also that the dealer has made the car by keeping the disabling the control module, air bag module. He conveyed me that we need to change complete wire harness as it has full fungus growth and in very bad condition. The overall service cost will be close to 3lks.
Based up on this feedback from abra motors i wrote a mail enquiry in mahindra first choice portal. Since i did not hear back anything from the team.
On july 25th around 3:00 pm ist i called the dealer (Sm cars) and spoke to her. She said she will give a call back but i did not receive any on that day, so i again called her on july 26th her mobile was not reachable and she blocked my number. Later i called the dealer by other number she took the call and said her owner is busy.
I am badly in need of advice. Please help me
