I have paid the Rs 280000 in Jan 2020 and my journey date is 4 arpil 2020 but due to Covid 19 pendemic my booking is cancelled by Make my trip company

And we are continue follow up for my refund but MMT not giving my refund.

Please provide me solution or I am filling case againt MMT for my refund with all wages

    I am frequent user of mmt for my travel. When my holiday was cancelled due to covid i received refund for it after a year and when i transferred into my bank account it got credited by 0.83 paise instead of 16800 is it a joke?

      Dear make my trip,

      Please check with the bank statement my amount of 6000 rupees got debited from Axis bank while booking Flight ticket from Kolkata to Hyderabad on 18th for Suhmita Saha in Indigo flight 6E 788 morning 5:45 to 7:30 non stop. Unfortunately make my trip app says that payment is failed but the amount got debited from my account. Here I have given the bank statement details of the debited amount. Please send me the ticket for the booking I made or please refund my money.

        While Booking a train from Rajkot to Mathura, It took us to the payment page.
        we scanned the QR code from MMT Payment page (Transaction ID[protected]

        Payment completed but it showed Your transaction failed! Please try again with a new QR Code in MMT (Attached Screenshot of same)

        Then we again did the payment and the second time it worked. So amount was debited twice.

          Hi

          While I was doing Internet Payment for my “Bengaluru – Varanasi-Bengaluru” Indigo flight through MMT, I got an error screen showing no response. But when I checked my SBI account Rs 10, 046 has been debited.

          Now in my MMT account no Booking ID or status of this transaction is reflected. KInldy note that I am very old customer of MMT and has faced this issue for the first time.

          Please do help me …

                  I did not receive refund for my flight booked against the Booking ID: NF[protected].
                  Entire trip was cancelled by the airline and I am expecting full refund as already raised the request.

                  Noone is available to answer the call when I try calling on the support line. They direct you to some link for refund status which is not audible clearly.Why is MMT trying to make people duffer who has booked the tickets through your portal ????

                  Please process the entire refund amount immediately.

                    I tired to book a bus from delhi to nainital of delhi tours and travels from make my travel but money deducted from my account and they have not booked my ticket nor did they send any confirmation regarding bus reservation I requested them to refund my money instantly using email but there is no response please provide with any phone no .
                    So that I can request them to process my refund as this becomes a case of fraud I want my refund as early as possible

                      I booked a ticket to Delhi from Patna today[protected].
                      It deducted Rs 5400/- from my bank account.
                      And then it showed that my order #NF[protected]A1 is awaited. And I haven't received any confirmation on the ticket yet.

                      Please see to it ASAP and kindly confirm the ticket.

                          I booked train ticket for my journey from Bombay to jaipur. While I was making the payment the screen froze and the money was deducted. I had to pay again to book the tickets. Please I need my refund.

                            My Name is Pranoy Dey. On 4 sep 2021 I book a Train tickets through online. (06:10 from (AGTL) to Bangalore (BNC). But my this booking is unsuccessfull, and Total amount RS- 3, 196.76 is deduct from my bank account. But till now they not refund my money.                               Please refer to the above subject. In this connection, it is to inform your that I have forced to cancel my trip ID: NF[protected] and PNR Z7159L for my trip from Mumbai to Delhi after reschedule the flight by the airlines. After cancellation request, it was informed to me that the refund amount of Rs. 10, 974/- was send to my wallet section instantly in the form of My Cash, however till date neither the amount was credited in wallet Section nor in original payment mode i.e. Credit Card causing difficulty to me. Further, I am unable to process the same through app as suggested on call of customer service and mail also. Please do the needful at an early date to avoid further mental stress to me. There is no way to contact for refund from the company as well as their support mail is only sending auto generated mail.

                                Hello,
                                This complaint is regarding a flight scheduled on 30th Aug with Booking IDNN[protected]. I had cancelled the flight on 27th Aug and the amount refunded was showing to be around 24, 000 INR. But today I have gotten a mail stating the refunded amount will be Around 5, 000 INR. According to cancellation rules, if anyone cancels the flight before the flight date then the airline deducts 13100 INR. Very disappointed with the service. THis is certainly a scam. I want my money back. Please help.

                                  Booked bus ticket from Kolkata to Cuttack,

                                  Ticket and invoice not delivered, received a call after the bus left, and got invoice and ticket confirmation after the bus left. Incurred a loss of INR 600. I request compensation for this loss.

                                      I have done a booking for sep 4 2021 stay for one day in hotel park residency near uphar cinema New Delhi. I had enquired before booking regarding internet services as I had to write an online exam which is held onece a yr. And I had worked very hard to prepare for this exam. I was told by hotel authorities that internet services are very good. As I had booked the room so as to appear in the exam without any disturbance and distractions. But i had faced multiple internet service connections disruptions which led to multiple halts in the exam and I was losing connection with the examiner and hence it created a huge hurdle and roadblock for me to appear in the exam which led to tremendous mental pressure, stress, mental agony and got disturbed. How will one appear in the exam with so much disturbed mind due to extremely poor internet services in hotel.
                                      The whole purpose of booking the hotel room was defeated . At the end I had to leave the hotel room in the night during to unavailability of internet services leaving my extremely crucial exam incomplete.
                                      This was the worst and most horrible experience for me of all stays in multiple hotels I had staid earlier due to poor accountability and responsibility shown by hotel authorities. Internet services are far better at my home than the hotel inspite of having boosters in hotel.
                                      Kindly refund the money paid by me for booking hotel room and also pay the compensation for providing such a poor internet services which was disrupting my crucial exam and causing tremendous amount of stress and mental agony.
