I was trying to change the e mail id to another e mail id, as previously E mail id - [protected]@hotmail.com was compromised.
But the portal as well as customer svc contacts do not facilitate amendment of E Mail id - which is rather strange and unacceptable

I had done price lock for flight from Pune to Delhi for 12 August

I made full payment on 4th August with balance amount of Rs 4945 before the deadline . Despite this MakeMyTrip trip has cancelled my ticket.
My money has been deducted, my money gone and my ticket gone....

I have purchased International Air ticket from Make my trip to travel canada. Due to pandemic airline has cancelled the ticket at the same time airline has allowed to get the full refund.

I have been asking for refund from Makemytrip for above travel tickets since June-21, however they are keep saying that we are reviewing your request but they are not taking any actions.

Each time when I call them their representative...

With reference to the above I wish to submit that 8 booked a sedan cab for 02.08.2021 for my travel from Bhopal to Indore vide booking ID NC[protected].
The cab bearing registration no.MP09WC9265 (DEZIRE) was sent. But to my dismay the car was fitted with CNG cylinder as a result of which my luggage was not accommodated. The driver said "SIR AAPKO ADJUST KARNA PADEGA". When we refused to do so and drove away the car leaving behind...

There is 24×7 support numbers, simply useless as It is impossible to reach to any customer support executive.
Download invoice link simply doesn't work.

I had done a train booking on the 21.7.2021 the booking was not confirmed and got rejected due to some technical clinch.. However i was asked to wait for 3days to reflect the amount back in my account... But it's been more the 7 working days now please get back to me..
