Tickets booked for Indian Passport holder, Student with F1 Visa through MMT for Virgin Atlantic flight for US.
When trying contacting Airline for Extra Baggage Allowance - FIRST of all I had to wait for 1long hour to speak to them on call - THEN the Airline said you are not eligible to travel as its via / layover at London, UK. Airline said you should have booked to Delta Airline WebSite also its MMT's mistake. They also dropped a mail and said since we have an contract we cannot reveal anything vital so only contact MMT for any further Questions.
I got confused and called MMT - MMT said confirm with US Embassy/Consulate, we are not aware of any such fact.
I tried contacting US Embassy - They said to contact UK Embassy/Consulate.
I tried mailing and contacting UK Embassy - They say you contact Airline.
So I thought to directly visit Airline office and confirm, I check on Google and found they are open till 5pm, I moved and reached there by 4pm, but Airline staff werent there and someone said they shall reach here after 7.30pm, and we thought of waiting and They arrived by 11.pm but met us at 11.50pm and that too for 2min and said we cannot do anything you contact MMT.
And the good thing is you cannot contact MMT - When you call MMT they have fix set of menu, wherein you cannot speak to customer service executive. When you mail they send automated response stating contact via app or webpage. And webpage Bot is same like preset answer. SO OVERALL No one to hear our Plea.
Then my Next though was to cancel the tickets and book another NOW the NEW STORY starts - Earlier when I booked It was like per ticket around 12200/- ie 24400/- for 2tickets shall be deducted and now its saying Your refund amount as Rs.10700/-approx for both the tickets. My actual Ticket cost was 71990/-
I Finally Pray to MMT to issue me Alternate Ticket cost of Rs.112729/-

With lot of pain I am writing this . I booked up and down Bangalore to Kolkata and Kolkata to Bangalore On 5th September 2021 the PNR is BLR to CCU —— OQV1HH
CCU to BLR —— QQEL7X but immediately I contacted your people asked her about cancellation because I want to rebook the tickets with refundable on cancellation option she assured that refund amount will be 7500/ if the cancellation done today- I believed her and requested her to cancel but to my surprise only 2096/- refund amount processed very bad why keeping such staff giving wrong information please recheck and kindly refund the full amount as assured by you Rs7500/-

I am frequent user of mmt for my travel. When my holiday was cancelled due to covid i received refund for it after a year and when i transferred into my bank account it got credited by 0.83 paise instead of 16800 is it a joke?

Dear make my trip,

Please check with the bank statement my amount of 6000 rupees got debited from Axis bank while booking Flight ticket from Kolkata to Hyderabad on 18th for Suhmita Saha in Indigo flight 6E 788 morning 5:45 to 7:30 non stop. Unfortunately make my trip app says that payment is failed but the amount got debited from my account. Here I have given the bank statement details of the debited amount. Please send me the ticket for the booking I made or please refund my money.

While Booking a train from Rajkot to Mathura, It took us to the payment page.
we scanned the QR code from MMT Payment page (Transaction ID[protected]

Payment completed but it showed Your transaction failed! Please try again with a new QR Code in MMT (Attached Screenshot of same)

Then we again did the payment and the second time it worked. So amount was debited twice.

While I was doing Internet Payment for my “Bengaluru – Varanasi-Bengaluru” Indigo flight through MMT, I got an error screen showing no response. But when I checked my SBI account Rs 10, 046 has been debited.

Now in my MMT account no Booking ID or status of this transaction is reflected. KInldy note that I am very old customer of MMT and has faced this issue for the first time.

Please do help me …

Booked ticket booked in Makemytrip from Brahampur, Odissa to Chennai. Bus has cancelled and given standing in another bus.

I have booked order.and cancelled next day.the app is showing refunded but amount is not credited to my account.

I have not received any refund for my cancelled booking id no. AD[protected]

I did not receive refund for my flight booked against the Booking ID: NF[protected].
Entire trip was cancelled by the airline and I am expecting full refund as already raised the request.

Noone is available to answer the call when I try calling on the support line. They direct you to some link for refund status which is not audible clearly.Why is MMT trying to make people duffer who has booked the tickets through your portal ????

Please process the entire refund amount immediately.

I tired to book a bus from delhi to nainital of delhi tours and travels from make my travel but money deducted from my account and they have not booked my ticket nor did they send any confirmation regarding bus reservation I requested them to refund my money instantly using email but there is no response please provide with any phone no .
So that I can request them to process my refund as this becomes a case of fraud I want my refund as early as possible

I booked a ticket to Delhi from Patna today[protected].
It deducted Rs 5400/- from my bank account.
And then it showed that my order #NF[protected]A1 is awaited. And I haven't received any confirmation on the ticket yet.

But my this booking is unsuccessfull, and Total amount RS- 3, 196.76 is deduct from my bank account. But till now they not refund my money. Please refer to the above subject. In this connection, it is to inform your that I have forced to cancel my trip ID: NF[protected] and PNR Z7159L for my trip from Mumbai to Delhi after reschedule the flight by the airlines. After cancellation request, it was informed to me that the refund amount of Rs. 10, 974/- was send to my wallet section instantly in the form of My Cash, however till date neither the amount was credited in wallet Section nor in original payment mode i.e. Credit Card causing difficulty to me. Further, I am unable to process the same through app as suggested on call of customer service and mail also. Please do the needful at an early date to avoid further mental stress to me. There is no way to contact for refund from the company as well as their support mail is only sending auto generated mail.

This complaint is regarding a flight scheduled on 30th Aug with Booking IDNN[protected]. I had cancelled the flight on 27th Aug and the amount refunded was showing to be around 24, 000 INR. But today I have gotten a mail stating the refunded amount will be Around 5, 000 INR. According to cancellation rules, if anyone cancels the flight before the flight date then the airline deducts 13100 INR. Very disappointed with the service. THis is certainly a scam. I want my money back. Please help.
