Hello Team,
I had booked my ticket MAKEMYTRIP INDIA PVT L on[protected]:22:52:30.

I have not yet got the ticket in my email or my account in the app.
I am not able to reach out to any customer support. They keep saying no ticket booked on the number. I can't find any booking details on the account as well. But I got a statement from the bank that the amount had been deducted.
Please I need customer support to check this issue.

Below are the details for the amount transaction.

      Hi team,

      This is the second time for me with MMT and this issue with you not having and online platform or an executive to talk with and raise a complaint.

      I tried to book a flight it went through the card portal and deducted 7024 from the account.

      And I have waited for 48 hrs reading other complaints to see if it works for refund but it has not .

      Please help with the refund process.

        Yesterday i was booking a flight from Allahabad to delhi at around 12:05 a.m . There was some issue at that time. It showed my booking failed but when I checked my bank account, the money had got deducted. I don't know what to do. I contacted make my trip . They said they will call me again. But nobody called. Plss look into it asap . I want to make another booking which I won't be able to until I get my refund.

          I booked kerala trip with ID -NL[protected] via MakeMyTrip.
          But after covid, it had been cancelled. However refund of it could not received yet

              I have cancelled my existing booking due to flight cancelled . Refund amount has already been credited to my Wallet account. When i try to transfer my amount 11580 to my bank account, but due to sum technical error amount not transfer to my bank accout. Than I try again and again for tfr to bank but the amount not show in my wallet account nor tfr to my bank. Please solve this problem as soon as possible.                 I booked a flight ticket from Bangalore to Mumbai on 4 th August 2021. flight got cancelled. I got message and what's app message saying refund has been processed and refund amount is in my wallet. make my trip entered wrong email ID.                   I booked a flight for New Delhi to Kolkata on 03.08.2021 for journey on 08.08.2021. However, because of some reason I cancelled the flight on 06.08.2021.                   Our bus from Delhi-Siligury (20th Aug, 2021)was canceled by the bus operator. They called me after 2.5-3 hours later to inform me that they were providing an alternate bus and if I wanted to take it. I said a BOLD NO. Then they threatened me that they wouldn't refund any of my money because they arranged an alternate bus for me, about which, they informed me 3 hours later and after I booked flight tickets.

                  Makemytrip.com have not yet called me to inquire the matter.

                    yesterday I want to book ticket from Vapi to Rajkot in makemytrip app but after payment showing as failed but ticket fees debited from my account .In makemytrip app nothing showing about booking .

                    Trying to speak with Customer care but given number in site are usless, they are not connecting to customer executive and also not connecting some number .
                    i need solution immediately .

                      Every time I raise a complaint it is said, transfer will be done in 5-7 days and ticket is closed. For past one month money is not transferred.
                      I can’t believe MMT can take away customers money like this when wallet to bank transfer us triggered.

                        Dear Sir,

                        This is regarding the refund status for my flight from Mumbai -
                        Singapore and back !!.

                        I still havent recd refund wherein the news show that the lot of
                        refund has been initiated by Jet airways to the travel agent. ( makemytrip)

                        They do not revert when i speak about Jet Airways refund and then put me on hold and later the line gets disconnected.

                        May i know the refund status .

                          Dear Sir
                          I Vinod Sainani and my wife Seema Sainani are booked by Go First G8 176 and 209 from Pune to Delhi and onward to Jammu on 16-17 November 21.

                          G8 176 is scheduled to depart from Pune at 2225 on16 November 21. I believe that this flight is non existent as there are no flights taking off from Pune airport after 2000 as confirmed by Pune airport authorities.

                          Sir basically we should not have been offered a non existent flight. To resolve this issue May I request you to approach the airline and reschedule our booking to the Go First flight from Pune to Delhi on the same date at 1930.

                            I booked a ticket in February 2020, from Delhi to Sydney through Make my trip, reference number NN[protected] paying an amount of Rs 72258 FOR Travelling to Sydney from New Delhi .
                            on 20th feb 2020 and back on 4th april 2020.

                            due to pandemic flights were not operative for return journey on 4th April. I marked it Cancelled but till date even after 16 months Refund is not received. please look into it.

                              I am Sudha from Ludhiana, I have booked a room from make my trip on 8th of july and same day i have cancelled. I have received all the confirmation status for cancelling y order and refunding amount in your account within 10-12 days.
                              now it has been over one month till dated din't received. Please look into this matter and kindly resolve it.

                                I have booked 2 tickets with you for self and wife from PNQ TO IXJ by Go First G8 176 & 209 on 16-17 Nov2021.
                                I now understand that G8 176 scheduled to depart from Pune at 2225 hrs on 16 Nov 21 cannot operate as there are airport restrictions at Pune airport after 2000 hrs.
                                Kindly re schedule me, Vinod Sainani and my wife Seema Sainaini by an earlier Go First flight at 1930 hrs from PNQ to DEL on 16 Nov21 to resolve the problem created by you in offering bookings for a non-operational flight.

                                I[censored]nable to do so please refund my entire amount for these 2 sectors for me and my wife.

                                  Unable to Login Account and no customer support

                                  My registered mobile number with MYBIZ account at MMT is now deactivated. Even if I have email id and password I cannot login to my account as Login required OTP sent on mobile number. My refund was credited in MMT wallet due to flight cancelled because of COVID.
