This is with regards to my refund related issue from Make my Trip.
I have been running about between the Bank and Make my Trip for my Refund of Rs. 11310 since January 2021. Also have filed numerous complaints but I haven't received my refund yet. It has been 6 months now that I am following up for the refund. But it is like there is no hear to my cry. I am tired of running about between them as it is waste...

The MMT app says that you can transfer the wallet balance to your bank if it is due to trip cancellation.
However while trying to do so from the app, the option is not working.

I would wish to speak from a representative from MMT and get this resolved.

Please assist at the earliest.

Recently, I paid 1520 Rs to MakeMyTrip for booking bus ticket using Amazon UPI transaction (HDFC account number 405988xxxxxx5585). Transaction diclained but amount is deducted from my HDFC bank account. After that, I paid again for booking bus ticket. While I check my bank statement, amount deducted two times. My cab booking NC27625886 Bengaluru to Mysuru was on 11/7/21. I was charged for 185 kms, but the actual distance was only 161kms. I complained in my feed back REQUEST ID.[protected] ON 12/7/21. I was told it will be resolved in 5-7 days .I have not got my refund till date.

Also the driver behaviour was not friendly and unprofessional...

I have a flight ticket booked for the upcoming date 29th July 2021 through the application.
I need to cancel it and I tried doing that through app.

The app doesn’t open the page for cancellation instead only shows a blank white screen from where I can go anywhere.

I Booked a Rail ticket on 19 Jul. 2021. The Booking is failed due to some technical Glitch. And money is deducted from account. And it is showing that refund is credited by 20-21 Jul.
And Now it is showing refund is processed. And my money is not came in my account.

We booked aroom in Eros hotel nehru place in New Delhi, first of all we had to wait for half an hour for the bell boy to carry our luggage. When we entered room, it was damp and full of foul smell that was unbearable, on complaining we were shifted from worst room to worse room.
The experience is pathetic and undesirable...

My ticket had some mistakes in my name even after i gave my full name and surname. When requested both online and on maemytrip Aa, its not been resolved.

While booking a ticket from ahmedabad to kolkata via flight the money has been deducted but ticket has nor been booked. Rs 10827 has been deducted. Please refund the amount....
