Dear sir/madam,

Further to the cancelation of my ticket on 14th August, I have not received the refund so far in my account. It is not possible to get hold of any sources related to the company neither they are having any options for refund queries on call. As I need to book the ticket, I need my refund as early as possible.

    I am not able to download my flight tax invoice from makemytrip. They haven't even sent it to me over mail.
    There is no way we can contact the customer service because this site doesn't have any provision for the same.

    This is the worst experience.
    Please send me the invoice asap.

      I booked round trip ticket form guwahati to newdelhi via you amounting to 16732 rupees. I did 1st payment via sbi internet banking (ref:[protected]IGALUHWDU5). The amount got debited from my account but i got transaction failed message from your end. So i did another UPI tansaction (UPI/DR/[protected] which was immediately recieved from your end and so i got the tickets. I immediately contacted your customer support. He assured me that money will be refunded within 72 hours. I even called sbi customer care they said that money has been received by the merchant twice. My payment details at your website is also showing a total amount of 32744 rupees. Kindly return my 16732 rupees as soon as possible and release me from this mental anxiety.

        Hi,

        I had booked tickets on August 12th, 2021 with the booking ID mentioned below. I have been trying to connect to your support team but there is no response from your end. On the same day, my ticket was voided by your executive Mr. Naveen Gupta, who had booked my ticket and I was told by him that my refund is initiated on the same day and I will be getting a mail for the same. I haven't received any mail or refund till date. Also, I have been calling every day but your team is not responding and telling me that Mr. Naveen Gupta is not available. They are telling that a call back is arranged but no call back at all from your end. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible and give my refund.

          I have booked hotel at MMT for[protected] and due to some reason I have canceled it on 13th august 2021 . And the message was shown for refund will credit in 2 work and already 10 days have been passed today and they are not answering me and not returning my amount. According to their policy refund will be given in 2 working days but now they are refusing it by saying government banks settlement time is 12 working day ? Application is showing 24-26 august for refund and there arey saying 31 st august . Why they are doing this …

            I have apply for ticket cancellation on 12th Nov, i have received the partial amount in credit card, but i have not received the remaining amount which was in the form vouchers yet, i am consistently calling MMT but there is response from customer support about complaint resolution . Only I receiving the message the refund is provided but in actual i have not received the refund . I want to do rebooking of tickets in sept 21, pl advise how should i go ahead

              Hello Team,
              I had booked my ticket MAKEMYTRIP INDIA PVT L on[protected]:22:52:30.

              I have not yet got the ticket in my email or my account in the app.
              I am not able to reach out to any customer support. They keep saying no ticket booked on the number. I can't find any booking details on the account as well. But I got a statement from the bank that the amount had been deducted.
              Please I need customer support to check this issue.

                  Hi team,

                  This is the second time for me with MMT and this issue with you not having and online platform or an executive to talk with and raise a complaint.

                  I tried to book a flight it went through the card portal and deducted 7024 from the account.

                  And I have waited for 48 hrs reading other complaints to see if it works for refund but it has not .

                  Please help with the refund process.

                    Yesterday i was booking a flight from Allahabad to delhi at around 12:05 a.m . There was some issue at that time. It showed my booking failed but when I checked my bank account, the money had got deducted. I don't know what to do. I contacted make my trip . They said they will call me again. But nobody called. Plss look into it asap . I want to make another booking which I won't be able to until I get my refund.

                          I have cancelled my existing booking due to flight cancelled . Refund amount has already been credited to my Wallet account. When i try to transfer my amount 11580 to my bank account, but due to sum technical error amount not transfer to my bank accout. Than I try again and again for tfr to bank but the amount not show in my wallet account nor tfr to my bank. Please solve this problem as soon as possible.                               I booked a flight for New Delhi to Kolkata on 03.08.2021 for journey on 08.08.2021. However, because of some reason I cancelled the flight on 06.08.2021.                               Our bus from Delhi-Siligury (20th Aug, 2021)was canceled by the bus operator. They called me after 2.5-3 hours later to inform me that they were providing an alternate bus and if I wanted to take it. I said a BOLD NO. Then they threatened me that they wouldn't refund any of my money because they arranged an alternate bus for me, about which, they informed me 3 hours later and after I booked flight tickets.

                              Makemytrip.com have not yet called me to inquire the matter.

                                  Every time I raise a complaint it is said, transfer will be done in 5-7 days and ticket is closed. For past one month money is not transferred.
                                  I can’t believe MMT can take away customers money like this when wallet to bank transfer us triggered.

                                    Dear Sir,

                                    This is regarding the refund status for my flight from Mumbai -
                                    Singapore and back !!.

                                    I still havent recd refund wherein the news show that the lot of
                                    refund has been initiated by Jet airways to the travel agent. ( makemytrip)

                                    They do not revert when i speak about Jet Airways refund and then put me on hold and later the line gets disconnected.

                                    May i know the refund status .

                                      Dear Sir
                                      I Vinod Sainani and my wife Seema Sainani are booked by Go First G8 176 and 209 from Pune to Delhi and onward to Jammu on 16-17 November 21.

                                      G8 176 is scheduled to depart from Pune at 2225 on16 November 21. I believe that this flight is non existent as there are no flights taking off from Pune airport after 2000 as confirmed by Pune airport authorities.

                                      Sir basically we should not have been offered a non existent flight. To resolve this issue May I request you to approach the airline and reschedule our booking to the Go First flight from Pune to Delhi on the same date at 1930.
