I have apply for ticket cancellation on 12th Nov, i have received the partial amount in credit card, but i have not received the remaining amount which was in the form vouchers yet, i am consistently calling MMT but there is response from customer support about complaint resolution . Only I receiving the message the refund is provided but in actual i have not received the refund . I want to do rebooking of tickets in sept 21, pl advise how should i go ahead

I have send mail communication on 28th Jan 2021, no reply on resolution of the same . ( My mail ID is- [protected]@gmail.com)
There is no provision with MMT to call to their customer care executives .
