Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing this mail for to inquire about refund of my cancelled train tickets, PNR #[protected]
My train tickets with Booking ID - NR[protected] were cancelled on 26th December by me. I chose option of "refund to wallet". the website says that it should be processed immediately and also confirms that it has been processed in "my trips" section.
However, I have not received any refund ( amount INR 1125) nor email confirmation of the refund between the last 4-5 days. attaching the screenshot from website where it says refund processed, for your reference, as mentioned before, i have not received any mail from makemytrip
I wrote a mail about the same to [protected]@makemytrip.com, but haven't received a response yet.
Please help in resolving the refund issue
