I am Bony Patel from Ahmedabad. I have an issue related to my past booking which was canceled during lockdown due to covid-19. MMT customer executive promise me that I can reschedule it within 1 year. now I want to use my credit booking. but, no person answers my call or mail and there is no option in web for reschediling. so, I contact you for help. please help me. I am also sending mail conversations between me and MMT executive.

      With reference to my Eticket NF[protected], I would like to mentioned that I booked VISTARA Airlines ticket through MAKEMYTRIP on 12.01.200 for journey from Delhi to Mumbai on 16th May, 2020. But, due to Covid Lockdown, my flight was cancelled. As per VISTARA Airline refund has already done last month, but still I have not received refund from makemytrip. I humbly request to please help me in getting the refund at earliest possible time

        Hello Deep Karla,

        I am in terrible situation, stuck with your IVR & unable to reach the flight department using your IVR.. I am a long time user of Make my trip & I have booked several hotels/flights bookings in your make my trip. Only mistake I did was, I booked the fights as guest account.. Using the guest account, in my alternate telephone number +91 [protected], did booking for Bangalore – Chandigarh & I paid INR 13300+..
        After booking it didn’t provide me any order details and went blank..

        Here is the night mare.. Your IVR system is not allowing any guest users to reach customer care.. Chat Bot system as well needs lot of improvement, I had major difficulty with my previous orders as well, using your chat bot. No way your chat bot, will help me in this situation, when I don’t have order details ..

        I tried a different way using my previous cancelled order, I reached the hotel department. On my first call, I was pushed off saying no order details available & I was told may be sync issue and asked me to try again (Time of call: 04:30am, 17th Dec).. I tried after sometime, still the same .My second call to hotel department, was around 8:30 – 09:00am, because I don’t have a choice to reach the fight department, your IVR is not letting me in, because I don’t have order details.. This time hotel department guys said, order details reflecting & payment status showing as failed, however he is not able to let me know, what’s next to revert the money. There was run around for almost an hour between myself and customer care agent, saying it is not possible to transfer to flight department, unable to transfer to manager, unable to send emails and all restrictions.. He kept repeating, to call IVR and enter the order number, which was not working for almost 4hours.. I was admandent and asked for supervisor connect. After long struggle, I was transferred to supervisor..

        After long struggle with supervisor agreed to send email to escalation team, however gave disclaimer he cannot assure me any resolution or someone reaching out to me.. everyone kept saying no option to talk to other department or send email or arrange callback. You cannot leave your customer in dark like this.. Either don’t accept users to book as guest, accept only registered users or provide proper support..

        Automations is great initiative to save company’s cost, however if it is not designed properly, you will lose your customers like me.. My 13, 300+ is at stake, I don’t have resolution rather than sending this email. Please help me.. please put myself in your shoes..

            I have not yet received refund for the Booking ID - NF[protected], flight cancelled due covid by airline itself

            my flight from chandigarh to banglore via mumbai .on 31jan2021 is cancelled by airline indigo
            ...
            now refund amount 6720 thy refunded to makemytrip...

            .but still make my trip company not refunded back to me promise date was 14 dec 2020

            plz solve this issue

              This is with regards to our Make My Trip Booking ID NF[protected], Mangalore-Mumbai Flight ( 6E-295, Travel Date was June 7, 2020). Passenger Names : Rohith Somasundaram, Mallika Anchan, Meenakshi Anchan, Vivaan Anchan, Vedant Anchan.

              Due to the pandemic, this flight got cancelled. We spoke to the airline directly as well, who confirmed that Indigo Airlines has already refunded this amount to Make My Trip on Nov 3.

              However, till date we have not got this refund.
              We are not able to get thru the customer service of Make My Trip in a meaningful way via their IVR or Chatbots. They do not even provide an email id that we can communicate on.

              We need help with this refund of Rs.24, 750/-

                Ref ID- IGAJVKRDH7 OR IGAJVKRKC5 booking dated- 13/11/2020 at 9.08 or 9.11 pm. Amount of booking is Rs 13924/- but paid Rs 27848/- through Billdesk and net banking. The transaction through net banking was failed but later on settled. On enquired with Billdesk and net banking they informed both transaction settled with Makemytrip. After 9 days passed but till date excess amount of Rs 13924/- not returned in my account.

                So I request to you that make refund of Rs 13924/- as early as possible.

                  I had booked a round trip flight from Bengaluru to Indore on 16th feb, 2020 which was cancelled by the airline and the amount was refunded back to mmt wallet. I selected the option to transfer the money back to my original payment mode but it has been more than 15 days and still the amount has not been credited back to my account. The booking id is N[censored]46. The refund request was reviewed and the reference no is INR16*************96

                    The main problem was actual train time is 5:05 morning...
                    But
                    Ur given time is 6:45 mrg..at same date...
                    Due to ur given fake information
                    Am and family suffering for missing the train..and waste of my money and

                      I booked the Rajasthan package from MMT on 14th Dec Morning with booking id NL[protected]. Complete amount was paid for the trip. Problem started soon after I booked the ticket

                      Problem 1 - Post booking I received all the vouchers of travel except for the one at Radisson at Jodhpur (Not a big issue I though this might be some delay in Jodhpur booking). 2 hours after booking since the Jodhpur hotel booking voucher was still not reflecting I made a call to Jodhpur Hotel and they said will have to check and come back. I gave my MMT booking Id and Hotel Booking Id to the Radisson Jodhpur Hotel.

                      Problem 2 - Soon after the call my entire Itinerary got changed and it sharted reflecting booking for only one hotel instead of 4 (Attached screen shot).

                        its almost a year i had booked a ticket through MMT for may 12 th from mumbai to blore return on 21 st may 2020 and this ticket i booked in NOV 2019 i also paid RS1499 as a MMT BLACK ANNUAL FEE apart from this now neither i have got my refund till date as per supreme courts order with interest nor have i got my 1499 annual fee cancellation back now whom do i mail and when will i get the money back i have mailed mmt several times but they dont care pls help me in getting my money back

                          This is purely data theft and misuse of personal details, I have been to a hotel last year and recently i have noticed a fake comment on my name while seraching my name on google. This is not written by me and i am unable to delete it, so i have also tried contacting the hotel, calling mmt customer care but nothing is working. I want this comment to be deleted.Booking Id: NH[protected]

                          -Spoke to MMT customer care, raised a complaint. They told be they are not responsible.
                          -Spoke to hotel owner. He told me MMT is responsible.
                          -Spoke to Hotel and MMT mediator. He said he escalated the issue and cant to anything.
                          -Now i have also deactivated my MMT account.

                            I booked a round trip flight for my parents from Gorakhpur to New Delhi. I tried to cancel the return flight from Delhi to GKP through a Goibibo agent, but got a response that the flight is already canceled. Firstly, we did not cancel the flight and now the concern is where is our refund? We are not sure which account is used for the refund. I tried several times to contact you but no luck.

                              I had made bookings in the month of March from Chennai to Washington Dulles. The flight got cancelled due to the pandemic. I requested for a refund, as my flights were canceled. The status of the refund still shows as Refund process delayed expect refund by 05 dec - 25 dec. I have been getting the same information for the past 4 months with the different date as refund date. I have been calling the customer support and has been on at least 50 calls trying to explain the situation and no luck. MakemyTrip has changed its customer service model and now I can't even call a phone number to talk to their agents anymore. I have exhausted all my options to get the refund, hence using this channel.

                              Qatar airways confirmed that they initiated the refund from their side. So I am not sure why this is taking more than 9 months to refund.

                              Till now no action has been taken by Make my trip to solve the matter.I request them to look into the matter quickly so that I can get my refund which has been already processed by airlines and is now upto make my trip to refund the amount to me.

                                    My ticket was canceled during covid and i am trying to use that for my travel from last two time. There is no customer support details and i tried 5-6 days every time to make my booking but I couldn’t and had to book tickets of my own. Looks like i will never be able to use it. They (MMT) agents response close to last day of my journey when the fare is almost double. It never make sense to book a ticket worth 5000 at a price of 10000. They are just fooling around.

                                      I had booked tickets dubai to India and retrun before covid-19 situation. Due to covid-19 booking id "NN[protected]" was cancelled by airlines which is eligible for full refund and booking id "NN[protected]" which I cancelled. Both tickets are not refunded and they put a message on my portal saying that they issued a credit vouchers and I can use it for next booking. When I tried to book new trip, I couldn't see any voucher or any option using it. I tried all the ways to connect the customer executive, but diverting to different departments and result nothing.

                                        Still struggling to get my refund.
                                        More than a year and half since my Jet Airways flight got cancelled. I have not yet received my refund and I have still not received my refund nor any updates or support from Makemytrip or Jet Airways.
                                        I have reached out to Jet Airways as well but they ask me to reach out to the vendor instead and also no support from Makemytrip team as well.
