Respected Sir/Madam, with a heavy heart and dismay I am here to report you about the slow pace of your actions as a fully potential agency( which I believed) losing hopes of many customers . It is really saddening to inform that despite innumerable request for refunds starting from May 2020 till date, the only thing I received was your auto generated messages asking for more and more days. It sounds more like a game to me: the other day you said you will request the airlines while in the meantime you again said the airlines didn’t respond. So till when are you gonna play like this with our money??? Due to this Pandemic every one o[censored]s is affected financially( really need the money back) and even the airlines itself cancelled their flights ( which I completely understand) so looking at both sides no one is at fault . Recently when I contacted with the airlines, they clearly mentioned to me that they will definitely give the refund back as my request was acceptable. On the contrary Make My Trip wasn’t responding to their toll free no’s and even can’t reply to the mails you have sent. So where’s the transparency and so called customer- care services gone???
To remind you, I booked a round trip ticket of Etihad Airways via Make my trip (Nur-Sultan To New Delhi via Abu Dhabi, flight on 29th May, 2020) and (New Delhi to Nur-Sultan via Abu Dhabi, flight on 28th August, 2020) which cost me in total Rs 40, 669 . Both flights were cancelled due to the pandemic by airlines itself ( reason- non operational of flight) for which I have the sole right to get back the whole amount with deduction of some charges from your side . I never boarded the flight and you can’t say the flight got departed as per Government restrictions all international flights were banned at that time. To my dismay you accepted to refund back only Rs 17, 978 as per your tax invoice(dated 27 December, 2020) . This is absurd, after all these months facing a lot of financial problems I waited patiently n this is wat I got. It was a round trip ticket and you are solely responsible to give back the remaining amount as this is just the half of what I paid . Please look into this matter at the earliest ‼️‼️ When approached you were declining calls and not giving any platform to communicate with your agents. That is not going to solve it.. I had been your loyal customer and I do hope that you will surely acknowledge my hardships which wudn’t have occurred at all. Other travel agencies have refunded the whole amount to their customers from the Same airline (Etihad) So why can’t yours⁉️

    Sir, I have cancelled the air ticket and amount refunded to MMT wallet but request has been made to transfer it to original payment mode on 2nd Dec.2020. But still the said amount not yet credited to original payment mode till date which was suppose to be credited between 4 -7th Dec.2020

      I had booked a flight ticket from Bangalore to Bhubaneswar for 14 Dec 2020. However, I had to change my travel plans and I had raised a date change request on 9 Dec 2020 for 13 Dec 2020. My ticket bearing booking ID NF[protected]. I made the payment of the fare difference and got a message that the MMT team will call me within 6-8 hours. I didn't get any call from them. After waiting for 12 hours, I started looking for customer care numbers on the MMT app. All I got was a stupid chat bot that does not know anything. I had DM discussions on Twitter as well. No one bothered to call me back. After trying a lot of phone numbers, finally I could connect to the customer care. I had already made the payment of the difference amount of 3624 in the fare. Yet they asked me to pay the fare difference amount for today's fare that is 1437. That is totally unfair when they were supposed to call me from their side. However, they did not bother to call me and confirm my date change and send me the update itinerary. I am attaching are the screenshots of the booking and payments for date change. MakeMyTrip is a pathetic unprofessional portal that makes customers pay for their lethargic attitude towards business. I want the refund of the extra amount that I have paid and I expect an apology for the time and efforts I have wasted.

        Resolution Expected - Request for Refund

        I was unable to use the shell money to book tickets for 26th Oct. my transactions failed multiple times that's when their customer care helped me booked ticket but instead of Bom - Dehradun, they booked me on wrong sector Bom - del for 26th Oct. and to change sector for the error they did they will refund me the amount and i should pay difference amount of total Rs. 6814 (paid by me via a link they shared - 2454 and used from remaining amount from shell credit) now after they made me pay they closed the case and now are not responding to my mails on the refund. i went through mental stress during oct as when they booked my on wrong flight they didn't respond for more than 24 hrs and after that they lied. Such unprofessional behaviour

Please help me to fix this issue in the website also it showing transfer to Bank.

                  I booked a flight ticket for my friend on 1 April 2020.. the payment was done on 22 of March 2020.. due to the corona pandemic the ticket was cancelled by the airline company and they compensated whole amount to the make my trip company and when it is time for refund they are charging convince charge of rs.285.. when the airline company is refunded whole amount then why should a mediator eat up some part.. my booking is with booking id NF[protected]

                      I cancelled a booking with MMT and Rs 4258 got refund into mycash wallet of mmt.
                      I tried to transfer the same from mycash wallet to orignal payment mode which is axis band credit card.
                      The amount got deducted from mycahs wallet buy didnt reach my card. and i got below sms from MMT:-
                      Dear *Ankit*, we were not able to refund *₹* *4258.0* My Cash to your original pay mode. Our customer support team will shortly get in touch with you and help you with getting your money back.

                      Now it has been 22 days i am trying calling and reaching mmt they are not refunding my money. Instead after every call they raise a new complaint and close it after sometime.
                      I want to file a complaint regarding them. Please help me to get mu refund back.

                        I booked the Nidhivan Sarovar Portico Vrindavan using MakeMyTrip.com. At around 10:45 PM, I complaint hotel that blower is not working and hotel is not able to provide Milk service to my 3 years old child. When hotel did not provide resolution on these, I complained with MakeMyTrip(complaint id[protected] and they confirmed it to be resolved soon. However, it was not fixed. I again complaint with MMT and they gave new complaint number[protected] but still it was not resolved. I was in call with them till 1 AM when they confirmed that they can not provide Milk as well. Blower never worked even after these. From 8 AM, I again raised complaint for blower and worked with hotel and MMT till 11:30 AM but it did not get solved. Finally I checked out from hotel.

                        After checkout at evening, they called me how they can help now. After listening to me, next day they closed the ticket mentioned I am not accessible over call. I also can not see to provide feedback on hotel on their website now.

                            I made a booking through Icici bank credit card on 15th Dec for a bus from Pune to Bhilai NU[protected] with this booking id Amount 1642.50/- however the payment got dedicated and it shows that make My trip has received the payment However the booking did not happen now under my account it does not show and there is no way I can get in touch with Make My trip all they have is a customer care number which is just IVR and Chatbot which does not provide much information tried sending them emails but all I got is auto-response.

                              I had booked a flight ticket to travel on May 11, 2020. But due to covid 19 lock down, I was unable to travel. Last November, the honorable Supreme Court had ordered to refund the amount to those passengers who were not able to travel due to lockdown restriction. Hence make trip refunded my amount to my make my trip wallet. I had requested to transfer the money to my bank account through their application on December 4, 2020. But the amount is not credited to my bank account. They informed that it will take 3-5 working days but no update till now. I have tried contacting but no response. The booking ID is

                              My travel date was on May13 2020 due to lockdown airlines have directly cancelled the flight, So I got refund from airline(Air India) to my MMT wallet. I raised a request to transfer that amount to my bank on 28th April 2021.It is showing me that the amount was already credited to my bank account on 30th April. I don't whether its problem in my bank or MMT. Still I didn't get money to bank. Hoping an update from MMT

                              There is no direct contact with customer care. I tried to book train tickets TWICE, but they couldn't be confirmed. The money was deducted from my bank account though. The app shows that one of the amounts has been refunded to my account and the other one has been processed. However, I haven't received any refund. The app needs to resolve this commn issue.

                                I booked a flight for 7 members in makemytrip.It got cancelled due to Covid .So I requested for refund amount.Refund amount(Rs.18081) gets credited in make my trip wallet .

                                So I have initiated this refund amount from make my trip wallet to personal account .It's not get credited in my bank account.

                                I have tried to contact their customer service through both mail and phone. Phone call is not picking up and no mails have been answered.

                                I am looking forward to resolve this issue.

                                  I have booked the flight ticket of Go Air on 31st of October 2020 however i got a message from Go air on 1st of November 2020 that my flight No G8-113 has been cancelled and they kept my Rs 20000
                                  with them for future booking. Now I am unable to book the flight by using that amount and also they had denied to refund the money.
                                  I am in a great pain, either i will have to go consumer court now or i will have to sit in his office located in Gurgaon Secotor 52.

                                    My flight ticket got cancelled due to Covid lockdown in March-20 and hence my amount has been refunded in credit voucher of MMT account. I have 2 voucher with following details:
                                    1. Booking ID
                                    NF[protected]- Credit Voucher of Rs 6, 638 available for PNR QF7HSA
                                    2. Booking ID
                                    NF[protected]- Credit Voucher of Rs 16, 392 available for PNR TE9JYT
                                    Validity of this voucher is 28th Feb-2021. Now i have to book flight ticket by using this credit voucher amount. But it's not happening. I have been sending email to MMT support team since 20 days, but no respose. their customer care number is also not working.                                       This is with reference to my booking id NF[protected]. for 2 nos flight tickets from Bangalore to Kannur.
                                      After payment was debited from my account, I got a confirmation that tickets have been booked, BUT NO TICKET WAS RECEIVED AT THE GIVEN E MAIL ID.
                                      When I contacted their customer care, which is completely automated, I got a response that the above booking ID does not exist.
                                      Also it is impossible to get any human assistance from customer care of MakeMy Trip for refund of the money paid as

                                      Kindly refer to the screen shots of bank confirmation of debiting the payment from my account and also from makemy trip confirming the booking.

                                      I e mailed customer support of MakeMyTrip as well as to their CEO, but did not get any response.

                                      Request your help in this matter to ensure that I get full refund of payment made to Make My Trip at the earliest.
