With reference to my Eticket NF[protected], I would like to mentioned that I booked VISTARA Airlines ticket through MAKEMYTRIP on 12.01.200 for journey from Delhi to Mumbai on 16th May, 2020. But, due to Covid Lockdown, my flight was cancelled. As per VISTARA Airline refund has already done last month, but still I have not received refund from makemytrip. I humbly request to please help me in getting the refund at earliest possible time.

There is no update from makemytrip for my airticket refund. It is one month now, since VISTARA airlines has given back money to.makemyhtrip

    I booked Spice jet flight SG371(BOM - ATQ) for the date June 6th 2020 for my son Harnoor Singh Bedi. This flight was cancelled by spice jet as per Govt of Maharashtra advisory. Now as per orders of Honorable Supreme court of India, Full amount paid for booking has to be refunded. I raised refund for said booking, airline informed me by mail (dated 14/102020) that have initiated refund and asked me to contact travel agency (MMT) for further action. I sent mail and even tried to claim refund using MMT app but in vain.
    Kindly do the needful for refund and oblige.

        Hi,
        I have booked the round trip from Chennai to Varanasi. The travel was scheduled in Apr 2020. Due to pandemic all the flights were cancelled. The Indigo airline has provided 100% refund to the travel agent. But the MakeMyTrip is not refunding my money. On top of this they have deducted cancellation fees. I have tried several times to talk to their customer service agent. But nobody is answering my calls. My call was redirected to auto message. I request the government authorities to intervene and order the travel company to repay the 100% amount to the customers who’s travel canceled due to COVID-19. Thank you.

          A refund of amount in excess of 10k is due following cancellation of flight due to COVID 19. MMT has not refunded they subject amout yet.

          I have tried various ways to intimate MMT with regards to this refund but not received a single response.

          Kindly see to it that the money is refunded immediately without any further delays.

            Dear sir

            I want to know where is my money lying

            This is Ibrahim the month of November am booked 3 hotel booking through your internet banking most of the time am using your gateway but now I dont know this is bank mistake or MakeMy trip mistake .

            Please make sure about the queries.

            While making hotel booking through the MakeMyTrip website, my payment got confirmed through the payment gateway, yet the ticketing process did not get completed. A page was displayed saying that the 'payment failed". So, the payment had now been deducted from my account and there was no Booking reference no to show for it.

            Transaction date 30 11 2020

            Time 11:39 am.

            Amount 3920/-

            Payment mode internet banking

            And again I did card payment it's worked but the amount deducted double time

            I need my money back as soon as possible .

              I had booked round way tickets Hyderabad to Delhi on Feb 2020 which was extended to feb 2021. Hyderabad to Delhi was cancelled by the airlines due to Covid restriction, post which I csncelled the Delhi to Hyderabad ticket . Both showed full refund and I received the credit receipt email from the Airlines.
              However amount did not credit in my account. I asked bank and they said nothing is pending. I spoke to airlines and they informed me that Makemytrip should credit the amount to wallet and that I should speak to make my trip. There is no customer care number and I placed complaint through the makemytrip app and shared the receipts. But no response yet. This is not the right way to make customer run around for their money. Please help get my refund credited. PNR ZGV33C

                  I had booked ticket for myself and my family to travel on 4th and return on 6th from Goa. Though while purchasing the ticket, I had not opted for cancellation of flights. At the time of booking on 18/11/2020, there was no notification from the State Government about travel to other states including Goa. However, after the booking was done, we got the notification that we need to quarantine ourselves for 14 days in case we visit states like Goa, Rajasthan, Delhi etc. Now, while cancelling the flight, I am getting no refund. I am giving this complaint 3 days prior to my travel. However, it is surprising that in this pandemic, the Airlines are asking Rs. 3000/- per passenger in case one wants to cancel the flight or Rs. 2500/- for shifting the dates. Further, Make my trip is charging separately for cancellation. In case we travel out of State, then we will have to be quarantine in that State and again in Maharashtra. In such a situation how a person can travel is my question. I want the full refund of my booking charges as it is no way going to cause any loss to the Airlines as well as Make my trip, if I cancel my flight. If I do not get full refund, I will have no other option but to go for legal recourse.

                    Flight was Cancelled by Airline

                    My PNR is cancelled by the airline, Airline not deducted any cancellation penalty. I asked the airline about my refund . They already initiate a refund to MakeMyTrip and airline confirmed that agent received the money.
                    I still not received the refund from agent (MakeMyTrip) . its been 14 days now .
                    MakeMyTrip customer support is not helpful, they are not responding to mail also. I have received automated mail everytime that you can check the status in my trip section .

                    Please help me to get my refund .

                      Hi
                      I have booked a flight from MMT. I have got booking confirmation Booking Id: NF[protected]. The travel time on this Id is 18.40 hours and the boarding pass received is for 08.20 hours.

                      Due to this mismatch I am unable to take the flight as I had planned as per 18.40 hours and cannot make it for 08.20 hours.

                      Kindly issue me full refund as the error was made on your part.

                        Singapore Airlines cancelled the flight from Mumbai to Sydney round trip and refunded the amount to MMT wallet.
                        From MMT wallet i selected the money to be transferred to original payment mode(Credit card)

                        Few days later(28th Nov 2020) i received a message from Make my trip to update the details for refund to process on a link, but the link is not accessible.
                        I tried calling MMT customer care for updating required information but not getting any option to talk to executive, nor their chat bot useful for this kind of request.

                        Now MMT wallet is showing 0, and my account is also not credited with the refund money. So money looks lost.
                        Please help in contacting MMT to know the root cause why money is not yet credited to original payment method.

                          I had booked a ticket on 27th Feb for my son's return ticket from UK through MakeMyTrip. The ticket was booked for Virgin - London to Delhi and Delhi to Bangalore by Vistara. Ticket was for 15th July 2020. and Return in Sept.

                          All flights were cancelled due to Covid and he could not come. Now flights are open and he wants to come from Dec break and I am trying to get a re-issue of the ticket through makemytrip (as instructed by Virgin) - now I have been trying their website - and I am unable to rebook on the website though the ticket is showing. On their App the ticket is shown as completed, but I am unable to manage that. So I have been calling their call center for the last 5 days and call center is refusing to take the rebooking. To manage the existing booking they are disconnecting in IVR by sending a link which goes to the app or website and does not work. For a new booking against credit against existing booking, they are saying we will transfer your call to respective department (tried 4 times) the call goes to IVR or drops in between while waiting for call transfer to happen. I am trying day in and day out and spend more than 12 hours in the entire process to no avail. Today also it did not go through the iVR itself.
                          Kindly help me to reach out to the right officials so I can get this rebooking done, The credit is available with virgin but it has to be booked through makemytrip as original booking was thru them. They just don't want to take up my case and rebook and making me go around in circles.

                            Please find below mail, where Make My Trip agent agreed with me to have my booking price as 63, 594 but now charged with 67479. I have waited almost 15 working days now and there is no response and no support, but just asks me to wait.

                            She mentioned to book via her, so that I get ground support and 1:1 relationship manager, where I am getting none. I have booked for my friend online where he is getting proper support and his relationship manager is also in touch with him.

                            Attached all proofs screen prints and the price that is shown now in MMT page. Please do help and take necessary actions. The date is fast approaching and I think I have waited enough listening to Seema.

The transaction through Payu was failed but later on settled. On enquired with Billdesk and Payu they informed both transaction settled with Makemytrip. After 9 days passed but till date excess amount of Rs 21747/- not returned in my account.

                                Hello, My name is Ankit Goyal. I am a resident of Bangalore, India. I had booked a flight ticket from Dubai to Bhubaneswar for 27 March 2020 for 3 people(Myself, my wife and my daughter). Since, the COVID pandemic was spreading, I called the MakeMyTrip customer care on 10th March and asked them to cancel my ticket and reschedule my wife's and my daughter's ticket. My ticket(Ankit Goyal) was cancelled and the flight was rescheduled for my wife and my baby to 12th March 2020. I paid the reschedule fees for the 2 tickets - my wife's and my baby's. I was supposed to get refund for the cancelled ticket for myself. I got an email from MakeMyTrip that amount of Rs. 9216 would be credited in my account within 6 working days. However, I have not got the refund yet and it has been almost 9 months. I called up the customercare several times, also sent them email but there is no response from them.                                   Make my trip has not yet refunded my money even after airlines has released the refund to make my trip. And no way to contact Customer support agents only chat bot is available which is useless. Moreover all the 24*7 helpline numbers mentioned on their official website are not working.

                                    I got the refund from Goair for cancellation of flight in my wallet. But why they didn't send my refund to the source account from where money got debit during transaction...
                                    Still no problem, I chose to transfer the my refund amount from wallet to bank account (source account). I did it, money got debit from wallet but even after 6 days, it is not showing in my bank account...
                                    Please take appropriate action.

                                      I didn't get my refund of Bangaluru - delhi flight against transaction Id[protected] of Rs. 5342 which was processed by Indigo airline on 22nd October, 20 but was pending from MMT agency and inspite of getting confirmation from MMT through email and SMS still my wallet balance is showing nil balance. No response from MMT customer care through both phone and email mode makes me to write here. I want my refund back on high priority basis please help.

                                        I have booked flight with booking ID NN[protected] on Jan 2020. Due to Corona I had to postpone and then cancel the trip. Talked to the Flight company (Scoot) and they have given me mail proof that they have refunded to Makemytrip (30530.44 /-). But still make my trip is not returning the money and there is no way to check the refund claim status also. Already claimed 3 times. MakeMyTrip representatives have replied in Umang app that money will be refunded in 14 days from September 2020 but still not getting any amount.
