I had booked tickets dubai to India and retrun before covid-19 situation. Due to covid-19 booking id "NN[protected]" was cancelled by airlines which is eligible for full refund and booking id "NN[protected]" which I cancelled. Both tickets are not refunded and they put a message on my portal saying that they issued a credit vouchers and I can use it for next booking. When I tried to book new trip, I couldn't see any voucher or any option using it. I tried all the ways to connect the customer executive, but diverting to different departments and result nothing.

    Still struggling to get my refund.
    More than a year and half since my Jet Airways flight got cancelled. I have not yet received my refund and I have still not received my refund nor any updates or support from Makemytrip or Jet Airways.
    I have reached out to Jet Airways as well but they ask me to reach out to the vendor instead and also no support from Makemytrip team as well.

        As per attached email the airline is giving me full refund however your team is not giving any single refund. I raised a request on 9th Dec 2020 to make my trip however they said I will get my money back but on 10th Dec I received an email saying refund amount is 0 please check both email and assist as soon as possible.

          We booked 2 tickets from make my trip on 8th of april (goair airlines)with the price of 6675/- which was cancelled on lockdown they said our money is safe using pnr we can travel on further dates so after six months due to family health reasons we rescheduled both the tickets on 21st of november(goair airlies) through make my trip
          With the additional cost 6500/- but before 4 days of the departure the flight was cancelled and i didn't have reschedule option on 21st of November so i raised the request of credit shell or refund the total amount paid by me was 13175/- but they initiated 5976/- refund.
          I called make my trip customer care agent
          Mrs.srimoyee told that i cancelled the ticket so we wont refund or airlines wont refund the money or give credit shell
          She spoke rudely as if we were idiots and she even cut the call in between 2 times
          I was a frequent customer of make my trip as my family nearly book 20 -30 tickets every year this is the service they provide to the loyal customer they say go ask airlines and the goair airlines is full of [censored] they doesnt even pick the call from customer for more than a hour i waited
          They try to loot in even nationwide lockdown time.
          Never use make my trip and go air airlines.
          Mmake my trip Agents are rude
          Goair airlines doesnt give a damn about their customer
          At last only customers have to pay the price of all.
          I recommend not to book through make my trip and never travel with goair airlines.

              I booked two deluxe room at AM hotel kollection panchmarhi for 2 adult and two children each but I got the voucher for 1 adult and 1 child per room. tried to call mmt but it is sending me back to web page or app.
              tried to complai through mail, waiting for reply.

                Indigo cancelled flight on dec 02nd 2020 from Delhi to chennai (PNR MRGQPR) and refunded amount to MakeMyTrip on 13th Nov. However I have not received any credit to my account. It very difficult in touch with MMT customer care or through any email. All emails are getting bounced.

                Please help to get the amount back, I have attached the confirmation received from Indigo Airlines.

                  I have booked my AirTickets through makemytrip for GoAir flight. Due to the pandemic issues the flight was cancelled and my amount was refunded by GoAir. But after a week also I didnt get my amount back and its still with Makemytrhip. I am not getting any updates on my ticket also.
                  Dont know what to do.

                      I have got the refund in wallet. I saw option to transfer wallet money in source.
                      I transferred on 27th Nov but still have not got amount back in my account.
                      Can you please check & let me know when will I get the refund.

                      Still no updates on the refund in the bank account. There is no information on the MMT website about the time required for transferring cash from wallet to account. The customer care is also useless as there is no representative. The IVR says it will be refunded shortly and disconnects the call.

                        For my spicejet booking having PNR JEY33N cancelled by spicejet and the amount is showing in MakeMyTrip Wallet. I want the entire amount to be refunded to my account. Not getting response from Make My Trip. Tried various numbers available on their website.

                        @ MakeMyTrip: Please refund the amount to my account using same Payment method that was used while booking.

                          I booked different trains during corona period and owing to that got some amount accumulated into my wallet. After like around 4 months tried to move the wallet amount to my bank account.

                          MMT says that refund is done, but I have not got the amount into my bank account. To get the status on the same I could not reach MMT by any means. Please help me on the same

                            Charged Twice for The Flight Booking

                            Address: Plot No - 6, Trendz Venkata Sai Gateway, Green Land Colony, Gachibowli, Hyderabad

                            I had made the booking from Mumbai - Hyderabad - Mumbai with scheduled travel on 5 December 2020.

                            Booked pax was for one adult where the fare went around 7600 up and down.

                            I first have received the ticket with the correct amount but later another ticket including with the double amount.

                            When i checked my account, i understood that i have been charged twice and even makemytrip booking page also...

                            The amount got debited but the Booking was not successful. Neither the amount got refunded back

                              Hi,
                              This is regarding my Makemytrip flight booking NF[protected].
                              On 25th Nov'20 got an intimation from Indigo that they have cancelled the flights 6E-6175 for 4th Jan'21 from Mumbai to Mangalore and 6E-459 for 11th Jan'21 from Mangalore to Mumbai.

                              I got a confirmation from Indigo that the refund of Rs.22713/- has been processed and credited to MakeMyTrip and they provided the below reference nos. that confirm the amount being credited to MMT.

                              PNR: GJ9BFW[protected],[protected]
                              PNR: AN18FK[protected],[protected]

                              MakeMyTrip mobile app and website show that the amount has been refunded but, it still does not reflect on my Credit Card or Bank Statement.
                              I even locked a complaint with this, reference no. for which is[protected]. However the complaint was closed without any resolution.

                              I have been trying to reach MMT on their email ID, Customer Care nos. Twitter but there is no response.

                              Total amount yet to be refunded to me after deductions by MMT is Rs.18710/-

                              Kindly provide me a response as to why the amount has not been refunded till now and what is being done to address the issue.

                                My Flight has been cancelled by Airline. I have contacted Air Asia customer care and asked for full refund and it has been approved.
                                However in your site you are charging MMT convenience charges, for the airline cancelled flight, why should I have to pay the MMT charges? Airline has cancelled it and you have to get it from Airline instead of the customer.

                                for my 3 tickets I am loosing more than 1000 rupees

                                  My PNR no R54PGB, I have booked a flight from Delhi to Kolkata. I got a message and email from spicejet stating the flight is cancelled.

                                  Email from Spicejet

                                  "Dear Customer (PNR: R54PGB): Due to the Covid-19 travel restrictions, your SpiceJet flight SG 263 from Delhi-Kolkata dated 10-Nov-20 has been cancelled. We regret the inconvenience caused."

                                  As the flight was cancelled by Spicejet and Make my trip I was supposed to receive a full amount of Rs.12, 795/- but Make my trip has refunded only Rs. 10, 319.67/- and writing a email that full amount refunded (Request id.[protected] and[protected]

                                  Request you to refund my full amount as the flight was cancelled from your side. Hence as per the policy I am supposed to get my full refund.

                                    After booking my international flight from Delhi to Canada, the MMT agent now is not reachable on the phone. All lines of the customer care are busy for the past two days. Despite of submitting an online request for change of date, there has been no communication from Makemytrip's end. I sent an email to my MMT agent 2 days back and there has ben no reply from his end too. It seems they are only interested in making money and not in supporting the customer. I am worried that I will have to bear unnecessary loss of time and money as Air Canada is also not able to support me for changing my flight dates.

                                    The office I was in contact with is Gurgaon office. Rachit Mulpana is my agent's name.

                                    My PNR is JX74GX. Please call me back. Despite of raising complaints and webforms, there has been no communication by MMT. The MMT booking agents say they cant help me as they dont have access to modify the flight. They even pretended to transfer my complaint to their superiors for resolution but still same result. NO CALL!!! They say the post sales team does that and it is only available on chat with Myra. But its an autobot, there is no human behind that system. For the past 3 days, it has been sharing the message, MYRA-

                                    "Tried my best to resolve your query but guess I am unable to proceed further. In case you require further assistance, please tap here to use self-support or raise a query using this web form and we shall be glad to assist you. Thank you."

                                    Should I be held responsible for any penalty that MMT charges now? I still have few more hours but no one is calling me. This is so harassing. This is the last time I am booking through MMT. I have learnt my lesson.

                                      I have booked a package with MMT for Kerala visit. I am facing the following issues in the booking-

                                      1. Flight changes from MMT end/ service provider - Asking for Extra charges 6200/- (spoken to flight carrier no additional charge for rescheduling flights)

                                      2. I have booked Jacuzzi suit for 2 days in Elixir hills Munnar - I have been told that Jacuzzi suit is booked now we can accommodate you in Deluxe Room. (Spoken to Elixir hotels, Jacuzzi room never booked in my name)
