I have been trying for the last six months to get my refund but still, MMT hasn't given me the refund. This is so unacceptable that MMT is not even responding to my emails and not giving me any information about my refund. Below are my booking details:

    I Booked A CAB(Booking ID:NC[protected]) From Karnal To Chandigarh For 11 DEC 2020 At 12:00 PM. I Tried Reaching The Cab Driver(Inderjit Singh) Multiple Times But He Didn't Respond. I Already Raised A Complaint On The Same Day For The Same. I Received A Call From Sakshi(Reference No.[protected] From MakeMyTrip On 17 DEC Informing Me That Further Action Will Be Taken Within 48 Hrs And The Amount Will Be Refunded To My Account. Since Then I've Not Received Any Update Or Refund For My Booking, Although The The App Shows That The Trip Is Completed. Please Check My Booking And Refund My Money.

      I booked a round trip flight from Hyderabad to Delhi on Makemytrip, the amount was deducted from my account but the website did not show a confirmation. I tried calling MakeMyTrip but the customer service is unresponsive. I was not able to contact customer care nor was able to check for any updates on the booking.

        I am waiting for so long time. I couldn't speak to mmt customer care and even to Indigo airlines. No options for interacting in voice. Many times chatted with myra butno use. Once this complaint received please make the payment immediately. I am flew many times in that month to mmt. But disappointed in this aspect. Please be customer friendly. Make the refund immediately through my payment mode or else please find below my account details

          Dear Make my trip team

          This is to inform you that; I have booked an international air ticket from Doha to Cochin and return with Air india through Make my trip, unfortunately due to the pandemic situation it has been postponed.
          Now I am planning to travel by end of January and I have checked with air India to reschedule the ticket and I came to know from them that the ticket has already been refunded on October, 2020 to Make my trip account.
          Unfortunately I am unable to rebook the ticket through Make my trip, and it is showing that air india is not taking any new bookings.

          Since air india has already returned my money, I want my cash to be returned to my account as early as possible or i need to book the ticket to any of other airlines (Qatar airways/Indigo). I have attached the ticket for your reference

          I am booking all my international traveling tickets through Make my ticket only from last 3 years, so please do the needful to solve this issue as soon as possible.

            My PNR No: INF3NK. My Booking ID: NF [protected]. I have already applied for a refund. When will my money be refunded? Indigo Customer care executives say they have already repaid the money. But I have checked all my types of banks (SBI, CANARA). Makemytrip does not pay money at any of my banks. Please indicate in which bank account you made the payment. Also, if you contact customer care, the call will not be accepted.
            Kindly refund my money.

              I planned to travel on 31st May 2020 but my flight got cancelled due to a corona pandemic.

              I am requesting to please refund my amount as I dont have any further plan to travel and credit shell will not be useful to me.

              After my multiple rigorous follow ups, they (Spice jet airline) have initiated the refund and send the mail confirmation that contact your travel agency for refund amount.

              I am requesting to initiate the refund process from your end too as it is already initiated from spicejet team.

              Hope you understand my situation and do the needful.

                I booked Airline tickets through Make Mytrip Website bearing reference No. NF[protected] on November 20, 2020. The Return Flight G8 286 was having ETD of 02:00PM. The GO airline on its own
                changed the Flight to G8 285 with New Departure Timings of 08:05PM with an intimation email. In this pandemic times, with family its Next to Impossible to roam outside.

                This forced us to Cancel Even the Onward Air tickets as Hotel Cant Extend Our Stay by 6 Hours. This is a very specific case and The MakeMyTrip Website has No Option to Handle it. Moreover, the Airline states that we should contact the Agent (which is MakeMyTrip) for refunds/cancellation.

                The MakeMyTrip Call Centre (Help Line) Has No Human (Personnel) to Handle this type of Cases and Even No Proper Email to Put Your Queries for Resolutions. The Complain/Suggestion Link is Not Working. This is HARASSMENT and DEFICIENCY OF Services by Make My Trip.

                I cancelled the complete Itinerary and a very meager amount refunded. This is absolutely Not Acceptable and Expect MakeMyTrip to Initiate Full Refund of my Itinerary without any Delay.

                They cannot wash their hands by passing the buck on airline.

                  Dear Sir,
                  I have an issue regarding the Refund against my Bus booking ID NU[protected] . I cancelled my bus on 18.10.2020. I already sent my credit card statements for the same to Mr . GIRISH B E with the Ref No :[protected] on 16th November 2020.
                  But till today date - 18.12.2020 I did'nt received any amount in my account. I m also trying to contact with your helpline number but I am unable to connect with them.

                    On 17th dec 2020 when i was trying to book hotel for Yercaud Hotel Lemon Stay, The payment failed multiple times before getting succeded.

                    I tried internet banking and upi method.

                    Booking Id: NH[protected]

                    But iam seeing the money deducted twice probably for for failed transaction too

                    Attached is my bank statement showing money rs3701 deducted twice. One of them is correct while not the other

                      Cancelled hotel booking on 10 dec, makemytrip informed about refund to be credited into account by 15th dec, but today is 17th still not amount credited., None of the customer servce is working, no chat, no call, nothing is working, My booking ID NH[protected], PLease help me you, please ask the company to refund my hotel cancelling booking amount Rs3157 .                         I am Bony Patel from Ahmedabad. I have an issue related to my past booking which was canceled during lockdown due to covid-19. MMT customer executive promise me that I can reschedule it within 1 year. now I want to use my credit booking. but, no person answers my call or mail and there is no option in web for reschediling. so, I contact you for help. please help me.                             With reference to my Eticket NF[protected], I would like to mentioned that I booked VISTARA Airlines ticket through MAKEMYTRIP on 12.01.200 for journey from Delhi to Mumbai on 16th May, 2020. But, due to Covid Lockdown, my flight was cancelled. As per VISTARA Airline refund has already done last month, but still I have not received refund from makemytrip. I humbly request to please help me in getting the refund at earliest possible time

                              Hello Deep Karla,

                              I am in terrible situation, stuck with your IVR & unable to reach the flight department using your IVR.. I am a long time user of Make my trip & I have booked several hotels/flights bookings in your make my trip. Only mistake I did was, I booked the fights as guest account.. Using the guest account, in my alternate telephone number +91 [protected], did booking for Bangalore – Chandigarh & I paid INR 13300+..
                              After booking it didn’t provide me any order details and went blank..

                              Here is the night mare.. Your IVR system is not allowing any guest users to reach customer care.. Chat Bot system as well needs lot of improvement, I had major difficulty with my previous orders as well, using your chat bot. No way your chat bot, will help me in this situation, when I don’t have order details ..

                              I tried a different way using my previous cancelled order, I reached the hotel department. On my first call, I was pushed off saying no order details available & I was told may be sync issue and asked me to try again (Time of call: 04:30am, 17th Dec).. I tried after sometime, still the same .My second call to hotel department, was around 8:30 – 09:00am, because I don’t have a choice to reach the fight department, your IVR is not letting me in, because I don’t have order details.. This time hotel department guys said, order details reflecting & payment status showing as failed, however he is not able to let me know, what’s next to revert the money. There was run around for almost an hour between myself and customer care agent, saying it is not possible to transfer to flight department, unable to transfer to manager, unable to send emails and all restrictions.. He kept repeating, to call IVR and enter the order number, which was not working for almost 4hours.. I was admandent and asked for supervisor connect. After long struggle, I was transferred to supervisor..

                              After long struggle with supervisor agreed to send email to escalation team, however gave disclaimer he cannot assure me any resolution or someone reaching out to me.. everyone kept saying no option to talk to other department or send email or arrange callback. You cannot leave your customer in dark like this.. Either don’t accept users to book as guest, accept only registered users or provide proper support..

                              Automations is great initiative to save company’s cost, however if it is not designed properly, you will lose your customers like me.. My 13, 300+ is at stake, I don’t have resolution rather than sending this email. Please help me.. please put myself in your shoes..

                                    This is with regards to our Make My Trip Booking ID NF[protected], Mangalore-Mumbai Flight ( 6E-295, Travel Date was June 7, 2020). Passenger Names : Rohith Somasundaram, Mallika Anchan, Meenakshi Anchan, Vivaan Anchan, Vedant Anchan.

                                    Due to the pandemic, this flight got cancelled. We spoke to the airline directly as well, who confirmed that Indigo Airlines has already refunded this amount to Make My Trip on Nov 3.

                                    However, till date we have not got this refund.
                                    We are not able to get thru the customer service of Make My Trip in a meaningful way via their IVR or Chatbots. They do not even provide an email id that we can communicate on.

                                    We need help with this refund of Rs.24, 750/-

                                      Ref ID- IGAJVKRDH7 OR IGAJVKRKC5 booking dated- 13/11/2020 at 9.08 or 9.11 pm. Amount of booking is Rs 13924/- but paid Rs 27848/- through Billdesk and net banking. The transaction through net banking was failed but later on settled. On enquired with Billdesk and net banking they informed both transaction settled with Makemytrip. After 9 days passed but till date excess amount of Rs 13924/- not returned in my account.

                                        I had booked a round trip flight from Bengaluru to Indore on 16th feb, 2020 which was cancelled by the airline and the amount was refunded back to mmt wallet. I selected the option to transfer the money back to my original payment mode but it has been more than 15 days and still the amount has not been credited back to my account. The booking id is N[censored]46. The refund request was reviewed and the reference no is INR16*************96
