I have made a booking on MakeMyTrip and paid the amount by upi and cancelled on 28th Nov 2020.The amount of 965 should get reflected in my account within 2nd Dec 2020.It is still not reflected.
Can you please let me know when I will
Recieve that?

    My flight was cancelled by Spicejet for PNR:-R8HW6S, Dubai to Mumbai 10th November'2020 flight, Spicejet mentioned a full refund was sent to Makemytrip, dated 28th October, 2020. I've been waiting for my refund amount since that period, I've been following with them on different mediums- email, call, Twitter, Facebook. But nothing fruitful. Kindly assist. Thank you.

      I had a flight from Jaipur to Mumbai at 7th Dec2020 18.40 evening through Go Air which got changed to Early mrg 08.20
      I tried several times but cannot connect to airline neither my make my trip is helpful...
      I had travel all night long with my 1year old infant to board the flight

        I have been chasing on the refund which is processed by Indigo to makemytrip on PNR AENPMF. it's been more then 2 months now and I still not received the refund. I have been contacting them through emails and they have even taken my bank account details to process the refund.

          I needed to get a booking done for 10 adults and 1 infant for a trip. The transaction happened last Saturday with the sales rep (as I was directed to the sales team to get such booking done) and I am yet to be issued with tickets.

              I had booked tickets via makemytrip and had to cancel it eventually because of AirAsia's worst service. (They kept moving our tickets to connecting flights).

              After sending huge mails to makemytrip they finally processed my refund. But It was not received by me.

              The payment was done through UPI.

              And the chatbots did not work either in solving my issue.

                Due to covid-19 all airlines cancelled flights and refunded the amount. My PNR number is Q4U2FD ( MR. JANAK BASUMATARY).As per confirmation with airline amount is refunded but Make My Trip does not refunded the amount. The date of flight was 24/04/2020.

                  I booked a flight before the pandemic. Due to the pandemic, the flight was canceled and I received a refund in my wallet. I have transferred my wallet money to the bank on 22nd Nov 2020 but I didn't receive it yet. I have tried many times to call customer care but there is no option to talk with the executive.

                  I want my money in the bank asap

                    My flight was cancel by airline . they return my money to MMT but they didn't gave mr money back to my account they are giving me credit vouher which is not useful for me because in future I would not travel to air so please refund my amount so I use it for another

                        I had made two bookings for goa on being recommended a trip by a friend. Ms. Roja Patil of Makemytrip contacted me to offer me good packages. On 21st October, I made the payment partially. I made the full payment of 1.29L on 1st December, 2020. Paid extra for one cancelled passenger too which is against the cancellation policy. All proofs with me. My relationship manager was Selvi George. The next day I got a call from Rupini Raghu who said that the said hotel cannot be booked and offered me suggestions. I rejected the suggestions and gave her my suggestions to which she agreed. Resort rio was confirmed post the call. After a day, she said that also isn't possible. I am not getting any response from anyone. I have paid entire amount. What ### is this.

                            I had booked my flights from Mumbai to Vancouver on 18th march 2020.But due to pandemic i had to cancel.I was given choice to keep open ticket or refund.I opted for open ticket.But also came to know airlines had refunded money.Its been 7 months i have not not got any response or support from make my trip.I want to rebook flight, but they dont have any contact number which i can reach too .My money and time both are wasted.I need to bring to this to notice to everyone.Either give my refund or book me a flight.

                                Hello, kindly help me with the best way to reach a customer service executive. I tried booking a flight with MMT (Make My Trip) on August 18th, however, MMT failed to send me a confirmation email or confirm my flight ticket in time. Due to urgency I booked tickets directly with Air India. Upon reaching out to MMT about their technical issue with my flight booking, they charged my credit card two days after they were supposed to book my flight.
                                I asked MMT to cancel and refund since I had another booking with Air India, and they agreed to do it. It has been 3 months and I haven't heard back about the status of my refund.
                                Moreover, Air India informed me that MMT cancelled my tickets, MMT did not even have the decency to inform me about the cancellation. My account shows that MMT completed the trip and none of the customer representatives have responded about the cancelled trip or refund. There is no direct contact number to talk to a representative. They have been extremely unprofessional and have made this a harrowing experience for me. Make My Trip failed to book my tickets on time, cancelled my tickets without informing me about it, refused to respond about my refund status. They are stealing from me and conveniently avoiding the situation.
                                Kindly advise on how to proceed with my refund of $1781 for booking number UN[protected].

                                  With reference to my Eticket NF[protected], I would like to mentioned that I booked VISTARA Airlines ticket through MAKEMYTRIP on 12.01.200 for journey from Delhi to Mumbai on 16th May, 2020. But, due to Covid Lockdown, my flight was cancelled. As per VISTARA Airline refund has already done last month, but still I have not received refund from makemytrip. I humbly request to please help me in getting the refund at earliest possible time.

                                    I booked Spice jet flight SG371(BOM - ATQ) for the date June 6th 2020 for my son Harnoor Singh Bedi. This flight was cancelled by spice jet as per Govt of Maharashtra advisory. Now as per orders of Honorable Supreme court of India, Full amount paid for booking has to be refunded. I raised refund for said booking, airline informed me by mail (dated 14/102020) that have initiated refund and asked me to contact travel agency (MMT) for further action. I sent mail and even tried to claim refund using MMT app but in vain.
                                    Kindly do the needful for refund and oblige.

                                        Hi,
                                        I have booked the round trip from Chennai to Varanasi. The travel was scheduled in Apr 2020. Due to pandemic all the flights were cancelled. The Indigo airline has provided 100% refund to the travel agent. But the MakeMyTrip is not refunding my money. On top of this they have deducted cancellation fees. I have tried several times to talk to their customer service agent. But nobody is answering my calls. My call was redirected to auto message. I request the government authorities to intervene and order the travel company to repay the 100% amount to the customers who’s travel canceled due to COVID-19. Thank you.
