Booking ID- NF[protected] dated- 21/11/2020. Amount of booking is Rs 21747/- but paid Rs 43494/- through Billdesk and Payu. The transaction through Payu was failed but later on settled. On enquired with Billdesk and Payu they informed both transaction settled with Makemytrip. After 9 days passed but till date excess amount of Rs 21747/- not returned in my account.

After 9 days passed but till date excess amount of Rs 13924/- not returned in my account.

    Hello, My name is Ankit Goyal. I am a resident of Bangalore, India. I had booked a flight ticket from Dubai to Bhubaneswar for 27 March 2020 for 3 people(Myself, my wife and my daughter). Since, the COVID pandemic was spreading, I called the MakeMyTrip customer care on 10th March and asked them to cancel my ticket and reschedule my wife's and my daughter's ticket. My ticket(Ankit Goyal) was cancelled and the flight was rescheduled for my wife and my baby to 12th March 2020. I paid the reschedule fees for the 2 tickets - my wife's and my baby's. I was supposed to get refund for the cancelled ticket for myself. I got an email from MakeMyTrip that amount of Rs. 9216 would be credited in my account within 6 working days. However, I have not got the refund yet and it has been almost 9 months. I called up the customercare several times, also sent them email but there is no response from them.       Make my trip has not yet refunded my money even after airlines has released the refund to make my trip. And no way to contact Customer support agents only chat bot is available which is useless. Moreover all the 24*7 helpline numbers mentioned on their official website are not working.

      Thank you so much consumer affairs dept. I got my refund from make my trip the very next day. I received both emails and text message from MMT that my refund was processed.

        I got the refund from Goair for cancellation of flight in my wallet. But why they didn't send my refund to the source account from where money got debit during transaction...
        Still no problem, I chose to transfer the my refund amount from wallet to bank account (source account). I did it, money got debit from wallet but even after 6 days, it is not showing in my bank account...
        Please take appropriate action.

          I didn't get my refund of Bangaluru - delhi flight against transaction Id[protected] of Rs. 5342 which was processed by Indigo airline on 22nd October, 20 but was pending from MMT agency and inspite of getting confirmation from MMT through email and SMS still my wallet balance is showing nil balance. No response from MMT customer care through both phone and email mode makes me to write here. I want my refund back on high priority basis please help.

            I have booked flight with booking ID NN[protected] on Jan 2020. Due to Corona I had to postpone and then cancel the trip. Talked to the Flight company (Scoot) and they have given me mail proof that they have refunded to Makemytrip (30530.44 /-). But still make my trip is not returning the money and there is no way to check the refund claim status also. Already claimed 3 times. MakeMyTrip representatives have replied in Umang app that money will be refunded in 14 days from September 2020 but still not getting any amount.

                The MMT does not care about the laws at all. The law allows us to cancel tickets within 24 hours. I cancelled my ticket within 30minutes with the airline however i have still not got any refund. MMT does reply to emails, does not respond to complaints and closes the ticket without even calling anyone. The airline has issued the refund to me however the same has been sucked up by MMT.

                      We booked tickets via MMT for a trip to Maldives earlier this year but had to cancel because of the Covid Pandemic. Its been 8 months and we are still awaiting a refund. MMT's claim is that they can't process until get confirmation from Air India. Both MMT and Air India have stopped responding to my requests.

                            I booked Indigo Flights Delhi - Shirdi ( PNR -TE9EQL AND DVGJH ) VIA make my trip. Due to pandemic this was postponed many a times and finally flight was cancelled on 19th Nov as per confirmtion from Indigo . I opted for refund and airlines transfer full amount to Make my trip. But till date make my trip has not transferred my account even though account details are shared with them . Further in this pandemic they are still doing deductions for convenience fees and cancellation charges even though airlines has refunded back full amount . Please help in this .

                              Flight dated 09th May 2020 Dehradun - Mumbai (Booking ID NF[protected]) is cancelled. Indigo airlines has refunded an amount of Rs.25292/- to makemytrip. Status of refund reflects as processed on 26th Nov 2020 on makemytrip app. However, funds are still not reflecting in my wallet. Kindly arrange to refund the funds urgently.

                                  There are 2 flight bookings which were cancelled due to flight being non operational and I've been following up since 6 months now however no refund has been made so far. MMT is not receiving calls on customer care number. This is my hard earned money & I'm not sure why MMT policies are not ethical enough to provide the refund to the customers.

                                  1. Booking NF[protected]
                                  Incident: To & Fro Flight dates were in April 2020 however due to COVID lockdown flight were cancelled & credit shell initiated which never worked. It was just for name sake. I called MMT multiple times but they never resolved the issue. Later on credit shell turned into refund which I never received.

                                  2. Booking ID NF[protected]
                                  Incident: Flight cancelled by Airline on 12 Sep 2020 but refund was never made by MMT.

                                  I have tried reaching out to the Airlines but they say that they have not received request from MMT yet. I do not know who should I ask for help to get my hard earned money back

                                    Hi Team,

                                    I booked round tickets from Make My Trip having the same PNR for both the to and fro journey, PNR : K1IBRB . The round trip from Pune to Kolkata (scheduled for 20th March 2020) and the return journey was from Kolkata to Pune ((scheduled for 6th April 2020). I was able to complete my forward journey but due to nation wide lockdown I was not able to complete the round trip.

                                    Its been more than 6 months but I still didnt get any refund for the other half of my journey. Nor was I able to reschedule.

                                    Please look into this and provide options for refunding.Go Air has send the invoice. Attached is the invoice. Please look into the matter.

                                      Hi Team,

                                      I have made a booking for a stay at 'The Palms Town and Country Club- Resort' from Make My Trip. The booking ID is NH[protected], Reservation amounting to Rs.1927

                                      However, accidentally the Check in date was selected as 27 November instead of 28 November and the Check out date was selected as 28 November instead of 29 November.

                                      On contacting Make my trip customer care, they informed us that they do not have authorization to contact the hotel as this is a non-refundable booking and that we have to go talk to the hotel to give authorization to change the date.

                                      On contacting the hotel, they informed us that the third-party, i.e., make my trip in this case is responsible for getting the authorization.

                                      Since I have not got any resolution from either end, I fail to understand the role of make my trip in the scenario as a third-party, if the customer has to make all the efforts to get a resolution. What is the point of providing the platform if you do not have the "authorization" to talk to the hotel staff.

                                      Kindly take an action on this as soon as possible.
