Hi I booked a hotel from mmt app.
Money got debited from phonepe. Booking failed. But in app there is no unsuccessful or failure Transaction showing. I can't even take help from their customers support.
Please refund my money as soon as possible.

    I tried booking a hotel using Makemytrip today. The payment was deducted twice but the booking couldn't be made. It showed that the booking failed, but there is no formal communication from their side regarding the refund of the same. I tried calling them, but no response there. Can't find their email id too for such grievance redressal.

      Even after several requests since morning for Philipines trip, nobody called me till now . It's evening already . Two employees were in touch on whatsapp but they did not bother to call either . So v disappointing n unprofessional

        We raised a complaint with MakeMyTrip India for disgusting hotel experience at Thailand. There was leaking water dripping from the hotel ceiling for the entire night. The leakage was next to an electrical spotlight light on ceiling risking us with short-circuit. We shared the pictures and videos of the leakage with MakeMyTrip. Hotel was Radisson Resort Phuket. We have been chasing them since then and till now we haven't received our compensation as promised by MakeMyTrip representative. We tried calling them multiple times no one helps and keeps transferring and disconnects the call. We would like to formally lodge a complaint against the company for spoiling our vacation and not abiding by their words.

            I booked my ticket for Mumbai to Muscat & due to a single spelling error in name i was asked to cancel my whole ticket & before cancellation i consulted with Air India airline customer service about refund policy they said INR 2500+5% GST will be charged on cancellation and balance amount will be returned & they did same. unfortunately i had made my booking through make my trip & now neither they are returning my balance amount not replying us not providing any contact.

              I am Pained,
              This has reference to the Hotel Reservation I booked through Make My Trip.com(MMT) APP .
              I had booked to stay at Naadi Homestay, Thanjavur. on Dec 1, 2 2022.
              Booking ID: NH[protected]

              After this booking I received a call from the staff at Naadi Homestay on 27 Nov2022 that the 'property is Overbooked and the inventory is closed'. They recommended that I arrange a stay elsewhere and raise a return. Alarmed I have been not done anything the whole day but been listening to continuous relay of MMT automated service continuously on[protected]

              I was unable to reach an MMT personnel and voice my grievance, as it is all automated. Fortunately some mispressed button led me to a MMT staff - Sajith. I shared my haranguing dilemma with him. The MMT person Sajith observed keenly and kept me on hold and raised the matter with the Hotel and he mentioned that he would raise a refund once the hotel confirms. I had asked him to send me an email on the status as he had discussed. This response had happened earlier. This time I had no response from MMT whatsoever till now...

              How can I not be refunded for a service which is yet to take off (Hotel stay is on Dec 1, 2 2022) and which I have not benefited in any way ?

              I have had worse situations than the one at hand yet I had always received an optimistic support from MMT.

              Please enable a HUMAN to respond to our regrets rather than something automated.

              Now I want you to look into the matter discussed above and ensure a complete refund. But first acknowledge this email and at the least give me a call and an ear to my problem.

                Accidently cancelled the tour package booking from mmt app.
                Informed the mmt person about the same who helped to do the booking, she spoke to her manager, he said nothing can be done .
                I dont want any refund, i just want my booking to be continued.
                Please understand its a huge ampunt for us ie 63000. And its already paid via cc
                Please help.

                  Accidentally cancelled the booking

                  I have booked a package from make my trip last week for 5 nights 6 days, shimla manali.
                  Booking is from 16th dec to 21st dec.
                  By mistake i have logged in to mmt app and have cancelled the booking mistakenly, i know there is no refund as per the policy, i am not even expecting it, i just want my booking to be continued.
                  I spoke to the person who did the booking, her name is sonu arun, she spoke to the manager and his manager...

                  Dear sir,
                  In the last few days i am getting more and more spam mails from Make My trip. I wish they focused more on improving their products and services rather than on Spamming.
                  It shows that their intentions are not good company because they don't have any compliant or grievance officer. Only they accept calls that too regarding bookings.
                  This shows what they can do with your data.
                  I wish I had never booked any tickets on their website or used their services.
                  They are a third rate service provider.

                    I booked a Qatar Airways flight on 10th Aug 2022 from CCU to LGW which I had to cancel because of a rescheduling conflict.
                    I cancelled on 17th October 2022 and am eligible for a full refund.

                    Please resolve my issue and do not make take any legal action.

                      Of late i have started getting daily spam mails from MakeMy Terip.
                      There is no way to stop this cheap, ghatiya company or to contact them as they have no compliance or grievance cell or you can contact them via email.
                      Kindly let them know that they are just cheap spammers who misuse customers data.

                          I made a reservation for 2 person at the hotel castle rock by sunshine hoteliers on 19th November 2022 at mount Abu Rajasthan for[protected] to[protected]. The booking id for this transaction is NH[protected].

                          I used the online system to make my reservations and the credit card used to book this room . I was charged a deposit of ₹3, 586 to my credit card, upon booking this reservation.

                          on 22nd November my tarin got cancelled and my friend who was coming with was get sick due this we have cancelled the trip

                          According to your hotels cancellation policy, I am entitled to a 100% refund, as I made my cancellation within 30 days preceding the reservation

                          I would like the deposit to be put back on my credit card upon receipt of this letter and to cancel the reservations.

                            Dear sir,
                            I made the flight booking on make my trip with registered mobile number [protected], booking ID NN70KC774RO0D5US7065 from Bangkok to New delhi on 23 Nov 2022 . Next day I got the mail that your flight was cancelled. I didn’t request for any cancellation. Still they cancelled the flight with fifty percent refund. When I call the customer care they are not aware what was happening. They have cancelled my flight without my information.
                            They are doing fraud. Please help me.

                              I have booked a room @makemytrip website with full payment of the room price... After a day I cancelled a room because of some personal issues the plan has been cancelled and I appiled for refund of money process. They took 2 working days for there refund process and they given a excepted date of amount that to be refunded back.The excepted date is also be crossed but i still not a refund amount to my account... kindly look on it...make it possible as soon to be refunded.

                                Ref: MMT booking id NF2LKA6XW7AFTQQ20588
                                The MMT invoice amount was Rs. 11, 410, after applying a discount of Rs. 410, of which MMT Service Fees was Rs. 0.00.
                                The airlines cancelled the flight and offered a full refund, which I accepted.
                                However, MMT claimed Service Fees of Rs. 2, 400 (including GST), apart from the reversal of Rs. 410 discount and deducted Rs. 2, 810 from my refund.
                                I dispute the excessive deduction of Rs. 2, 400 as Service Fees that were not part of the original invoice. I do not dispute the reversal of the discount of Rs. 410.
                                Moreover, MMT refunded the amount to my wallet instead of my credit card account; I had to make a specific request for the transfer from the wallet to the card.
                                Deducting huge amounts when the customer is not at fault and then parking the customer funds as float funds with MMT are questionable business practices, to say the least.
                                I could not locate an email id on the MMT site for filing a complaint. I do not wish to call their numbers and to be kept waiting in a queue.

                                  Personal complaint against sales executive mousumi sinha at MakeMyTrip support service department.
                                  Who has first made our package and then denying to make amends or even cancel the hotel we dont wish to stay in.
                                  We are following up on emails since 1 week but no response and today out of the blue she has closed our ticket.

                                  What non sense is this ?

                                  We make made a payment of ₹31, 000/- as advance to block the package but now she refuses to make modifications as per our needs.

                                  We either want a refund or we want the package to be made on our terms, not her’s.

                                    I made airport cab reservation for 4.am on 21/11/2022. THe driver did not come nor did he answer the phone till 4.30. I had a flight at 6.45 am. I booked another taxi service and went to the airport 42 kms away.

                                      I booked a cab to take me to the airport at 4.00 Am through Make my trip for November 21, 2022. The cab never showed up. I tried calling the driver several times and no one picked up the phone. I was running very late to Bangalore airport so I finally booked an external cab at 4.40 A.M. and went to the airport for a 6.45 flight.
                                      On the way I called Make my trip and spoke to the customer service rep who said he would make the refund and have a manager call me as well. No one has called nor have they refunded the money paid to them. It was very stressful trying to get a cab at that hour as the sirport is 43 miles from where we live.

                                      please help getting the refund for service not provided. They are instead sending me many messages asking how the cab service and to provide them a rating. They have not even acknowledged that the service was not provided despite my calling Make my trip and speaking to their customer service.
