I booked my flight from Dubai to Doha and I travel on 27th Sep 2022. Booking ID - AN26ZRD3UNGDNP481931, PNR - 58QBXJ. I still didnt received my Invoice, it is very important because I need to submit in my office to get my claim amount. I tried to reach them via email but no response from them. Please help on this

    I had taken Bus trip booked at MakeMyTrip from Gurgaon to Bhilwara on 16th September 2022 via bus no RJ09PA6296. The bus got late by 1.30 hrs at pickup itself.
    The bus was seized by GST department at Neemrana at midnight and we all passengers were left stranded on highway. The personals at Ashoka Tours and Travels stopped taking any calls.
    After waiting for more than 2 hrs for them to respond some o[censored]s somehow managed to stop another bus and reached our destination by paying ticket price again adjusting ourselves in aisle.
    I request you to kindly refund the ticket amount paid by me for the said trip.

        I had made a booking via NH[protected] for a stay in a hotel in Madurai on the 31st of Aug with check out on 1st of Sep. While driving to the hotel on the morning of 31st Aug, I was called by the hotel staff informing a drainage leak and hence being booked into another hotel which was 2 Kms away from the original booking. The challenges were:
        1. Rate difference in the hotels - the one I booked was 4500/- where as the one that I was transferred to was 3400/-.
        2. The new hotel was a bit interior and required me to use difficult roads.
        3. The amenities in the new hotel were not upto the mark of being called their top end room - there was a lack of mini bar, towels, hair dryer, kettle to name a few.

        I spoke to MMT around 12th September to get this resolved and I was promised a refund of Rs.1100/- as a voucher. Though I would prefer a refund to my actual mode of payment, still I was fine with this gesture and was comfortable to proceed with the offered solution.

        On 17th September there was an email from MMT stating that they are initiating a Go-pass voucher for the specified amount and the same should reflect in my MMT profile shortly. However now after another 10 days the issue is not resolved and the ticket is marked as closed. I have made quite a lot of follow ups through calls and everytime I am promised my query would be resolved, but the ticket is closed without the solution.

        Last update is today - 27th September when the support executive asked me to send an email snapshot of Sept 8 * Sep 9 to confirm that indeed I have not received the voucher. I have shared the same per the request however now the case is again closed stating they have not received a response and hence closing the case.

        Instead of cheating, its better to say that they do not want to help out for the case. Pathetic people.

        Got couple of emails from some support email, requesting my contact number to discuss further on the issue. Both are scammers. The first offered a cash voucher and asked me to add the voucher code (he was scamming me to try and put the amount as withdrawal and trying to convince me that it was the process and next step I had to put in a pin to get the money back. Unfortunately for him, I was a step ahead and had emptied my account. So no matter what number (amount) he gave me for the code, it just wouldn't work. Finally he said I should use another account where I am maintaining a balance. WHY should my account have a balance for getting money back in? After attempting to convince me a few more times he disconnected the call.
        Second scammer - a bit more senior I believe; calls from a number that resembles MMT toll free number. The only difference - for a toll free you do not see the country code; but this time the call came as +1 :P
        He went a step ahead and asked me to screen share and provide details of the card through which the booking was done. Next asking me for expiry date and then the CVV. When I declined to share that, he says I will connect with you a senior (hola... another bigger one). And this guy still trying to give me all crap reasons to try and get my CVV. I outright declined saying that I dont trust you. He tried convincing me a few more times and finally when I didnt budge, he disconnected the call.

        Anyone remembers Jamtara????

          MMT has sent an email with 17 digit future travel voucher code as a refund for the incorrect holiday booking. But there is no way i can use the voucher code for any booking.

            Good day All
            Below are the email threads regarding the extension date of my holiday booking.
            As you can see from below email dated 06/09/2022 Mr Mayank Kumar has agreed that my holiday package has been extended till December 2022.
            Now on Friday i contacted Ms Kajal Chawla regarding the dates on which I have to travel to andaman. Today on 26.09.2022 I have asked again for the status of my package and she said that Mr Mayank has instructed her that there is no extension of package.
            This is clear case of CHEATING.
            Now that if this was the case then why did he not informed before regarding the same as I arrived in India on 22.09.2022 I would have travelled to andaman the next day if somebody has informed me regarding the same.
            This is like you are fooling people and taking their money for no reason as you already came to know about their problems.
            Another thing is on the website there is no support email address no phone numbers, the sale persons are also not picking up the phones after some time as everybody has already got their commissions.
            Nobody is answering any emails.
            There is no proper mode of communication.

                I book a bus ticket through "Make my trip" on 22 September 2022 at 10 pm
                At the time of paying amount there is an stuck in an payment and my amount got detected
                Immediately I send a screenshot to that customer service.It shows like refund will be given in 2 days
                Till now I didn't receive amount and there is no customer support form their side

                        I have cancelled a ticket on 24th of augest and i supposed to get 153 aed refund to my account after the cancellation charges.

                          Hi, I am Rudrajit Dey, a student, and I had booked two bus tickets of "Banka Bihari Travels" from Bhubaneswar to Kolkata for boarding date 30th September 2022. I had booked the tickets on 14th September 2022 and had paid Rs. 1, 333/- to "Make My Trip India Pvt. Ltd." through UPI banking. Now, on 20th September 2022, the bus operator cancels my booking for some reason and MMT was supposed to refund the money by 23rd September 2022 as shown on the My Trips section image of 20th September 2022. But as of 24th September 2022, the money has not yet been processed, moreover, the expected date of refund has changed to 30th September 2022 as shown, which also happens to be the date of my travel. I would like to get my refund back as soon as possible. The ticket no. is A7Q92D6D.

                            On 15th September I cancelled I cancelled a visa application from MakeMyTrip after no response on my application, after deducting some 1500rs rest 11891rs was credited into my makemy trip wallet, later on I initiated it to my source account it’s been almost 9 days there is response from mmt people at all, whenever I call on their customer care nobody knows(that’s the main reason behind cancelling my application) knows anything. They say it take 7-8 days to credit in my account, hence I request you to please look into this & do the needful asap

                              I had booked a return flight from San Francisco to Dubai for the 31st October, 2022. On the ticket and website, it was clearly mentioned that date change was free. But now, Makemytrip is refusing to change the date of my flight, and in spite of calling them multiple times over a week, they are not changing my flight date. Please resolve.

                                Deactivate my gift card and refunding my money

                                On 31.08.2022, I booked a return-trip flight from Mumbai to Delhi (scheduled on 03.09.2022) and Delhi to Mumbai (scheduled on 05.09.2022). I paid INR 18, 308/- for the above tickets which was received in full by MakeMyTrip, and immediately MakeMyTrip sent me a WhatsApp stating that they will issue the tickets to me shortly. However, despite multiple reminders, follow-ups, calls to customer care and emails, the tickets were not issued to me by MakeMyTrip due to which, I could not fly and had business loss. Since then, I have been repeatedly requesting MakeMyTrip to refund my airfare, but I am landing up being a victim to MakeMyTrip's fraudulent approach. The customer care executives keep me hanging on calls for hours and then just abruptly disconnect. None of the emails being sent to MakeMyTrip are being responded to. This complaint is to demand a complete refund of the aforesaid amount along with compound interest at the rate of 18% per month plus applicable loss and damages.

                                  We had travel on 4 th September and the bus breakdown happened at midnight. Suddenly the driver dropped us in the middle of the road and told us to get any other bus and continue the travel. Also, he told me that you will get the refund amount within a day.                                     Our stay at the hotel was parhetic. The hotel lift wasnt working and we couldn’t take our luggage 2 floors up the stairs to our room.

                                    In the morning, breakfast wasnt served as there was only 1 staff member staffing the entire hotel and he mentioned that he doesnt have the resources to serve us breakfast. He requested us to ask for refund from the booking agent directly.

                                    Please action on our refund request at the earliest.
