Date: 6th Sep & 7th Sep 2022
Worst experience at Hotel Stay for Penthouse for 2 days. Short Circuit happened at the evening and for the whole night there was no electricity.
Because of the short circuit I lost my apple adapter which caused my huge problem to charge my laptop and phones through my entire vacation. It was bad service and people give false promises that this will be resolved and will take care of your refund but refund has been given.

I am looking for the refund of the stay which ruined my vacation in Delhi. I have booked through makemytrip website.

    Iam Biju K Augustian on 17th September I booked a Hotel room on my trip app, three times the amount debited from my account ( ICIC bank ) . The transaction not completed booking failed. Two transactions amount (UPI/[protected] Rs. 58/- & UPI[protected] Rs. 1288/-) refunded on 29/sep 2022 and one transaction amount Rs. 1288/- (UPI[protected] still not credited in my account. Please refund my amount as soon as possible all documents are attached with this mail.

        We Anjani kumar Sinha and Aruna Sinha travelled from Delhi to Minneapolis on ticket issued by makemytrip ref ID NN7Q4KGVXJA28H039564 on 6th may’22, with scheduled return on 26th October’22. Due to unavoidable family reasons we had to apply to US govt for grant of GREENCARD, which is likely to take longer time, and we can’t leave USA unless our application is processed to a decision. Since 5th October’22 I have sent six emails to makemytrip servicesupport but could not get ant response. Ticket postponement is not permitted online, hence I gave them Bangaluru base my brother’s phone, [protected], for contact, as my registered no [protected], is not activated for use from a USA.
        PLEASE HELP ME. Travel date is so close.

          I booked a hotel on Monday that is 12.10.22 on make my trip at Pune, the hotel name was Treebo trend ECCO inn, I was travelling by the late night flight from Delhi to Pune and reached Pune 1:30 am I booked a taxi and reached the hotel but when I reached the hotel, the hotel person available told that there is no hotel in Pune naming Treebo trend ECCO inn, i tried to contact TREEBO TREND. Hotel representative through Calling he told that the hotel is some where else we roamed for 1 hour and reached again to same hotel and the representative asked us to let him have a chat with hotel person but the hotel person told that there is no booking and no hotel you are telling,
          Then again the Treebo trend hotel representative told us that they have arrangements in their other hotel called Treebo trend sweet and asked us to go to that hotel and when we reached the hotel they told us there is no booking after that moment the Treebo trend hotel representative not picked the phone .
          I tried to contact make my tip hotel representative but of no use then it was 3:30 am in the morning then we have no option to pay for new booking again we paid Rs 2500 and 4000 rs to the taxi person for roaming for 3 hrs at late night roaming .
          Now I am trying to get my money back but they are saying they will pay only hotel booking amount no other payment which I paid for taxi and the harrasment I faced by traveling in rain for 2 hours in morning due to that I got fever in the morning.
          I want to lodge a case on both make my trip and Treebo trend hotel for making fraud and booking a property which is not available anymore.

            I have 2 accounts in makemytrip.com, one created with my email and the other with my mobile number.
            I want to you to either merge my 2 accounts or delete the one created with my mobile number.
            There is no option to delete the account in the website. Please help me with this issue.

              I have booked 2 rooms for 2 nights(check in 7th oct 2022 at 2.30 pm and check out 07th oct 2022 at 4.45 pm at Sodizant retreat, Pelling booking id- NH[protected], Sikkim through Make my trip website and after check in we see nothing is matching with the picture provided in make my trip portal. mentioned facilities was not match as website ( no parking space, no wifi, no intercom, non working telephone, no electric kettle), rooms are damp, sand and cement coming out, dirty carpet in floor instead of tiles, hard and damaged mattress, broken chair, unclean rooms and soap are from different hotel then I complaint at make my trip customer care and as per their request we stayed there 1.5 hrs for solutions and when we not get any solutions from make my trip we check out at 4.45 pm same day from hotels and check in another hotels. and i ask them for refund but they refuse me to pay. I have attached all photos as proof of my complaint. kindly help me to get justice. Thank You

                I had a booking with BookingId: NR[protected] which was cancelled due to WL ticket and the amount by IRCTC was sent back as stated by them but I still haven't received my money back. IRCTC has also provided the transaction details and I am not able to reach to any customer executive of MakeMyTrip. Just poorest service of all the companies out there.

                  Hi team,
                  The ticket was booked but it was not issued, so PNR number was not generated, I requested the team to cancel the same booking within minutes, the team has confirmed back on email that the ticket will be cancelled and refund will be processed but later went ahead and issued the ticket.

                  I would like to get the ticket cancelled and claim refund.

                    Name of the Passenger: Balasubramanian Chandra Sek Bharathi

                    I had booked the above ticket for the journey from Chennai to Singapore and back for me and my wife. My name is "Balasubramanian Chandra Sekara Bharathi as it appears in Passport. As per Make my trip booking site Air India restricts given name to 27 Alphabets. Hence my name appears as " Balasubramanian Chandra Sek Bharathi ". Realizing this discrepancy Immediately raised a complaint to Make my trip (complaint no[protected] and air India (case id[protected] through their customer care no. Both the agencies are now saying that i have to cancel the ticket and rebook it. As i have booked the cheapest nonrefundable ticket i have been put to a financial loss for no fault of mine.
                    This has put me to enormous amount of mental and physical stress in addition to financial stress.
                    As a senior citizen my effort to explain my predicament to both Make my trip and Air India executives of the two agencies has been futile so far.

                      Hello my Name is Okeel gurung and i am very disappointed with Makemytrip booking procedures, i came up to you with my refund issues regarding my booking of my ticket i just booked a ticket on 15 October 2022 of journey Delhi to Bagdogra of 16 October 2022 which is tomorrow its airline is airasia and the timing is 10:05am departure and arrival times is 12:10 pm but when I completed my booking and payment IT Showed that the booking is Unsuccessful but the payment was Deducted from my account which is total Rs 7886/- and after that i rechecked it through the app My trips it showed Booking Unsuccessfull.So, Its my Humble Request to you Makemytrip to please Resolve this issue as soon possible and REFUND my money as soon as possible so it would be helpful for me…And I Hope that you will resolve this matter and refund my full money…and this won’t ho further.

                          Dear Compliance Team,

                          My name is sankalp gautam or saurav, I did booked hotel through make my trip website on date 15 September 2022 at Pune around 10.30 pm I saw hotel on website which name is hotel smart inn on website hotel's photos, room photos, ammneties was showing good that's why I booked hotel from 15 sep to 19th sep and paid 14157/-. which was non refundable, I paid amount, because I was coming from indore by road drived almost 680 km and I was really tired and hotel looking good and weather of Pune was too bad and I had meetings on next day that's why I was urgently want hotel for rest, but when i reached hotel for check in there was nothing which in mentioned on website, dirty bedrooms, dirty toilets, broken door, broken windows, no drinking water, no tv in rooms and hotel staff told me their is no restaurant in hotel and no service provided by hotel, you have to use self services, after that I denied check in and i immedeitliy called to make my trip support team and their executive Mr. shivam singh picked the call and I told them whole story, then he told pls mail hotels photo then I immediately mailed all photos and then he told me, I called you in 10 minutes but no one called me I waited for his call around 3 hours after that I again booked another hotel from make my trip website and checked in mid night around 3.30 am in hotel housemate, I again booked through their website because they can really understand how bad hotel was, after that I called many times and did complain but every time new executive communicate to me, then after 15 days they appoint a new executive for resolve my problem, but he finally closed my complaint and he denied refund, please resolve my complain and I attaching all the photos images, screenshot which in belongs to this incident and my make my trip id name is saurav gautam which is my nickname.

                            As per above subject e-mail. I Will request you to give Refund as per my request.

                            I had call to customer support team multiple times for to know my refund status but no response from your side.
                            I had tried to cancelled my booking Id- NU[protected] and reference PNR - B76RYUZ4
                            Dated 11/10/2022 again above Trip but unable to cancelled through Make my trip App(masaage given-something went wrong please try later) and Online web login.So I had call to support team on same date around 2:00 pm they tried to cancelled at their side but given technical issues as per support team reply. They told me don't worries we will cancel your booking and give you refund as per your booking. Today More than 72:00 hr complete but there is no refund credited to my account. When Today call to support team not answer to my call. Please suggest what do to received my refund.

                                  I had booked rooms at Vijaya surya hotel Cuddalore on first week of August. I had booked rooms in Vijaisurya hotel on 5th, 6th and 7th. So far paid Rs.12, 630(Wallet 5, 244 and Rupay 7, 386), Rs.13, 395 from Canara bank and Rs.3, 105 by Rupay). The first payment(12, 630) was an unsuccessful payment and support request created on 14th Aug. The other two are confirmed by you. But when i went to the hotel in person (21st Aug )the management said they are not opened the app and they are accepting booking only manually that is who came in person, and said all rooms are booked for the above said dates. when i asked about my payment they asked to contact you. They are not AWARE of my bookings.
                                  What is going on? Please reverse all my payments to my bank a/c. This is my 3rd email for the past one month. I got a phone call on 6th this month when i was driving, and unable to attend the call, after i stopped my vehicle and tried to contact them the number not reachable. After 3 days i recd a mail stating that your complaint has been resolved. i never able to contact the given whatsapp or customer care numbers. when mail them they simply asked to contact the customer care number which is not reachable.
                                  Hope you will take immediate action and help me receive my money in my bank account.

                                    I had booked a hotel from makemytrip for Pune, Maharashtra wherein i was denied check in and they had provided me an alternate hotel which was extremely unhygienic and had sanitation and pest issues. When i talked to the makemytrip executive they cancelled my booking and said that they will issue me a refund for the rest of the days of my booking. I have been calling makemytrip for more than 20 times now and everytime they tell me different stories and do not issue me my refund when the app clearly states that a refund will be issued. It is going to be a month like this. I have received various reference numbers wherein i was asked to send in my bank statement and even after sending it multiple times i have not got my refund. This is my last resort.

                                      Hotel booked payment done but hotel staff denied the check in twice in a day saying they don't have any contract with MMT, still these fraud people are displaying rooms on their APP to making fool of consumers.
                                      Need immediate refund & strict action on this, Best part is they don't even bother to HELP out people in call CENTER are well trained for disconnecting calls & making fool of guests.
                                      Will take this to higher authorities & stop this ### at all...
