Below are the email threads regarding the extension date of my holiday booking.
As you can see from below email dated 06/09/2022 Mr Mayank Kumar has agreed that my holiday package has been extended till December 2022.
Now on Friday i contacted Ms Kajal Chawla regarding the dates on which I have to travel to andaman. Today on 26.09.2022 I have asked again for the status of my package and she said that Mr Mayank has instructed her that there is no extension of package.
This is clear case of CHEATING.
Now that if this was the case then why did he not informed before regarding the same as I arrived in India on 22.09.2022 I would have travelled to andaman the next day if somebody has informed me regarding the same.
This is like you are fooling people and taking their money for no reason as you already came to know about their problems.
Another thing is on the website there is no support email address no phone numbers, the sale persons are also not picking up the phones after some time as everybody has already got their commissions.
Nobody is answering any emails.
There is no proper mode of communication.

As per your last mail request, we somehow convince our land service partners to extend the date change option till Dec'22. In this option - you have to complete your travel Dec'22 and if any fare difference comes then you have to pay that difference charges.

Your mail well noted. If You are not able to transfer the booking then you can extend the window for the person who was originally booked as at present he is not able to go on vacation as he is not present in India. You can extend the window till 31st December 2022 so that they money paid by us is not wasted.

Please note that the My brother has made booking for a holiday to Andaman through make my trip (Booking Id NL[protected] and it was cancelled by MMT due to Covid and he was not able to travel on the booked dates .
The travel window was allotted for the booking but unfortunately he is not available in India due to his job commitments during the extended window. He has requested MMT to transfer the booking from Manjeet Yadav's name to Pardeep Singh's name.
We both are in touch with the MMT team from last week and we were assured that this will be done but today we received a sorry message from MMT that this can't be done and even the window cannot be extended.
MMT being such a big company and still denying above mentioned request gives us a feeling of distrust and disappointment.
If the above request is not considered we will be losing all the amount that we have paid with utmost faith in MMT.
I Request you to kindly consider our situation and please transfer the booking on the name of Pardeep Singh.

MakeMyTrip India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Second scammer - a bit more senior I believe; calls from a number that resembles MMT toll free number. The only difference - for a toll free you do not see the country code; but this time the call came as +1 :P
He went a step ahead and asked me to screen share and provide details of the card through which the booking was done. Next asking me for expiry date and then the CVV. When I declined to share that, he says I will connect with you a senior (hola... another bigger one). And this guy still trying to give me all crap reasons to try and get my CVV. I outright declined saying that I dont trust you. He tried convincing me a few more times and finally when I didnt budge, he disconnected the call.
Anyone remembers Jamtara????
