    Hello, I was supposed to get complete refund as promised by MakeMyTrip under covid positive circumstance. Since I was tested positive I couldn’t travel to Andaman and had to cancel the ticket. The MakeMyTrip has promise towards customers in case if they are tested positive. Even though I have submitted the documents they haven’t refund the full amount. The MakeMyTrip customer care service is not responding to mails and calls. Kindly please help me get my full refund. Thank you.

      I was not able to contact the customer care when my transaction was cancelled and my money was deducted from the bank account.now that option is not working as it was before 10 hours ago.how can I raise a complaint to get my money back.now my money is not refunded and I can't access the customer care.
      You are keeping on giving me a alrdy completed trip.im asking for a trip which you didn't take but the money got deducted.how to raise a complaint for new one in a old given trip by you

        I have booked flight ticket from Bengaluru to Kolkata with pnr FNCL4Q...for some family reason I have partially canceled the booking of 2 person on 18Jan 2022. Indigo confirming over mail of my cancellation (split pnr BFI93L) on 18 th January.On 19th January MMT confirm my cancellation by mail & inform me that they initiate my refund of Rs 5479...but till date no amount is credited in my MMT walet..My booking ID is NF2NHZMS68BTTIIF7931... pl help me to refund my money...even I can't able to call MMT

            Hi team, I am Bishal Debnath, raising this query for my client Miss Sreeparna Bhattacherjee as she tried booking the flight of Indigo 6E 7144 scheduled as per 12:40 (IXA) to 14:00 (CCU) of the mentioned date 18/02/2022.

            I would like to draw your kind attention to the fact that today at around 02:45 pm she ( +sreeparnabhattacharjee.sb12345 ) tried to make the payment using UPI, whereas the amount got deducted from her bank account but she has not received any confirmation message from your end or neither any notification stating that the payment got declined.

            Whereas, we never got the ticket and now are requesting a refund from your end. We have changed the travel plans and date so, no need to confirm the ticket from your side.

            Please initiate the refund process as soon as possible.

            We have attached all the necessary proofs and details for your reference with this mail.

            Please look into this and resolve this issue.

              I am writing to report misconduct from the MakeMyTrip allocated Cab Driver (Name: Sachin Kumar, Contact Number [protected]).

              On 02/02/2022, I booked a cab using your website (Booking ID: NC[protected]) which showed INR 465 and I initially paid a 9% amount that was INR 114 and then the outstanding was INR 351. However, the driver ended up charging more (Extra INR 100) in a very demanding and unfriendly way, ignoring the amount that was actually shown on the App. The driver did not comply with the rules and charged extra for NO REASON (waiting time did not exceed 45 mins).

                I had booked a ticket on Indigo thru MMT to Goa, as the flight was rescheduled by the airlines, they cancelled the ticket with full refund but as i had booked this thru MMT they deducted 299 per passenger as convenience charges. They did not help in any way in cancellation or getting refund from airline, this is unfair to charge fees when the ticket is cancelled due to airline fault. Unable to speak to call center or email as they are using Covid as the reason to stone wall any calls or email. This is unfair and taking advantage of customers

                  Why there is so much of pain in providing invoice? A right of customer is to have invoice after purchase of a goods or services.

                  I believed on MakeMyTrip, hoping that auto generated invoice will be sent to me on my gmail ([protected]@gmail.com). I was wrong. No invoice was sent to me. Trusting you guys was a mistake.

                  It will hardly take 5-10 minutes to look into the data with the help of my booking ID (NN[protected] to generate an invoice. I have tried it on the App as well as on the website, the error is pasted in the photo below.

                  Either you can resolve the error on the app or you can email me the invoice.

                    This is to bring to your notice that my indigo flight ( flight No 6E - 2101 ) on 31st jan from Goa to Delhi was cancelled and I also raised refund request on MMT app to credit to original source, but it says that the refund has been processed and credited to my wallet, but there is Zero Balance in my wallet.                       My certains bookings got canceled via make my trips n d amount transferred to wallet. Since the very next few days amvtrying to book hotels n flights but I can't see a option for payment through my wallet. It's really surprising. But after few days I tried to book, it started displaying n finally I decided to use all. But again d same disappeared.

                          i have booked a ticket from Jammu to Leh and vice & versa, due to name correction i had to cancel the ticket of one member his name is

                          but to my dismay i didnt got any refund from the AIRINDIA, i had booked this ticket using make my trip, make my trip is saying it is penalty from AIRINDIA and AIRINDIA it is charges from MAKEMYTRIP
                          when i was cancelling the ticket for Mukesh i can see that the charges was mentioned as AIR INDIA PENLATY CHARGES
                          AND THE CHARGES WHERE RS 6200 (approx)

                            I had booked a trip to Andaman and was supposed to travel next week(Feb 9th).
                            We had made the last payment on Jan 28th 2022.we were not informed that andaman was closed to all tourism.why weren't we informed this prior to this day(1st Feb.).I got to know this information when I asked my cordinator for flight tickets.why was I not informed before 11days.you guys wanted me to cancel it before 11days to be eligible to get a refund..so why didn't you inform us that it was not available.And now the cordinator does not respond to us.

                              Air-flight ticket Cancelled by Indigo: Amount not yet refund
                              Date of Incident: 20-JAN-2022
                              Full description: PNR: LFL9RB (Hyderabad Bhubaneshwar): 20-JAN-2022.Flight cancelled by Indigo team on 17-JAN-2022.
                              Concern-1: Looking out for the exact refund amount to be credited which has been approved by Indigo(12, 502), without any extra deductions made by MMT (10, 126), as the MMT team is aware of the reason.
                              Concern-2: "Transfer Refund" option directed to the myCash page with 0 cash balance. (But as per the MMT rules, wallet money will be credited instantly).

                                We have booked a flight ticket in makemytrip on December 19, varanasi to Hyderabad.
                                Due to some personal issues we have cancelled the flight ticket on 11th of January.we got a message that within 2 to 3 working days our refund amount will be credited into the orginal source from where we have done the payment .
                                But now its February 1st and till now we have not recieved any refund .and when we try to contact MakeMyTrip they are telling the same answer that within 2 to 4 days Money eill be credited.
                                I request you to please look into this.Not only us many people are now getting trapped in this issue from MakeMyTrip.its not a small amount to ignore.refund of 6103 Rs.

                                  I booked a hotel last night for which I made the payment.

                                  Once I made the payment, the amount was immediately deducted from my bank account.
                                  However, the booking was not done and shows as unsuccessful, even though I received a booking ID.

                                  I don’t understand what went wrong and I demand for a refund immediately.

                                  I have been trying to reach the customer care number several times, but unfortunately there is no actual human person available to talk and resolve my issue.

                                  I have to book the hotel again now, which has already had a price hike, due to which I have to pay extra now.
                                  I am hesitant to use MMT if this sort of experience repeats again.

                                  I am attaching two images for proof of payment.

                                  Kindly refund my amount immediately and get me in touch with a customer care executive.

I tried contacting mmt customer care but no one seems to take any interest and i really want back the refund

                                        My international flight ticket booked through Makemytrip has been cancelled by the Airasia, in early 2019. Both Makemytrip or Airasia didnt give any direction on the refund of the ticket amount . It has been 2+ years now i have been chasing them and nothing has happened. Seeking this forum for advice as no one from Makemytrip is responding to mail communication or the numbers mentioned in the website seems bogus as it never connects.
