Dear Sir,

We had rescheduled our flights from BOM to BBI & BBI to BOM on 10th January. Customer ETicket : NF2KEOUWUH0EFL059617.

Flight: Indigo 6E-545

During rescheduling, the flight rates were low from the flight we booked earlier so we were eligible for a re-fund of Rs 4, 782 & Rs 1, 834.

Out of this, we have received the refund of Rs 4, 782 but We HAVE NOT received a refund of RS 1, 834.

I have attached the screenshots of the rate difference.

Kindly release the refund of Rs 1, 824 immediately.

    Dear Make My Trip,

    I booked Jet Airways flight BLR-GAU - 18 Jul 2019 - using Make My Trip. Soon after this booking, Jet Airways cancelled all their flights and went bankrupt. Now I am seeing that the courts have allowed customers to recover their booking amount from the travel agent.

    Please refund my booking amount for this cancelled flight BLR-GAU - 18 Jul 2019

      I have tried to book a flight ticket on 7th February via make my trip app and the booking did not go through . I am still waiting for my refund status and there is no help provided from the Make my trip team on status

        I book a ticket for Hyderabad - Sydney for 17th of Jan 2022 via Thai Airways through Makemytrip. Later received a call from one of their executive mentioned that Thai Airways have cancelled the flight and have requested to raise a full refund request, which I did it on 5th of Jan 2022.

        As it is been more than 40 days, try to get update from Make my trip, they say that they have submitted the request to Thai airways and it will be done by 13 of July 2022. I am unnecessarily paying my credit card bill interest.

        Ticket cost is 64370

        Please someone help me with this

          I purchased british airways airlines ticket from mmt. It was from vancouver to delhi on 6 january 2022 which got cancelled due to covid 19 restrictions. I applied for refund in november 2021. Till now i have not received any refund from mmt. I have two other passengers that were booked for same flight. They already received their refund.

          Mmt keep telling me refund request hasnt been approved by british airways yet. I called airlines directly and they told me that they have not received any refund request from mmt under my name. According to them, mmt is lying to me about the refund. I really want to escalate this to higher authority. I am a journalist in canada and this is my first time booking with mmt. Its been a very awful experience. I want to file a complaint against mmt for lying to about the refund and poor customer service because its really frustrating at this point.

            Hi Make my trip staff i had tried to make a hotel booking on your website for 15th februray 2022 and the order number is NH[protected]A1 and payment reference number is[protected]. i have not got any confirmation on the booking for the hotel and i have urgency to get the status for the same, there is no email customer care details on your website and no one answers the customer care numbers dial in support.
            Kindly update on email as soon as possible for the status. My email id is provided in the booking.

              Website: Make my trip

              I called the customer service number of mmt and an employee picked up. I asked him why did mmt deducted 1500 under trip guarantee when I cancelled my tickets even when the tickets were not even confirmed. Than he told me he will refund the whole amount and asked me to install anydesk app and told me to scan my debit card through phone pay scanner and I will get a message. I was skeptical about it but he assured that we are not asking for any info. But than I received a message from SBI that 3600 is being deducted from my account. I didn't told him my account number or otp but the whole amount got deducted. Please see if the employee was genuine. In truecaller his name is showing Lavkush Kumar sharma(mob-[protected]) and I first called using no. [protected]. He assured that the amount deducted will be credited to me till 12 pm 13 Feb. But for my safety I want to confirm if the are genuine and the process he used is genuine. Please help me confirm.

                This has reference to my booking ID NF2VVTBN6DJOF1UA5991 for Ranchi-Delhi Go first flight scheduled for 7-2-22
                The flight was cancelled by airline and full refund was given, but Make My Trip has deducted a convenience fee of Rs580/-, which is unethical as booking was not cancelled by me.
                I would request MMT to refund the amount at the earliest.

                        I have booked a flight from Mangalore to Bhubaneswar for February 4 but the flight was rescheduled and I was given the option of I can take the rescheduled flight of cancel my ticket and get full refund so I cancelled on January 08 and today I got the message from make my trip that I cannot claim any refund and the refund status is closed but at the same time my friends also cancelled but they booked through different sites and got their refund then why I didn't .so I request to look through this kind of fraudulent work from make my trip and process my refund

                          I have made a recent booking for Flight Tickets from MakeMyTrip with details as below. When I had made the booking from MakeMyTrip mobile application, it was clearly mentioned that there is "free date change allowed". However when I tried doing it from the app, it asked me to pay an additional amount for date change. I am putting down some points informing of the pathetic customer support service MakeMyTrip has provided in the last 2 weeks.

                          I raised the first query on 29th of January 2022 and was informed that it will be resolved in 2-3 days. But it has not been resolved yet.
                          Post that I have contacted MakeMytTrip support at least 10-11 times but still my query has not been resolved.
                          Everytime a new support person is assigned without any information on my issue, since the details are not mentioned in the support ticket. I have been explaining the whole story every time.
                          I have got a couple of calls from MakeMyTrip persons(again asking me the whole issue) and they have promised about the resolution in 1/2 days, which has not happened yet.
                          I have been waiting for this from 2 weeks so that I can change the flight dates to 26th Feb 2022 since my itinerary has changed. But because I waited for MakeMyTrip to resolve my issue this long, now the flight tickets are not available. My whole trip has been ruined just because I have been waiting for 2 weeks for MakeMyTrip to resolve this issue.
                          The only thing I request now after such a tormented experience from MakeMyTrip support is a cancellation of the flight ticket as soon as possible with full refund of my ticket amount. I don't want to explain the same story to every person in support from now onwards. So I am attaching the Screenshots of the proof.

                            I had a flight booking done from makemytrip from Goa to Delhi on 20th march 2022 on Indigo Flight No. 6E 2091 (13:00-15:35) with for 4 persons,

                            I directly did a split PNR from the airline site and splited the PNR for 2 persons each and then rescheduled the flight of one PNR to 19th Feb 2022.
                            On the Indigo airline site, my flights have successfully being changed and it is showing a refund amount of INR 2314 for the fare difference but i have not received any refund.
                            It is showing to contact the booking partner/travel agent for the same but it is really hard to establish contact with makemytrip.
                            Kindly initiate my refund at the earliest.

                              I had made a booking using Makemytrip againt PNR # VHRHHY and Booking Id : NF7QWVDI1ZQ9HADT1353

                              The booking for made for me, my wife, 1 child and 1 infant. Due to COVID, we had reschedule the flight to 2nd September and also had cancelled the ticket for 1 infact. I was supposed to get a refund processed of INR 855 on account of this infact ticket cancellation but MakeMytrip did not provide me a refund and they did not reply to my emails. I had raised a refund request on their websiite but they also overrode that request and only showed update booking for 3 passengers (me, my wife and one child)

                              I tried calling them multiple times but their IVR does not connect to customer executive for me to answer, they do not provide any online support or email support, so I was not able to contact them for my refund.

                              Then I again raised issue on makemytrip on my existing booking asking them for my refund but selecting the option that was available asking them for a refund.

                              But today night on 10th Feb around 11:30 PM they just Makemytrip without my consent, went ahead and cancelled my flight directly with Indigo incurring me a loss of 12000 INR and in the process also putting my future travel plan at risk and with the potential of extra cost burden

                                My booking id is Booking id is NF[protected] .. my ticket is scheduled on 22nd January from Hyderabad to Delhi..and air india offers due to COVID everyone can change ticket one time without any cost.. and make my trip team changed my ticket but they changed my sectors too they booked my ticket delhi to Hyderabad on 15th mar.. i complained at mmt customer care and they sent tickets 3 time with different - different PNR no. And very time after 2 days of receiving ticket ticket cancelled. And still I have not any ticket from Hyderabad to delhi.. and they also not refund my money and I called in mmt customer care min 50 times but still I have not getting any resolution.. it's a serious menta harrasing case. Please do the needful..

                                  I have booked a bus from Akola to Pune through this MakeMyTrip company website on 10-Feb-2022. My journey was on next day 10-Feb-2022. The amount is deducted from my account, but I didn't get any booking confirmation from this company via email or phone number.
                                  While booking it ended with "Oops, seems our servers are tried" before this message amount deduction.(Amount : 1153.95)

                                  I have the amount deducted message and transaction details with me while deducting the amount through net banking.

                                  This is very bad experience I had.

                                  Please consider this as major issue and refund the amount as soon as possible. Please consider this as a humble request.

                                    Airfrance has not allowed Gautam Singh to travel and asked for transit visa.

                                    Now check your MakeMyTrip app, there is no such information about transit visa on Air France rather it’s mentioned for all other flights were transit visa is required. But for Airfrance is open.

                                    When I called customer care they refused to accept this fact.

                                    While on app it’s totally misguiding and you must refund the ticket.

                                    Expecting full refund on the same.

                                    Make my trip is one who registered The Air France on their site, so when Air France travel doc says no visa required for India, make my trip must take responsibility when they are not allowing to fly .

                                    Rather they are saying we are not responsible for anything

                                      On 1st February i tried booking a holiday package through make my trip app and my money got deducted where as it showed in app as booking failed .
                                      i have contacted my bank HDFC and they say it has been credited to merchant account which is MMT, but MMT refuses that there is any kind of credit from my bank and i am stuck in between . i have raised multiple complaints but not of any use, i kept on talking with make my trip representatives but there was no use . no body giving a proper response, bank needs a statement from make my trip which they are not providing me . its been 9 days already but my money is still not refunded by any of the party's i am attaching some evidence for supporting my case mmt please return my money .
