Dear Team,
I had booked air tickets from Bangalore to Port Blair for month of Feb-22. Due to covid situation, cancelled my tickets in advance on 9th Jan-22.
As per the confirmation received should get amount of INR 20, 473 by 11th Jan, but till now I have not got any refund.

There is no way to contact Makemytrip customer care, automated system just disconnects the call and post experience is not good. I also checked with airline Indigo to see if they can help, they confirmed refund was already initiated to Makemytrip already which was more amount than 20, 473, but makemytrip till now has not refunded anything.
