Booking ID - IN1409B3S189099 Above booking cancelled on 22/01 due to non - operational flights of Spice jet and spice jet had refunded the full amount 41509INR on 28/01 to MakeMy trip account. But Make my trip is not refunded my Money yet since last 1 Month. I am totaly fed - up because i had booked the tickets for Assam for my Marriage. Daily i am calling to MakeMy trip and writing them an e-mail but no use because since last 1 Month their system is not working to check my details and they dont allow me to talk to their supervisors because they always busy with other customers. This is ver very very WORSTEST service and harrassment. Dont know the reason for not refunding my Money since spice jet refunded my money to MakeMy trip account acount on 28/01. I have taken a loan from other bank to booked the tickets and i am trapped in very big problem since its almost 1LAKH Rs loss for me. If any responsible person is reading my this message then please take strict action against make my trip. I would suggest to cancel their travelling licence since they are only harrassing and cheating to people. But 1st please help me to get my Money back.

You are right my friend, i am also facing same kind of problem from make my trip actually it is fake my trip, my amount is less than you RS 8600/- but paisa to paisa hota hai. In haramkhoro ko sabak sikhana jaruri hogaya hai, ham log ( Jinka paisa fake my trip ke pas hai) ek group hokar govt se shikayat karenge aur jarurat padi to high court me case file karenge.

    Hi I had booked my tickets for Amritsar to Srinagar in spice jet booked through make my trip. The flights dates were 9 March 2015 and 13 March 2015. On 25 January I got the message from spice jet regarding cancellation of both the flights. The messages are as under Dear SpiceJet customer (PNR-PDUYXH): Your flight SG 442 dated 09-Mar-15 from Amritsar to Srinagar has been cancelled due to operational reasons. We regret the inconvenience caused. Please log on to http://changes.spicejet.com for current flight status, alternate options or full refund. Dear SpiceJet customer (PNR-QEIZ8R): Your flight SG 443 dated 13-Mar-15 from Srinagar to Amritsar has been cancelled due to operational reasons. We regret the inconvenience caused. Please log on to http://changes.spicejet.com for current flight status, alternate options or full refund. I contacted make my trip and accordingly cancelled my tickets by going on their website on 12 February 2015. But the make my trip refused to gave any refund as they say the tickets were non refundable. But actually the flights were cancelled by the spice jet. Now whenever I contact make my trip they just put me on hold for many hours and say due to technical issues we are not able to resolve the issue neither they call back. Please help me getting refund.       Makemytrip not processing refunds - Has held the amount for more than 2 months

      Hi, This is regarding processing of refunds by Makemytrip.com. 2 of bookings were cancelled by SpiceJet as they had cancelled the flights. As a result, I initiated refund for both of them.       Dear Team, I have booked the flight tickets through makemytrip.com on 7thFeburary 2015, flights details as followed:- on 12th April'2015 Munich, Germany to Miami, US on 17th April'2015 Miami to New York (Newark Airport) on 25th April'2015 New York ( Newark Airport) to Munich, Germany For the above Transaction amounting Rs.1, 18, 994 was debited from my HDFC Bank account number [protected] through Net Banking via transaction number NN[protected]P2(attached confirmation from bank). When I made the payment thereafter the screen got blank might be some technical error or so, no reference code or confirmation ID got generated thereafter, I made a call on their customer care centre who suggested me to wait for 4hours, but even after 4hrs no confirmation was received. Then I lodge the complaint on their portal with all required details and waited for another 72hrs for their revert as per their policy. I have also raised the concern on their Facebook page( https://www.facebook.com/makemytrip/posts/[protected]?comment_id=[protected]&... where one of their representative reverted me that he will be reverting with the solution soon, but asusal no revert came from their side. After 72hrs I have escalated the matter to their 2nd channel and again waited for 48hrs, again no revert is generated from their side. I have made almost more than 30 calls to their customer care that being International caller no priority is being payed by them, infact most of the times call goes unattended or I have to wait hours and hours longer to speak to the concern department. After speaking to the concerned department couple of times I have received the same revert that they don't have any Information. I asked them that they can ask their finance department about the credit or I can share the confirmation of debit from my account from the bank, but nothing is being worked. After escalating and waiting for another 48hrs again i have escalated the matter to the management and still waiting for another 48hrs. It is redicolus and painful too... I booked these tickets from my saving of months and wanted to give surprise to my husband on our 1st wedding anniversary but this has become a topic of fight because of non professionalism of this organisation. The most funniest part is this, today one of the representative posting me on my facebook profile that we are refunding your money within 5-7days on the other side the customer care department stating that they have no clue about it and last but not the least the escalated complaint is still lying unaddressed so on whom I should be trusting and relying???? I have not asked my money to be returned I have asked for the tickets to be confirmed!!! then why they are refunding my amount??? and if they want to refund my amount then it better to be with interest at least 3-4% interest as in saving account.         I cancel my flight tickets on 24th December 2014 (Booking ID: NF[protected] but till date I haven't receive my refunds. I confirm with Spice Jet they already refund the amount back to Make my trip on 14th January 2015. I register complaint regarding same ( Reference ID:[protected] but there is no response from Make My Trip. Every time I call customer care I am getting reply you refund will be credit in your A/C in 4 working days. My refund amount is Rs.27690. I want my refunds back as early as possible.

          I booked a ticket for 2 on 29th Dec 2014 for 1st April 2015 (Amount - 4880). On 21st Jan 2015 i got a mail from makemytrip.com telling me that the airline has cancelled the flight, also i have to do the cancellation myself . So when i tried to do the cancellation i noticed that makemytip would deduct an amount of 350 rs from the refund amount as convenience charges . I sent a mail to makemytrip.com telling that i will not do the cancellation as it will cost me 350 rs loss and also the cancellation of the flight is not due to my fault . They cancelled the tickets on 25th Jan 2015 with full refund of 4880 rs . Also they told that expected refund date is 30 Jan 2015 . Till date i have not received the refund . I have attached the necessary proofs . I have no idea what to do . I tried calling the customer care . They told me that they cannot give a resolution as their systems are down . But they were able to get my tickets details from the system . This is FRAUD . I will never do any booking through Makemytrip.com . Booking ID : NF[protected] Ref No : IN1501R7S166809

            I had booking thru MMT for spice jet. Spice jet cancelled the flight in dec, '14 and jan, '15. now since last 1 month i am calling/mailing. if you call no response and if you mail then also no reponse that too after i got confirmation that refund will be processed within 2 /3 days etc. really bad service

              I have cancelled my flight ticket booked from this site. At the time of cancellation, I received a message that, I will be refunded 6744 Rs. Even after one month of cancellation I haven't received that money. I have escalated the complaint to their managtement. Till date no response from them. I haven't received any response from them.

                      I have booked a round trip domestic flight of which o cancelled one sector directly with Air India as was advised by make my trip due to high call volume and some problem due to which the system did not allow me to manage my booking on the website. I got an email fromakw my trip the same day stating that they has been intimated by Air India about the same. I had also been told that I'll get my refund within 7-10 working days. On not getting my refund for more than 2 weeks I have been chasing them over the phone for 3 days consecutively. Everyday it takes me about 2 hours and 4-5 calls to get through to the correct dept. And finally I am told everyday that the server is being updated. No call back is also arranged. The first day I was promised that I'll get a cancellation message within 24 hours and it's been 72 hours now.

SO I contact the make my trip service Desk because they have rescheduled my flight incorrectly as below <See attatchment> The Customer Service Guy first tells me he cant help and transfers the call to another and then another and finally the call is disconnected by the third service agent.I send a Mail asking them for the same call and don't receive calls or mails for he same for 5 days. Service Ticket numbers Reference ID:[[protected]] Reference ID:[[protected]] Reference ID:[[protected]] Reference ID:[[protected]] Reference ID:[[protected]] SO I call them today Feb 10th 2015 and Ask them to check the same, 1. Agent understands the situation and immediately asks me to contact AirIndia as MakeMyTrip is not responsible. 2.I understand its not his fault so I ask him to send me a confirmation mail regarding the same for which he refuses saying he never denied helping, I tell him I understand and ask him to send a confirmation mail asking me to contact Air India. This is the Mail He Sent (attached) 3. So I ask him before he transfers the call "can you help me with any escalation ID" 4.He Immediately informs me He cannot give any information on that nor can he check my complaints as he does not have access(I registered teh complaint from the same ID) 5.Finally he transfers teh calls without providing any info to the Air India Guy, I Do the entire story with the Air India Guy again(Who thankfully was patient enough) Here is My Problem : I have Booked the tickets for my parents to be there during my graduation.Yes I Did cancel my ticket from AirIndia(lost some 500Rs) but the problem is I need to wait for another week before I get the refund and then book another pair of tickets on another airline.Now I Dont have cash till the refund is done and the more delay I Do the expensive the tickets get.                         Thanks but no Thanks For your concern...The point was never a refund...the point was the quality of service..and this reply only tells me that the agent answering has just looked at the logs and replied back.

                        I went through hell for 2-3 days making sure my parents dont miss my convocation...No Thanks to you they will be attending it...Yes it took me more money but it was necessary.

                        Anyways I am Not willing to spend a minute more wasting your and what is even more valuable my precious time on this nonsense...Good Luck...

                            I was trying to book ticket from Riyadh, Saudi Arabia to Hyderabad, India during Bakrid time of Sept 15. I entered my Samba Credit card details. After entering the password i got a message from Makemytrip.com that booking is failed but my credit card is charged. This happened on 5-1-15. I contacted them for refund of money. They told me that they need 72 working hours then 48 hour and then 24 working hours. Now we are on 9-2-15 more than a month. My credit card statement shows SR 1, 082 charged and i already paid. All my requests are unanswered by Makemytrip. I am calling their contact numbers from Riyadh. They are keeping me on hold for more than 15-20 minutes causing me too much of expenditure. I request you to refund the my money at the earliest.

                            I tried to book flight from Riyadh, Saudi Arabia to Hyderabad India on 5th Jan 15. After submitting my Samba credit cad details, i got message from Makemytrip.com that my booking failed but credit card charged. My Samba credit card was indeed charged but no ticket delivered. I requested for my refund through several mail but they asked for different time limits and finally from past Jan 17 th or 20 th they are not responding to my mails. I paid my credit card dues of SR 1, 082 (Around INR 17, 700). It is really sad that such a reputed company like Makemytrip.com is not responding to customer complaints and not solving it even after more than a month!!. Shame on them.
                            It is unfortunate that this happened to you. I stopped using MMT early last year after similar incidents. I had to send a strong email to the management to get things sorted out. I would strongly recommend sending an email to the CEO of MakeMyTrip.

                              My Delhi to Chandigarh Spicejet flight was cancelled on 13th December 2014. Even though spicejet has refunded the money to MakeMyTrip, they still haven't refunded it to me. It is close to 2 months now. They owe me close to 2400 INR. They have even stopped responding to complaints now. I have attached a screenshot from spicejet.com displaying the amount due and other details of my journey.

                                It’s clearly mentioned if i cancel the booking before 18th Jan (2pm)… The cancellation fees is NIL

                                Its really pathetic after so many calls & confirmation by your team I have been charged the cancellation for no reason

                                I want my refund back…Please let me know the further steps…

                                I will not recommend anyone to use make my trip henceforth….Pathetic service

                                    I am extremely disgusted with the kind of professionalism and customer care ethos makemytrip has shown. my complaint refernce number is 150205/023834.You have the worst team of customer care and none of your customer care executives ahve the decency to talk to customers.it's pathetic. i booked a ticket on 5th of februaury 6E184 for 4754 rupees at 8.oo am.i got a confirmation mail from make my trip at 8:30 am stating my booking ID. the booking ID is NF[protected]. i was not sent an ticket.when i called at the customer care at 11 am i was told that system is on upgradation and that i could be informed about the booking status only after 2 hours.i DID NOT GET A CALL BACK.after trying to get through eventually at 4pm i was informed that my ticket has not been booked because of some technical glitch at your site!! how was it that my transaction was completed and an amount of 4754 rs debitted from my account and still my ticket not booked. and how is it that i gotno intimation from your site stating that due to some issues my ticket was not booked. i had to keep trying your number since 11:am to finally get the information at 4 pm.your customer care executives, MR ramakant even had the audacity to suggest that the flight seats might have got filled when it was still showning available tickets at 5:oo pm.not just that i was also very rudely told that the reason this has happened is because of some connection issues at my browser by the same mr ramkant!!! even the extension number i demanded for a senior executive were given invalid to me.i m also stating the extensions numbers i was provided, 9558 and 9527!!!both of them invalid!!!is this how you train your executives!!! i called make my trip a total of 9 times. everytime i was put on hold for periods longer than 20-25 minutes and everytime a new customer care executive would speak to me and not provide any help. this is the list of people i spoke to which i remember and none of them gave me a solution: 1. shalini gupta 2. ramakant 3.sneha 4.sumit shah 5. farhan 6. santosh i was told at 4:30 pm that it will take 5 hours for the issue to get resolved!!not a single time did i get a call back!!!eventually when i refused to cancel my call at 11:00pm did i get a call back from a senior executive and they said the only way they can help is by giving me a refund of the ticket!!!by that time tghe ticket was for 10.000!!!i ultimately had to book a flight which was 6000 rs more expensive than what i had originally paid for!!! if there were technical glitches at your end why should i pay the price for it!!!i want a full compensation!!!i spent more than 6 hours trying to get to your senior officials but to no avail!!!why was it that i was not even informed about the non confirmation of my flight ticket!!!i was eventually told about that at 4:30 pm by that time the fare price had increasedby 1500. I was then told that my complaint had benn registered and a request for booking of the same flight ticket at the original price i paid has benn put!!!why should i pay the fare difference for a flight that i booked at 8:00am for which my money transaction was shown to be complete!!!the reason it did not get confirmed was due to technical glitches at the company's end!!!i wa told that i would only get arefund of the original ticket amount and that no compensation would be given to me for the lossses your company has incurred on me at 11:00pm by which time the flight rates had increased to 10, 800!!!i want a full compensation for the 7000 rs i have paid extra for your fault!!! and if this issue is ot resolved withina week from now i am going to take this issue to the consumer court!!this is fraud!! how are u even running a company with such little professionalism!!!no where have i heard of money transaction being complete b ut the ticket not booking!! why was i not ingormed about the failure of my ticket booking!!!and why did it take more than 5 hours for your customer care executives to inform me that they can refund and not provide the ticket i wanted!!!why should i pay the fare difference when ultimately it was all uyour fault!!!kindly look inti the matter URGENLY!!!if i do not get a refund Im going to the consumer court for my compensations!!!
