Dear Sir/ Madam, I have bought a flight ticket through your site on 13/02/2015. The ticket amount was deducted from my account but confirmation regarding the same was not given from your end and your customer care no is not connecting.

On 12.03.2015 I did a round trip air ticket from Guwahati to Kolkata i.e, on 13th and 21st July 2015, but my money was deducted from my account. So please look out this matter as soon as possible. My transaction id according to bank statement is IG00SLUCE9.
